My parcel is coming from shanghai to kolkata when i track on your website the status is shown out for next staition since 16th April 2015 Can i please know when will it reach India My parcel contains some important documents and must reach to me safe and on time Please tell me the current status i.e. where exactly the parcel is? is it in shanghai or reached mumbai I tried to contact Your customer care but nobody picked up please resolve my issues

    Our 2 Nos. Parcel is been booked on 26.03.15 Doc. No-:[protected], one of the parcel is been misplaced & we have received only one parcel while Gati has charge 100% freight promising either we will send your parcel or compensate but after receiving there is no response from Gati office. Kindly after this matter seriously, we are in urgent need for our 2nd parcel. Very poor response & pathetic kind of service, we will never use again service. Please advice.       Hi had couriered a parcel from Pune to Bangalore with docket number[protected] .I have yet not received it and the delivery guy told me that He has a lot of work and cannot deliver the parcel on requested time (Between before 11 Am and after 6:30 pm) then he told me to take a holiday to collect the items as he has a lot of work to do and cannot adjust. What is the point of door to door service. Now this guy is telling me since I did not collect my courier according to his time table I have to pay the go-down storage charges. One of the most services I have ever used. A total waste of money. Abusive language is used by delivery person and this guy told me to complain all I want it does not bother him. What is point o[censored]sing a door to door service if I have to take a leave to collect my parcel. Local services providers provide a 1000 times better service.

        I had placed an order at AMAZON.IN and it was shipped via GATI(Docket no[protected] ... They not only failed to deliver the product on their assured date (26/03/15) but upon complaint one of their customer representative had made a sarcastic remark...till date the product is undelivered and the shipment had been extremely slow. ...This has not been the first case- all my other shipments with Gati in the recent past was dealt in a similar way and none of them arrived on time.

          Someone deliver product to me from GATI KWE courier service with docket no[protected] with assure delivery date 19th, March 2015. But still it is not delivered to me. I have raised complaint regarding the same but i didn't get any response for the same. My complaint no is 12570349. I have called customer care service so many times but they are just saying that "sorry for your inconvenience". I don't want their sorry. I want my product to be deliver on time. Such a waste service provider.

          not resolved after long wait so finally closing complaint
          I have called many times n than on 24th march product is delivered to me instead of 19th march(assured delivery date). Even consumer compalint.com had not forwarded my complaint to gati kwe. No one is here to listen your complaint so don't waste time here. better you directly go to service provider office or wait for your complaint to be resolve.

            No response from GATI. i have placed an order on 12th of Feb in infibeam.com. They have sent through GATI logistics. Still i havent received the product. I lodged a complaint in GATI. still not resolution. I have called infibeam to cancel the order, they said the product has to reach their end in order to get my refund. I dont know if gati will send the product back to infibeam, if so i dont know how many days they will take to deliver it successfully... Such a hopeless service. Docket no:[protected]

              Recently I purchased a product in Amazon and the product was delivered through GATI carrier service. Tracking number of the product is[protected]. On 06/01/2015, I got an SMS from amazon as the product is out for delivery and i was waiting for the product. On 06/01/2015, till 5pm i didn't get any call or intimation about the product from GATI. So I tried to call the local GATI branch office in erode and enquired the status of product. I called to the Land line number mentioned in GATI website[protected], the number was out of service. Then i called to the mobile number [protected] which was mentioned in GATI website. After calling many times, some one attended the call and said in a rough tone as he cannot deliver the product on 06/01/2015. The person said as delivery boys are on leave and he will try to deliver the product either on 07/01/2015 or 08/01/2015. The person asked me to remind him again at 10 am on 07/01/2015 so that he will try to deliver on 07/01/2015. I got very irritated on hearing this irresponsible answer. I don't know why i should remind him for doing his duty :(. On 07/01/2015 morning, I got an SMS from Amazon as the product is undeliverable as addressee was not available. I got shocked on seeing the SMS. I called to GATI customer care and explained every thing, the response from GATI customer care executive was very bad. On seeing the way the customer care executive talked, I understood that they wont take any action. So I requested my sister to go directly to GATI courier office, Erode and take the parcel. We went directly to branch office on 07/01/2015 and took our parcel by our own. GATI is very poor in customer service. Be alert when your product is delivered through GATI. If GATI behaves with customer like this, Iam sure very soon it will loose its reputation, brand name and valuable customers.

