I had booked a product online with infibeam which was shipped after a very bad experience through GATI AIR with the docket no:[protected] i had to recieve it to my home address in Tirupati with the address and the pincode clearly mentioned. I had to recieve the product by 22nd of july. I was contacting their customer care since the day it got shipped, but despite repeated attempts to communicate to them regarding my shipment they say my shipment has been wrongly routed with a wrong pin code. And as of now the order has been lying in GATI chennai godown since 2days. Even as i keep calling them and ask about it, they simply respond saying im updating your complaint and our complaint team will call you back. But i havent recieved any positive news from them. I had a family trip planned and had to move on 23/07/2014 and that order was supposed to be a surprise gift for my wife on her birthday and now INFIBEAM & GATI have completely spoiled my party. Who'll pay me for the loss of valuable time. IRRESPONSIBLE BUNCH OF LOSERS.

Online booking has been spoiled by this courier service GATI. I also had a similar experience with StarCJ shopping. GATI cannot deliver a consignment within the city in 7 days. What a miserable conditions. Don't shop anything from online who has a service with GATI courier. That's the only lesson we can teach them as a consumer.

    Dear Sir My self Bhupendra Pratap Singh, i have book the 2 box in gati from Allahabad to Rangpo (Sikkim) on dated 03.07.2014 and tentative delivery date is 11.07.2014. Till now not receiving my goods and not tracking actual condition in online tracking. So please look at this matter and provide justification and delivery status on priority basis.       I handed over a consignment of two boxes to Gati KWE in Mumbai on 28-June-2014 for delivery at my father's house at Barasat (in Kolkata). On 4-July-14, somebodyfrom Gati called my father, and informed that my consignmentalready arrived in Kolkata, and that he would deliver the package the same day. Later when the consignment was not delivered, I contact Gati. To my surprise I learnt that one of the two boxes was not despatched from Mumbai until 7th July. Since 7th July I have been frantically calling different people of Gati at their phones and mobiles, and every time they have been giving me fake assured dates of delivery. The whole matter seems to be mysterious, and I am anxious that they have lost one of the boxes. There is a computer in one of the boxes, and there are clothes, winter garments, utensils, books and things which are very important for us. The Gati Docket No.=[protected] I have already lodged a complaint in Gati website, complaint Number= 13125326.

        Delay in delivery/Not yet delivered
        Subject - Delivery delay in consigment

        I have sent my two wheeler and household goodst through Gati KWE vide their Docket No.[protected] on 02 June 2014 from Tinsuikia, Assam to Muvattupuzha, Kerala.

        I was given a delivery date of 16th June 2014 but as of now I didn't receive the items.I have raised a complaint on 1 Juy with Gati and they conveniently informed me that they will try to deliver it as early as possible since the items reached its destination Kolenchery. The net tracking for the consignment shows arrival at Kolenchery on 2 June 14 at 12.57h. When I asked them to deliver it today, I was informed that items are partially received without any docket. The staff at Kolenchery and Ernakulam office were not forthcoming to my queries and were more interested in directing me to some or other centres of GATI. Though the items arrived at Kolenchery on 2 Jun the staff didn't make any effort to contact me on the given NOs.

        Looking forward for some immediate measures from your end so as to improve the situation and GATI stand to the commitment as once I have paid the full service charges in advance I am helpless.

          Worst transportation service ever heard about !! Its been 22 days that these people have picked up my car from Bangalore and still not reached. They are also saying it met with an accident. They simply played around all these days and now no one is receiving the call. And most of their numbers are switched off. Have to lodge police complaint as well against this people

            Parce sent through courier from Kolkata to Pune
            through GAti Courier on 5th June and received courier on 12th June. The parcel received on 12th June was opened on the transit to pune . from the parcel 10 sarees and one bedsheet is missing .approx cost pf the loss of the material is around Rs.[protected]/-. Compliant raised with the Gati customer care on 12th June but still no response received from them . They are still searching the loss of material. Complaint number given[protected]. even not able to tress the compliant number online.

Hello Sir, We are holding account with GATI from past 1 year, Why is that you never keep up the time of delivery commitment, your sales managers are so stubborn to pick the call and to give proper response. There no proper after sales network... Your Online tracking is never up to date. Do you really value your customers?? please change your working pattern.. Corporate trust on the carrier but there is no ethics maintained to serve your customer.

