Gaana plus Subscription got renewed automatically without my permission and an amount of rs.499 got deducted from my phone pay account.I Kindly request you to refund my money back into my phone pay account and this subscription was not needed . Unsubscribe me and give back my money.

              499 rs has been deducted from my bank account without my permission I have written so much complaints to the helpline and I m not getting any feedback from the gaana app I want my full refund back in my account

                I did not wish to renew my membership but I did not find cancel auto renewal option on my iPhone ganna application. It got renewed on 13th October 2022. I wish to cancel and get my refund. 4

                  I had cancelled my subscription for gaana a month ago, but today I had a debit of Rs 199 from my account for submission towards gaana.com, I had contacted gaana help desk no help from their end.

                    I had cancelled my subscription last month, September. And it displayed then that subscription is cancelled. But today on 14th October, my account has been debited by 199, as subscription renewal charge. I'd written to gaana help desk, no reply from them

                                Gaana deduct 200rs from my paytm wallet without any advance notice, message or mail as their app mentioned for the subscription. I dont want any subscription just want refund of my money .
                                Also there is no specific time for deduction.