                Gati courier service has been pathetic over a period of time and the latest example is what i have experienced as follows. I was supposed to get the delivery by 29-Dec and got the message in morning that it was out for delivery and in the evening at 7 i got message that customer has requested for the delay in delivery. They did not perform the delivery and Without talking to me or without my consent they updated the comments in system that customer has asked for later delivery date. This is quite an unethical behavior from them.

                With me they did same.
                Gati sales assistant called me at 3:15pm that you item has been loaded and it is out for delivery. The item will reach by 5pm. As I was in office I informed the sales assistant that the delivery will happen at home and i have to reach there. So, give me some time for confirming my availability as I have to check with my manager. After ~15mins I informed him to go ahead and deliver, I will be present by 4:15PM at home.
                He informed that sir, it will reach by 5pm. When I called at 5:15pm he informed me to talk to delivery guy directly. When I called delivery guy he told that delivery will happen by 7pm as he has other 5-6 delivery. Then when I called him at 7pm he didn't pick the phone. Then I called assistant again, he told that I will check and revert back. He called and informed that there is traffic jam in the way so there is a delay but delivery will happen. Then I called assistant again at 9pm then he didn't pick his phone. I called delivery guy, he picked that his vehicle doesn't have diesel and he has tried to check at multiple petrol bunks, it is not available anywhere. Then he informed that he will deliver tomorrow early morning. But no reply then from both of them and not picking phone as well.

                When I check the status of the shipment online it is showing at 3:22pm the status updated is that "Not delivered as the destination address changed at the Destination". where as I have not requested for any address change

                  Assured deliver of 22nd Dec - It has reached the destination 21st Dec and marked "Out of Delivery" ever since. Till today - 29th Dec - not delivered. Gati's reason - there are too many packages and they cannot locate my package (of a microwave - not a pen size!) On 27th I was told 2 days, again on 29th I am told 2 more days !!! Hopeless service!!! Last time instead of coming to Noida, Gati sent my packet to Noida Phase II and they kept looking for it in Noida! Don't know if they are lookin for it in the right place! I have offered them to come to their store and look for it myself !!!

