Hi,

Gaana.com auto-renewed and debited money even if I informed them not to do so. The 'disable auto-renew was not working and I inform Gaana regarding this on [protected]@gaana.com. They didn't give any proper response and deduced money without permission....

Please cancel Auto Payment option from my Gaana account . I have financial problem, so don't want to take Gaana subscription anymore. But again and again Autopay Notifications are coming to my phone. As I spoke to PhonePe Customer Care, I learned that Gaana's Customer Care only can stop this Autopay. There is no option to close Autopay on my Gaana Account on App or Website. So please TURN OFF Autopay or Autorenewal from my account as soon...

I got a message of failure of auto debit even though no card was saved. However i still put a request to delete my account. After 2 days i get a sms that amount has been charged amounting to 499. There is no subscription of 499 on gaana though. In addition to that i can still login my account and its showing free user...

I accidentally subscribed gaana subscription but I didn't know. Without notification an amount of 249 /- auto deducted from my account and i astonished what happened.
I should be grateful if you would refund my money back to my account.This money is very important for me.I also cancelled auto renewal option....

They have specifically mentioned on their site if in the profile it is showing renew now that means subscription is not active and their is no option showing to cancel auto renewal, but still they charged me rs499, why should i buy their worst service for such amount when i can easily access jio saavn or wynk music by airtel. The gaana.com had deducted my 299 rupees by somehow without my prior permission. This is not expected from their side. I wish to get my refund...

I subscribed for Gaana one year plan on Sep 14 2022. From Oct 14 2022, app says i am free user and i need to renew the plan. I have sent mails to the Gaana support mail id provided in the app. However no response. Could someone look into this.

I got charged by Gaana.com for Rs. 499 annual subscriptions without any intimation or consent. I have sent them two emails in this regard but no reply as of now. I don't need this subscription and I want a full refund for the service that I don't use. Sharing some screenshots for the reference...
