My complaint is about Gati taking my business without disclosing full costs. With additional costs, my decision to send freight now does not make business sense. Here are the details: 1. I wanted to send two TV sets 32 inches & 46 inches from Vaishali, Ghaziabad to Wadala, Mumbai. I spoke at the call centre where the representative told me the approximate cost of sending one TV would be Rs.500-700. Based on this information, I went ahead and made a booking for pick up. 2. A Gati Noida representative (Mr. Vijayendra, Gati Noida – [protected]) arrived at the Ghaziabad location on 13th Feb, and calculated the bill to be Rs. 2996. On my asking how can the charges be so different from information given by the call centre, I was told that call centre only provides freight charges. Mr. Vijayendra claimed to be the expert at TV freight, saying he is clear about the right charges. 3. I confirmed if these charges were all inclusive, because I was evaluating other means of freight (train, etc.) and also other vendors. I was clearly told by Mr. Vijayendra that there would be NO additional charges, and the total Rs. 2996 was for door to door delivery 4. Also, for insurance purposes, I was entering a total value of Rs30, 000 for the two used TV sets. Mr. Vijayendra asked me to enter value that would represent what I would want to claim in case of damage, and hence I entered market value of new sets (Rs. 72, 000) 5. On 17th the delivery men came to deliver & produced a bill for additional Rs. 4182 as Octroi charges. I called the Gati NOIDA representative and asked for clarification. It was clear that he was himself not aware of Octroi charges, and he agreed that he had not passed on complete information to help me make the right decision. 6. Gati Noida should have taken the blame for keeping customer in the dark and should have offered to bear additional charges. However, Gati Noida was not able to resolve the problem with the delivery representative, who was demanding to be paid before parting with the freight items. 7. When I pushed to resolve the situation, Mr. Vijayendra started trying to save his face by now saying that "I should be aware of these charges" & that "he was only talking about Gati freight". NOW THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THIS: Gati should have told me that there would be additional charges based on Octroi. I would have then considered other means of freight and would not have done business with Gati. I would also have declared the true depreciated value of freight, where I was clearly misled to quote market value. This is blatant breach of consumer trust. Despite repeated questions the Gati representative didn't give entire information during booking and later denied any responsibility of this error. I am not averse to paying Octroi, but this information should have been given to me by Gati, a freight company that should be aware of these rules and therefore is expected to pass along this info to the consumer. Gati's lack of information can't be used to hold consumer on ransom. The delivery men threatened to lodge police complain against me because I didn't given in to their demand & also refused to let them take the TV. As a consumer, I am appalled that I was repeatedly threatened inside my own house when the true reason is lack of competency of your staff. It is shameful that your organization uses such cheap ways to wrestle out of incompetence to win business from a consumer. I hope there is some action against these people at Gati Noida. I plan to take this complain to as many consumer forums as possible.

    I ordered an Entertainment Unit from www.fabfurnish.com, on Jan 25, 2014 under Order No[protected]. The item was dispatched on Jan 27, 2014 from Bhiwandi through Gati under docket no:[protected]. The same reached Bangalore on Jan 29 and the assured delivery date as per Gati website was Jan 30th. I have been calling Gati since then asking about delivery update and every day I am being assured "delivery next day". This is a routine for last 5-6 days. After making a lot of complaint calls, finally Gati has transferred the item to their Bangalore South dispatch office which services my area, on Feb 04. However, there is no sign of delivery till now. A complaint has been registered with Gati under complaint no: 11798753 on 03/02/2014 @ 11:10am. Susmita Jayaprakash Bangalore

    This was a duplicate entry hence deleting this post. This complaint is not against Fabfurnish since they have shipped it on time but Gati delayed it for no specific reason mentioned.
    Delay in Delivery...Parcel Service from Gati KWE[protected]Docket is Pathetic. I had to change my whole trip...Never bothered about my complaint on time.

      I ordered an Entertainment Unit from www.fabfurnish.com on Jan 25, 2014 and the item was shipped through Gati under tracking id:[protected] on Jan 27th, 2014 from Bhiwandi. The item reached Bangalore on Jan 29th and the assured date of delivery was Jan 30th as per Gati website. I kept calling Gati asking for delivery status and every single day they kept promising me "delivery next day for sure." This has been going on for last 5-6 days. Yesterday after making a lot of calls they have got the item to their dispatch office servicing my locality however, no news of delivery yet. A complaint was registered with Gati under the ref no: 11798753 on 03/02/2014 @ 11:10am.