                    Dear Preethi & Manish, I was unfortunate to have made an online purchase from Pepperfry on 12th December, 2014. The order number is[protected]. It was much later that I got to know from many other customers of yours, who are known to me, of the delay in delivery which is a regular experience with Pepperfry.com. At the time of making the purchase online, the product page showed clearly that the item will be shipped out on 15th December 2014 to reach me on 19th December, 2014. After having got the trail mail from Preethi, I contacted her around the said date to get to know of the status of delivery since there were no further calls / update from Pepperfry or their logistics partner. Upon inquiring Preethi told me that I am "misinformed" and that the date of delivery is 27th December, 2014. Now, at this point, I totally agree it is my mistake for not having kept a screenshot of the product page when I made the payment using my debit card. In the interim, I did go ahead and make another purchase online before this situation got to where it is today. That product is also to be delivered by GATI and I have details for it and it is still not delivered: Order Number:[protected] Order Value: Rs. 1780.00 Order Confirmation SMS Received on 19th December, 2014 Next SMS comes on 21st December, 2014 which states as below: "Pepperfry has shipped item order #[protected] via GATI, AWB#[protected]. Tracking will be available after 24 hrs. See email for details. Rgds" 23rd December: "Hi, Your Pepperfry order will be delivered tomorrow. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. For any changes call us on [protected]" I tried reaching out to this number to coordinate, but was unable to get through. Hence, decided to cancel my programs for a long weekend and stayed back in Chennai, else I would have traveled back to Bangalore. Yesterday (24th December, 2014) I get a call around 9:45PM from a person named Rajesh (mobile number [protected]), who claimed to be an employee with GATI. He called me up from Koyembedu, Chennai and said he wanted my address to deliver a "Table" to my house. I detailed the address, which he could not understand but understood a landmark en-route which is "MMM Hospital". He said he will be coming over in the night for delivery and I agreed. Not having heard from him, I called him back at 10:31 PM and he answered the phone to give a lame excuse of a vehicle breakdown and said this will be delivered to my residence on 25th December, 2014 before noon. I did check with him whether they will be working on Christmas day, to which he confirmed that they will be working. I then told him that I will keep aside all my other scheduled engagements for the day and wait for them and requested if the delivery could be finalized within 11:00 AM today (25th December, 2014). Today, 25th December, 2014, I called him at 10:07 AM, he answers his phone and says that today no delivery can be made as vehicles are not available since it is Christmas. I told him this is exactly what I had asked yesterday to which he had responded confirming that GATI is working and even went on to negotiate the time. He was quite rude in his conversation today when he summarily refused to take ownership of the issue and readily gave his manager's number for escalation - Mr. Chinnappa Paul (mobile number - [protected]). He was anyhow courteous enough not to answer the call or call back in response to an urgent SMS I sent to his number. Now I am left with two products I paid for, with no clue of what is going to happen, whether it will ever be delivered, what will be the condition of goods if it were to be delivered etc. Having been gullible enough to believe Pepperfry.com and their logistics partner GATI, I changed my plans for the same public holiday which they are now celebrating at my expense. Considering this, I want an immediate response from your organization. If I am not getting a resolution on this today, I will be moving my grievance with the Consumer Redressal Forum. Please be informed that I am marking a copy of this email to the Tamil Nadu State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Mylapore, Chennai for purpose of evidence.                       Docket Number[protected] Product is in Noida from 14th of December and not delivered yet. I called around 10 times, same response always - You will get it today or tomorrow. I asked for address so that I can pick on my own. That too was not provided. I even asked for the issue which is taking so long, that too not answered. Wonder what on earth take them soooooo long to deliver. Every time I call on custcare, I get response to schedule a call back, but I never get it. Gati - Please work for providing good service.                           I am wating for a package( docket no[protected] since 24th Nov, still no sign, but somebody is regularly updating status with "residence closed", "customer requested another date of delivery" etc . Biggest fruad, gurgaon franchisee or branch manager should be sacked immediately Call center is also useless, routinely gives false assurance that somebody will call back but nothing is done Please avoid, avoid specially in Gurgaon I am not sure why Snapdeal is using such lousy courier

                            I booked the delivery of 6 packets from Bangalore to Begusarai (Bihar) on 31st of October as mentioned in the attached scanned copy of the receipt. The status of the couriered boxes was not updated till 4th of November. I was asked to mail the scan copy of the receipt to customer care to get the status. Only after repeated phone calls to customer care I got the status of the packets and got it updated in the system. Assured delivery date of the boxes was initially given as 13th of November but no delivery was made at that day. Again I called customer care and got to know that the courier was falling short of 1 packet. So I raised a complaint[protected] regarding the same. After repeated request the remaining 5 parcels were delivered on 15th of November. The remaining 1 packet contains my wedding lehenga and other very important wedding relating items which I need very urgently. I have been calling customer care regularly to know the status but till date the status remains same i.e not traced. It’s been 12 days since the complaint was raised and now it’s a panic situation for me because I need the packet before my wedding and till today the packet is not even traced. The update in the customer care system showed the packet went missing since 4th of November. I don’t understand why no action was taken for the same. Also I don’t understand why the status on the website is updated as delivered. I want that status to be change as partially delivered. I didn’t expect such a poor service from this kind of reputed courier agency. Kindly do the needful at the earliest and please help me to get my packages without any further delay.                             you cannot keep the promise of the delivery time announced by you & when it reaches the second last delivery point after 5 days your customer care says that you cannot connect it because THEY DO NOT KNOW THE REASON..funny.. Ordered a consignment through Snapdeal with the docket no[protected], following up through calls/emails but Gati is like Snail...they just dont bother about the customer... It takes total 6 days to send it from NJP to Malda...great going... Moreover, your CS guy says..the delivery timeline is a business treaty between Snapdeal & Gati management...we cannot make it...really...

