1. 4 items were booked from thane on 22 nov 2021 to be delivered to guwahati, docket no[protected], 3 items were delivered on 4th december, 1 of the item is still missing.
2. on enquiry with the local manager of gati kwe, guwahati warehouse mr sajan joseph on 6th december, he blatantly answered he had no idea when the item would be delivered and is now neither picking my call nor meeting me when i personally went to gati kwe guwahati warehouse, garchuk.
Such types of behaviour from staff of gati kwe is unacceptable. kindly let me know the status