      This complaint is about Gati KWE. Fabfurnish has shipped the item on time however Gati has delayed the delivery. The item has been delivered to me yesterday evening however, I am yet to receive an explanation or call back from Gati regarding my complaint registered with them and this complaint on consumer complaint forum will remain unresolved, till I get a call from Gati

        Point No.3 is the main focus- 1. My Gati shipment from Indore to Kathmandu (Docket[protected] was dispatched on 23rd November with an assured delivery on 3rd December. These were household goods (2 cartons, total 27kgs) o[censored]sed clothes with absolutely no commercial value at all which was finally delivered on 13th December. We prepaid Rs.2100 in Indore which was told to us as entire expenses up till Kathmandu. The invoice and declaration was given along with as told to us. 2. There was wrong assurance for time and pricing given by Mr. Pradeep Tripathi (+91 [protected]) given in the beginning. There was not a single follow up from any Gati personnel from India or Nepal for the delays. We as customers, constantly followed up every single day. 3. Mr. Navin Chaturvedi (+977 [protected]), Country Manager Nepal, in response to our strong mail, said "How can you digest such wrong information given by Gati personnel" and put the blame on us. Further, he blamed us for lying since beginning and for proving false documents to avoid custom duties. 4. When Mr. Susheet Srivastava, SAARC Head (+91 [protected]) was informed of the same, his corrective measures included a refund of the CnF amount (NPR 1050) and an apology from Mr. Navin (which he sent as one line by email). Unfortunately, these measures do not stand enough for me. The matter now is not about the delays and the mixup, it is about Mr. Navin's behavior and him calling us liars and accusing us for providing false documents. It is tragic how Gati has employed such personnel as country level managers. It is my duty to create awareness among Gati's existing and potential customers as to what they should expect when dealing with Gati. Apart from the loss caused due to delays, I wish to be compensated for the blame and acquisitions put on us. A mere amount of NPR 1085 refund does not make up for it. I have the entire email conversation as proof with me, which can be given if required. I hope this reaches Mr. Mahendra Agarwal and other top executives at Gati.           1) Lost my very valuable packet 2) Package had valuable books and clothes in it 3) Delivered 4 out of 5 packets and the biggest packet is missing 4) Asking to write lots of forms and threatening to not give back neither the bag nor the money 5) Have broken stuff in earlier delivery also I trusted Gati and they have shattered my trust and hope. I have initiated the delivery in India and have come to US, trusting they would deliver it well. But, they have lost the packet and very important stuff.

          Hi. I need status of my complain. Docket no is[protected].
          Its been 10 days more than the expected delivery date and I am told that one parcel is missing.
          Miss Abha is looking into the complain and after 10 days I am being told the same thing as was told 10 days back.
          Also I am not getting proper reply on customer care mails, many of the mails are not even replied and on replied one's its just said we are looking into the issue and no further status.
          Please let me know what is happening and have it delivered soon as I am facing lot of issues because o[censored]ndelivered stuff.

            I'm writing this complaint against Gati Courier and Cargo Service / Gati KWE. We booked our package against Docket Number[protected] from Ahmedabad to Bangalore on 26th of October with an assured delivery of 29th October. Today is 8th November and I still haven't received my package. I've been losing my sleep and am so stressed out following up with them. Please find sequence of events here: - Package booked on 26th October in Ahmedabad with an assured delivery of 29th October in Bangalore - It is 30th October and package not received. - Call up Gati. Am told that there was delay in Ahmedabad and package will be delivered on 31st - It is 1st Nov and package still not delivered. - Call up Gati. Am told that package reached Bangalore on 31st October but they are not sure why it has not been delivered… :) - I'm told that no delivery will happen till 4th and my package will be delivered on 5th November - The day passes and no delivery - I call Gati on 6th November morning and am told that team was busy so it'll be delivered on 6th November - Finger crossed for 6th November….entire day goes and no package - Call Gati on 7th November. They tell me that we are moving package to another office close to my home and so delay. Will be delivered on 7th November evening - Call customer service on 7th evening and am told that due to traffic, package just reached office late evening so now deliver will happen on 8th November…give me full assurance - As i really do not believe those liars any more, I called back on 8th November afternoon. - I'm told that package will out for delivery and will be delivered by 7pm - Its 7:30 pm on 8th November and no package. I again call them and to my shock I'm told that my package is still in earlier office and only documents reached near office but package was still there. - Wow….that is so awesome…what a reason. When I ask them how did this happened, they simply say as always, that my complaint has been forwarded to local agent and he will look into it. - At this point I don't know also if my package is with them or they have lost it. Totally stressed out and frustrated. Please NEVER….NEVER use GATI services in future….it will just give you sleepless nights…the entire experience is so frustrating.

