Docket Number[protected] It was supposed to be delivered on 22-OCT-2014 On 05-NOV-2014, I received an SMS saying that the it was Undelivered due to “Delivery Not Accepted“. Also in the Gati website now it is showing: DATE of LAST ATTEMPT - NO OF ATTEMPT 1 REASON CONSIGNEE REFUSING TO ACCEPT DELIVERY I am suspecting that someone has made false claim that “consignee refused to accept delivery”. I request you to investigate who has made this false status update. I request you to: 1) Ask the delivery person to call me from his cell phone and talk to me at least one hour before coming for delivery. 2) Click a picture from his cell phone at the delivery location to prove that he has really gone for delivery. 3) Take a written explanation with signature from the consignee for refusing to accept delivery . Simply saying the consignee refused is not convincing. Thanks, Suresh

    Snapdeal Order No. [protected]. I received an email that the Order has been shipped on 27-Oct-14 in which GATI Docket Number was also provided (Docket Number.[protected]. The Expected Date of Delivery of the Shipment was 05-Nov-14. Till now, I have neither received any call from Snapdeal or Gati even though I have register a Complaint. Snapdeal Complaint Numbers[protected] and 11391431 and Gati Complaint Number 12238118 and CS82823 More than 48 hours have been crossed since I have complained but there has been there is no news about it. The GATI Website is not updated after 28-Oct-14 17.37 hours. GATI has gone down in Service and is not responsive to the Customers at all. The same with SNAPDEAL also. Just sending an email that the team will get back in 48 hours will not solve the problem. The Screen Shot of the Status as per Online is attached. Regards, Kumaraswamy

      I have done an online purchasing from Amazon.in and goods were transferred to shipping address through Gati KWE courier service. Online it is showing that on 25th Oct goods has been reached to Asansol GATI COURIER SERVICE Branch but it is not delivering to shipping address. The expected delivery date was given by Amazon on 30th Oct. I am continuously calling the Gati service but they are not giving correct answer about the goods. Neither they inform me about the courier nor they are picking my call also. They have restricted my contact no and not receiving my phone at all.

No one has called my given phone number and the status has been updated randomly. Gati's customer care number is unreachable, live chat option des not work.                   I have booked an item from Snapdeal.com on 16th of October 2014 and got a notification from snapdeal.com that my package was shipped through GATI KWE ( Docket Number :[protected] and Assured Delivery Date was 20th October 2014. I raised a delay request on 21st October and I was assured as delivery date on 24th October 2014.Today is 27th October 2014, still I did not receive my order. Its a shame that a courier package from Delhi to Kolkata was taking more than 10 days to get it delivered. Most importantly GATI customer care Number cannot be reached easily, we need to dial multiple times and hang for 15 mins to get connected with any customer care agent. Only thing they will say is 'Connectivity Issue'

                  Gati Kwe — shipment did get delivered as per the estimated time frame

                  AWB #[protected]. The journey of this shipment is from Bangalore to Bangalore and the estimated date of delivery was of 11-may-2015 but it has not been delivered yet. Plz look into this.

                    I had used Gati Courier Services two times to courier my baggages from Mysore to Bareilly. For the first time, I had couriered 5 cartons of note books. it was done in September 3 week. But it got delivered beyond the assured date. An extra amount of Rs 900 was taken by me at the time of dispatch for extra packing but when the packages were received the packing was not worth 900. Second time i had couriered 2 cartons. one carton had all the clothes and other accessories whereas the second carton had electrical induction cooker and plastic containers. I had sent it on 7-October and I was assured by the people there that it would reach the destination within a week. I did not receive it for a long time. When I tracked my parcel online using docket no, the package was supposed to be delivered on 20 Oct. When i called the agency i din get proper information about my parcels till 23 oct. I am really upset by this kind of irresponsible behaviour of the people involved in the courier service. I am not getting answer to my queries and the services are very slow. Seeing the condition of my previous courier which was received I am really worried about the goods inside the carton. there is an electrical item and the way in which courier packets are handled, I really doubt whether my electrical items and other things would be safe and intact. I dont expect such a poor service from this kind of reputed courier agency.. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                        I booked an consignment from Jaipur To Imphal on 24th sept'14 & delivGati - a worst logistic company. All the employers of Gati really need a customer expetience., don't have manner specially guawahati manager - Mr Rajesh Sharma. I have a courier from Jaipur - pick date is 24th sept 2014 & suppose to reach on 5th oct. But still I didn't receive my good when asking with customer care they are not giving proper answer & after following a week I got to know that my good is touch n overloaded in guawahati because of the durga puja festival... This is answer... You guys don't know what is customer satisfaction please stop service for both east, ... ery date was 5th Oct'14 but till today - 16th Oct'14 i haven't received My package either positive response from customer executive nor from Mr. Rajesh sharma- guawahati manager instead he is asking to come guawahati & Collect my package. when trying to contact customer executive they just transfering the call from one agent to another Agent which made me wait for an hour... After following a week time, i got to know from khushbhu-customer executive that my package has been misplace/stuck/overloaaded in guawahati godown because of festival holiday as there was no employers, infact noboday know the exact deatils and status... This is such a bad/cheap service that I have never seen in my life... They are simply know how to add the additional amount for transporting... Important Note :- gati a worst LogistIc company, all your employee including supervisor and manager really need to train on Customer Experience. I think they just simply czme to collect their month salary... specially guawahati manager...

