My docket no.[protected] which has already reached destination as per tracking has not yet been delivered on callint the person incharge for delivery is not giving us positive reply and trying to misguide us by giving wrong statement, yesterday he said that the goods were not emptied from vehicle and today he is saying that the invoice has not come with the goods, how can such abig company can do this type of negligence of transiting the goods without invoice and when i said him to deliver the goods and send me the invoice afterwards he said the vehicle and goods will get caught what about the goods of getting caught without invoice from the palce where the goods were booked the goods wont get caught on transit...only false reply from the company, and when the cmpany person called him he said that the goods is less so we cannot arrange for delivery we dont have driver all false statements verg bad service by gati will never book a goods from gati now onwards

      I had placed a complaint for not receiving my last baagage out of a total of five baggages from Gati.kWE.. My docket no. Is[protected]. This was part of the total baggage which was dispatched from Bangalore to Kalyani. There were a total of 5 luggages of which 4 have been delivered on the 6 of October; 2021.The last bag (a navy blue color luggsge travel duffle bag) has still not been delivered. Today is the 27 th of October.
      I am continuosly calling and chasing Gati represemtative but they are unable to give me any concrete answers. I am receiving the same message every 2 days from Gati that we are registering the complaint but not receiving any updates. In the process they are just delaying.

      It seems they are not able to trace the luggage.

        The assured delivery date is already passed but still my package is not delivered. Tried calling customer care several times but they just register the complaint and when I ask for local team's numbers they deny. Pathetic experience. Not recommended.

            I have booked my bike and a cartoon from Chennai to purnia(bihar), although item reached destination 7 days before but product is not delivered of you people not willing to deliver item at door why are you booking and charging extra money for delivery .

              It's truly a poor experience with gati..
              I have booked a parcel (Scotty) at Haldwani office for delivery to Thanjavur but when I received the item it was totally different..I received a bike That's wasn't mine..and after it when I call to booking office they didn't give any positive reply even few moments later they have switched off their mobile phones...now I'm bringing this matter to higher lavel.

                My order from The comic store with tracking id[protected] has reached the destination 26th September, 2021. But the product still hasn’t delivered. Till now I received 3 massages on 3 different days that the product is out for delivery but nobody connected me and at the end of the day I got a massage that item could not be delivered. There is no delivery person contact number to ask him about the delivery.

                        I have booked one shipment through Gati-KWE on 02-OCT-2021 (docket number[protected] and the scheduled delivery date was 04-OCT-2021.

                        Today is 08-OCT-2021 and till now I have not received the shipment.

                        I raised one complaint with Gati - Complaint Number[protected] on 06-OCT-2021 but no one called me from Complaint Team till now.

                        Upon Raising the concern on their Facebook page with docket and complaint number, I got a call from their end on 08-OCT-2021 at 1:08 PM IST and associate confirmed that the will call back in 2 hrs. Again there is no call from Gati, No ETA and hence raising the complaint with Consumer forum.

                        Please help.

                          I had booked your services through the agent whose number is on your website (+91 [protected]).
                          He confirmed that the payment would be made after delivery of my cargo. Now he is claiming instant payment. And on asking why he is saying that i will have to pay 3000 extra that will be storage or holding charge.
                          Also he is not providing any registration number nor tracking Id to ensure that my cargo is even sent to Gati.
                          Moreover according to your gati deliver calculator. The price for my cargo is half of what he is saying.

                          The only invoice he has provided has its id, gst number and all key details editted. The same is attached with the complaint.

What is this, worst service from gati kwe. Kindly reply fast . Very urgent . But I don't why is the dojet number is invalid, when it is given by you guys. Very worst service.

                                I received the bags on 29th of July 2021 which was Friday. It was raining very bad and my bags were delivered dirty. Yet I did not raise any complain on that. But as soon as I found out about the damage it was already past your working hours and when I called the next day i. e Saturday I could hardly get any customer executive on the call. Sunday your offices are closed so I had to wait till Monday i.e 1st of August. As soon the customer care executive told me raise it through your genie, I raised the complaint and was hoping I would get a call. I followed up 2 days later only to be assured that my complaint was registered. I still did not get any call or acknowledgment about the claim so I had to speak to you one of your seniors who told me to drop a mail with all the details. I strongly wrote the same on the mail that I had raised the complaint on 1st and even after 10 days there was no sign of follow up. After few days I get call apologising because there was no concerned person available to handle my claim. Even after that I patiently followed the procedure and submitted the required pictures and documents only to be told after 2 months that since I raised the complaint 2 days later it cannot be accepted.

                                  Hi Team,
                                  This is regarding my experience of your service in GATI for transferring my home goods from Hyderabad, Telangana to Bhagalpur, Bihar, Docket No[protected]. I would like to mention that I had one of the worst experiences in using your service.
                                  I spoke to customer care in Hyderabad who gave me the contact no. of Syed Mustafa([protected]). When I contacted him, I was given the wrong information and misled into giving money for the service which was not provided at all. I requested pickup on 23rd July 2021 from Hyderabad.
                                  1) I was told that the transit time to carry the goods from Hyderabad(500084) to Bhagalpur(812005) would be 4-5 days and it would maximum take 7 days to reach the destination. The actual time taken was 10 days.
                                  2) I was told to give extra money to carry the goods from Gati warehouse in Bhagalpur to the destination because the distance was 26KM. In reality, it's hardly 4-5KM. I told him the same and even showed him in maps but he did not agree with this.
                                  3) I was also charged extra 1300/- for packing of the fridge which was not included in the actual bill.
                                  4) All the cardboard boxes were severely damaged in the process. I had a transferred a fridge which was damaged to an extent that it's of no use and has stopped working. A lot of my books were lost.

                                  On top of all this, I had continuously called customer care right from Wednesday(July 28th) to expedite the transit time but it was of no use. I had to personally visit Gati warehouse in Bhagalpur and request them the same. I had also raised multiple complaints online and through customer care (ticket[protected], CS183098 & CS183103) for which I was not contacted at all after raising them.

                                  I would like to know as a service provider,
                                  1) How are you going to compensate me for the physical damage made to the fridge & other items in boxes and loss of my books.
                                  2) How are you going to compensate for the stress that I have taken during the process. I had patiently called everyday for 4-5 days but of no use.

                                  I have mailed the same experience on Gati email ID. I keep getting response that my mail has been acknowledged and I'll get some resolution but there is no calls or emails after that.

                                      This is way too much. Amazon parcel (order no.[protected] has arrived in Gati's office (Tracking ID:[protected] and showing status 'out for delivery ' since the 10th of September. Even spoke to someone in their office yet no delivery was made even after 11 days. Please help. Thanks