              Gati had assured delivery on 31st Oct of my shipment[protected].
              They received the parcel at Pune office on 31st Oct at 6:37.

              It is not delivered yet on 1st Nov. Now they say, they are unable to locate it, it is lost, and wont be able to deliver it before Monday(4th Nov), if they find it.

              Very bad customer service.

                I have order 7.25 G.Topaz Ring (Rs. 3100.00) on date 19.08.2013 and received 5.25 Rati Ring (Rs 2100.00) by courier Gati Pvt ltd. I Have paid Rs. 3100.00.In packing box outside cover it was written 7.25 G.Topaz. But in inside it was wirtten 5.25 Rati Ring in Test report document.I have complain no of times on mob-[protected]. Every times they are reply me there is a problem in courier service and the product will reach u with in one week. but till now i have not receive my product for which i have already paid Rs 3100.00. I want refund Rs 3100.00

                    I had booked a consignment containing Wooden Sofa, Wooden Cloth stand, Centered table glass top through GATI vide docket no.[protected] dated 01/01/2013. We received the consignment and noticed that 1 item (glass centered table top)was damaged and 1 item (Wooden cloth stand) was received short. They were negligent in delivering the consignment; and therefore caused financial loss to me for the sum of Rs. 6500 (Rs 4500 for the missing Wooden cloth stand and Rs 2000 for the broken centered table glass) .
                    I had, therefore lodged a Claim on them for the Shortage and Damage sustained to our consignment for an amount of Rs.6500, since the item was lost and damaged in their custody.
                    However, they have replied to me saying that for the lost item (which was brand new, pls refer attached invoice copy for details), they will only provide 25% as the claim value, which is unacceptable.
                    I have got all the relevant documents in support of my claims. You may refer the following link in GATI's website, wherein I have recorded the missing and damaged items in the POD-

                    AMD — lost reading glass

                    Sir,

                    On 10th October 2009 I was travelling in Sabri express from Trichur to Secunderabad in B1 coach seat Number23. I missed my reading glass with a platic enclosure.                     GATI — Delivery consignment lost

                    What a ridiculous service. Lost my packages and still wanted Rs 1635 VAT and service tax. I told them to get lost!

                    Gati connect — Refund

                    I placed order for delivery of haleem to my son at chennai on 13/7/2013. The order was accepted and when it did not delivered for 3 days we started following up. The email we received said we will be refunded in 10-12 days. Its 22 days since. No refund. Order no 1191538.

                    Gati Kwe — damage to the vehicle during shifting.

                    Gati had put up a poor service. I had booked my byk Royal enfield 350 cc, but they had damaged the vehicle during movement. i called up customer care and they promised me to provide mileage coupons but even after 2 months i didnt get any coupons. its a poor service every time i send a email to them they dont reply .
                    it is to inform you that the consignment bearing doc no.[protected], booking date-31/12/14 has been delivered short on 10-01-14. The consignment consist of 102 boxes where as only 100 boxes have been delivered at Pratinav Motors, Sonapur, Assam, Dist-Kamrup. The consignment was booked from Hyderabad. A complain has been registered at GATI ( complain no.[protected] but no action has been taken till date.

                    I booked my luggage from Kalaikunda to kashmir via GATI KWE on 27May16. On reciept of the consignment the items found to be broken. I filed the complaint for the claim on 21JUne with all the details they have asked on phone. Theyhave not responded, till now. Where shall I complain for further action?

                    Hi Preet, I am also facing the same problem
                    I booked my bike, led TV, and 2 other cartons from derabassi to Bhubaneswar (docket no[protected]. I received items on DT 11 sep 2017 but my led TV & my bike found damaged.I filed a complaint for the compensation but their replay was not satisfactory. I need my total compensation. What to do now pls suggest.
                    I sent two boxes of sarees and ready made garments valued Rs. 60000/- from Mumbai to Bhubaneshwar through Gati Kwe on 14/05/2018. The boxes were delivered on 24/05/2018 fully damaged and items worth Rs. 30000/- missing. I lodged complaint for loss of materials and submitted claim documents to Gati Kwe on 03/06/2018. Till date I have not received any reply from the company even though I was following with company through emails. Anybody can tell me how and where to file case against for compensation.

