1. 4 items were booked from thane on 22 nov 2021 to be delivered to guwahati, docket no[protected], 3 items were delivered on 4th december, 1 of the item is still missing.
2. on enquiry with the local manager of gati kwe, guwahati warehouse mr sajan joseph on 6th december, he blatantly answered he had no idea when the item would be delivered and is now neither picking my call nor meeting me when i personally went to gati kwe guwahati warehouse, garchuk.

Such types of behaviour from staff of gati kwe is unacceptable. kindly let me know the status

    It's been more than 10 days, my scooty has not been delivered. Hyderabad to Kolkata.
    Delivery item reached on 6/12/2021 but still not received my scooty.
    People receiving calls in Kolkata are rude.
    ([protected], [protected]) Phone no. provided to call and ask and both were rude and this was the first and the most probably the last time.
    I am leaving the city tomorrow and I don't know whom are they going to deliver.

      On 4th December, I received notification from GATI that my parcel is out for delivery. But without any contact, they updated the status of the shipment as undelivered due to warehouse closed. It was again supposed to be delivered on the 5th but nothing happened. Today is the last date of assured delivery and I have not heard any updates yet. I urgently need the delivery of the shipment on time. Or else I need to take further legal action.

        I booked my Bike on 3rd December from Kanpur to Surat and got a docket number (receipt). I was able to track the day after and status showed the bike had reached Lucknow on 4th Dec 2021. Now I am not able to track it since today 5 Dec 2021. The error message shows "CHECK DOCKET NUMBER".

        Neither the Kanpur Office is picking up the phone nor the customer care number.

          I have booked my consignment on 14/11/2021 and at the time of booking there tracking site show the delivery date by 20/11/2021 but till now at 6.30pm on 26/11/2021, I have not received my consignment. I have complained regarding this on 25/11/2021 at around 10am.
          I am hopeless whether I will get my consignment or not .

            The product remains undelivered due to delay on road, but my shipment is at delivery centre. It was out for delivery on 22nd of nov but still no attempt to delivery was done registered a compalin Id but no response yet. I want my package as soon aa possible.

              I have three parcels which are from amazon :[protected]

              They are simply cancelling the delivery telling customer refused to collect the delivery due to damage. Which was false and no one has tried to contact. On the other hand they will give feed back call for their service. Am waiting for 3 days still no resolution.

                I am making a final attempt here before I file a legal consumer case again you. I have booked a shipment AWB / Tracking number:[protected] which is not delivered yet. When we reached your customer care - first of all no one responds promptly - complaint number CS193597 which has been closed without proper reason. Gati had great brand name but the support system of yours is pathetic.

                After multiple attempts, Gati has simply updated the website mentioning "Docket Detained - Connection Missed". How come the package itself will be missed? Don't have courtesy to call and update the customer and compensate the customer?

                    I booked 04 luggage and 01 scooty for transportation from Gurugram to Goa through Gati courier vide docket no.[protected] on 28 Oct 21

                    I have received 04 luggage in safe condition after reaching Goa. However, 01 scooty (GA 06 Q 1779) was damaged while transportation by Gati and presently kept at Gati warehouse in Verna, Goa.

                    I have contacted customer support representatives multiple times and briefed about the same. But unfortunately none of customer support representatives resolved my problem of compensation claim for damaged scooty/ guidance on required documents for the claim. Moreover, no call back was arranged till date despite of multiple times promises by customer support representatives.

                    I was mentally harassed and my previous time was wasted. Moreover, I am obliged to go office daily by walk.

                    It is therefore requested that strict action be taken against the firm for the mental harassment of the customer and firm may be instructed to give back the scooty as it was while the time of booking.

I have launched a complaint 2 days back and repeatedly called them to locate my consignment. Till now no action has been taken. It is outrageous that i have paid 16k for this delivery service.

                          I ordered a product from amazon on 18th OCT 2021. The package was shipped from Hongkong and reached the final delivery station on 29th OCT 2021. I did not wanted to say this but really very pathetic service by the GATI COURIER. The package was out for delivery twice and yet again they are giving the same reason again and again for not delivering the package. I actually don’t understand this reason “undelivered due to time duration lapsed”. I mean, is my destination very far away from the delivery station for 250 gram package that they are not able to deliver the package within the day time and duration lapsed. There assured delivery date was 2nd of Nov I already called their customer service and they said wait. I mean how much wait, till eternity?

                          No update, resolution, no timeline for delivery of materials. Multiple time update as out for delivery, then material not found. Calling, email, they don't bother to reply. Asking for refund, there also no procedure, till the resolution team updates.

                              Docket number[protected]. We had sent 5 cartons from Pune to Lucknow on 31st Oct. But on calling they mentioned that one carton is not found. We have wedding tomorrow and all our clothes are lost by them. Very irresponsible and careless company.Dont ever use Gati courier services

                                Hi,
                                Every time the seller shipped with Gati (which I have no control over) I had to launched a complain. Here's another one...My Amazon.in parcel (Tracking ID:[protected] was supposed to be delivered on 07/11/21 but was not delivered even today. The worst is that the status is mentioned as 'Carrier picked up the package' since the first day and I have no idea about the status of my parcel. Please resolve this issue at the earliest

                                  I booked one parcel from Thanjavur to Kolkata on 22nd October and it reached at final station on 1 November and now it is showing undelivered. I didn't get any call regarding delivery. I also registered complaint on 6th November but didn't get any response after so many calls to customer care. Now I am feeling frustrated by choosing gatikwe. How can a company so irresponsible about customers. Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                    I had a parcel booked from delhi via GatiKWE considering the fact that they have a pan India presence and doorstep delivery..the consignment had left a gati facility in kolkata on the 4th of November 20 21 and is yet to reach its final destination is siliguri
                                    I have not been able to get a concrete solution from anyone at GATI...A friend of mine ordered a similar item via Safe Express and the item is here much before the assured delivery date whereas mine is nowhere near

                                      Still no update. They might have passed out my items to markets or Chorbazar. I don't know. Should I proceed for FIR?
