      Gaana plus Subscription got renewed automatically without my permission and an amount of rs.499 got deducted from my PhonePe account. I kindly request you to refund my money back into my account and this subscription was not needed . Unsubscribe me and give back my money, Please.

        I used gaana.com as it was provided from Flipkart for 2-3 days. since then i haven't used gaana but gaana renewed my subscription without my permission . 499 has been debited from my Phone Pe account without my permission .So its a request to higher authorities of gaana to take a look at this issue
        Same complaint registered against podcast No- 3401549, till no initiative taken.

            I am regular user of gaana app and active subscriber from last 6 years. I have subscribed gaana app for 1 year on 23 jul 22. After that auto renewal happened three time without my permission although i am having active subscription. I need money back as soon as possible. I have written at this platform 3 times and also written to gaana 10 times no action take plz short out the issue. Transactions attached with this mail.

              Hello,
              I get 12 Month gana subscription in 1 rupees.So that I have used that on 20/04/2022. So my 12months subscription completed on 20/04/2023.but it is closed earlier and Without asking any permission the amount was automatically deducted a amount of Rs.499/- from my account for 1 year subscription. It's a scam. I don't need any kind subscription from gaana. So kindly cancel my subscription and refund my money immediately. Or else I will file a complaint in consumer forum. My registered mobile number is [protected]. And here I have attached the paid receipt for your reference. Kindly do the needful earlier.

                  I have share you my complaint via email with 2 reminders but there is no response from your side. You have deducted my Rs499 as annual charges. I don’t need your ### services. Stop my services and refund me my money. I am trying to CONTACT you to cancel my subscription but instead cancel my subscription you charged me Rs499. Is there anyone who can hear or reply.

                      I have active subscription of gaana app from 23 jul 2022 after that i have been charged three time more for auto renewal of subscription.I have raised issues 10-15 time to gaana and also to this platform but no action taken. Please take necessary action.

                          I haven't used the gaana app for a very long time. I had opted for its 6 months free subscription but I didn't know about its auto renewal policy. I had uninstalled it way back but today I got a message saying 499 deducted from my bank account. Gaana App didn't send any prior message saying your membership will be renewed they directly deducted the money. I don't want the membership I just want my money.

                                        6 months ago today I bought some product online. With which I got the subscription of the song. And on today's date the plan was going to end but I renewed that plan for 1 year only on 26th August. But still today 99 rupees has been deducted from my account. This is a robbery. I want my money back and don't want any service from gana.com