I have applied for claim but they are not giving my claimed amount. Till date I didn't get my claimed amount, what should I need to do can someone help me

                    I booked my bike from 27th july 2020 from bangalore to Veldurthy guntur district Andhrapradesh. I paid 6300rs to deliver my package at my door steps, it took almost 10days to deliver but that's ok, the thing is on the date of assured dly date, delivery agent called me said he is not paid full amount hence he is not going to deliver my package at my door steps, I called customer care raised a complaint, but no use, finally I had not choice I agreed with delivery agent clause and went to the delivery point which he asked me to come. Here is the twist i shocked after seen my package, my bike is fully damaged, delivery agent and booking agent both kicked this mistake from thire court, finally I ended up with damages package . No one took responsibility, gati is the number one worst transportation logistics company, see the damage

                      I had ordered for COD with Yepme.com at Gurgaon and they delivered my package via GATI KWE Docket No.[protected] on 18/01/2013 from Delhi West for Sangli, Maharashtra and was delivered at Pune on 19/01/2013 and on 20/01/2013 it reached Kolhapur and on 21/01/2013 at Sangli. And today 25/01/2013 at 11.30pm enquired with chat support of GATI KWE and they are not able to track the shipment and have raised complaint and provided complaint no. 11618271 and on their website they have mentioned GATI-KWE President, Chitra Shinde awarded `Lady Transport Personality of the Year Award`, Gati receives the Dataquest Business Technology Excellence Awards 2012 & The Dataquest Technology Innovation Award 2012 for the "Mobility" segment, GATI-KWE wins ESLC Best Logistics Provider of the Year - Road 2012 Award were all these awards given for this SERVICE they offer. I had ordered another package with BlueDart on 20/01/2013 from Haryana and I received it on 22/01/2013 without any tracking and followups now thats what I call SERVICE... Not something like GATI KWE... Poor service and management totally dis-satisfied

                      Just to update about the complaint, it was committed to me on 25/01/2013 that ill get a call on 26/1/2013 from the complaints dept but 26th and 27th passed but not a single call. On 28th again followed up via chat support and Neha was online and she informed me in the afternoon that it will be delivered by evening but did not receive anything till evening. Today I contacted the chat support again and the exec Swati informed a shocking thing that "Your docket was booked from DELHI to SANGLI on 18-JAN-2013. There was 1 package in it. Assured delivery date is 24-JAN-2013. But when person went for delivery on 28-JAN-2013 10:18:07 MR.DODABHAVNAVARPRAVIN APPASAHEB-[protected] COD/DOD PAYMENT NOT READY" Where in the fact is that no one visited my place as was available at home the whole day and if that was the case why the delivery boy did not call me and there is always someone available at my home it is never locked. Another thing when i had chat with neha at around 12.30pm yesterday she informed me that the package will be delivered by evening then how come the delivery boy entered the remark on 28-JAN-2013 10:18:07 and why did not Neha informed me she checked the status and evenI had tracked it and there was no remark at all. I think this delivery guy has entered his own remark as it is their fault that they had not delivered it as they had received on 21st Jan and they have given this remark as a complaint has been raised against them. And Swati also informed me that " Miss.Priya from our complaint department tried to call [protected] nitin but not lifting the call. And your material is rebooked." where in the fact is that no one called and no one came at my place for delivery. On top of all this swati informed me that "Thank you for waiting I have checked with our concern department they are trying to call you but, your number is coming switched off" where in at the same time I was speaking to the delivery boy and he informed me that he never got this package for delivery and he is not aware of this. Swati informed that " Your material is re-booked and it is going back to DELHI. Now you have to book the material again." Is this the kind of customer service works, the complaints dept works????

                      As i can notice this complaint against Gatikwe couriers was more than 1 year ago, I had the similar issue with Gati couriers. I bought some item through amazon and the seller shipped it through Gati. one particular thing i noticed that their tracking info can not be trusted. they did not delivered my shipment updated falsely in tracking info as, item could not be delivered as phone was unreachable, the fact is that neither they called me nor i received any missed call alert in my inbox.

                      then i apprised amazon.in regarding my complaint then someone from gati called me and i was given assurance for the delivery of shipment on next day, 2 days passed and they did not delivered any thing. then again i called back to their number and they again assured me for the delivery. on next day when i checked the tracking info it was updated as delivery rejected by receiver(i.e. me) i was totally surprised to see this kind of false update on my behalf. They did not delivered the item and sent it back to seller at banglore. it took mine 12 days to continuous follow up and tracking then they returned the product to seller after keeping the shipment on hold for 7 days at the destination city. due to the reason that they have allowed such a pathetic courier company, i have stopped buying through amazon.in.
                      They cheated me like anything.

