    I have booked my bike on pune for siliguri on 31st aug. with docket no.[protected].
    Tracking says it received kolkata on 6th aug. and assured delivery on bagdogra was 10sept. But i haven’t received it yet. Please look into this matter quickly.

        Have I done a mistake by choosing 'Gati' ! I am facing serious issues due to the delay in delivery. The parcel was booked on 10th of September 2021 and was supposed to be delivered in 3-4 days but the same is not done and is routed to a different state of India. This troubled me to an extent and I have cancelled my several other parcels as Gati fails to provide their services.

          I was expecting the a bike delivery from Choosemybycycle

          It shows "Out for Delivery" Then It changed as "Undelivered Due To Consignee Premises Closed / Shifted".
          Delivery address was my house address and I was at home full-time and I was expecting the call from the delivery person.

          No delivery personnel has come by!. Tried to contact customer care in many ways, No response. Such a worst experience from an courier service company, Not sure Why Choosemybycycle and all having tie up with such company.

            Gati movers and packers picked up the goods from kolkata on staurday.onve the bill was paid, they said that the consignment number will be provided but even after 4 days they haven't provided .they either don't pick the calls and give absurd reasons ..
            Additionally they charged extra amount of 1285 which is not mentioned in the bill.

              My Docket No[protected]
              Parcel booked date was - 2/9/2021
              Parcel Assured delivery date was - 3/9/2021

              As per my docket tracking status it's showing that my parcel arrived at destination on 3/9/2021 at 3:27 pm & also my parcel assured delivery date was 3/9/2021 but at the evening I received a phone call from delivery person and said that he could not deliver my parcel on 3/9/2021, I have paid high charge to gati courier service for deliver my parcel fast at destination but after taking high charge from customer I did not received my parcel on time which committed by gati during parcel booking, it's very poor service from a big courier company like Gati.

              Request to concern kindly to the needful for deliver my parcel & take strong action against the delivery person who intentionally delay to deliver my parcel after knowing that customer paid high charge in gati for faster delivery & also knowing that 3/9/2021 was assured delivery date of Docket No[protected].

                This is regarding my shipped via Docket number[protected] with Gati. I had my dining table and chairs shipped from Bangalore to Pune. We paid for packing, shipping and under the guidance of Gati person who came in for packing we opted for shippers insurance. We had declared the value of product as 20, 000 before hand.
                When my shipment arrived one of the four boxes was received damaged and one chair was completely broken. There are other cosmetic scratches also which shows neglected handling.
                On complaining there is no action it’s been a month. Our complaint number is CS182771.

                What type of insurance would have covered my loss.. could you please tell me that?
                We were asked to go with this insurance by your person in Bangalore. A common man does not know what shipper insurance is. On asking if it will cover loss, we were given an affirmation. We paid Rs. 7000 and now after all this you are telling me you should have paid Rs. 300 extra then we could help? I am forced to believe that you on purpose misguided us to go with Shippers insurance so you had no liability. This is unethical.
                What did you take Rs. 7000 for?
                Also you sent the 4 boxes of over 182 kg load and your delivery person calls us to unload it from your truck. You have shortage of man power and that leads to product being dragged and damaged.

                    Gala No 8 & 24, Jaihind Oil Mill Compound, Lbs Marg, Bhandup West, Mumbai - 400078, Opposite Mangatram Petrol Pump. whenever we are calling on this number ([protected] Vishnu Jadhav) . he is talking very rudely. for 1 pick up we need to call him 30 times then he is coming and every time he is saying aata hu karta hu. aap ke 1 saman ke liya kurla nahi aa payunga. today i called him on this numer [protected]. he said that agar zinda rahunga to kal aayunga . how pathetic service given to us. he dont know how to talk with customer .
                    Being a manager he is talking to me like this. if this type of employe will work with gati surely you will get loose your customer . i am writing this mail to u hoping you will take a strict action on this matter.

                        My docket[protected] had reached Kolkata on the 14th of August. After raising a complaint on this platform yesterday it moved to in transit again.

                        Now it has been in transit for over 16 hours. How can a docket take so much time to move within the same state? Or is this a fake status update for consoling the customer?

                        16th August was the assured delivery date for my docket. Today is 18th and it is still showing 16th as delivery date and today also it hasn't been out for delivery yet.

                        Kindly try to understand the customer urgency, I need this docket by today due to some work emergency.

                          16th August was the assured delivery date for my docket. And it is still showing 16th.

                          The entire payment is done.
                          It reached kolkata on time the why this delay is still happening?

                          What does assured mean to you?

                          There is not much clarification from customer services side as well.

                          After many many calls and complaints. It reached around 3days post the assured delivery date. Don't go for Gati, assured delayed delivery and pathetic customer services. I made a really bad decision choosing gati I'm just happy to have received my docket. If you're still going for gati and you have no idea where your docket is just keep complaining and calling any number you get.

Not yet received the material and the time is 7:30 p.m dt 11/08/2021. Taked to the person mobile no.[protected] spoke rudely and seems he doesn't care to the customers need and urgency . Because of your services my order have been cancelled. As Rakhi is very near, knowing the urgency than to not delivered in time. In your mail box also complained but of no use..

                                        Dear Sir/ Mam,

                                        1. I the undersigned am a commissioned Officer in the Indian Air Force.

                                        2. I recently got posted from air force station Bareilly to Air force Academy hyderabad.

                                        3. Unfortunately i happened to send a small portion of my luggage with gati. Docket No.[protected]. the luggage was carrier's insured ! and not owner's risk.

                                        4. Annexed herewith are few photographs of two guitars received at hyderabad. In the photographs you will see that they have been brutally damaged !

                                        5. It was my first experience with gati and surely the last. I would also educate my fellow officers and men under my command, so that hard earned money of the guardians of the country doesn't get wasted away like this.

                                        How are you even allowed to give an option of shipper's risk? You are transporting it then how the hell can it be on the shipper's risk ###?
