It has been 18 days since the consignment has been picked up. Till date the consignment has not been delivered. There is absolutely no information with the company as to where the consignment is. They have lost the consignment and not even giving proper information. While booking i asked for courier insurance but that also they did not provide illegally, because as far as i know the shipping company is bound to provide insurance at extra cost if the shipper requests for it. which they denied. The consignment was 6Kg and important.

    Hi, My courier was expected to be delivered on 28th May, 2022, On 30th May it showed the status as Out for delivery but after waiting for the whole day it didn’t reached my place and EOD status changed to Undelivered. Noboday has contacted me for the delivery and there is no update. On 31May, when I called customer care they said it is at the nearby MUmbai office but they cant contact them as it is an unauthorised centre. They don’t have nay details of that centre. How can we trust that courier will be delivered from an unauthorised centre. This my 5th time I have used Gati service, I never faced this type of issues it always get delivered on time. This time I am afraid for my package will delivered properly. And I cant see any data related to my complaint number shared by Customer care executive. Can I get a details on my package. My Docket number is[protected]

      I booked consignment on 23rd May, still now I didn’t recwived my item. Even also the Docket no they provided is still nor active on their site so I am unable to track my consignment through docket id.

          Docket number[protected], from CCU to BLR, the computer screen is damaged . showing some line on it (image attached ) . The claim process on gati's website is asking for invoice number which they haven't given . Kindly help here to complete the claim . Also I opted for at courier company's risk, but they are showing me at owners risk now .

            I have sent a bike to Gauhati throught GatiKwe and when recieved at destination it got damaged. Bike is brand new. Paint Scrathes, Damaged headlight and Side stand also damaged.

                  The shipment was supposed to be delivered on 9th May to HSR Layout bangalore. several follow-ups with customer care was just a waste of time, they told they will connect back but never contacted. Today when I am checking the destination its showing it as Jigni. This needs to be rectified and someone should seriously look into it.

                    I placed a request with gati-kwe for a bike transport from Dhanbad city to destination Gurgaon. It was picked up on 4th May 2022. The tracking number shared with me was active. I was able to track the details until yesterday. Now today while checking the status, the website says "No data found with this docket number.."
                    The person i'm in touch with from gati does not respond properly. I am attaching the snips of my bill T and the tracking status that was active until yesterday.
                    I need urgent help as I don't have any clue where my bike is.

                      Please note that I have booked two docket with following details:

                      1)Mumbai to Patna
                      Docket Number[protected]
                      This docket can be tracked but the delivery has still not been done as the local delivery partner and booking partner are fighting over some issue.
                      The booking partner number is[protected] /[protected]
                      The delivery partner number is:[protected]

                      2) Mumbai to Delhi
                      Docket number[protected]
                      This docket was trackable till yesterday. I tracked this docket yesterday with the same docket number but since today morning I am getting the status as " this docket number is invalid". The booking partner is same.

                      Kindly look into both the problem and try to solve them as soon as possible. Also inform me via mail what all solutions you are taking regarding the same.

                        I had booked my Motorcycle from Sonipat to Bengaluru on 25 Apr 22 with assured delivery date of 30 Apr 22.
                        However there was no news till 02 May when I called customer care executive twice which I was given an answer that there was no data in their system. I categorically said that if the motorcycle had not shipped and is still in Delhi then I dont want its transportation and I want refund but they said that they will get back. But nobody came back.
                        Again I called on 04 May and I asked then they informed me that the motorcycle is outbound which I was contrary from my instructions. I asked about their escalation matrix which is absent from their website too.
                        I was finally given a number of a Customer Care executive Ms Komal who traced that their was mistake from their deliver team and she assured that their Mr Bhardwaj will call back. But till date no one has called back.
                        Today is 07 May but there is no news about my motorcycle.
                        As it was assured delivery by 30 Apr and I have given substantial premium of Rs 8800/- over normal delivery by train of around Rs 2500/-. I request my money be refunded as the company has not met its terms and moreover has shown no empathy for its customer. I am certain that there will be many such cases.

