This is Mahimna Pawar and I has asked the company, GATI KWE to transfer my 2 wheeler from Thane to Pune. The company accepted the same and picked up my vehicle from the Thane location on 30/05/2015 and I was given a slip/docket (#[protected] which specified that the assured delivery date for my consignment to the address specified would be 01/06/2015. However the delivery did not happen on the said date and hence I had to raise a complaint...

my friend send 3 painting with photo frame from Kanpur on 22 may 2015 which showing that package will deliver within 27th May 2015. on 28th i complained (complain number:[protected] on customer care. they assure that within 3rd June products will deliver. I have registered the complain at Customer Service (#[protected] but no response from Gati. I am very much surprised that most of the customers facing this issue and no action taken against Gati. Amazon.in seller must understand the customer pulse and use some other best courier service....
