My parcel with docket no.[protected] was booked on 07th Nov 2020 with express delivery service (paid extra for the same) and assured delivery date on 12th nov 2020.

Item is not yet delivered and customer care response team is of no help and all the answers are not professional and of any help.

I never had expected this kind o[censored]nprofessional and pathetic service.

The parcel contained some very important items that i required urgently and never expected this kind of experience with Gati team.

I was asked to write an email and there also on asking logical query there was no response from the concerned team.

The gati customer service is hopeless. No use of calling them.

Please take action about the same at the earliest

    Hi,

    My docket #[protected] was scheduled to deliver on 10th Nov 2020.I got message in the morning saying it is out for delivery but when it was delivered by end of day then I contacted the number mentoned in sms ( Contact person named Amit Chaand from Gati Courier: Rourkela), he replied saying we not delivery today as goods is not arrived yet . When we asked for status, he replied go and ask origin location's Gati.

    I have raised customer complain as well, everyday getting email from customer care saying it is out for delivery, it wil reach as soon as possible today.

    We are still waiting for delivery. Later when we contact Gati, rourkela Head Mr Srinivas Rao. He is only saying go and ask customer care, we don't know anything.

    Customer service is poor and delivery not yet done.
    I even don't know where and how to escalate the matter, Gati is also not providing steps to escalate above. They are just looping us around.

    Here I would like to file a consumer complain for non-delivering on docket.

      I had ordered a rug from myntra which was delivered to me at 30th October 2020 at around 2 pm but the status in app is still showing shipped instead of delivered because of which I am unable to proceed the return process.
      I talked to Mr. Amit of Gati courier service of Sitarganj, Udham Singh Nagar and asked him to check weather the status of my product is updated or not by sharing with him my product's tracking number and then they checked and told that it's not updated here to delivered and that they are correcting it now but again it's still showing on the way and delayed delivery.
      So, Gati services, you are requested to please check status of this product and update it to delivered. Please it's urgent and it's already been a month since I have ordered this and 10 days since I had received it through cod mode of payment. Myntra has also raised and highlighted my complaint but the issue is not resolving.

        Hi,
        I was supposed to get a shipment through Gati courier and shipment reached Bangalore by 4th and since 5th November 2020 it shows that it is out for delivery yet shipment is not delivered yet.

        I have already raised lots of complaints but no proper solution on this yet.

          I availed Gati's door to door service to send my parcels from Bangalore to Kolkata.

          I have old parents at home, th delivery person is trying to extort more money from them to deliver my parcels to door .

          Even after complaining multiple times to the service center . They are not resolving this issue .

            This is related to a consignment picked via docket no[protected] from Bhiwandi to Panchkula, when the order was booked the customer care mentioned 4-5k +-10 percentage, however now the delivery team is asking for 24 k...need your support for clearing the mess...                   Ordered a parcel from Hong Kong to Chennai, which was received in Delhi on 17/10/2020, and after paying duty fee with prime express, the parcel sent to gati team to take over the delivery.

                  my promised date of delivery of my parcel is on 21/10/2020. it's still not delivered the pack.

                  No proper contact details is given. feeling frustrated to call customer support on daily basis and ask for the resolution and finally fed up with no action was taken. help the parcel to reach me/ else provide me the contact number to escalate this issue.

                    I had shipment which set out at 12/10/2020. The shipment reached the destination by 25/10/2020.
                    However the exact address of delivery is about 35 kms away from where the package reached.

                    The agency is not giving any intimation about it. I tried to lodge a complaint but no use, their site doesn't allow you to raise one.

                    Tried talking to the customer support but to clear out whether I should go and collect it or they will deliver at doorstep, they agreed with second option

                    However the assured delivery date is 9/11/2020 which is more than 10 days from today and
                    Tinsukia to Digboi is 33.5 kms and I don't think it takes 10 days for the same . It takes me an hour or two

                      - It had opted Gati to shift my stuff from Bangalore to Punjab as I was relocating.
                      - It was picked up on October 5, 2020 and was supposed to be delivered within 2 weeks.
                      - As per the tracking site, they have made 3 attempts to deliver (WHICH IS A LIE).
                      - My stuff has not been delivered so far and it is 27 Oct, 2020 today.
                      This is highly unprofessional for a brand like Gati.
                      - Totally dissatisfied with it's customer service as I raised two-three tickets and got a poor response.

                      Can someone tell me the ACTUAL eta for the delivery?

