My name is Amit Kumar Sahu I have booked a 6 x 6 (king size) bed from Jagdalpur (C.G.) Pin-494001 to Pune (M.H) Pin - 411027 on 02/02/2021, but when i tried to track my consignment then nothing happened, can you please enable my Docket No. so i am able to track my consignment.

I am writing this mail to inform you that no action was taken against my complaint (complaint no.[protected], your team said that within 24hr your docket no will be activated after you mail to us with your docket number. Now it is going to be more than 7 days, I am still waiting for my docket no to activate and you put my complaint in high priority, what kind of high priority list have you prepared? In the past seven days I talked to your customer service 3 to 4 times and every time they assured me that your issue will be resolved or you get a call from our concern team but not a single call I received from your end.
Is it all my responsibility that I have to coordinate with your local team and check the status on a daily basis? and first you tell me whose responsibility is that to enter my Docket details into your system.
After so many followups and daily calls by me then I am able to track my docket on 11th feb 2021and after that I got an information that my one packet is sort out of 5 packet.

After so many follow ups your team created a new issue which is 4 packet out of my 5 packet is reached at Pune and 1 packet reached to (Bhubaneswar, Odisha) as per your team this sort happened at Raipur Location I had talked to Mr. Rakesh at Raipur Hub he told me about this issue then i have registered a complaint against this issue and my new complaint no is[protected].I have no clue where my missing packet is, I haven't got any update on that. If any one part is missed or completely lost from my consignment, then consignment is completely useless for me.
Please tell me
If a missing packet is found then when it is going to be dispatched and how can i track it? (as per Mr. Rakesh 1 missing packet dispatched to Bhubaneswar, Odisha on 11th Feb 2021 and as per my assumption it reached to Bhubaneswar Hub)
If I took a part delivery then what happened?
Please take this issue on priority basis, and hope that my missing packet will be trackable please arrange my call to concern person who may able to answer to my questions.

I PERSONALLY PRESENTED WHEN YOU ARE LOADING MY SHIPMENT ALL 5 ITEMS LOADED TO YOUR TRUCK AND TRUCK WAS MOVED TO NEXT LOCATION TO RAIPUR(C.G.) WHERE MR. RAKESH WHO RECEIVED MY SHIPMENT.
[AND MY SHIPMENT WAS DISPATCHED WITHOUT ANY TRACKING NUMBER AND WITHOUT DOCKET SLIP]
NOW YOUR JAGDALPUR OFFICE IS CLOSED.
SINCE 3RD FEB 2021 I REGULARLY CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN CHECK MY ALL CALL RECORDING.

ME AND MY DAD DAILY VISTED TO YOUR JAGDALPUR OFFICE AFTER MY SHIPMENT DISPATCHED TO JAGDALPUR BECAUSE MY DOCKET IS NOT ACTIVE TILL 11TH FEB 2021
MY DAD PERSONALLY MET TO YOUR CHHATTISGARH AREA MANAGER MR. TIWARI. HE ACTIVATED MY DOCKET FROM RAIPUR HUB ON 11TH FEB 2021. AND NEXT DAY MR. RAKESH TOLD HIM THAT ONE PACKET IS MISSING AND DISPATCHED TO BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA. MR. TIWARI INFORM US THAT ONE PACKET IS MISSING FROM RIPUR HUB AND HE ASSURED US THAT DO NOT TOOK ANY WORRY I WILL FIND YOUR MISSING PACKET.

Today I took 4 item delivery [ 1 item sort ]
I AM JUST FED UP WITH YOUR THIS KIND OF SERVICE!!!
NOW TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO????????????????????????
MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND I HAVE WASTED LOTS OF TIME, MONEY, ENERGY AND FUEL
IF MY PROBLEM WILL NOT SOLVE ASAP THEN I HAVE ONLY ONE OPTION LEFT, THAT I HAVE TO GO TO THE CONSUMER FOREM.
Please find the attached docket slip and missing item you can clearly see that i have mentioned the area pin code and city name where item need to delivered (numbering to all my packets)

Updated by amit.sahu13 This is Mr. Patnayak Docket No.[protected] Delivered his Missing Item and collect My missing Item and and DISPATCH IT TO ME.
Tell me how address is mismatch previously you delivered his consignment and my 1 missing item in same address?
Do you have any responsible person who can answer my one question "DATE WHEN YOU DELEIVERD MY MISSING ITEM?" I did 100 calls today but no result got this message every time when I called "due to some technical reasons call can not be connect this time our CCA team will contact you in working hours".
Just collect my item form Mr. Patnayak from Bhubaneswar and dispatched it to my address by EOD.
and your call center team just we can't do anything we just forward your concern to our team...
