It has been more than a week my food items are not delivered. Everything is waste int he package now. Keep on calling and people are responding very arrogantly. [protected].

Raised a complaint as well, but nobody is responding back. pathetic service. will never return here.

After more than week they are telling that the documents are missing and now stop receiving the call.

      Dear gati courier,
      This is worst service I ever experienced with your courier service.
      I have booked online a camera by infibeam and done online payment.
      But they shipped my parcel by gati air and the assured delivery time was 11th April and the service is premium.
      You can imagine if premium service is like third class so what about the others
      I am continusely calling gati air customer care since the delivery date but today 13th April still not reach by parcel.
      I have my family tour but they don't understand even no seniors came is call center calls of every time.
      I am requesting do not dispatch any product by such 3rd class air service.
      I have my tour booking on 15th evening but they don't understand my problem.

        I have order my parcel from eureka forbes on 4th april and seller has transit it in gati kwe and they have generated docket num :[protected] and since 5th april it is moving in pune and assured delivery date is 9th april and when i check on 9th april they told me we cant delivered on 9th april because of some issue and even they are not able to give me proper date.Still docket is not delivered and they assure docket will deliver today from last 4 days. Very bad exp with gati. I will not use gati in future. I'm requesting all peoples please do not use gati.

            I had used Gati Packers and movers for sending my stuff from delhi to Mumbai in March 2016. Everything received broken and damaged.. The worst experience and shocking material damage. Nothing was intact, even the metal trunks were damaged. The worst company and the worst customer service. This Will be known publicly.. Everyone should know how bad Gati is and that no one responds to multiple complaints. Damages were worth 3 lakhs and they offered me 7000/- . And on top of it they tell me 'this happens all the time' Absolutely the worst experience. Everyone needs to know this.

              Extremely bad door-to-door courier service.
              Product had to be delivered by 18th of March and today is 28 March and i have not yet recieved. They only say the package is on the way and i will recieve ASAP. i have raised complains in their website 3-4 times but have not recieved proper feedback.

              It has been really difficult to track the package i am transporting from Ranchi to Bangalore.

                Package picked up from my residence on 14th Mar and provided docket number[protected]. It took them 3 days to send the package to Shalimar Rly Stn (which is also in Calcutta at a distance if just 3 hrs). The package was then sent to Sankrail Goods, Kharagpur Jn (which is also just a distance of about 3 to 4 hrs from Calcutta). Thereafter they have conveniently forgotten about it. The package has moved only after a complaint was lodged with the company on 22nd Mar under Complaint No 14795214. Shipment still not delivered. But I have got the lamest of excuses since the past 4 days. Very unprofessional company.

                  I booked a consignment (3 cartoon boxes) from Singrauli to Dibrugarh (Docket:[protected] through Gati KWE Express. Gati people delivered those goods in a severely damaged condition costing loss of items worth Rs 2200+.
                  As asked I submitted all documents (Claim letter, Declaration letter, images of damaged goods, ID, Docket copy etc), even then they simply refused any compensation for this loss made.
                  Gati-KWE customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Documents supporting complaint is attached. Please speed up the process. The adamant attitude of Logistics giant like M/s Gati-KWE should be contained asap.

                    I have done booking for shifting my luggage from Pune to BBSR. I have paid all my payments. They have delivered all the luggage, but all of them are damaged. I agree that while transporting minor damages will be there but my cupboard is completely damaged. That can not be used further. I have checked in the shops for rearing that but they are asking nearly 80% of its original cost.

                    When I am trying to connect with agent they are avoiding me. and not considering anything for compensation.

                    They are saying I have not done insurance of my goods. But my question is if I have not done insurance that does not mean they will take my goods and delivered it in any condition and they are not responsible.

                    I am paying service tax that means I will expect service, not this type of service.

                    I am attaching all bills and images.

