      I tracked my docket status today, it says out for delivery but no one from gati has contacted me yet and i am still waiting.

      Gati customer care is not picking up the call. I called the local gati office they say they are not responsible for this and told me to call customer care. Need immediate help regarding this.

        My name is Vaibhav rai I had booked and parcel from gati KWE by docket number[protected] on dated 2nd December 2020 from Mohali to Varanasi and I received my items into the broken form after that I come go to the company website and complaint against the same docket number the company said we will complete your all the process within the month at the same time they register my complaint and i email to the company also regarding the broken of articles.in the same connection company send here at Varanasi and agent of insurance company will take the images and make their all the details and send to the company once again but out so many times I had been trying to connect with the company that name that EQ but they always said under process under process now the time is more than three month but till late I didn't receive my amount as per the insurance company I requested kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible it's really harshing me.

              Gati is damage my ro fillter which I have ordered in jalnder they totally broking my my product and they have not give any response the company is provide third class service I am pay 800 rupee of premium package to safe I am received but the gati is damage and no one should response and the customer support number is always say the line is busy. Also I have upload photo and video as well.

                    I ordered 3 product through Banggood portal on 10th September 2019 (ref: order id[protected] and shipment docket number for all 3 products is[protected],[protected] &[protected] which is shipped by your company. But i received only one product (Docket No.[protected] out of three product which was ordered and delivery status of all 3 product changed to delivered in your company web portal. After that i contact with your customer care several times through phone and mail every time got reply that they are looking into matter. After several calls and mails your company didn’t delivered both parcel to me and not corrected the delivery status from delivered to Lost in Gati web portal.

                      Lots of items are missing from my package, also i registered my complain lots of times but no action from the company. I think company is not interested in resolving the issue. I must go to consumer court to resolve . worst company i think...

                        Regarding docket[protected]. Delivery delayed by Gati itself but reason mentioned that Customer Delay Delivery Reque. Still delivery not done yet. It was sourced from Bhubaneswar and destination Bangalore Whitefield Kadugodi. When we called on actual delivery date, Gati employee replied that due to Maha Sivaratri employees are not available but when we verified they put blame on customer. This not acceptable and impact Gati impression in Future.

                        Customer care followup the delivery boy then I have received the courier. But observed service provided by Gati is not professional bcuz delivery boy called me ground floor to pick 75kg of material to 3rd floor even though paid for door to door service along with lift available

                          I had visited gati online site and checked for price of 440/20kg(min)
                          Additional kg rs18.on ground speaking to pickup guy is saying rs750/20kg.why is it so if it is the case you can put it up on your site .site says something your executive say something. Transparency is required.would wait for a positive reply.i had checked for student express campus to home service

                          Gati charge according to actual and the volumetric weight which ever is subject to maximum
                          1 Cubic feet is considered as 10 Kg ( EG : 1Feet X 1Feet X 1Feet =10 Kgs)
                          Whichever is higher Gati charges accordingly.

                                  I booked a shipment from pune to kolkata on 8th feb through First choice movers and packers, who have booked a shipment with Gati. The assured delivery date was 17th feb but it got delayed. Finally, on 21st feb it said that only 3 out of 4 packages have been received at destination hub. Then it called that my package have arrived and said that they have sent it a different address even after confirming the pincode with us. And then simply returned it back to Kolkata hub. After that as i called again to customer care, they are saying my one package is still missing. All this from 21st feb to 7th march and no action taken from Gati's end. My 3 packages aren't delivered yet.

                                    My package supposed to be deliver to me on 4th march, it is not even started from its origin yet, I tried calling agent through whom I booked but he is not even recieving my call after I paid, every time I call gati customer care they ask me to wait for 3, 4 hours and say that after 3, 4 hours they will start the connectivity, but nothing happens I have complaint more then 10 time since 4th march but no action is being taken, I have to go to Delhi on 7th march because of my job transfer, I don't know what to do yet, I have not got any update when I tried to contact them they told me that issue is set to high priority but there is no update till now.kindly look into this issue

                                      My package supposed to be deliver to me on 4th march, it is not even started from its zorigin yet, agent through I booked is not even recieving my call after I paid, every time I call gati customer care they ask me to wait for 3, 4 hours after that they will start the connectivity, but nothing happens I have complaint more then 4 time since 4th march but no action is being taken, I have to go to Delhi on 7th march because of my job transfer, I don't know what to do yet, I served in army, and when we came back this is what happens with us, these is the worst service I have ever seen.i might have to go to police if no action taken today

                                        We have cancelled the delivery through mail, i have submitted that proofs also, but gati done delivery to customer after i have refunded to customer, if we are asking to gati return back our product, there is no one take responsibility.
