I booked their service on 15Mar2022 (With the booking of 16mar2022) to shift a few boxes o[censored]sed toys and clothes. The agreed rate was 70RS/KG including packing, pick up, and delivery. I had 28 kg of items and I agreed for this rate and booked their services. At the pickup time, they charged 300 RS and they told they will weigh the items at their site and share the bill. They contacted back on 19th and shared the bill and forced me to pay the amount immediately. When I checked the bill, it was a complete goo[censored]p. For my 28 KG of items, they mentioned 80 kg, and they billed 83/kg with a total of 7835. Actually, it should be 1960(that is 28kgs*70rs) and if I add 18% GST, then it should be 2313. I told them I can pay this amount, He started threatening and is not ready to return my items. Could you please help?

My house hold items are picked up on 10january and still not delivered being 3months over. i had contacted the customer care many times, they attend phone call but no proper response. they don't even say their godown address or location.

they pickup from us and give to Delhivery. if we call delhivery, they say items are not handed to them by GAti, Gati says it is in transit. this is completely a cheating company.

      I transferred my bike from hyderabad to bhubaneswar . i got the items today and found out that bike meter is totally broken. they are not ready to compensate the loss .kindly help us with the issue as we have already paid Rs.9000/- for insurance.

        The parcel reached its destination on 9th February 2022 but remain undelivered despite the repeated reminder to the gaTI kWE.The parcel with Docket no.[protected] still remains undelivered despite repeated complaints. The representative at Gati Kwe at Imphal is not taking the matter seriously.
        The above parcel still remains undelivered despite the assurances that it will be delivered today.

          I had sent my Honda highness cb 350 with Gati . Dockett number[protected]. This was from Haldwani, Nainital to Coimbatore, TN. It had costed me 14, 000 to transfer with 6 other packages. When I received my bike, it was not fit for ridging. They had broken my handle bar, front both suspension, headlight, the handle bar was touching the tank causing a dent. It costed me total of 15, 000 rupees. The customer care service was horrible in responding to the issue and I have never got an explanation or a solution from their side. They are understaffed too . I had to load and unload my bike and things myself. Pathetic experience and will never opt for it in the future. Readers, please beware of the things you send through Gati. They throw your things around, break it and will blame it back on you.

            This is regarding the request number 01099578, for pickup 1/27/2022. Problem is the service manager from GatiKWE has outsourced the shipment to third party and has charged exorbitant prices from me.
            This has resulted a damaged delivery with no way to claim. I want to report this unethical and unprofessional activity by GATIKWE where they have shared my data with 3rd party vendor. kindly take some strong step so that such unprofessional activity cannot be repeated. Kindly compensate my loss.

                  Amazon.in ships us the removal units from there warehouse through the courier companies like gati but these past few months all the removal units that are shipped through Gati is not delivered to us There status is shown us as delivered even though those units are not delivered to us. We have tried raising the same concern to Amazon seller support (still pending) & Gati customer care .But the Gati customer executive repeatedly says the docket no is invalid even though the Status is visible to us in there Track my Docket section of there website We tried to communicate the same issue multiple time over the mail the only reply we got is that the docket no is invalid even after attaching the screenshot of there website .we are facing this issue on many docket ids (Mentioned below)

                  Following are the Docket No-
                  1) As per the Docket No. i.e.,[protected] the goods are delivered to us at 9:28 PM but our business premises closes at 7:30 PM daily so how can the removal order be delivered to anyone.
                  2) As per the Docket No.[protected] parcel is delivered to us at 1:28 AM how this can be possible at the order is delivered at MIDNIGHT which is outside our normal business timing
                  3)As per the Docket No.[protected] the goods are delivered at 8:15 PM when in actual scenario no goods are received at our business premises.
                  Still today we have no clue where is our parcel & no one known when we will get our parcel.
                  4)As per the Docket No. i.e.,[protected] the goods are delivered to us at 9:28 PM but our business premises closes at 7:30 PM daily so how can the removal order be delivered to anyone.

                  It is already been a month we are trying to know where is our parcel? but still we have not received any single response from anyone. Now the things have gone far from our tolerance level. That is next level negligence and fraud. Already we have been waiting for weeks for this package, and above that they do not deliver, and mark it delivered which is literally a crime to be reported in police station.

I have sent my luggage from Bangalore to Indore and the guy by name Sandeep Sharma is a chor who has taken double to money as asked first and even after that has not delivered my stuffs. I am filing formal FIR in blr and indore and also consumer forum case as my parents are sen lawyers in MP high court

                      I booked a pickup from old rajinder nagar, Delhi on 6th January 2022. Since then my luggage has not been dispatched from Gurgaon warehouse. It's to be delivered to chhattisgarh.                             My product ordered from firefoxbikes.com was to be delivered yesterday on 25th Dec 2021, the shipment had origin from Greater Noida and destination is Dehradun. The shipment reached Dehradun on 24th itself and was to be delivered by 25th, however they never called for delivery nor they aproached the vicinity and still has the audacity to update there system with reason "Undelivered due to Consignee premises closed". Now when I complained to there customer care service they just removed my docket from their system and it's not track-able anymore. It was perfectly trackable just 12hrs ago and I have screenshots of that. I'll also be rasing a complaint with Firefox bikes for using a very unprofessional delivery partner.

                              I have booked for shipment of bike from Kolkata to Malda Town, which is out from their warehouse 13 December, they said it is going to be delivered by 15 December and now it's 16 December, i still have not received my delivery and they are not answering my calls and not giving any updates. Last time they talked they said no Idea about the whereabouts of the cargo truck and driver is not picking up.
                              What kind of service are they providing.
                              Recently they stopped answering my calls .
                              It's just 300km (approx) distance from Kolkata to Malda Town and they are taking this much time. it only takes 8-9hrs of journey.
                              4dsys almost gone and no sign of delivery.kindly look into this matter.

                                  I booked two packages from Siliguri to Faizabad(UP) on[protected]. Docket no[protected] was assigned to me with expected delivery date of[protected]. However, till date i.e[protected], I haven’t received the packages. I registered multiple complaints on the customer care helpline but no steps have been taken to resolve my issues nor do they provide any substantial information. Their higher management is too busy to give me a callback.

                                        I booked a consignment on 1st of December from Kolkata to Noida. The promised me that it will be delivered within 1 week. But the fact is that even after 9 days, I don't have any track of my consignment. The docket number[protected] shows "Invalid". I reached out to customer care several times, they can only " Pass on my complaint to respective team".
                                        I mailed to them almost 6 times, but without a complaint number, 00619069, nothing in my hand.
                                        Still today i have no clue where is my consignment, and no one can answer when I can receive.

                                        It's almost 7 days past, I handed over the consignments to Gati, after that there is no trace. It's very surprising and unprofessional approach, and not expected Gati.

                                        It's almost 7 days past, I handed over the consignments to Gati, after that there is no trace. It's very surprising and unprofessional approach, and not expected Gati.
                                        Ever after lodging the complaints no prompt and necessary response received yet.

                                        I am having the same issue with my consignment. There is no trace of the article online. Kindly advise what shall I do.

                                        I had the phone number of their area sales manager and as well as the pick up person. After 3-4 follow up with them, they initiate the process. My consignment picked up on 1st, and it was dumped into their warehouse for 9 days. They start the process on 10th. And till 9th I have no clue where is my goods.
                                        Their customer care is good for nothing. But at the last I can say they delivered the product safely on 13th.

                                        I think it is very common for them specially for small consignment, they clubbed couple of more together and then they initiate the logistic part.