                Sir,

                Consignment docket no –[protected] from kolkata to nagpur – picked on 29-may-14 and scheduled to be delivered on 2-june-14.
                The status as being shown currently:

                It is mentioned that undelivered due to office closed.

                This is absolutely unacceptable as our office is everyday open uptil 7:00 pm and we did not receive any call from your end saying that the delivery had been tried.

                This is fraudelent and whimsical updates from your end without even trying for delivery is harassment to the customer.

                Even after 2 days (On 4th june), we have not received the material. Your person should have contacted and tried even on 3rd june or 4th june but this was not done, which means your service people are lying about the office being closed.

                Unexpected of gati, highly dissappointed and anguished.
                Phone numbers – [protected], [protected] are both switched off. There is no answer on [protected], i have been trying since 2 hrs.

                Our associates are in cc and we are asking them not to use gati services at all from now onwards.

                You are hereby directed to immediately deliver the material without further delay.

                  The above consignment was booked from bangalore to Changalpet on 23.05.2014 and commited delivery by 26 th may 2014. But we have not received till now (28.05.2014 09:08). Form 26.05.2014 I have contacting Customer care center [protected]. Again the complint has been booked. No 13046468 / 26.05.2014 Mr. Vithrag handling my compliant. If you see the below details the consignment received at maraimalai nager franchisee by 14:48 hrs and by 15:05 they updated FOD payment not ready. within 20 minitus they have updated the status. How it is possible. On that complaint raised day by 14:00 hrs Mr. Vithrag called me through landline and told the consignment will be deliver on 26th evening. Again I called on 27th morning, they say sorry and it will deliver on that same day before 13 hours. Again called by 14:00 hrs Mr. vithrag, he committed with in 15:00 hrs the consignment will deliver to me. then by 15:30 I called him he kept me in con. call and contacted the Maraimalai nagar depot. He has asked one lady about the delivery. she given one phone number to Mr. Vithrag([protected]) and told this number Mr. Sunil Pande's and he will deliver the consignment with in 1 hour. But till now we have not received any material at our end.                     I bought a IPHONE 4 Cover from Amazon around 2 weeks ago, the delivery of which was to be done by GATI courier services and now I come to know that they have noted the address wrong from themselves and they are not even admitting their fault. The customer service executives doesn't even know how to talk to customers... Really BAD service!!!

                      It's been more than a week than the expected date of arrival of the courier. Docket number[protected]. 3 packages were sent and none of them delivered to address. And moreover the customer service people say that 1 package is missing and they will inform once they find it out. This has been their answer for more than a week now. This is really annoying and Gati should take full responsibility and compensate for the lost goods !

PRETTY HORRIBLE SERVICE, ridiculous considering the fact that I paid for the AC up-front. DELIVER my f'ing AC or meet me in consumer court!

                          Dated: 15th May 2014. There was an Air Conditioner which was ordered by me on 27th April from Snapdeal, Gati is their Courier partner, it was about to be delivered in Kolkata, it has not reached till now though it is 15th May 2014. When I called the Concerened person, Mr. Santosh of Shyambajar branch, he said please come and pick it up by yourself, we will take our own time since your stuff is heavy. When I called the headoffice, they said they cannot do anything about it as it will take it's own time. Worst Courier company ever dealt with. Thanks, Subhajit [protected]

                          I HAVE THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM.

                          I ordered an AC on 30th April on SnapDeal and it's yet to reach my home although it's been in Kolkata since 8th May. Docket Number is[protected]. DELIVER or meet me in consumer court. -_-
                          The docket no. is[protected], to add some more, Gati even failed to deliver the product today as promised by one of the higher officials and the customer care team..These kind of companies seem to spoil the quality of work done by Indians all over the world, and create a weak spot for other coubtries to blame us with our way of working...ppease beware of this company, they are extremely bad in their work

                            Used GATI KWE for sending a courier from Pune to Trivandrum twice and both the times the delivery was made when I was not available at my home and they conveniently dumped it at my neighbours house and left. To my shock both the times the cartons were torn apart and broken into, some valuable electronic items were removed and also the rest of the items were in damaged condition. I tried to contact the customer care but to my horror they were not interested to provide any sort of assistance. This is extremely disappointing since the incident happened twice and GATI KWE is not willing to take any responsibilities from their side. Please don't be fooled by their initial customer and home pick up services as they really have non existent customer grievance service and reimbursement policies on damaged items. Please stay away from this unprofessional courier company since most of their services are sourced through unreliable local providers who dig their claws into your shipments. Please use other couriers and stay safe.

