2 parcel were sent from Dubai -goa...upon reaching goa and upon opening the parcel it was noticed that multiple items were missing from one of our parcels.this is highly unacceptable this company is not to be trusted .. extremely unsatisfied

    I has been 3 days since my docket is out for delivery but not delivered to me. The tracking says it is already delivered on 26 December 2020.
    A person contacted on 26 Dec and said will be delivering tomorrow but no status till now.
    His phone is switched off and I am not getting ang response from you guys.

        They are not deliver intime our product so up and down charges i got loss,

            I booked an overnight courier delivery from Hyderabad to Ranchi (Dkt #[protected] on November 27, 2020, with a promise to deliver the parcel on Nov 28 for self pick-up or Nov 30 for home delivery.

            The courier was misplaced and sent to Kolkata, then to Delhi, and arrived in Ranchi only on Dec 1. Post that, even after multiple calls to the delivery agent, the parcel was not delivered even until the evening of Dec 2. The delivery agents showed no urgency in delivering the parcel and were sitting on it at the warehouse.

            It took 5 days to deliver an overnight parcel and it wasn't even delivered. I had to drive 15 km to and fro to the warehouse to pick-up the parcel on my own. The condition of the parcel was terrible, with holes in the box and the contents coming out of it (photos attached).

            I demand a full refund for such a bad service since I was charged an exorbitant amount for faster delivery (INR 2500).

              I have order one tv from flipkart. They choose to send it via gati( worst service provider) . Now when it reached to the nearest hub everyday it shows out of delivery and end of the day due to time constraint couldn't deliver. so called the local hub and what the guy said is very surprising. I have to collect it from there, they can't deliver it to my doorstep.i don't know how to respond to that.

                  I have shipped my bike from Pune to Ratlam (Avenger 220), when I received it in Ratlam it was in really bad condition, handle lock was broken, there were scratches everywhere, I have to change the lock which cost me around 3000 rs.
                  I have spoken to the customer care they are not even taking responsibility.
                  I want my compensation as they have taken my bike in intact condition and delivered it in a bad state.

I have made full payment and till today they haven't provided me any tracking detail and whereabouts are not even updated. Please help me in this regard.

                        yesterday on 9th dec they came to my house to deliver but they by mistake were carrying other package, so I refused the delivery due to wrong item.
                        But they have wrongly updated in the tracking page as delivered with fake sign.Till now I have received nothing.

                                  My courier had reached the Gati Chinchwad on 13th November 2020 early morning. I had made a complaint with Gati customer care on 16th and made sure to get a complaint number[protected] registered. I was assured by the customer care executive that I will be given a call from the concerned department soon after having a word with the local team. I called again on 15th November 2020 and 16th November 2020, twice daily and was given the same assurance that the team is looking into the matter and the request has been put on high priority to deliver the courier of 25kg soon, and I will be getting a call from the local team or the complaint department but I did not get any updates on that yet. On 16th November 2020 the courier was marked as out for delivery in the morning at 9:30 am and was marked as Undelivered Due To Material Not Found at 6:30 pm. I don’t know if Gati has damaged, tampered or lost my courier. I have been a fake assurance that the department will call you back on high priority basis.
                                  Having the worst courier experience only with Gati, I have used all other small and big courier companies, Gati has proved to be worst in matters of service and customer care.

                                  The courier got delivered today on 20/11/2020, talking to the customer care, complaints department and making severe complaints to put the delivery on high priority did not work enough, it was only when the local Gati team felt like delivering, they made the delivery. The complaint team kept pestering local team to deliver but they ignored all the complaints. Got it delivered. Never booking with Gati again. Thank you. ✌🏻

                                    I had couriered a motorcycle and a Package from Visakhapatnam on 7th of November. The package was supposed to be delivered to me by 16th of November.

                                    On 17th of November I had received two messages one mentioning that the delivery has been delayed -

                                    Dkt No 493****15 is delayed . For further assistance Please call us on[protected]. We Regret the inconvenience. To Track Download App - http://onelink.to/hracna

                                    And another message stated that the courier is put for delivery along with a phone number -

                                    Dkt # 493****15 is Out for Dly . ContactPerson: SUBIR BALA/8013****60 or To Track Download App - http://onelink.to/hracna.

                                    I had tried to call the delivery man but his number was unreachable the entire day.


                                    Today as I'm checking the docket status it's showing me that the courier was UNDELIVERED and is returning the opposite way i, e the place it had come from and on top of that it shows that the package was undelivered due to 'Material Not Found'.

                                    Today is the 18th of November and I am in dire need of the courier package as it contains important materials - DEGREE CERTIFICATES.

                                    Please look into the matter of how the material has been left out and provide me a resolution ASAP.

                                      My parcel with docket no.[protected] was booked on 07th Nov 2020 with express delivery service (paid extra for the same) and assured delivery date on 12th nov 2020.

                                      Item is not yet delivered and customer care response team is of no help and all the answers are not professional and of any help.

                                      I never had expected this kind o[censored]nprofessional and pathetic service.

                                      The parcel contained some very important items that i required urgently and never expected this kind of experience with Gati team.

                                      I was asked to write an email and there also on asking logical query there was no response from the concerned team.

                                      The gati customer service is hopeless. No use of calling them.

                                        Hi,

                                        My docket #[protected] was scheduled to deliver on 10th Nov 2020.I got message in the morning saying it is out for delivery but when it was delivered by end of day then I contacted the number mentoned in sms ( Contact person named Amit Chaand from Gati Courier: Rourkela), he replied saying we not delivery today as goods is not arrived yet . When we asked for status, he replied go and ask origin location's Gati.

                                        I have raised customer complain as well, everyday getting email from customer care saying it is out for delivery, it wil reach as soon as possible today.

                                        We are still waiting for delivery. Later when we contact Gati, rourkela Head Mr Srinivas Rao. He is only saying go and ask customer care, we don't know anything.

                                        Customer service is poor and delivery not yet done.
                                        I even don't know where and how to escalate the matter, Gati is also not providing steps to escalate above. They are just looping us around.

                                        Here I would like to file a consumer complain for non-delivering on docket.

                                        Hi, My docket #[protected] was scheduled to deliver on 10th Nov 2020.I got message in the morning saying it is out for delivery but when it was not delivered by end of day then I contacted the number mentioned in sms from Gati ( Contact person named Amit Chaand from Gati Courier: Rourkela), he replied saying we are not delivering today as goods are not arrived yet . When we asked for status, he replied go and ask origin location's Gati ( Where you have booked). I have raised customer complain as well, everyday getting email from customer care saying it is out for delivery, it will reach as soon as possible today. We are still waiting for delivery. Later when we contact Gati, rourkela Head Mr Srinivas Rao. He is only saying go and ask customer care, we don't know anything. The way Gati Staff ( Mr Amit Chaand and Srinivas Rao ) talked very rudely and irresponsibly . Customer service is poor and delivery not yet done. I even don't know where and how to escalate the matter, Gati is also not providing steps to escalate above. They are just looping us around. Here I would like to file a consumer complain for non-delivering of consignment ( Docket :[protected]
