Docket Number[protected] We have our material lying in your godown containing docket number mentioned above. As commited yesterday on call, we were supposed to receive the same at our Mumbai office today. But today your executive is saying the material is not traceable at your end. This matter is very serious now, we are following up since 23rd Dec 2015 and still there is no proper revert or delivery from your side. Consider the same on top priority and arrange the delivery today itself.

    I had used them to transport my things from one city to another. They damaged my goods during transport, of which they took no responsibility. To top that even their customer care support did not cooperate saying that it wasn't covered by me under insurance so they held no liability for any goods damaged. Also their driver charged me an extra sum of 2500/- saying that it was for "repacking and bubble rapping" the stuff (that I had already packed!) but no such repacking was done on arrival of the goods. When I reported the same to their customer care, they said that Gati did not charge for repacking and that any extra amount that I had paid would be refunded back to me. Its been a month now and am still waiting for that refund!! I am highly disappointed in the services since the name Gati used to portray a high standard in my mind but it stands nowhere it in reality.

      Respected Sir, A brown colored cartoon box was booked from BANGALORE to DELHI on 15.12.2015 through DOCKET[protected]. Today the packet was out for delivery as i saw from status but i got a call from CHATARPUR GATI REPRESENTATIVE, DELHI saying my parcel is short at his end, so it can not be delivered today. Please look into matter where the packet has been shortand do the needful for earliest delivery. Waiting for a good response from your side. Thanking You, Apoorv

          Hi, I ordered some product from amazon and they dispatch that product through GATI courier and the Docket No is[protected]. This shipment reached Muzaffarpur But the delivery address is KRISHNA NAGARA which is 70km far away from Muzaffarpur. When I called Gati office(Muzaffarpur) they said me to pickup from Muzaffarpur we are not able to delivered this shipment to your location. If you cant pickup this parcel then we'll returned this. When I asked them how can you returned that shipment without any specific reason then they said I'll mention that "Gati is tried a lot to delivery of the shipment but the customer premises is locked". My question is how can they say this type of words and if you are not able to delivered the shipment then why you receive that shipment and promises to delivered on time. Please delivered my shipment to my address or I'll take legal action against you.

            I have raised a complaint with respect to Order No: - [protected] complaint number 13386751 in your website its showing the below status for the complaint number.. in spite of complaint there is no action taken from your end..this was not at all expected from your end..i am very much dissatisfied with your this kind of service. Status of complaint Sorry We are sorry to inform you that the complaint number 13386751 you have entered cannot be found. You have entered an incorrect complaint number. i have called to your customer care representative he told the product has not yet arrived at Bellary(Pin Code: 583103) only..

            Really pathetic service by Gati, as I places two orders from same e-commerce portal, same day in a difference of few minutes from two different sellers.
            Both were sent from Banglore to New Delhi.
            One was sent through Delhivery, and another was through Gati Surface.

            Expected date of delivery from Delhivery was Jan 05th 2016.
            Expected date of Delivery from Gati was Jan 04th 2016.

            Placed both orders on Dec. 29th 2015.
            Got delivery from Delhivery on Dec. 30th 2015, i.e. within 36 Hrs, and the one which was sent through, Gati has not left Banglore even.

              Dear sirs, This has really become a nuisance on Gati-KWE part that consecutively, I am complaining them for delayed deliveries and documents missing. It happened earlier for Docket number[protected] that the documents were missing by Gati officials and they were unable to locate them, due to this the package got delivered and we suffered a loss due to the same. The samething has happened today again, I was expecting the parcel to be delivered, but didn't got any delivery as the Gati official have lost the documents, again the delivery is late and again we will suffer a loss, but this time, I do not wish to bear this setback alone, I want a claim for Rs. 50, 000 for the same. I have mentioned both the docket numbers, so the Gati Officials can track the complaints associated with them.

                I ordered a product from Rediff.com. This was my first mistake. They send it via Gati surface. I ordered the product on 3rd November. The product reached at the destination on 19th November, but it is not delivered to me. I called Gati customer care. They raised a complaint for this and gave me the complaint number and said that somebody from Complaint dept will call me within 4 hours. I did not receive any call. next day also I did same. They again told me that I will receive call from Complaint dept. within 1 hour, but as usual I did not receive any call. When I was fed up of this I searched for the number of Gati office in my area and I called them. When I called them they started giving me false excuses and said that they tried to contact me on 19th Nov, but my phone was switched off. On their website when I tracked my parcel it is showing that "CUSTOMER REQUESTED ANOTHER DATE OF DELIVERY". If my phone was switched off then how could they write this?
                When I tried to explain this to the person whom I was talking to, he started using abusive language. That guy don't even know how to talk to girl. I am providing all the details:

                  With reference to my order of Amazon shopping having order no.[protected], the responsible courier service GATI and its officials are misbehaving with no stone unturned. The designated courier-man of some named Kunal having the phone no. +[protected], is not cooperating in delivering my shipment. The shipment ordered from amazon is prepaid item, the amount of which is already paid. But even after providing full genuine address, this very man asking for an id proof, without which he can't handover the shipment item to me. What on earth is this new policy ? You pay for your orders and the courier then asks non-sense id proof for no reason. This is really pitiful.