                              This is regarding docket #[protected] which involved shipping of 2 medium sized luggage bags from Indore to Bangalore on Mar 11 2014. The bags reached Bangalore on Mar 15th. But, when we received these bags and removed the tape, we noticed that the zip from 1st bag was broken. On opening the bag, we found significant items missing and the lock on this bag was also replaced by a smaller size lock which could be opened by the key of the 2nd bag! On the 2nd bag, the wheels were broken and items were missing. The stolen items include 3 sets of brand new shoes worth Rs 12000, new clothes, imported goggles, clothes, toys and shoes for baby, imported chocolates, 15 DVDs etc. This list is not exhaustive and there are more missing items. Food items that were sealed were unsealed and tasted. This was certainly an intentional theft !! Total damage is around Rs 50, 000. I have been following up with Gati's customer service and my experience has been equally frustrating. Whatever documents they asked for, we promptly provided them all the documents. They kept delaying on activities at their end for a month and now they are asking us to provide them the receipts of each and every item that got stolen in our luggage!! They say they cant do anything until we provide them the receipt. I dont understand what were they doing for the entire month !! I have couriered stuff all across the country. But, this is the first time, items are missing from my bags. I have never ever had this experience and I am extremely disappointed with Gati's service. With this pathetic service, I would never ever recommend Gati to my friends or in my work place. I have decided to take legal action against them and will report this incident to consumer bureau.

                                My Docket no. is[protected]. I have attached an image for proof. The Package(2 Nos-1 Bike and a carton Big Box) was booked on 12/4/2014 from Hyderabad to Bangalore. The assured delivery date is 17th Feb. They have delivered only bike. I have paid the entire amount at the time of booking. The other package is missing. I have lodged a complaint with them. Complaint no. is 12976418. Still they are not able to trace the package.Nobody has called me from Gati. I am only trying to call various In charge and complaint department of Gati. No one from Gati is ready to give proper answer and taking responsibility.

But I have not received the Goods till now. So, I am filing the case against GATI transport company. You are hereby requested to take action against it.

Now sitting on 11th no body in your system is giving me exact status of the shipment. I tried to reach every body possible but could not get any status update for last 2 days.                                       I was supposed to receive my Docket containing 7 packages on 22nd March 2014 but I have not received it yet. I have been constantly tracking it via online, customer care and phone, but completely dissatisfied with their response. GATI KWE have been just transferring calls and complaints. I have the contact nos. of the managers of the warehouse, have been calling and they keep making false promises and giving invalid reasons. Now they do not pick up my calls. In spite of giving the correct address, incorrect pincode was entered by them into the system and my docket reached the wrong warehouse. Later, they say they have found the docket. Then they say only 6 packages have been found out of the 7 and one is missing. Then the have the guts to ask me if I am OK with receiving the partial docket or I would I like to wait for the complete docket to arrive. On calling the customer care no.[protected], they agent there gives off an attitude to me and asks me if I want the packages or not. The agent says if you are dissatisfied with GATI KWE and would want us to pay severance, then we will offer you GATI Miles Coupon to be used on your next shipment. What a Joke! These people are threatening with the docket. They have absolutely no etiquette, no professionalism. I am completely frustrated by these people. I would want this to resolve this ASAP. If anyone has a solution to this, then it would be great if you could offer some. Docket No:[protected]

                                      Gati — GATI specializes in insulting the customer.

                                      Delivery guy misbehaved and abused when asked the reason for not delivering the product on time. One of the filthiest services ive come across. Shame.

                                        This is towards my consignment number :[protected], the item was supposed to be delived to me on 18th of March with Assured delivery date being 20th March but till date i.e 26th March the same has not been delivered. And when we all up the tol free nuber there is no response.. Though i managed to get the local ofice number and i was surprised by the response from their end. they said the item was lyiing in our peenya ware house for two days and now we have sent it to KR puram but there is no manpower with us leading which we were not able to deliver, and if its urgetn please come and collect it. I would say i have never come across such pathetic serive till date. infact the other local courier agencies and much better then all of the
