Hi,
My docket #[protected] was scheduled to deliver on 10th Nov 2020.I got message in the morning saying it is out for delivery but when it was delivered by end of day then I contacted the number mentoned in sms ( Contact person named Amit Chaand from Gati Courier: Rourkela), he replied saying we not delivery today as goods is not arrived yet . When we asked for status, he replied go and ask origin location's Gati.
I have raised customer complain as well, everyday getting email from customer care saying it is out for delivery, it wil reach as soon as possible today.
We are still waiting for delivery. Later when we contact Gati, rourkela Head Mr Srinivas Rao. He is only saying go and ask customer care, we don't know anything.
Customer service is poor and delivery not yet done.
I even don't know where and how to escalate the matter, Gati is also not providing steps to escalate above. They are just looping us around.
Here I would like to file a consumer complain for non-delivering on docket.
Gati-KWE customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
