My bike from pune to lucknow has to be delivered on 17 march but still haven't received it yet.
Pathetic service and rhey dont even call or customer service is worse always busy.
Kindly help me to get my parcel asap...

My package is in delhi since very ling time why it is getting delayed too much and your worst call center never available.
Assured delivery date was 17 march still i haven't got my package.
Kindly call back and return my package asap.

I ordered 3 product through Banggood portal on 10th September 2019 (ref: order id[protected] and shipment docket number for all 3 products is[protected],[protected] &[protected] which is shipped by your company. But i received only one product (Docket No.[protected] out of three product which was ordered and delivery status of all 3 product changed to delivered in your company web portal. Lots of items are missing from my package, also i registered my complain lots of times but no action from the company. I think company is not interested in resolving the issue. I must go to consumer court to resolve . worst company i think...

Regarding docket[protected]. Delivery delayed by Gati itself but reason mentioned that Customer Delay Delivery Reque. Still delivery not done yet. It was sourced from Bhubaneswar and destination Bangalore Whitefield Kadugodi. When we called on actual delivery date, Gati employee replied that due to Maha Sivaratri employees are not available but when we verified they put blame on customer. This not acceptable and impact Gati impression in Future....

I had visited gati online site and checked for price of 440/20kg(min)
Additional kg rs18.on ground speaking to pickup guy is saying rs750/20kg.why is it so if it is the case you can put it up on your site .site says something your executive say something. Transparency is required.would wait for a positive reply.i had checked for student express campus to home service...

I did not find my home theater and in the receiving of it, address me of the wrong person....

I booked a shipment from pune to kolkata on 8th feb through First choice movers and packers, who have booked a shipment with Gati. The assured delivery date was 17th feb but it got delayed. Finally, on 21st feb it said that only 3 out of 4 packages have been received at destination hub. Then it called that my package have arrived and said that they have sent it a different address even after confirming the pincode with us. And then simply...

My package supposed to be deliver to me on 4th march, it is not even started from its origin yet, I tried calling agent through whom I booked but he is not even recieving my call after I paid, every time I call gati customer care they ask me to wait for 3, 4 hours and say that after 3, 4 hours they will start the connectivity, but nothing happens I have complaint more then 10 time since 4th march but no action is being taken, I have to go...

We have cancelled the delivery through mail, i have submitted that proofs also, but gati done delivery to customer after i have refunded to customer, if we are asking to gati return back our product, there is no one take responsibility.

Previously my docket number status was not showing

Now in my docket number different pin code is showing, Actual delivery to pin code : 516360 for docket:[protected] reference number :006, Name: Bharath

I called to customer care 3 days back and informed about the wrong pin code, and I have been told by customer care that on the way it will be delivered by 5 th March 2021

Sir, my docket no is[protected]. I had been booked my parecel from palampur to kayamkulam on 16 Frb 2021. The expected delivery date was 28Feb 2021. Till the date i hadn't been delivered my parcel. By the online tracking it had been diverted it delivery address from one district to other :-kottayam to Ernakulam to alappuzha and back to Ernakulam then Alappuzha. I am so worried about my parecels because not even the customer care executive...

My things were picked up last Thursday and as per the delivery guy this were loaded on Last Saturday dated 20th feb 2021

And after chasing with the finance team for last 5 days they have given me this docket number:[protected],

But now I am unable to find the details in the system

Is this the way you treat your customers????

This Consignment is not yet submitted, where assured delivery was 22/02/2021. I have called so many times and they are providing so many contact no to contact but no solution made till today.

This is absolutely a cheater company. And always giving false information and making us foolish.

Help me to get my household material from this cheater transporter.

I have been following up with customer care from last four days but they are of no help and every time they say your complaint has been registered and your consignment will be delivered today.
I now regret availing Gati services which is so unprofessional....
