I have shipped my bike on 13 april from Dehradun today is 8 th day. I have contacted the Customer service but no genuine reply received.They don't have anything to help me further....

The shipment was supposed to be delivered on 9th May to HSR Layout bangalore. several follow-ups with customer care was just a waste of time, they told they will connect back but never contacted. Today when I am checking the destination its showing it as Jigni. This needs to be rectified and someone should seriously look into it.

I placed a request with gati-kwe for a bike transport from Dhanbad city to destination Gurgaon. It was picked up on 4th May 2022. The tracking number shared with me was active. I was able to track the details until yesterday. Now today while checking the status, the website says "No data found with this docket number.."
The person i'm in touch with from gati does not respond properly. I am attaching the snips of my bill T and the tracking...

This docket can be tracked but the delivery has still not been done as the local delivery partner and booking partner are fighting over some issue.

I had booked my Motorcycle from Sonipat to Bengaluru on 25 Apr 22 with assured delivery date of 30 Apr 22.
However there was no news till 02 May when I called customer care executive twice which I was given an answer that there was no data in their system. I categorically said that if the motorcycle had not shipped and is still in Delhi then I dont want its transportation and I want refund but they said that they will get back. But...

Worst courier in the world, my courier reaches in 13 days to me. I never seen the worst service of courier in my life....

I have been waiting for delivery for days but there's no response. The consignment (two wheeler) has been lying in the destination city since 9 days now and it has crossed the assured delivery date of April 30, 2022. Very negligent service and highly irresponsible and inefficient ground staff. Request your immediate attention. Now, I am not even able to track the shipment and says docket number is invalid....

I selected gati courier for transferring my bike (Royal enfield thunderbird red color, registration number : AP 09 cj 0067 ) from Bhopal
to gurgao with Tracking/Docket number[protected] . I had planns to transfer bike VIA Train but i preferred GATI over train transfer
to ensure saftey of bike and easy process . My bike was perfectly fine whitout any damage and scratch when it was handed over to GATI BHOPAL, i was assured br...

I had booked packers and movers to get my stuff from Bangalore, they provided me with a docket number and I was able to track my Docket number:[protected] till yesterday (9th April 2022) but when I am checking today it is showing no data found with this docket number. This is very urgent.

I tried calling all the customer service number but I am not able to contact as it is coming the number doesn't exist. Please...

This mail is regarding the non-delivery of docket[protected] and the corresponding pain points for the customer with respect to using the services of Gati.

I had placed a delivery request fairly easily using Gati online portal, for delivery of an AC from Kolkata to Varanasi. The pick-up from Kolkata was delayed for a week and finally picked up on 28th February. Docket number[protected]...

I have a manufacturing unit in Trans Delhi Signature City, which falls in Loni, Ghaziabad. Had got raw material picked up through Gati KWE from Aligarh for door delivery to my unit. Today is the 12th day the material still undelivered, delivery agent is not responding to calls, customer care is saying that higher authorities will communicate with me. But it;s my work which is suffering. Material in quiet a lot qty against which finished goods...

I booked their service on 15Mar2022 (With the booking of 16mar2022) to shift a few boxes o[censored]sed toys and clothes. The agreed rate was 70RS/KG including packing, pick up, and delivery. I had 28 kg of items and I agreed for this rate and booked their services. At the pickup time, they charged 300 RS and they told they will weigh the items at their site and share the bill. I transferred my bike from hyderabad to bhubaneswar . i got the items today and found out that bike meter is totally broken. they are not ready to compensate the loss .kindly help us with the issue as we have already paid Rs.9000/- for insurance....

The parcel reached its destination on 9th February 2022 but remain undelivered despite the repeated reminder to the gaTI kWE.The parcel with Docket no.[protected] still remains undelivered despite repeated complaints. The representative at Gati Kwe at Imphal is not taking the matter seriously.
The above parcel still remains undelivered despite the assurances that it will be delivered today.

I had sent my Honda highness cb 350 with Gati . Dockett number[protected]. This was from Haldwani, Nainital to Coimbatore, TN. It had costed me 14, 000 to transfer with 6 other packages. When I received my bike, it was not fit for ridging. They had broken my handle bar, front both suspension, headlight, the handle bar was touching the tank causing a dent. It costed me total of 15, 000 rupees. The customer care service was horrible in responding...

This is regarding the request number 01099578, for pickup 1/27/2022. Problem is the service manager from GatiKWE has outsourced the shipment to third party and has charged exorbitant prices from me.
This has resulted a damaged delivery with no way to claim. I want to report this unethical and unprofessional activity by GATIKWE where they have shared my data with 3rd party vendor. kindly take some strong step so that such unprofessional...