                            I have ordered a product from flipkart. It came through gati couriers. When I track the product from gati website it reached nearby hub at 20th October 9.29 AM. Then next day they updated address and pincode mismatch. Actually the address and Pincode is same as Aadhar card and I ordered many products using this same address. Then I call the courier branch where my product arrived, they don't respond properly, they always repeating tomorrow courier will be delivered.Now date is 23rd october.When I surf internet regarding this problem tons of people complaint about the same issue like me. When you cannot resolve the problem and make it happen again and again why are you accepting deliveries.

                              Docket No[protected] is stuck in Banglore for the last 5 days i.e 17 Oct 2020, which was supposed to be delivered today i.e 22 Oct 2020. Please try to deliver it as soon as possible as am moving to another city. This is my 2nd customer complaint, I hope it helps.

The customer support attended my complaint in very good manner, which i do appreciate but they took way too much time. The only problem i faced with gati is that they keep your package at warehouse for 5-8 days. Other than that their transport system and customer care executive were good. Thank you

                                My package was picked up on 13 th October 2020 docket number[protected] from Mumbai and delivery date to Patna given 20th October 2020.On 21st October received the following message :
                                Dkt #[protected] is Out for Dly . ContactPerson: SHANKAR KUMAR RAJAK/[protected] or To Track Download App - http://onelink.to/hracna.
                                But the given contact number of delivery person is not available and since package is not delivered and now on the tracking ID it’s showing “Material not found”and got no response and support from the local office when contacted.

                                      There is an employee working from your Delhi/Noida office who is committing fraud after fraud. First he claimed he was from DTDC, through which I originally placed the order. He even prepared the bill under DTDC letter head. (Photos attached below) He charged me an exorbitant amount, over 6K, saying my dockets were around 51 Kgs.

                                      When he dispatched the dockets, it was found that he was delivering them through GATI. He probably works for the company too. The dockets were of 35 Kgs, which I by the way, have not received since 12th October which was the original delivery date. Today is 16th and the tracker shows they have been detaines.

                                      All I wanted was a nice service for thousands of rupees that were wrongfully charged but here I am waiting for my dockets to get delivered which have been detained, I do not know why.

                                      MY DOCKET NUMBER IS[protected]. Please let me know when it will reach me because this is heights.

                                      Hello. I understand there was a misunderstanding with the previous complaint I posted here. The fraud committed was by private movers and packers who is not an employee of Gati. I humbly apologise for that.

                                      I got this clarity after speaking to a Mr Saurabh, who very patiently explained how Gati has a specific forum/platform for movers and packers where they can place the order.

                                      The other thing that became clear to me was Gati employees are not answerable to me, where the package was going to be delivered. In the wrong name on the wrong email ID with the wrong phone number and no stickers (Attached below is the bill in the name of Surendra with a make believe email ID and phone number.) So Gati accepts this without authenticating, I get it.

                                      I just have one request. Since Gati has a platform for movers and packers, kindly let me know which movers and packers employed Mr Karishan Arya -- His details are attached in the complaints above. So that I can take necessary action against him since I did not want to be dragged here in the first place. Also, a Mr Yadav was in touch with him so he would know who Mr Arya works for. He pretended to be a DTDC employee.

                                      As for your sales executive, Mr Saurabh, on Friday, he kept hanging up my call after promising that he would speak to me at 2 PM. I had to mark Mr Mahendra Agrawal in a mail for me to be taken seriously, after which my stuff reached my place, Thanks to your customer executive Mr Vishal.

                                      I wilfully did not want to be a customer of GATI and was dragged into this. Please explain this to Mr Saurabh who repeatedly says the company is in no way answerable to me but the one who placed the order, who committed fraud, who does not work for Gati, I repeat.

                                      Also, I would appreciate no more calls from the company. Because if Gati is not answerable to me, I am also not answerable to Gati. Also, I am extremely thankful to this complaints forum where my voice can be heard.

                                        This is to bring to your notice that my shipment with the docket number[protected] had an assured delivery date of 15th October. The tracking status states that it had reached Kolkata on the 7th of October. My shipment has been lying at your Kolkata warehouse for the past 8 days and no one has even bothered to update me about the status. Upon reaching out to your customer support team today, I was connected with the Kolkata local team via a conference call. To my utter dismay, the team didn't have a clue about my luggage. The person from the Kolkata warehouse first said that the shipment with the above mentioned docket number hasn't reached Kolkata. On pushing him again, he said that he has to locate the shipment in the godown. How pathetic and irresponsible can you guys be? I need an immediate reply on this.
