    It is a courier service which is having my parcel from 15/6 and not delivered till date. When enquired on 18/6 they told that it will be delivered on that day. But till now it was not delivered. Insted they made an endoresement that I refused to receive. If so they have to resent the item to the sender. That was also not done.

      I have used Gati service to transport my belonging(Doc no.[protected] which contains 3 package from Bhiwandi to Surat on 27 June 2015. After making several calls to GATI tey updated tracking Undelivered due to DEPS (DAMAGE / EXTRA / PILFERAGE / SHORTAGE) occur at destination city and all package is still missing.I call them several times and also mail them with full details required by them but it looks they just avoiding the complaint.They also charge me about Rs.3000/- for transporting my package . I would expect you to look forward to solve my problem and take step so that this kind of harassment will not take place any more.

        Hi I am Balamurugan from Chennai I ordered LG A/C at Paytm this order no is #[protected] this ordered Dispatched on 27/6/15 @ Gati Courier service AWB Number:[protected] still i didn't received my order i complaint Paytm and Respected Courier service also both are replied same story and when ever register the complaint they said it will be delivery on next 1-2 days are 2-3 days but as per delivery date is 01/07/15 if possible to close this issue for my continuous purchasing with Paytm.

        I have purchased an order no.[protected] from Snapdeal. The expected date of delievery was 28-30 April. I have planned to go out of town 2.05.16. But gati says it will be delievered on 6.05.16. This is bad. Should i cancel the order.

            I sent my consignments through Gati from IISc Bangalore to Kolkata on the 30th of May, 2015. The docket number is[protected]. Till date the package has not been delivered. We learnt around 5th June that Gati has misplaced one of the five packages, but cannot tell us which one. My father, Dilip Mukherjee who was supposed to receive the packages at Kolkata, called up gati's toll free number and they asked him if he wanted partial delivery. he insisted on complete delivery. Since then the online status says that it is trapped at outbound Kolkata. A lady named Swati is apparently handling our complaint (Complaint no[protected], but she is too busy to speak. Evry morning they promise to call us back by the evening to tell us about the status of the packages, but that call never comes. When we call, it is the same status, 'I don't know'. My question is, who is supposed to take responsibility and be accountable? gati doesn't even bother to inform its clients about its irresponsible action and negligence. they are apathetic to the customer's plight. Today we learnt upon calling up again that they still haven't found the fifth package, although in between it was said that the fifth package has been located and will reach Kolkata 'manually' (I don't even know what that means, must be another way of cheating people). So here we are, stuck with gati. Either we take the four packages and thank gati for being 80% efficient, or wait an eternity for the consignments to arrive, which I am sure will never arrive unless we call them up. I don't even expect any compensation from them, because they do not even think that an apology is warranted after all this hassle. My suggestion to any future customers of gati, do not be fooled by their sweet talking when accepting your order, because eventually you will go through hell. i have posted another fresh complaint with Gati online today. the reference no is CS96419. But as usual, i do not expect any redressal from this horrible excuse of a delivery service!

              I have order yuphoria on amazon in 28 may 2015 after dispatched by gatikew 30 may 2015 . i a track my order via gatikew it shown assured delivery day 1 june 2015 but it not delivery by gatikew assure delivery so i am contact the customer service. They say to me our vehicle ceased in checkpoint so when our vehicle checkout after we are delivery your product.so i am waiting for few days and call the amazon customer service and they said to me they are call courier service and say to delivery earliest possible, after one week they didn't update anything and gatikwe customer service say wait for check out, and the amazon customer service say they are try delivery earliest possible after when my oder arrived in my area i am contact to the gatikwe customers service they said delivery not or delivery next week i why not delivery toady they dont say anything ? my gatiKWE tarcking ID[protected]

                Hi My name is Raman and at present I am in USA, My went to India on Vacation so I booked Kid cycle for my daughter with Doc no.[protected] from Snap deal and the parcel is held in Amritsar from yesterday. from yesterday I am calling their customer care and emailing them for the issue, First of all their behavior is vary vary rude and till now I did not get any information/ confirmation on the delivery. This is very unprofessional and bad service. can someone help me - what I can do as per the LAW. Please suggest

                  This is Mahimna Pawar and I has asked the company, GATI KWE to transfer my 2 wheeler from Thane to Pune. The company accepted the same and picked up my vehicle from the Thane location on 30/05/2015 and I was given a slip/docket (#[protected] which specified that the assured delivery date for my consignment to the address specified would be 01/06/2015. However the delivery did not happen on the said date and hence I had to raise a complaint (#[protected] on 02/06/2015. Post the complaint and a lot of Follow ups with the local delivery team in Pirangut and Dapodi the delivery of the consignment was done on 03/06/2015 night. As there was a delay in the delivery of the consignment and it was specified on the Docket that the company would refund some specific amount in case of delivery issues from their side I asked for the same. I got the mail stating that I'm eligible for the same and as per policy the company would be issuing GATI miles coupon which I can use the next time I send a consignment through them. The validity for the same is only 60 days and it cannot be transferred to another or encashed or extended. This is the issue as I would not be sending any courier through the company in the foreseeable future as I'm not in the business for movement and delivery, hence the coupon as a refund would be useless to me. This issue was communicated to the company executive as well, however as per the response I got, the company policy was only to give Gati Miles coupon. It was pointed out by me that this is not specified in the terms and condition of the docket the answer given to me was this was company policy. I need a refund, however I don't want the coupons as the same would not be used by me within 60 days. Please have a look into this issue. Regards, Mahimna Pawar

                    my friend send 3 painting with photo frame from Kanpur on 22 may 2015 which showing that package will deliver within 27th May 2015. on 28th i complained (complain number:[protected] on customer care. they assure that within 3rd June products will deliver. After continues calling them on 5th June we got 2 out on 3. one pic is still not found.