                      Charge it as they like without any measurement ot weight as there rule says.

                      No response if damaged during transport.

                      They have provided me two bills, one during pickup as per there rate(highly) and another during delivery which has actual cost(low).

                      After follow up for last 4 month also, I have not got any response.

                      Gati KWI team doe not has any professionalism in their Service. Here is my experience (Docket no[protected]

                      1) The Bangalore GATI KWI Hosur branch people didn't even know how to pack my stuffs. They asked me to pack my stuffs along with their team since they didn't have time ( like dismantle the table etc).

                      2) They didn't bring any weighing machine with them and increased the weight estimation saying "They are experienced and it is best guess". The quotation given over phone was 6000+ tax and it increased to 11000 when they came to pack the same stuff.

                      3) When the team had come for inspection about the items before shipment, Gati guy says he will give 20% discount on overall bill and when he came for actual packing and shipment, he told if you take discount the insurance provided on your stuffs will not be valid and you wont be able to claim for any damage on your any item. What a ridiculous logic...we buy things every day on discount but not with agreement that those items bought are not assured of quality.

                      4) Even though all items arrived in Mumbai Gati Mumbai (Destination) on 31st Dec 2014, I got my stuffs on 3rd Jan 2015 after making 10+ calls.

                      5) Clutch and side stand of my bike were broken when delivered and I am still trying to track about my other shipment which was supposed to be delivered to another location.

                      Symphony HI-Cool I Air Cooler, for which I paid RS 1202 in advance. The Symphony HI-Cool I Air Cooler has still not been delivered.
                      Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 you are required to deliver the item to the warehouse of Snapdeal within a reasonable time. ETA 11th JUNE 2015
                      As time period has elapsed since I placed the order, you have failed to fulfil this statutory requirement and are therefore in breach of contract.
                      I am now making time of the essence.
                      Gati is highly unprofessional and their service really sucks though their charges are pretty high

                          I have placed an order frm star cj. and the product was delivered at GATI HYD on 26th. I am waiting for it tobe delivered frm 3 days. when i called gati customer care on [protected]. They said they would get back to me in 24 hrs. Nothing has been done so far. The docket number is[protected]. I called ur hyd office on [protected], they asked me to call on [protected]. They gave another number [protected] and 64511167. I spoke wit ur manager Abhinav, who promised it would be delievered by afternoon yesterday. its been 4 days now and the product is still at Gati. Does it really take 4 days or more to deliver a product received in hyderabad to hyderabad.

                            Our consignments from Punjab were not delivered on time. Our last consignment is still undelivered. Assured delivery date was 17/8/2012. This is the 3rd time we are suffering due to the delay made in delivering. I have forwarded a complaint to the Gati ltd customer care showing this, but they didn't respond. We have lost our business deal due to the delay in delivery.
                            customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                            GATI ltd. booked my consignment on 17.06.2011 for delivery of same on 22.06.2011 but the same was dispatched on 22.06.2011 from booking center & on complaining no reason for delay was provided.

                              Form 10 C & Form 19 dishonoured

                              Dear Concerned,

                              with lots of distress I would like to mention before you that my previous employer M/s Gati Limited has been harassing me from getting my due benefits under Form 10 C & Form 19 for almost one year.

                              Here I would like to mention that as per the requirements of HR-Gati the for was submitted twice and due to some deliberate reasons the PF office has ben rejecting it bact to the HR-Gati from where it has never been followed up further.

                              Further HR-Gati has left the responsibility on me stating that it's the employee's look out to resolve the issue and since then I have been harassed enough to get a right information from them and whether the form has been scrutinized properly and submitted at PF office.

                              To counter me they have sent me a scanned copy of submission report and washed off their hand.

                              After further enquiry with PF office they clearly stated that the form was sent back to HR-Gati for some due reasons which Gati need to clear and resubmit. Since my last follow up with PF office I have not yet been granted a scheme certificate nor my due money.
                              All the communications will be forwarded to you on your requirement.

                              Please help me.

