Hi, I bought a sofa from Amazon. The seller shipped the sofa via Gati-KWE July 31.
The Tracking ID provided by Gati[protected].
Till now, I am unable to track the shipment via Gati website. I contacted customer care. Previously they said that the tracking ID is wrong. If so, how could Gati provided the same to us? Now they understood the problem and saying that some respective team is looking into the issue. This what I am hearing for last few days. Still nobody contacted me yet.

Today is the delivery date. The item is not delivered. I am unable to track. Nobody contacted me. Customer care is not reachable via phone.

This is the worst experience from a courier.

        Hi, my name is ketan dubbewar, i have ordered all of my luggage using transdaksh packers and movers. They have given me gati docket number to track my package.

        It was supposed to be received by 17-aug-20, but today i checked it's status which shows delivered.

        I did not get any call neither no one came to deliver me my stuff.

        I tried calling gati helpline for number of times. It is not connecting they are just saying all executive are busy, i almost waited for 15 mins on each call listening this wait ringtone but could not connect.

        Please help me with the issue.

          My package was traceable a few days ago but today when i checked for the same online, there was no information available. It still says "no data found in this docket number"
          My docket number is[protected]
          The transit status last shown was that my package will be travelling to noida. That's it.
          Today no such information is shown. I feel like i've been scammed since their customer care number says "out if service" or "doesn't exist"

            Hi,
            I sent my parcel from bengaluru to bhubaneswar on 3rd july.
            The parcel assured delivery was 11th july.
            Today is 6th august. The warehouse manager number i got from my pickup partner is [protected]. He is misbehaving & unwilling to give any information on the delivery. I have been trying to get it delivered from july. I feel it's a tremendous mistake opting for the service for urgent materials. It had my vehicle. Without any intimation the status changed to customer request for reschedule.

                I am very disappointed with your service. The consignment has reached your Punewarehouse on 7th July and its nearly a month and it hasn't been delivered. Pathetic customer service and very bad response from your people. I will NEVER recommend your service to anyone.

                    I have called many times to gati customer care service but they said after lock down they deliver my product. Since a month gone still I didn't get received my parcel. As I have booked the parcel with other third parties. I can understand about the lock down but after the lock down they are still delaying to give the parcel. Please help me in my quarries as IAM facing many problems due to not receiving the parcel still now.

                      Hi,
                      I had couriered my packages through gati on 21st July. My package arrived at Noida on 26th July on 00:16 hours and was out for next station on 14:26 hours, but then at 23:06 hours it showed status 'Arrived' at Noida Stc, with no status update since then. What is this going on ? and where is my package as I highly doubt that it would be arriving on time
                      WI have tried contacting the customer care, but the tool free number mentioned is always busy with no reply. The website is not even allowing me to subscribe for sms alerts or raise a complaint in website.

                        Hi,
                        One of my order couriered through gati. My package delivered to destination city 3 days before assured delivery date and it's not yet delivered. When i check that i came to know it's marked as consignee refused. I didn't even get call or message or any delivery but it marked as refused and reported to sender. When i called customer care he is simply saying we will deliver your product by assured delivery date please wait. The website is worst it's not even allowing me to subscribe for sms alerts or raise a complaint in website. I still didn't understand how come they can mark it as consignee refused without contacting customer.

                        tried to reach customer care out of 3 numbers one is switch off, another one saying we are available from mon-sun 9-5 and auto disconnecting call and final number is chargeable and said same thing. when you are not offering service I don't know why you are charging customer that too after entering many options.

                        tried to reach local gati service by searching in google, they asked me to get police permission to deliver the product or else I can come and collect the product. when I asked if you have difficulties in delivering product then why did you marked it as customer refused then they responded we don't update anything only company will update we don't have any option like covid.

                        My docket no[protected] has been detained. The assured delivery date was on 12th October. Kindly let me know by when it will reach me. None of your customer care numbers are reachable.
                        There is an employee working from your Delhi/Noida office who is committing fraud after fraud. First he claimed he was from DTDC, through which I originally placed the order. He even prepared the bill under DTDC letter head. (Photos attached below) He charged me an exorbitant amount, over 6K, saying my dockets were around 51 Kgs.

                        When he dispatched the dockets, it was found that he was delivering them through Gati. He probably works for the company too. The dockets were of 35 Kgs, which I by the way, have not received since 12th October which was the original delivery date.

                        All I wanted was a nice service but here I am waiting for my dockets to get delivered which have been detained, I do not know why.

                        MY DOCKET NUMBER IS[protected]. Please let me know when it will reach me because this is heights.

                                      I transport my bike 'ktm duke' from mumbai to kanpur, but its not delivered even after the designated date and now they show the status as, undelivered due to product not found, can you believe it they lost or stole my bike. It's the worst courier service even their branch office number also has incoming calls disabled, i don't want to go through the legal process but they are not willing to help you. It was the worst mistake to chose gati. Below is my docket number.
