Dear Garena Team I am a free fire player. Iam 13+years old.and i've been playing free fire for three and a half years. But the gameplay i used to play with free fire id has now been suspended.my free fire id was created with a Facebook account.
But without my permission a hacker hacker my Facebook id then logged in free fire and used head shot hack. maybe that's why my free fire id has been suspended.

I am a free fire player. I have been playing games for five years. After the latest update of the game there are many problems in the game. New glazes are created after the update. Damage to players does not count. New gun skills are given in every update. And the abilities of the old gun scrolls are changed and their damage is changed so that players spend money to buy the new gun skills. This is a scam. Free fire does not have the right to change the damage ability of the gun skills purchased with our previous money. Stop regular updates of Free Fire. And no new gun skills are given. They are creating chaos in the game. Many players are quitting the game. Free Fire can't control hackers. The use of hacks in games is constantly increasing. Even good phones these days can't play Free Fire properly. Correctly the aim does not lock on the enemy's body. If this continues, we will not be able to play the game properly. We have to give up free fire. Now many players give up top up for free fire.

Sop update regular. Stop new gun skills are given. And no top up. Make this game normal for normal player.Make this game smooth for 2, 3, 4, 5... GB ram phone.

I have a complain about customer service. I started to play garena free fire from 1917 in indian server. I participate all event and spend lots of money. When was the server change event started i was in Saudi Arabia that's why i couldn't participate. Then i continue contacting the customer care to change my account from indian server to Bangladesh server. But they didn't respond. I know it's not the big deal to do for you.. now if i start new account I can't get all legendary items which already have my old account. Please sir put my account from indian server to Bangladesh server if you really care to user.
I really enjoy to play this game but i afraid again you can change server and if i can't participate.. that's why i stopped doing top up. Please sir put my account to Bangladesh server

I am Playing Free Fire since 2 and half years.I always respect free fire terms and condition.This game is best than other battle royale game.This is my first battle royale game that i played.After free fire i had not played any types of other battle royale game.The running style, characters, events, emoji, etc.everything on the game is amazing.The most downloaded game on play store is Free Fire(Battle royale).1B=downloads.
After every update, the team is solving glitches and bug.Also, the time changes, new new items and lunches which made game entertaining.In this way i am playing this game only even there are more game like Free Fire.But, one and only Free Fire Game became favourite to me.

I am sure that the system detected my account use hacks.I think its done by mistake or by playing this craftland mod(xmodz likes).I had not used any hacks.Last time, i played XMODZ LIKES MOD craft land map ON the account.After playing it, my account got suspended after few hours.I really don't know if the playing this map is illegal on ff id.Free fire should delete this map, if really it suspended our account.To gain likes, i played only without any third party app uses.I don't uses any types of hack on my account.If i really made mistake by playing this map, i am sorry, i will not play this mod again to gain likes on future if i got unsuspend.Give me one chance dear team, I had struggled more on this id.I need my account to be reviewed and after review give me the access to login this account.
