    Please cancel Auto Payment option from my Gaana account . I have financial problem, so don't want to take Gaana subscription anymore. But again and again Autopay Notifications are coming to my phone. As I spoke to PhonePe Customer Care, I learned that Gaana's Customer Care only can stop this Autopay. There is no option to close Autopay on my Gaana Account on App or Website. So please TURN OFF Autopay or Autorenewal from my account as soon as possible.

          I got a message of failure of auto debit even though no card was saved. However i still put a request to delete my account. After 2 days i get a sms that amount has been charged amounting to 499. There is no subscription of 499 on gaana though. In addition to that i can still login my account and its showing free user

            Sir,
            I accidentally subscribed gaana subscription but I didn't know. Without notification an amount of 249 /- auto deducted from my account and i astonished what happened.
            I should be grateful if you would refund my money back to my account.This money is very important for me.I also cancelled auto renewal option.

              Gaana plus Subscription got renewed automatically without my permission because 4 days prior to subscription end date.”, I checked and my subscription status was in inactive state then how Rs. 499 money can be debited form the account.
              got shocked after seeing my balance deduction mail. I had cancelled it before. And it was showing to “renew now” which means subscription renewal is not active. then How even this can be possible it got renewed automatically.

              Kindly request you to refund my money back into the original payment method and subscription was not needed. Unsubscribe me and give back my money

                I received a message from canara bank that rs.249has been deducted from my account. I don't want to renew gaana+ anymore. I didn't made my payment through my card.shame on you gaana.Com... Kindly requested to you refund my cash

                  Auto Renewal fraud

                  They have specifically mentioned on their site if in the profile it is showing renew now that means subscription is not active and their is no option showing to cancel auto renewal, but still they charged me rs499, why should i buy their worst service for such amount when i can easily access jio saavn or wynk music by airtel. Now when i am demanding return they are not providing it and even not responding well, just forwarding some automatic...

                  I am getting the below msg daily through sms.

                  "Dear Gaana User, attempt to renew your subscription worth Rs.249.00 has failed. We will retry shortly, please maintain sufficient balance. More details here: www.gaana.com/myzone Your bank may apply charges for failed attempts.'

                  I have already raised request to cancel auto renewal on [protected]@gaana.com still your company is attempting to deduct amount from my account. As per your recommendation I have tried to stop auto renewal through app also but there is no option showing on app.

                  I WANT TO DELETE MY GAANA ACCOUNT.

                                I subscribed for Gaana one year plan on Sep 14 2022. From Oct 14 2022, app says i am free user and i need to renew the plan. I have sent mails to the Gaana support mail id provided in the app. However no response. Could someone look into this.

                                      I am recently used gaana subscription of minimum amount for 3 months after 3 months it will be auto debited happen 499 rupees it shows on the time of subscription. Last 3 days before 1 message received for 18th 499 rupees taken using autopay option gaana application. So i tried to cancelled that auto pay on the gaana application and it was cancellation happened. So i am doing my work normally on that time, but suddenly amount taken from my account. So i am going to checked that application it is auto renewal happened. How to renewal happened i dont know. I dont need that subscription i need my money back.
