My account has been suspended, I don't know what mistake I commit I have been playing Free Fire on PC using an emulator from last 11 months and was never ever indulged in any explicit method (neither used hack nor played with hacker intentionally) to enhance my gameplay. Many Top Indian youtubers also play using emulator henceforth I believe that is not cheating. I have been purchasing special airdrops time to time and with a plenty of dedicated time and money I reached level 58 and had almost all characters and many legendary guns and bundles, which will go in vain if my id is banned.
Please help
Please look into the matter and help me ahead in unsuspending my account.

I have been playing Garena Freefire since six months. I have never used any hacks or glitches to take unfair advantage in the game. I have always played fairly to maintain harmony and equality in the game. But Garena has suspended my account saying that I have used hacks in the game.

I'm playing freefire from last 1 year but today I'm very upsad and angry on garena. As it was clearly given that the new season 11 of CS ranked is to come on 20th January 2022 but today on (19th January 2022) garena have wasted the whole day by putting the server on maintenance from morning 9:30am to 5:30pm. I was on DIAMOND IV and just one star ⭐ away from reaching heroic rank, but after the patch update on 19th January at about 5:55pm when I open the game it has shown that the Season 10 of CS Ranked was finished and my aim of reaching heroic was finished it is unfair to me and with all the ff players .I'm broken from inside and I fell like left the game for forever..pls do justice with ff players. And if you want to do any such patch update in coming future then please inform the ff players earlier atleast 4-5 days ago, So that the players can get enough time to reached their ranked they were aim of.
