Previously my docket number status was not showing

Now in my docket number different pin code is showing, Actual delivery to pin code : 516360 for docket:[protected] reference number :006, Name: Bharath

I called to customer care 3 days back and informed about the wrong pin code, and I have been told by customer care that on the way it will be delivered by 5 th March 2021

Now today when I called customer care it’s a total different story, package is going to chitoor and the pin code details were wrongly mentioned by booking team

Really man... what is going on????

If you don’t know the service why you guys are maintaining this transport agency????

Now tell me by when I will receive my goods????

    Sir, my docket no is[protected]. I had been booked my parecel from palampur to kayamkulam on 16 Frb 2021. The expected delivery date was 28Feb 2021. Till the date i hadn't been delivered my parcel. By the online tracking it had been diverted it delivery address from one district to other :-kottayam to Ernakulam to alappuzha and back to Ernakulam then Alappuzha. I am so worried about my parecels because not even the customer care executive side saying when or where my luggage not even the gati dealer in alappuzha or Ernakulam. I mailed the same matter to the customer care. Please do needful.

      Hi,

      My things were picked up last Thursday and as per the delivery guy this were loaded on Last Saturday dated 20th feb 2021

      And after chasing with the finance team for last 5 days they have given me this docket number:[protected],

      But now I am unable to find the details in the system

      Is this the way you treat your customers????

      Please explain what is the issue here?

        This Consignment is not yet submitted, where assured delivery was 22/02/2021. I have called so many times and they are providing so many contact no to contact but no solution made till today.

        This is absolutely a cheater company. And always giving false information and making us foolish.

        Help me to get my household material from this cheater transporter.

            THIS IS MY FIRST E-MAIL TO YOU ON 3RD FEB 2021

            My name is Amit Kumar Sahu I have booked a 6 x 6 (king size) bed from Jagdalpur (C.G.) Pin-494001 to Pune (M.H) Pin - 411027 on 02/02/2021, but when i tried to track my consignment then nothing happened, can you please enable my Docket No. so i am able to track my consignment.

            THIS IS MY SECOND E-MAIL TO YOU

            Hi Yogeshwari,

            I am writing this mail to inform you that no action was taken against my complaint (complaint no.[protected], your team said that within 24hr your docket no will be activated after you mail to us with your docket number. Now it is going to be more than 7 days, I am still waiting for my docket no to activate and you put my complaint in high priority, what kind of high priority list have you prepared? In the past seven days I talked to your customer service 3 to 4 times and every time they assured me that your issue will be resolved or you get a call from our concern team but not a single call I received from your end.

            Is it all my responsibility that I have to coordinate with your local team and check the status on a daily basis? and first you tell me whose responsibility is that to enter my Docket details into your system.

            After so many followups and daily calls by me then I am able to track my docket on 11th feb 2021and after that I got an information that my one packet is sort out of 5 packet.

            AGAIN I WORTE A E-MAIL TO YOU ON 15TH FEB 2021

            Hello Team,

            After so many follow ups your team created a new issue which is 4 packet out of my 5 packet is reached at Pune and 1 packet reached to (Bhubaneswar, Odisha) as per your team this sort happened at Raipur Location I had talked to Mr. Rakesh at Raipur Hub he told me about this issue then i have registered a complaint against this issue and my new complaint no is[protected].I have no clue where my missing packet is, I haven't got any update on that. If any one part is missed or completely lost from my consignment, then consignment is completely useless for me.

            Please tell me
            If a missing packet is found then when it is going to be dispatched and how can i track it? (as per Mr. Rakesh 1 missing packet dispatched to Bhubaneswar, Odisha on 11th Feb 2021 and as per my assumption it reached to Bhubaneswar Hub)
            If I took a part delivery then what happened?

            Please take this issue on priority basis, and hope that my missing packet will be trackable please arrange my call to concern person who may able to answer to my questions.

            THIS IS GOING TO MORE THEN 7 DAYS you guys not able to find my missing item and you guys are saying that only 4 items was at Jagdalpur ofc.

            I PERSONALLY PRESENTED WHEN YOU ARE LOADING MY SHIPMENT ALL 5 ITEMS LOADED TO YOUR TRUCK AND TRUCK WAS MOVED TO NEXT LOCATION TO RAIPUR(C.G.) WHERE MR. RAKESH WHO RECEIVED MY SHIPMENT.

            [AND MY SHIPMENT WAS DISPATCHED WITHOUT ANY TRACKING NUMBER AND WITHOUT DOCKET SLIP]

            NOW YOUR JAGDALPUR OFFICE IS CLOSED.

            SINCE 3RD FEB 2021 I REGULARLY CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN CHECK MY ALL CALL RECORDING.

            BELOW ARE MY CALL AND VISITING HISTORY:

            ME AND MY DAD DAILY VISTED TO YOUR JAGDALPUR OFFICE AFTER MY SHIPMENT DISPATCHED TO JAGDALPUR BECAUSE MY DOCKET IS NOT ACTIVE TILL 11TH FEB 2021

            MY DAD PERSONALLY MET TO YOUR CHHATTISGARH AREA MANAGER MR. TIWARI. HE ACTIVATED MY DOCKET FROM RAIPUR HUB ON 11TH FEB 2021. AND NEXT DAY MR. RAKESH TOLD HIM THAT ONE PACKET IS MISSING AND DISPATCHED TO BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA. MR. TIWARI INFORM US THAT ONE PACKET IS MISSING FROM RIPUR HUB AND HE ASSURED US THAT DO NOT TOOK ANY WORRY I WILL FIND YOUR MISSING PACKET.

