Got paytm code for Gaana+ subscription 12 months, used last 3 months but not able to use current month.showing error "First usage must be before 18 December 2015'.I already used last 3 months...

I have subscribed 1000rs gaana for a year in which i was being promised for a year unlimited downloads of songs. But the songs are getting removed or deleted from the list by itself. I have to download it again and again. Please provide support at earliest or please return the money . Gaana.com customer care never responds to my complaints...

Hi All, As per gaana.com promise, 4 days back I paid for 1+1 year subscription, I am unable to contact them which I am facing the problem. While I want to download songs, it always asks to pay for subscription, I logout and login again and again and again, but no way, I switched off phone several times and I restarted my system many times, but no use, again it is asking for the payment, while I contacted them through their website, there...
