Item Showing Check In,International Operation Center

This is regarding my parcel from china via Amazon shipped with GATI with tracking number[protected], It's nearly been 22 days in transit, still the status of the tracking is stuck at Check In, International Operation Center. I want to know when I will get my parcel and where it exactly is right now, and when it is going to be delivered exactly....

Parcel undelivered but marked as delivered & Docket no. shown as invalid to customer executive

Amazon.in ships us the removal units from there warehouse through the courier companies like gati but these past few months all the removal units that are shipped through Gati is not delivered to us There status is shown us as delivered even though those units are not delivered to us. We have tried raising the same concern to Amazon seller support (still pending) & Gati customer care .But the Gati customer executive repeatedly says the docket...

My all stuffs are stolen Yes stolen

We must all file formal FIR and complaint against these buggers. I have sent my luggage from Bangalore to Indore and the guy by name Sandeep Sharma is a chor who has taken double to money as asked first and even after that has not delivered my stuffs. I am filing formal FIR in blr and indore and also consumer forum case as my parents are sen lawyers in MP high court...

Delayed dispatchment and tracking number not provided

I booked a pickup from old rajinder nagar, Delhi on 6th January 2022. Since then my luggage has not been dispatched from Gurgaon warehouse. It's to be delivered to chhattisgarh. I'm calling on these 3 numbers and none of these 3 are responding to my call. They are not giving me my docket/reference number. They arranged my pickup and billing was done by them only.

Unable to track a courier,but was trackable yesterday

I am unable to track a consignment.It was trackable today morning, but now it's showing "No data found with this docket number."

Product not trackable anymore online.

I was able to track my order since yesterday and it's assured delivery date was 11-Jan-2022.But while checking on portal its showing
"No data found with this docket number.Pleasw help me...

Product Not Delivered and after raising Complain Docket no became invalid

My product ordered from firefoxbikes.com was to be delivered yesterday on 25th Dec 2021, the shipment had origin from Greater Noida and destination is Dehradun. The shipment reached Dehradun on 24th itself and was to be delivered by 25th, however they never called for delivery nor they aproached the vicinity and still has the audacity to update there system with reason "Undelivered due to Consignee premises closed". Now when I complained...

Delayed delivery and gati team is not responding to calls

I have booked for shipment of bike from Kolkata to Malda Town, which is out from their warehouse 13 December, they said it is going to be delivered by 15 December and now it's 16 December, i still have not received my delivery and they are not answering my calls and not giving any updates. Last time they talked they said no Idea about the whereabouts of the cargo truck and driver is not picking up.
What kind of service are they providing.br...

So far, I have not received my package.

Non Delivery of parcel and poor customer service

I booked two packages from Siliguri to Faizabad(UP) on[protected]. Docket no[protected] was assigned to me with expected delivery date of[protected]. However, till date i.e[protected], I haven’t received the packages. I registered multiple complaints on the customer care helpline but no steps have been taken to resolve my issues nor do they provide any substantial information. Their higher management is too busy to give me a callback....

No trace of delivery

Booked Gati for a bike delivery on 02/11/2021. The docket number is showing invalid in the website and no trace of the bike to be delivered. No consumer support....

On 30 Nov product started from origin kati assured delivery date was 7 Dec but today 10dec and they telling that it will take more 3-4 days to deliver

No Tracking, Docket Invalid,

I booked a consignment on 1st of December from Kolkata to Noida. The promised me that it will be delivered within 1 week. But the fact is that even after 9 days, I don't have any track of my consignment. The docket number[protected] shows "Invalid". I reached out to customer care several times, they can only " Pass on my complaint to respective team".
I mailed to them almost 6 times, but without a complaint number, 00619069, nothing...

Part of the shipment is not delivered .system updated as delivered

1. 4 items were booked from thane on 22 nov 2021 to be delivered to guwahati, docket no[protected], 3 items were delivered on 4th december, 1 of the item is still missing.
2. on enquiry with the local manager of gati kwe, guwahati warehouse mr sajan joseph on 6th december, he blatantly answered he had no idea when the item would be delivered and is now neither picking my call nor meeting me when i personally went to gati kwe guwahati...

Delivery item reached on 6/12/2021 but still not received my scooty.
People receiving calls in Kolkata are rude.

I am leaving the city...

Shipment undelivered (Docket No: 694766560)

On 4th December, I received notification from GATI that my parcel is out for delivery. But without any contact, they updated the status of the shipment as undelivered due to warehouse closed. It was again supposed to be delivered on the 5th but nothing happened. Today is the last date of assured delivery and I have not heard any updates yet. I urgently need the delivery of the shipment on time. Or else I need to take further legal action....

Not Able to Track my Bike with the Docket Number - 408877676

I booked my Bike on 3rd December from Kanpur to Surat and got a docket number (receipt). I was able to track the day after and status showed the bike had reached Lucknow on 4th Dec 2021. Now I am not able to track it since today 5 Dec 2021. The error message shows "CHECK DOCKET NUMBER"....

Not delivered my consignment

I have booked my consignment on 14/11/2021 and at the time of booking there tracking site show the delivery date by 20/11/2021 but till now at 6.30pm on 26/11/2021, I have not received my consignment. I have complained regarding this on 25/11/2021 at around 10am.
I am hopeless whether I will get my consignment or not ....

The product remains undelivered due to delay on road, but my shipment is at delivery centre. It was out for delivery on 22nd of nov but still no attempt to delivery was done registered a compalin Id but no response yet. I want my package as soon aa possible....

My product is still undelivered even after multiple complaints

They are simply cancelling the delivery telling customer refused to collect the delivery due to damage. Which was false and no one has tried to contact. On the other hand they will give feed back call for their service. Am waiting for 3 days still no resolution....