                                I had booked a courier pick from Gati on 15th May at 4.51pm to be picked up on 16th May and delivered to Lucknow. After booking this online, I spoke to one of their customer service executives and she told me that the pick up will happen on 16th May between 2pm tp 6 pm and she can not give any more information on this. On 16th morning, I got a call from someone saying that a person will come to pickup the courier between 2-6pm. Till 5p.m no one arrived so I called their toll free number, they provided me with a local Jaipur number and asked me to talk to some Ms Meenu there, when I called there, some Ms.Anuradha picked up and spoke very rudely to me and said that they do not have any person to pick up the courier and that I should go and personally drop it to their office. When I called up the toll free number again, they said that a person will come between 6-7pm. I called the local Jaipur number again to confirm, Ms. Mamta picked up and again was very very rude and despite to making me take a leave from office and keeping me waiting the entire day, she said that the person will come and pickup between 6-7pm but make sure that someone is available and the person doesnt have to wait. The pickup person finally reached at 7.45 pm after making some 15 calls to 10 different people. The pickup persons were also extremely rude and asked more money then actual and used foul language when asked as to when the courier will be delivered and finally we asked them to leave without giving our courier to them as they were saying that it will take 6 days to reach Lucknow where as the claimed transit time is 2-3 days. They left our home, abusing everybody. This is a very very shameful behaviour from such an esteemed courier services.

Today is 29.03.12 and on calling their office I was informed that they are not being able to trace my cartons. The shipment included 2 cartons and a bike.                                     here is a copy of the mail that i have sent to the company.this covers the entire story


                                    to whoever this letter may concern,
                                    am writing this letter with a great deal of frustration and dissatisfaction because of the poor shipping services of Gati. i had booked to ship my motorcycle (Reg No: AP 31 BD 8350) on the 30th of january,2012 from gurgaon to visakhapatnam. the assured delivery date given on the docket slip was 6th of February,2012,but however it was delivered on the 4th of February itself.since i was not in station when the motorcycle was delivered at home,it was my mother who had received it.i would please ask u to notice the few points that i am going to mention below
                                    1. i had received a call from the gati office in visakhapatnam stating that one indicator light was broken during the shipping of the motorcycle and if it is ok with me to deliver it home in the same condition. my heart sank but still i was optimistically satisfied that it is just an indicator and nothing major,so asked them to go ahead and deliver the motorcycle at the address that was mentioned in the docket
                                    2. when the motorcycle was taken to my house,and my mother received it,she asked the people who had brought it home to remove the covers so that she could inspect it before signing the form and accepting the bike. on this,the people started behaving suspiciously trying very hard to convince my mom that only the indicator light is broken and no other damage was done without removing the covers.they also mentioned that the packaging that the bike had come in was done by me individually and not by the people employed by Gati,and that was the reason for even the indicator to be broken.i have no idea how people in visakhapatnam could say that i was the one who covered the bike in the so called poor protective layer in gurgaon.
                                    3. they however convinced my mom,or rather conned my mom into signing the form and they left the place.i had come home to visakhapatnam only on the 7th of february and immediately after opening the package saw the catastrophic condition my bike was in. the side view mirrors were missing,one foot peg was missing,the tank was majorly damaged,the monograms on the tank were absolutely destroyed,there were scratches almost everywhere on the bike,the entire tail light unit was destroyed and the rear tyre was punctured.

                                    this was not the kind of result i was promised when i was shipping my bike from gurgaon.i was told that the bike would arrive in absolutely the same way i last saw it before the protection and covering went on it.

                                    i am including a photocopy of the docket slip that i was given from gurgaon for further details that u might require

                                    i sincerely request you into looking into this matter and do the needful or i might have to stop trusting your service and force a similar hundreds of others i know who had shipped their bikes on the days 28th,29th,and 30th of february,2012.

                                      they(Gati) delivered my cooler in very damage condition,3 wheels, 50 litre of water storage,4 stroke wheel fan are totally damage,it is so badly damage that it can't be used anymore,as it became wrekage now.i logged complaint many time in Gati office and gati customer care,but they are not listening and they are not taking responsibility of this. And they are also rejecting from refund the price of the cooler.i went to Gate office imphal and met Pandey(Gati employee,imphal office mobile no. [protected]) to resolve this matter, still they are not accepting my request.my gati docket number is .

                                        Dear Team,

                                        I submitted my bike to Gati ltd on 19.09.2011 and recieved it on 26.09.2011. But my bike was all damaged. The concerned person there asked me to get it repaired and told me that they will reimburse the amount. I got it repaired and submitted the bills to Gati Ltd. executive at their nigdi office in pune. And till date they are saying that the documents are under processing.
