Am abdellah from middle east i have been playing the game free fire for about 5 mounths daily playing, and i loved it so much, i spent money on offers and stuffs in the game in my main account that have been suspensed ; last month i tried using mod aim in the game in other account that is not my original account, a guest account, then garena told me that this guest account is suspensed, after that i deleted the mod and i install the game from the app store play google, and playing with my main account, everything seems to be fine i played for about 2 dyas normal but the company surprised me that my main account, but the device is suspensed, i thought that the ban stays in that guest account but after i searched i found that the imei of my phone is banned and every account i tried to use after don't answer and it suspensed immediately, i tried to switch phones and try my account in other phone but i found it also suspensed i think that a mistake because i didn't use the mod in my main account but in the guest account just for a day but my main account has been banned for all, i know that installing mod is not good thing is mistake that's why i want to explain my deep regress and i want from the company of garena to unban my account if possible to give me this chance to play because i can't just create another account or buy it i loved my account and my skins my characters and i want it back please if that possible if not i want an answer please, i hope that my details are enough to understand my issue and it will be very helpful if my account is unbanned unsuspensed and i will very thankful for garena