                            I have been waiting for delivery for days but there's no response. The consignment (two wheeler) has been lying in the destination city since 9 days now and it has crossed the assured delivery date of April 30, 2022. Very negligent service and highly irresponsible and inefficient ground staff. Request your immediate attention. Now, I am not even able to track the shipment and says docket number is invalid.                               I selected gati courier for transferring my bike (Royal enfield thunderbird red color, registration number : AP 09 cj 0067 ) from Bhopal
                              to gurgao with Tracking/Docket number[protected] . I had planns to transfer bike VIA Train but i preferred GATI over train transfer
                              to ensure saftey of bike and easy process . My bike was perfectly fine whitout any damage and scratch when it was handed over to GATI BHOPAL, i was assured
                              same condition delivery of my bike as it was at the time of leaving at GATI Bhopal.
                              . My bike reached Gati office Gurgao on 26th April and i was called by courier executive (ph: [protected]) for
                              pickup of the bike .
                              When i reached gurgao gati office i was told by this executive to sign on the docket paper with received statement without unpacking the bike
                              first . When i asked executive to unpack first he said i have to sign and write receive statement before unpacking, i did . When
                              bike was unpacked i found that the bikes tank was damaged badly and mudguard had many scratches . Explained the condition to manager and executive,
                              executive was aggressive while talking . I asked them to write 'damage item ' on docket paper but they refused to do so . Please restore the condition of the bike
                              to natural as it was at bhopal GATI office . I am looking forward for speeady responce and resolution . I have registered a complaint to
                              customer care (complaint number :[protected] Please provide resolution ASAP.

                                  Hi,
                                  I had booked packers and movers to get my stuff from Bangalore, they provided me with a docket number and I was able to track my Docket number:[protected] till yesterday (9th April 2022) but when I am checking today it is showing no data found with this docket number. This is very urgent.

                                  I tried calling all the customer service number but I am not able to contact as it is coming the number doesn't exist. Please help.

                                    Daylight Theft by Gati!!

                                    This mail is regarding the non-delivery of docket[protected] and the corresponding pain points for the customer with respect to using the services of Gati.

                                    I had placed a delivery request fairly easily using Gati online portal, for delivery of an AC from Kolkata to Varanasi. The pick-up from Kolkata was delayed for a week and finally picked up on 28th February. Docket number[protected] was assigned to it by Gati and delivery within 3 days was committed. It reached Varanasi only after 6 days on 6th March 2022, and the item has not come home even now, after more than a month of reaching Varanasi!

                                    We tried to reach out to Gati multiple times but did not receive any response. Their Whatsapp bot (Ginnie) feature is very useless and responses from the live agents are pathetic, repetitive, and delayed. Each response from live agents takes 10 minutes every single time, and within 5 minutes of not replying, users are signed out of the conversations. No one from Gati proactively reached out till now for delivery or for any other matters. After a lot of difficulty, I obtained the contact number of the concerned individual in Varanasi, Anil Kumar Pandey, who did not seem enthusiastic in picking up the call or in delivering the item. The customer care number[protected] given by the Whatsapp bot also does not get connected.

                                    Request you to kindly intervene and help us get back the AC or compensation for our lost AC by Gati.

                                      I have a manufacturing unit in Trans Delhi Signature City, which falls in Loni, Ghaziabad. Had got raw material picked up through Gati KWE from Aligarh for door delivery to my unit. Today is the 12th day the material still undelivered, delivery agent is not responding to calls, customer care is saying that higher authorities will communicate with me. But it;s my work which is suffering. Material in quiet a lot qty against which finished goods have to be delivered and i can't process the pending orders.

                                      The Gati staff needs to be dealt with the original primitive way, but it is against our ethics to do that.

                                        " A parcel containing MOTOR ( Docket No:[protected] had been dispatched to SUNRISE INSTRUMENT PVT. LTD. Pune, Maharastra from JAT TECHNOLOGY, Ranchi, Jharkhand at[protected].
                                        But SUNRISE got another parcel containing TUBE-LIGHT instead of the original parcel (MOTOR). They returned that parcel to Ranchi.
                                        But why would we take that parcel containing another product?
                                        Where is our original parcel which contained a MOTOR? "

                                        This above mail had been sent to Gati-KWE customer care. Our shipment is lost in september 2021, but till date, i did not got any solution regarding this complaint.

                                        At very 1st time, NIKITA was assign for our complaint. She tooks almost 2 months but she did not resolved and stop communication.

                                        Again i complaint to customer care, they give NIKITA's Upper head contact naming TRUSHNA. She again assign an executive naming HITESH. He again initiate complaint process from intitial. Again after 2 days, he also stop communicating.
                                        I again complaint to customer care but now they are not responding regarding our complaint.

                                        Once they drop an email regarding complaint clouser without solving our complaint. i have attached copy of this mail.

                                        I have full Email chats of communication that i had with gati-KWE customer care. I also have snap of our shipment and all the documents asked by Gati-KWE.
