I have order one tv from flipkart. They choose to send it via gati( worst service provider) . Now when it reached to the nearest hub everyday it shows out of delivery and end of the day due to time constraint couldn't deliver. so called the local hub and what the guy said is very surprising. I have to collect it from there, they can't deliver it to my doorstep.i don't know how to respond to that....

I have booked 2 services from GATI Executive Mr. Arun over phone call.([protected]) and now the person is not answering the call or Whatsapp message.

I have shipped my bike from Pune to Ratlam (Avenger 220), when I received it in Ratlam it was in really bad condition, handle lock was broken, there were scratches everywhere, I have to change the lock which cost me around 3000 rs.
I have spoken to the customer care they are not even taking responsibility.
I want my compensation as they have taken my bike in intact condition and delivered it in a bad state.

I have sent 4boxes through gati from Delhi to Imphal on 12th nov 2020. I have received a bill of Rs. 12, 530 dated 13.11.2020 (bill no.5055). I have made full payment and till today they haven't provided me any tracking detail and whereabouts are not even updated. Please help me in this regard.

My docket number[protected] is not getting delivered to my place.from last two days its out for delivery in Patna .I asked Gati delivery staff number but here staffs are threatening me to destroy my package and they return package everyday without delivering.

I booked parcel from Bangalore to Patna .But till now nothing I received and the delivery staff is using abusive language . Customer care not responding .

Handover 16 packets for transport from Pune to Rayagada including a bike. Received 15 packets without bike. Checked for it with customer care but they are also clueless. Not able to trace it.

Sir my docket no[protected], booking was from Hyderabad to Ranchi my goods have reached Ranchi -27/11/20 but, I have received my goods on -1/12/20 there was a delay and even 1 item is missing and even a bad behavior from the store manager, name of the store manager is Mr. Akbar and his mobile no---[protected], his behavior and his service was worst never expected this from gati never will I use this service and even recommend others to do so...

I had my friend transport my bike from Varanasi to Pondicherry. I was supposed to receive it on 20th Nov. I got a message saying it's delayed and the last tracking update was that it was received at Bangalore. Now, it shows no data to show for the same tracking number. Tracking number is[protected]...

My courier had reached the Gati Chinchwad on 13th November 2020 early morning. I had made a complaint with Gati customer care on 16th and made sure to get a complaint number[protected] registered. I was assured by the customer care executive that I will be given a call from the concerned department soon after having a word with the local team. I called again on 15th November 2020 and 16th November 2020, twice daily and was given the same...

I had couriered a motorcycle and a Package from Visakhapatnam on 7th of November. The package was supposed to be delivered to me by 16th of November.

Item is not yet delivered and customer care response team is of no help and all the answers are not professional and of any help.

My docket #[protected] was scheduled to deliver on 10th Nov 2020.I got message in the morning saying it is out for delivery but when it was delivered by end of day then I contacted the number mentoned in sms ( Contact person named Amit Chaand from Gati Courier: Rourkela), he replied saying we not delivery today as goods is not arrived yet . When we asked for status, he replied go and ask origin location's Gati.

I had ordered a rug from myntra which was delivered to me at 30th October 2020 at around 2 pm but the status in app is still showing shipped instead of delivered because of which I am unable to proceed the return process.

I was supposed to get a shipment through Gati courier and shipment reached Bangalore by 4th and since 5th November 2020 it shows that it is out for delivery yet shipment is not delivered yet.

I have already raised lots of complaints but no proper solution on this yet.

I availed Gati's door to door service to send my parcels from Bangalore to Kolkata.

I have old parents at home, th delivery person is trying to extort more money from them to deliver my parcels to door .

Even after complaining multiple times to the service center . They are not resolving this issue .

This is related to a consignment picked via docket no[protected] from Bhiwandi to Panchkula, when the order was booked the customer care mentioned 4-5k +-10 percentage, however now the delivery team is asking for 24 k...need your support for clearing the mess... Consignment is already reached at destination Panchkula.....

My package is stuck with gati Bangalore, which arrived from rajkot . It is expensive item . Status changed from out for delivery to Undelivered . Customer care also has no idea where the package is...