                    Hello, Docket[protected] is not getting delivered inspite of followup with Customer care department and Complaint center. No specific answer i am getting about reason for late delivery. Items is at the destination city within assured time but not delivered to doorstep of the customer without any specific reason. Really furstrated calling multiple people asking for the reason for late delivery. I wanted to raise formal complaint to Indian Transport Authority regarding this. Please suggest

                      I want to mention that I made a purchase on eureka forbes water Purifier ... on 12 NOV.. and it was been shipped by gati kwe courier on Same Day. the ASSURED delivery date was on 13 NOV by gati ..Today is 14th Nov but till now.. I have not got my shipment.. I tried to contact but no rply from anyone.. really.. depressed. They are saying silly reasones like 1)Undelivered due to concerned customer / person not available at destination city 2) Sat & Sunday is holiday for us...Then why gati entered into Courier service... Please let me know your business shutdown date so that we take care about this and never use your service even you are the last courier partner on the earth.

                        I had shipped my Motor Bike from Leh-Ladakh to Pune. When I received it, it was in damage condition. I called up Gati-KWE Customer Care Help line, and I was told the procedure to apply for the damage claim. I completed all the formalities, and submitted the required documents on 12 Sept 2015. After this it took me 3 to 4 days to get the conformation about the completeness of the submitted documents. Finally I got approval for the claim and go ahead for to repair the damages on 19 Sept 2015. Ketan G. is the coordinator from Gati-KWE for my case. Since after I got the Claim Approval email, am constantly following up with Ketan, but there is no responsible response from Gati-KWE. We had conference call between Ketan, me, and the "Gati Jammu and Kashmir" person. But this is also a month or more before. My Docket Number[protected]

                          [protected] Did not receive my shipment as mentioned in there website.. Which reads assured delivery date.. Believing which I took leave in my office and when I call the customer care it's even worst.. I'm sure the customer care is going to be one of the reasons for people not to use gati If they are not sure of the delivery date it should say estimated date not assured date..

                            Worst Exp with GATI, i[censored] order item via GATI, they will deliver only after Customer died. i have ordered on 25 Oct, item is been shipped from Ahamadabad on 26, it could have delivered on the same Mon, least by 1st nov. but got very late. telling WORST ANS as Transportation problem in BANGLORE. GREAT JOKE, Worst, careless, worthless, dont use GATI

                              My parcel docket no.[protected] was scheduled to reach Lucknow from Mumbai on 31 October 2015..today 4th Nov 2015..12.00pm still not reached .had lodged a complaint and spoken to miss Swati..but to no avail. now no one communicating from customer service and asking me to co ordinate with lucknow office..where again no one is picking up the call .pure inefficiency and uncaring attitude .the behaviour of the staff concerned is frustrating and very unhelpful . The parcel was urgent and suffered a good amount of loss .Still the customer care are not concerned .

                                Not providing home delivery

                                The did provide home delivery of my product and misbehaving with customer and using slangs. They are telling to pick up the product from their office. Very bad behaviour...

                                  This is to inform you that I had sent a courier to Delhi on the 20th of October. It was something extremely important and hence the courier service by AIR. Unfortunately, I am appalled to know that the parcel is yet to reach Delhi. On enquiring previously I was told on numerous occasions that it would be not delivered immediately and today they have the cheek to say that it would be delivered TODAY (ie 7days for a delivery within the country). The details of the consignment are as follows: Docket No. [protected] Complain No. 14297750 I am extremely upset and disappointed with your services and I have a good mind to approach the Consumers Forum to deal with this matter. I want a full refund of the charges incurred and also a compensation for the embarrassment that I had to go through due to your Horrible Service. It has been an experience that I wouldn’t want any sane person to go through. I would appreciate if you would be gracious enough to look into the matter and get back to me with your comments as soon as possible. Regards, Arbind Ray

                                      Docket No.[protected] dt. 17/10/2015 Vasai to Vishakhapatnam on fright paid basis. Assured delivery date on docket is 21/10/2015. Materials were urgently required by my customer and it was booked through gati only after several confirmations and assurances from vasai booking office that the materials will be delivered by 21/10/2015. On 19/10/2015, on tracking the materials online the assured delivery date was shockingly changed to 23/10/2015 which was not at all acceptable by my customer or me. Took up the matter immedietely with the booking office in Vasai and the customer care and requested them to deliver the materials on time by 21/10/2015. Also wrote several emails. However, there were no replies or resposes from Gati. The only answer we got was that someone contact you. However nobody contacted. Today is 23/10/2015 and still nobody has contacted even after several follow ups on hour to hour basis everyday since 19/10/2015. There are no signs of materials being delivered today also which is the assured delivery date as per their website. This is the kind of service provided by Gati where they do not keep their committments and nobody is ready to take resposibility or answerable. P.S. I am regular client of Gati. Issue : 1. My parcel is coming to my city on 17 Oct 2015 as per records. 17-OCT-2015 09:04 Baroda North Arrived 2. On 18 Oct 2015 I call to customer care and they said we are not working Sunday but you get your parcel on 19 Oct 2015 (Shocking!! Your workers like to sleep with our parcel since 3 days? And not working on Sundays??? Good to go with bluedart they working on Sundays and holidays.) 3. Today 19 Oct 2015 07:24 I didn’t received my parcel neither receive any call when I call to customer care they said now we don’t able to receive your parcel as working hours are over. I said transfer call to senior person then your executive said all senior persons are leave for the day ( Shocking!! Your fire your all senior people ?)