                      Absolutely ridiculous customer service with rspect to how to speak to a customer and also provide solution
                      Say they will not pick up if only one carton
                      What if I make 2 small cartons and the overall CBM remains the same- no answer to the question which means the staff lacks competence
                      I had a query as to whether we needed to seal the boxes ourselves and was informed yes. Basis my visit I thought I better ask the persons name and the name was "Gati staff". Am now wary that if I go there tomorrow and am asked to open up the box, will not be able to say who is "Gati staff"

                        This complaint is regarding docket no:[protected]. The shipment has been held for more than 3 days to a remote location. Calling up customer care has no idea where the package is. No one is giving any satisfactory answers, even they are not aware about the whereabouts of the package. Every time you call up, they say someone will contact you back but no one calls back.

                          The pkg held up for more than a week, no satisfactory response, not delivered (reason: out of pincode area) and returned to Amazon. In the process, I lost earning and incurred expenses for internet credit. Ordered again on 29 Jan with another address. Got the item. Why Amazon shipped through Gati when they cannot to deliver? Why they accepted?

                            I had booked a transfer of a bicycle (worth INR ~15, 000) from Mumbai to Bangalore via Fastway, which used Gati-KWE as shipping partner.
                            Initially, this service was promised to be completed in a week. But, even after receiving payment and item from pick up destination this didn't go through. They continuously kept me in dark regarding status of the shipment and kept putting up excuses which was never justified during the assurance of quality early on.

                            After dozens of calls and 45 days, mentioned cycle was delivered to me in heavily damaged condition which included these damages:
                            - Gear set was broken
                            - Handle cover are cut
                            - Seat is scratched
                            - Rear tyre valve is damaged
                            - Front suspension cover is damaged

                            I contacted both parties involved in shipment to fix this but, obviously no action was ever taken and I was forced to repair the whole thing by myself. Entire drama costed me INR ~5000 in the process along with lots of waste of time.

                            I am wondering can you guys take any action here to help me out in this situation?

                              My consignment has send by m/s amazon bearing no[protected] from hyderabad on 26_01-2016. Material has reached at nearest hub since 6days. But local gati staffs are not contacting me nor delivering the shipment. When tracking the shipment it is showing that materials could not delivered due to natural calamity or due to absence etc which is false information. So please take necessary steps to get my materials at the earliest.

                                I complained regarding him on gati website. My comlain no is CS108195 but still no action taken and no solution came. The incharge Mr Virendar talks rudely and arrogant. He does not know to talk to customers. Even after being the regular customer from the company they treat and talk without manners

                                  We had dispatched material from Ludhiana to Kollam, Kerela under docket number[protected] dated 28.12.2015 but till date it has not been delivered. Mr. Sagar Singh contact number: [protected], Mr. Vipin [protected] from Ludhiana office gave us wrong information and pick the shipment just for their incentive they didnt told us about any documents required, infact they returned our invoice also and and shipment gets hold at Coimbatore border due to non availability of some forms and without any information they sent back material to Ludhiana. but still we cooperate with them and provided the forms. Inspite of forms they are not delivering the material and asking for more payment. we are very upset with their services. we are loosing future orders from our client and balance payment of this current order. We are loss of 2lac including all. kindly help us out to cover our loss. Thanks.

                                    I have a shipment no.[protected] booked from Noida to Pune and shipment arrived in Pune very well on Sat 3 pm . I was assured that shipment will be delievered on Sat itself . I kept waiting on Saturday, till 8pm there was no sign of delivery. Now today (monday) i was again assured delivery, now they say that pincode is incorrect. Where as pincode is very much correct. Gati people are just making a fool out o[censored]s.I am very disappointed .This was reallly not expected from Gati

                                      I ordered something from amazon and again they sent it from The worst courier company which is Gati . Rather last time I requested amazon not to send anything from thic courier company but again they sent it from same company and the result is same . my docket no is[protected] from 3 days it is in transit from vadape and I have not received it yet and today is the assured delivery date too . Hope I get it before 8th

                                        Really pathetic service by Gati, as I places two orders from same e-commerce portal, same day in a difference of few minutes from two different sellers. Both were sent from Banglore to New Delhi. One was sent through Delhivery, and another was through Gati Surface. Expected date of delivery from Delhivery was Jan 05th 2016. Expected date of Delivery from Gati was Jan 04th 2016. Placed both orders on Dec. 29th 2015. Got delivery from Delhivery on Dec. 30th 2015, i.e. within 36 Hrs, and the one which was sent through, Gati has not left Banglore even. Attaching 3 Screenshots.