                      I have ordered 1 elliptical cross trainer having weight 45kg(Cost-Rs 23.8K) from ebay. It was sent by Gati-Kwe courier. Gati-Kwe Docket No[protected]. These guys did not inform me at all before delivery time and on thursday which is official working day, came to deliver. When asked them why did not they inform us before delivering product so that we could have made ourself available to receive product, delivery person saying with worst manner ever I have seen as **** he is working in Gati-Kwe since last 15 years and in his job period he has never informed anyone before delivery .Same procedure is followed by all employees in their company and also arguing that no company informs any one before delivery****. Whereas truth is all courier company send message in the morning it self that product will be delivered no matter how small or big the product is. Also he mentioned whether to keep the product anywhere in my address without thinking whether the product will be stolen or taken away by some other people. When I asked him to bring it next day so that I will be available he told me that I have to give extra charge including godown charge. After 2 hour when I came back from office, I found my product being kept outside. I paid extra money to local labour to carry that from ground floor to my room that is in 2nd floor. When got call from Gati whether product is delivered, I told them what happened.Then she smiled and told as they could not make the delivery on assured date and time, Delivery person did like this. I can not think how these people are trained to work by Gati team. Seriously ridiculous. I don't know Gati team will take any action against his delivery person but in case thinking about company ethics if they can train their delivery person some well manner then it will be good for them. Also I will raise this concern with the seller from ebay so in future he will think twice before choosing Gati-Kwe for sending products.

                        I have send a shipment to my customer on[protected] tracking number was[protected] and they have lost the product it was worth of 3000 so i have to send a new product to my customer in their status it is showing customer is not available on the address and even customer went to their office to pick a product they denied that shipment has not come so i spoke to many people in gati for refund including account manager Mr Naveen and he has confirmed that product is lost but still no refund from them one of their lady employee name Mrs Shalini contact number [protected] has told me clearly not to do business with us will i get my refund or should i approach consumer court

                            I have placed an order on infibeam.com on 11 May, 2015. The same has been dispatched through GATI but it has not reach me till now! It's more than 2 weeks now. I have lodged a complaint through Gati customer care and this is the complaint no. 12746021. on 23 May, 2015, I spoke with Gati CC and I was told my item will be delivered on 25 May, 2015 which was already yesterday. On tracking my docket no., my item is still at Kolkata. It has come to my experience after many talks with Gati Customer Care that they keep on telling me that problem will be resolve as soon as possible, but the reality is totally a different case. Please resolve this once and for all and deliver my item. Lastly, I may add that my item is a delicate iPad Air 2 tablet and I am very very concern about the safety of the product!

                              My docket no is[protected]. Pick up date was 18th april 2015. I booked the docket from mumbai to chennai. The day it arrived in chennai one out of my three bags was missing. First thing is they never delivered on the promised date and they were quite irresponsible when i spoke to them about the bag that was missing . Made at least 20-25 calls and now they are asking me to wait for 15 more days to know whether i will get my claim or not. It has been almost a month . So i decided to take it up here.

                                Hi Team, It is quite disappointment matter that Gati KWE has not delivered my shipment with AWB #[protected] which has to travel from Bangalore to Bangalore. As per courier serive company it has to be delivered by 11-may-2015 but I have not got my shipment yet. And, they have not at all worked on the tickets/escalation raised on this issue. So, now it seems that they have lost my Shipment. So, Please look into this matter ASAP. Thanks

I have also lodge a complaint on 04th May and no is 13810428, but there is no solution for this complaint.                                     I have booked a consignment from greater noida to silchar on 17th april 2015, assured date of delivery was 28th April 2015, but after 03rd may 2015 no further movement. I am very much frustrated by talking with customer care peoples, they have vary limited capability to provide information and some times they are providing absurds information. When i asked for information, either they reply to call after 10-15 minutes or 2-3 hrs, maximum occassions their system is slow or server is not working. I have also raised a complaint but i never notified the status of my complaint. Many times i have sent e-mail's but i didn't receive any communication from their side, later on i came to know that on 29th April they tried to call me but my mobile was switched off. Afterward, they are not bothered to inform me. Almost every day twice or thrice i am speaking to people in Silchar as well customer care number. My consignment number[protected] Kindly look into mater. Hope for a positive response.

                                        I have registered the complain at Customer Service (#[protected] but no response from Gati. I am very much surprised that most of the customers facing this issue and no action taken against Gati. Amazon.in seller must understand the customer pulse and use some other best courier service.