                          They cheated me like anything. Charge it as they like without any measurement ot weight as there rule says. No response if damaged during transport. They have provided me two bills, one during pickup as per there rate(highly) and another during delivery which has actual cost(low).                             My father in law dispatched household stuff - dinning table and bed with side stools. both of these articles got damaged in transit 1)The dining table has one leg cracked and there are scratches at various the tables 2)Double bed- has lot of indentation marks, scratches, the side of the head board is chipped of. The double bed has 2 stools, one stool has its leg broken. This is a serious case of mis-handeling the stuff by GATI/GATI services I have launched a complaint to gati on this Complaint no: 13302385; 4th Oct 2014 We had done a transit insurance, but the Gati services representative did not told my father in law about carrier/shipper risk. Only by introduction of 200-250 more it would have been a carriers risk. Thing to note is why will someone save 200 Rs for stuff worth 70, 000 INR BUT ALL SAID AND DONE- my stuff is delivered in damaged condition The summary of damage- 1) Indentation on bed head and foot board 2) One side of head board of bed chipped of 3) One leg of dining table cracked badly 4) One leg of side table of double bed is broken & one leg of other bed is chipped off 5) Scratches on bed, dining table,

                              I am Pranjul Gogad from Ahmedabad, India. I have suffered mental harassment because of deficient services of GATI KWE. I had sent a parcel from Ahmedabad to bangalore by docket number :[protected] on 1/10/14. Firstly they told me the expected date of delivery to be 3/10/14 but parcel has not reached there at that date then I filed a complaint in their customer care who promised me to solve my problem within 24 hours. But after two days also i didnt get any reply. I tried to talk to the head of GATI Ahmedabad also but he also was very rude in the manner he did talk to me. He refused to accept his mistake and told me they sent it from Ahmedabad to Bangalore now i should contact Bangalore office. I did that also but then they now told me the address was improper they made me call them many a times to their office their customer care didnt take any action. It is already 7/10/14 and the parcel didnt reach till date.

Today(05.10.2014) morning I checked www.gatikwe.com, that said the item is out for delivery and may be delivered today. So, i called[protected]Gati kwe customer care) at 12.57 and requested them to make sure the delivery is on today only. That time the representative was a lady named priya. She assured me the delivery at today only. But at evening i am astonished to see that the status is " Undelivered due to CUSTOMER REQUESTED ANOTHER DATE DELIVERY ". All though i have not requested such thing at all and nobody even contacted me through out the day from Gati courier. I again called up[protected] at 18:09.                                         We bought a product from StarCj for Guwahati. The product was booked on 17th of August, 2014. Star Cj shipped the product through Gati (Docket no.[protected]. As per Gati website, the product reached Guwahati on Aug 24, 2014, but didn't reach us till date. We lodged an complaint with Gati on 03/09/14 (complaint no.[protected], which has not been solved till date. Below are my complaints against Gati ; 1. The people of Gati have commitment issue- When we speak to Gati employees, you'll feel that. They are not at all bothered if you receive your product or not, be it the people behind the toll-free number or be it the delivery people at Guwahati branch. In this regard, I would like to mention 2 names. First, the complaint manager allocated to me, Ms Sonali and Mr. Saurav from the Guwahati office. 2. The people of Gati are Liars- They won't call you but will write on their website that they have not been able to deliver their product because of you. 3. Product shipped on 17/08/14, assured delivery dt 18/08/2014, not delivered till date.