            I VISITED YOUR RAIPUR BRANCH,
            I VISITED YOUR PUNE DAPODI BRANCH,

            DAILY CALLED TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE
            MY FIRST CONCERN PERSON IS - MISS YOGESHWARI
            MY SECOND CONCERN PERSON IS - MISS CASSIA

            NOW MR. TIWARI AND MR. RAKESH NOT PICKING OUR CALLS

            Today I took 4 item delivery [ 1 item sort ]

            I AM JUST FED UP WITH YOUR THIS KIND OF SERVICE!!!

            NOW TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO????????????????????????

            MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND I HAVE WASTED LOTS OF TIME, MONEY, ENERGY AND FUEL

            IF MY PROBLEM WILL NOT SOLVE ASAP THEN I HAVE ONLY ONE OPTION LEFT, THAT I HAVE TO GO TO THE CONSUMER FOREM.

            Please find the attached docket slip and missing item you can clearly see that i have mentioned the area pin code and city name where item need to delivered (numbering to all my packets)

            This is Mr. Patnayak Docket No.[protected] Delivered his Missing Item and collect My missing Item and and DISPATCH IT TO ME.

            Tell me how address is mismatch previously you delivered his consignment and my 1 missing item in same address?

            Do you have any responsible person who can answer my one question "DATE WHEN YOU DELEIVERD MY MISSING ITEM?" I did 100 calls today but no result got this message every time when I called "due to some technical reasons call can not be connect this time our CCA team will contact you in working hours".

            Just collect my item form Mr. Patnayak from Bhubaneswar and dispatched it to my address by EOD.

            and your call center team just we can't do anything we just forward your concern to our team...

            What kind of service you are providing????

              I have booked three boxes on 9th Feb 2021 from Bilaspur to Mumbai with docket no.[protected] with assured delivery on 12th Feb 2021 but regret till date it is not delivered.
              I have been following up with customer care from last four days but they are of no help and every time they say your complaint has been registered and your consignment will be delivered today.
              I now regret availing Gati services which is so unprofessional. There is no updating of status through sms even after opting for the same.
              Very poor standards of services and I would not recommend Gati to anyone rather local transporter services are better than Gati. It is a big name and poor customer services company which does not bother about individual customers.

                      we booked material From Rajkot to Kolkata via gati docket number[protected] dated 19.01.2021, it was booked on term of 5-6 Delivery days but till date material is not delivered by you. our supplier's production is stopped from 26.01.2021 due to your late delivery.
                      50 persons are sitting ideal due to unavailability of Material.

                      No Gati official is talking about reason of delay and such a late delivery.

                      Kindly deliver it immediately.

                        I have booked a gati service on[protected] and the package was bound from Pune to Hyderabad the package reached it's final destination to Hyderabad east when I called the customer care regarding the same they told me that unloading the package will take atleast 08 hours so I waited till Monday that is[protected] but I have not got any update when I tried to contact them they told me that issue is set to high priority but there is no update till now.kindly look into this issue.

                          I booked gati service for home goods relocation from Hyderabad to siliguri WB. I called in the contact number on the website and submitted my goods as on. 24th of Jan 2021. However, I have not got my dockit number yet. I have been provided with the invoice copy with a different person's name. I have made the payment as well but still not provided with dockit.

                            Docket no[protected]. I have send my bike (bajaj v15) along with helmet & raincoat from Agartala to lucknow in January 16th, 2021. When I submitted my bike at Gati kwe office at agartala, they have agreed to pack helmet along with raincoat with the bike & have taken extra packing charges. When when the bike reached Lucknow on 27/1/21, my son received only bike. Helmet & raincoat was not there. When I called Gati kwe agartala number ([protected]), they lied that they have packet the items.

                              I raised a complaint 2nd time with you guys. Some time your delivery partner was very rude and this time you guys cross your limits.
                              My father send one container from oman, muscat to Una, himachal pradesh
                              But there 2 items were missing and this time i can't be calm with you.
                              You guys are totally ridiculous with your service. There is big cut in the baggage and someone took 2 items in this shipment.

                                I couriered 2 boxes and vehicle (Scotty) your service on 9th January which was supposed to be delivered on 20th january. I understand that due to the lock down you were unable to deliver it on time.

                                I tracked the package using your website it informs me that at 11:20 am today the package was out for delivery.
                                And at 11:30pm the package status changed to undelivered due to material not found.

                                Kindly explain it to me how can this happen, The package has important documents (My graduation degree and other certificates), books the boxes has to be in one of your warehouse. I humbly request you please explain to me what really has happened and try to resolve this issue quickly.

                                  Hi this is regarding service complaint 20803898 i haven't received any update till date no one bothered to call me i have bwwn following up like 20 odd times local person rahul thakre says has no delivery vehicle and cannot arrange it as a well is this the company you are running?alao falsely he has updatwd tjat customer is not available wow that was the last thing expected you have no escalation matrix details with you customer agwnt asks me to send email and follow up is this my job?

                                        I booked goods transfer from Hyderabad to nagpur on 26th December. I was assured it would be delivered in 3 days. Then they said due to covid19 regulations it would be delivered on 2-Jan-21. Still no delivery. I have a complaint with Gati. Complaint no 20759769. Still no actions has been taken.
