I booked an overnight courier delivery from Hyderabad to Ranchi (Dkt #[protected] on November 27, 2020, with a promise to deliver the parcel on Nov 28 for self pick-up or Nov 30 for home delivery.
The courier was misplaced and sent to Kolkata, then to Delhi, and arrived in Ranchi only on Dec 1. Post that, even after multiple calls to the delivery agent, the parcel was not delivered even until the evening of Dec 2. The delivery agents showed no urgency in delivering the parcel and were sitting on it at the warehouse.
It took 5 days to deliver an overnight parcel and it wasn't even delivered. I had to drive 15 km to and fro to the warehouse to pick-up the parcel on my own. The condition of the parcel was terrible, with holes in the box and the contents coming out of it (photos attached).
I demand a full refund for such a bad service since I was charged an exorbitant amount for faster delivery (INR 2500).
