I have been block for having used wrong password. Now I am unable to reset the password.

The message mentions to check my mail to reset the password but I have not received any email yet. Please let me know if there is any alternative procedure to reset the password. I have also uploaded the screen shot for your review.

    You don't give offer benifit to your regular user. I was using your subscription since 2014 but i naver get offered any discount like you used to give me at starting month and thats why i left you in this year. Have some discount polycies for old user.
    There is a suggestion for you hat please update your category regularly. your gana special category were not even rearranged ever. Please add dome mood base category.

      I made a netbanking transaction twice with gaana.com portal on 14th feb 2017 to register a 2 month package for Rs 297/-, though the transaction went through from the bank the portal mentions transaction was not through for Rs 297/- while Rs 584/- is deducted from my bank account but the same does not reflect on gaana.com which says transaction failed.

              When I am open gana app and try to download the songs a message show on my display then i am clik on that messag then in message the show me the plans fir 1, 3, 6 months for download the songs hen i am choos 1 month plan and pay it by debit card, after transection of money 200 rs debiated from my account .so i request you sir refund my money as soon as possible .

                I made payment for renewal of my membership for one yrs through payatm order i'd 1435545 but renewal is not done however payment is done by payatm to gaana.com. Kindly renew my gaana+ membership else refund my payment. Further payment was made on 31st October 2016 and still waiting for renewal.

                  Iam already downloaded app of Gaana and I have account also in my i phone but one day it's showing pls update it. So Iam going to update but it's showing waiting for last three days.. I cannot delete this app because Iam not able to delete this application. Pls suggest me what should I do..                       Hi team,

                      I created an account with gaana and also subscribed for gaana+ (rs 999/-) with my paytm wallet on april 27, 2016.
                      Now when i try to login with my mail address - [protected]@gmail.com it says that mail address is not valid. request you to mail me the solution to this prob at my address asap and help me get my account back.
                      This is just not fair. i have never experienced such nuances from online sites like gaana. really this is disappointing guys. revert on my mail address .

                          I purchased Ganna.com subscription a year back. The expired in last month and I got it renewed few days back. I have created some playlists on my phone. In the recent past these have been multiplied at its own and now it is showing 5 or 6 same name playlists. Please help to set it right. My M number is [protected].                               I have been charged five times for one year subscription. An amount of Rs1536 has been deducted through my paytm wallet for one year subscription which costs only Rs 999. I have been charged three one month, one three month and one one year subscription for the same time period.

                                  Got paytm code for Gaana+ subscription 12 months, used last 3 months but not able to use current month.showing error "First usage must be before 18 December 2015'.I already used last 3 months

                                    I have subscribed 1000rs gaana for a year in which i was being promised for a year unlimited downloads of songs. But the songs are getting removed or deleted from the list by itself. I have to download it again and again. Please provide support at earliest or please return the money . Gaana.com customer care never responds to my complaints

                                    As u know, I had subscribed gaana for downloading my favourite songs. I was expecting that as soon as I will do that, I will be able to download the songs, but to my surprise, it didn't happen that way. Instead the app started demanding the subscription again. I humbly request your kind support into this matter as soon as possible.

                                      Hi All, As per gaana.com promise, 4 days back I paid for 1+1 year subscription, I am unable to contact them which I am facing the problem. While I want to download songs, it always asks to pay for subscription, I logout and login again and again and again, but no way, I switched off phone several times and I restarted my system many times, but no use, again it is asking for the payment, while I contacted them through their website, there is no response. How to solve this problem and how to contact them. They collected money and not even reply for my emails. They don't feel responsible though they collected money from their customers.