                              I would like to write down a few words regarding my experience with Gati in last few days regarding delivery of a product I ordered on Amazon. I hope the concerns will be addressed suitably at appropriate level of Gati.

                              (1) Customer care toll-free number of Gati never connects... it remains busy always, even if one try a thousand times.
                              (2) The phone at Gati's Kolkata office[protected] was never picked up, i called several times last whole week. It just went ringing as if nobody was there.
                              (3) I registered a complaint on 28.10.14 (No.CS81328), which was responded only today (after 12 days by e-mail). (4) I registered another complaint on 06.11.14 (No.[protected], your customer care executive assured delivery on 07.11.14 but your local franchisee replied they will not deliver before 10.11.14 but did not deliver even on 11th Nov. I found your local franchisee is not customer friendly.
                              (5) You should be professional, customer friendly and should live up to your promises. (6) Overall experience with GATI is pathetic and shocking. I intended to write to your CEO, but could not trace his email ID anywhere. Contact IDs of higher authorities should have been made available in your website to give some relief to your aggrieved customers.

                                I booked an LED emergency light on Amazon on 24th Oct 2014. Till date I had not received the courier. When I checked the tracking, I was surprised to see that Parcel was packed on 24th which reached Thane on 28th and from Thane, it took 7 days to reach Pune (for 150 kms approx). I dont know why Amazon is using such a poor courier service people which in turn will affect their business too. Or there may be a chance of forcing the customer to choose Single day delivery, where charges is around Rs. 150 plus. The problem is no one is ready to listen customer issues.

                                  Recently I had One Courier shipped from Snapdeal through Gati Courier No[protected] for Bangalore The courier was shipped on 20 Oct And assured delivery date was of 27 Oct but till 7 Nov I have not received the product. Their Courier centers will update the wrong status in website “Customer requested for another date delivery”. Their call centers will fool the persons by saying ‘will deliver another day’ and that another day never comes. If they cannot deliver the product why the company is booking order.                                     this is regarding package with tracking id[protected]. i received an sms on 3/11/14 at 2.17 pm saying this package will be delivered on the same day. but on 3/11/14 at 8.58 pm i received another sms saying delivery was delayed due to customer request. as a matter of fact, NO ONE MADE ANY CONTACT WITH ME. Again i received an e mail on 6/11/14 saying my package will be delivered on 6/11/14.but till 9 p.m. it was not delivered. i mailed gati several times but no one responded.

                                    Gati means lier courier, no help line number,
                                    I called my nearest gati centre, they rudely reply that contact to toll free number and cut the call from their side, rudely
                                    And toll free number is not responding, number incorrect, check the number.
                                    No word for gati courier.
                                    Worst feeling ever.

                                      Docket Number[protected] It was supposed to be delivered on 22-OCT-2014 On 05-NOV-2014, I received an SMS saying that the it was Undelivered due to “Delivery Not Accepted“. Also in the Gati website now it is showing: DATE of LAST ATTEMPT - NO OF ATTEMPT 1 REASON CONSIGNEE REFUSING TO ACCEPT DELIVERY I am suspecting that someone has made false claim that “consignee refused to accept delivery”. I request you to investigate who has made this false status update. I request you to: 1) Ask the delivery person to call me from his cell phone and talk to me at least one hour before coming for delivery. 2) Click a picture from his cell phone at the delivery location to prove that he has really gone for delivery. 3) Take a written explanation with signature from the consignee for refusing to accept delivery . Simply saying the consignee refused is not convincing. Thanks, Suresh

                                        Snapdeal Order No. [protected]. I received an email that the Order has been shipped on 27-Oct-14 in which GATI Docket Number was also provided (Docket Number.[protected]. The Expected Date of Delivery of the Shipment was 05-Nov-14. Till now, I have neither received any call from Snapdeal or Gati even though I have register a Complaint. Snapdeal Complaint Numbers[protected] and 11391431 and Gati Complaint Number 12238118 and CS82823 More than 48 hours have been crossed since I have complained but there has been there is no news about it. The GATI Website is not updated after 28-Oct-14 17.37 hours. GATI has gone down in Service and is not responsive to the Customers at all. The same with SNAPDEAL also.
