    The package was expected to be delivered on 6/14/2021 and on request the delivery was attempted on 6/15/2021 and without any contact, it was updated as undelivered. No information was shared of the delivery person and no point of contact was there.

        I had availed the bike transport service from Srinagar to Hyderabad. The bike had multiple damages during delivery. I would never again trust Gati to transport my vehicle, if it goes without dealing with any consequences. The packers and movers who work for them are not professional.

          Myself, manjeet singh, navy soldier.
          I had booked my luggage from my duty station Pondicherry to my home vill. Ropri, po dangar - 174023.
          My docket no.[protected].
          I paid for door to door delivery.
          Today i got call from delivery agent, he said that collect from godown as i am onduty and can't collect it from godown. I informed him regarding this, he said he will drop luggage midway at 1400 hrs.
          But he didn't delivered it.
          Now i got msg :
          Dkt #[protected] is DELIVERED AT GHUMARWIN ON[protected]. Do more with WApp.Text Hi to Genie on [protected].
          Please help me, i trusted gati services and i am disappointed that this is the behaviour gati delivery agents are treating soldiers with this respect.

              Hi,
              There is fake website with the name of Gati and they have given their mobile number to contact and then shifting the product through Gati.They are actually a third party, but cheating people with the name of Gati.

              Today I received my product though Gati.In the receipt of Gati I could see 10, 986 has been paid to Gati, but relocate Packers and movers has charged me RS. 56000 with the name of Gati.

              Also most of the products are damaged during the transport of Gati courier which Relocate Packers and movers shifted thorugh Gati.

              Also the third party has been stolen one table fan.There few parts of the product missing too.

                Leverage Bowling machine company had dispatched a parcel through Gati to me . And provided me Docket Number. But when I am trying to track my parcels it is showing your Docket Number is invalid.please help. My parcel was dispatched on 27th of May 2021and today is 6 June 2021.

                    And till now it wasnt out for delivery until on 27th it was out for delivery and then also didn't reached me showing undelivered.

                    I called customer care service they are totally fraud they always say to wait 1-2 more days and they prioritize my order

                      They have a very sweet reply on this that it is at shipper risk not owner risk,
                      This information was not asked to me nor did I sign any document and even after booking this from there website they allotted me a pick up from third party and when a registered employee does these things you cannot spot it and also i am asking them for gati receipt they are not providing me .
                      Demanding for a bill is a customers right and there is the scam as they quoted me more than gati which i guess i s an offence for gati and customer that is me .

                      No response and resolution on my complain it has been 8 days i am mailing customer care and they say concerned department is looking but i can not wait for 1 month as all the materials are essentials and also i am working and can not waste my time on explaining them

                        I had booked to transfer a Microwave oven and a Bed mattress from Dombivali to Hyderabad on 2nd Feb 2021 and the same was delivered to me on 10th Feb 2021. However, the Oven was delivered with the front side glass of the oven door and the handle completely broken. They have mentioned in the delivery remarks as damaged from their side.

                        When I contacted customer care they said they will give a resolution very soon and provided me a ticket no:20890222. When I did not get any response for some days I sent them a mail on 23rd as well as 24th Feb 2021.

                        Then I got a call on 26th Feb and said we will get in touch with the delivery team and provide you a resolution.

                        After 2 days when I did not get a call I called them and he said as per the order you had placed, we have 2 types of services one with insurance and the other with no insurance and it seems mine was without insurance.

                        When I had inquired about booking no one had informed me about the choice and suddenly this new different type of service had come up. When I complained that I was not asked for any such insurance or non-insurance option he took the booking executive online and the executive confirmed that he had not informed the same to me. The customer care executive said they will connect with the senior of the booking executive and provide me with a resolution.

                        But to date, I have not received any resolution. When I went to the service centre to get my Oven repaired they said it will cost Rs. 3500.

                        I want a resolution and compensation for the damage caused.

                          I have booked a packers and movers from Bangalore to sagar i have received completely damaged goods and on investigating i came to know that an employee of GATI cheated me by providing me a third party pckers and movers receipt and on asking him the original gati recipt he says that the third party vendor has provided you the same i asked for the verification he gives gati services reference my total loss is 90K please help me

                            I got a call from your customer care executive and as usual they are not professional. I missed the complainant timeline as we are in a pandemic if you remember and not everyone is in a state of mind to check your company timeline for damage claim. But I have the video of the same day which shows there was a hole in the package. The only solution is to sue you guys because you are not bothered about your company reputation.

Irresponsible GATIKWEIndia team recieved a cheque(with out validating- incorrect amounts in figure) from the customer instead of DD. The cheque got bounced and our 4, 71, 450 costs consignment is in customer hand. Trusted GATIKWEIndia and needs immediate action by collecting a valid DD from customer.

                                Reached out to customer care, no helps on the status tracks. Everyone the customer care says the same info, which a general user can track from the docket status. What's the use of customer care then?

                                My consignment assured delivery date was 3rd May, and consignment was picked up on 24th April. There was a delay on loading and then there is a delay on delivery.

                                      I have made a call for relocation of my Activa from Pune to Gwalior so i called Agarwal movers and packers on that call some one called me that there executive will call me on the second day at 10 AM so i waited for that then A call come asking for the same . I have asked them that you are from Agarwal Movers and packers they said yes ... so after picking my Activa from pick up location they made a handwritten Bill from Punia Cargo movers and packers so i asked them that i have booked through agarwal movers and packers they said we are the franchise of Agarwal movers and Packers . When i asked to Agarwal movers and packers executive they told me that there is no franchise like it . Now my Activa is into the another hand which was supposed to delivered by 02-May-2021 and when i am calling then they are saying that it will delivered by 03-June-2021. They have assured me that it will delivered by 4 days . please help me i can not wait for more than 1 month
