I am making a final attempt here before I file a legal consumer case again you. I have booked a shipment AWB / Tracking number:[protected] which is not delivered yet. When we reached your customer care - first of all no one responds promptly - complaint number CS193597 which has been closed without proper reason. Gati had great brand name but the support system of yours is pathetic.

After multiple attempts, Gati has simply updated...

Cycle world Elite had booked on[protected] and the shipment was picked on[protected]. The docket number given is[protected]. But this number shows as invalid when entered for Tracking in Gati Website.

I booked 04 luggage and 01 scooty for transportation from Gurugram to Goa through Gati courier vide docket no.[protected] on 28 Oct 21

I have received 04 luggage in safe condition after reaching Goa. However, 01 scooty (GA 06 Q 1779) was damaged while transportation by Gati and presently kept at Gati warehouse in Verna, Goa.

Delivery for docket no[protected] was not done properly. We have received only 19 out of 20 items. Connected with customer service on two occasions but to no avail. It has been more than 2 weeks that I raised two complaints....

Its been 3 days after there promised delivery date and my consignment has not reached yet. I have launched a complaint 2 days back and repeatedly called them to locate my consignment. Till now no action has been taken. It is outrageous that i have paid 16k for this delivery service.

I ordered a product from amazon on 18th OCT 2021. The package was shipped from Hongkong and reached the final delivery station on 29th OCT 2021. I did not wanted to say this but really very pathetic service by the GATI COURIER. The package was out for delivery twice and yet again they are giving the same reason again and again for not delivering the package. I actually don’t understand this reason “undelivered due to time duration lapsed”....

Docket number[protected]. We had sent 5 cartons from Pune to Lucknow on 31st Oct. But on calling they mentioned that one carton is not found. We have wedding tomorrow and all our clothes are lost by them. Very irresponsible and careless company.Dont ever use Gati courier services...

Every time the seller shipped with Gati (which I have no control over) I had to launched a complain. Here's another one...My Amazon.in parcel (Tracking ID:[protected] was supposed to be delivered on 07/11/21 but was not delivered even today. The worst is that the status is mentioned as 'Carrier picked up the package' since the first day and I have no idea about the status of my parcel. Please resolve this issue at the earliest...

I booked one parcel from Thanjavur to Kolkata on 22nd October and it reached at final station on 1 November and now it is showing undelivered. I didn't get any call regarding delivery. I also registered complaint on 6th November but didn't get any response after so many calls to customer care. Now I am feeling frustrated by choosing gatikwe. I had a parcel booked from delhi via GatiKWE considering the fact that they have a pan India presence and doorstep delivery..the consignment had left a gati facility in kolkata on the 4th of November 20 21 and is yet to reach its final destination is siliguri
I have not been able to get a concrete solution from anyone at GATI...A friend of mine ordered a similar item via Safe Express and the item is here much before the assured delivery...

I had given transfer request for scooter and TV. It become out for delivery. After that update is showing material not found. Sending mail, raising complaints didn't help. I need some update from them....

Placed order from Bangalore to Bilaspur. it's almost 10 days over and still the parcel is showing in Bangalore. Request you to please make it fast....

I had placed a complaint for not receiving my last baagage out of a total of five baggages from Gati.kWE.. My docket no. Is[protected]. This was part of the total baggage which was dispatched from Bangalore to Kalyani. There were a total of 5 luggages of which 4 have been delivered on the 6 of October; 2021.The last bag (a navy blue color luggsge travel duffle bag) has still not been delivered. Today is the 27 th of October.

The assured delivery date is already passed but still my package is not delivered. Tried calling customer care several times but they just register the complaint and when I ask for local team's numbers they deny. Pathetic experience. Not recommended....

Horrible customer service no communication from their side wrong contact no provided and after delivering charging high coolie charge of amount of Rs 300/-and the last person who communicated with us was equally bad

I have booked a parcel (Scotty) at Haldwani office for delivery to Thanjavur but when I received the item it was totally different..I received a bike That's wasn't mine..and after it when I call to booking office they didn't give any positive reply even few moments later they have switched off their mobile phones...now I'm bringing this matter to higher lavel....
