I would like to bring this to your notice that I have found illegal constrution of temporary shops outside shops of shipra shopping arcade along with hawkers setting up there businesses in the parking area. Risking people's life to danger n miss happening. I have noticed them using gas cylendars n various kitchenware, exploiting fire safety rules of the shopping plaza.

A sai temple is constructed within last few months on the green belt on kavery road, adjacent to yadu petrol pump, opposite shakti khand-3, indirapuram, ghaziabad.
Initially they constructed temporary shed temple and then constructed big rcc temple adjacent to it. Now they are constructing two more permanent structures in temporary shed area.
Seeing them the church there too has encroached on more area and made temporary setup on plot between this sai temple & yadu petrol pump.

The road in front of dps, ahinsa khand 2 has been broken for many months now. Kindly construct a road at the earliest. It is getting very inconvenient for all the residents. The road was constructed many months ago but later on it started depleting. The poor condition of the road has been like that for at least more than 6 months now. During rains the condition gets even worse with water logging leading to a lot of trouble.

I am very glad to say that since more than a week the lights of dr ram manohar lohiya park are not enlightened. I don't know the reason. All the lights of parking also are useless. When the guards of park are asked to on the lights they just start giving excuses. It has been more than a week. Now there is total darkness in and out of the park. Everyone is in a great problem due to this. Especially children and aged people. I also want to add yesterday's incident. Yesterday me and my companions went in the parking for playing badminton at that time the light was on but as soon we started playing within a minute the light was offed. This also seems a intrigue of park guards. I finally request you to take this problem seriously and take the possible action at the earliest.

In front of public society green belt was covered by people by unauthorized way and lots of dust & dirty materials fallen on road and now in public place green belt was covered and shop open like kabadi shop welding, etc

This is to inform you that at plot no.166, shakti khand-2, indirapuram (Ghaziabad), builder (Mr. Ashok huria) has sold common parking space (Approved as per map of the building filled to gda) of the society as well as entry passage of the building to dr. Tarun vashistha.

Dr. Tarun is running his dental clinic in the parking space and in the entry passage some plants had been plugged in the soil to restrict the entry of others. (Unit in concern a1)

Many times we tried to reason with him but to no avail and he continued his agenda o[censored]surping all area of common use. At times he acts like a goon and behaves intimidating. We all are having families and want to live in peace. He informed that builder has sold him the entire area including whole entry passage.

We tried to convince him many times that it is illegal since in every society there are some common areas like common parking (As it is mentioned in all the registries that parking facility is available), common passage, staircase etc.
Builder has no right to sell all these common facilities/ area.

Further, since dr. Tarun already owned two other units (On second floor) in the subject building, he always behaves unilaterally and tries to imposed his decisions on the other members of the society like illegal change in layout of the flats and terrace, encroached the common area of the society (All changes carried out without gda approval).
Besides above, inspite of huge water crisis in the town, dr. Tarun has bored his separate submersible and installed separate water tank on illegally constructed room on terrace. Further putting extra load on the building.

It is important to note, that during 2017 and 2018, other flat owners also lodged various compliant against illegal construction/ encroachment carried out by dr. Tarun. Copy of complaints is available on gda compliant site for ready reference (Flat no. B-2, flat no. C-3)

Sorry to inform you that so far he has managed to have his way mostly by greasing the palms of very junior functionaries. This has emboldened him and he is becoming more and more difficult person to handle. There are in all 12 units in the society and such an abhorrent behavior of one occupant has made the life of all others miserable.

We are writing with great dismay that he has possibly flouted all laid down rules of society which include among others boring of independent submersible, illegal construction and occupation of terrace and common area like parking space, entry passage and changing the structure to join his two flats in a manner which has seriously compromised the safety of the entire structure.

In view of the full volition of the approved layout plan & life risk of resident may please request you to take immediate action to clear the encroachment carried out and issue the order to remove the extra construction from approval layout plan including immediate deactivation of separate boring. You are requested to take immediate urgent action, please.

We are approaching you with a great hope that you will intervene in the matter for settling the issue once and all. We really find ourselves clueless and helpless while coming to you with our plea.

Hi sir,
There are some open plots in front of g. D. Goenka public school, shakti khand 3, indirapuram, where owners of the plots have no made any boundary and some unauthorized people are living there to making hut. They are using electricity and water illegally and are always fight with each other to drink.
Please request you to take action and remove them.

Hello, i am an resident of ramprastha colony a-block, ghaziabad-201011.in colony there is deep memorial public school. Whenever there is power cut in the society, they start their diesel generator due to which nearby area is getting polluted and its really difficult to breath at that time.

Many people from society ask principle of school to solve this issue, buts its of no use.

Requesting you to please look into this issue as due to this its getting really difficult for older persons and kids to breath.

Sir, from last 7 days our plot no. A-1/60 to a-1/67 sewage line is block, no body is coming to attend the complaint, the water is coming home back, smell and garbage will also return back to home. Our ward is 10 and mla is yashpal pahlwan. The seewage person is not given the proper revert, every time they said line closed from backend, we know its there normal routine they can not work properly, the je for the location is satsangi.
Please look into the matter and resolve the issue on priority

I had earlier complained about non supply of water at my home 9/166, sec-3, rajendranagar, sahibabad. The same has not been acted upon. There has not been even a single visit by the authorities to even check the problem. However, i have sent a message that my complaint number[protected] has been resolved.in effect no action has been taken and the complaint has been deemed to have been rectified.
It is requested that the problem in non supply of water from gda be please be checked and the same be rectified.

A commercial shop is being run at the above mentioned residential area illegally.

Shop is being used for different electrical equipment purposes and a huge bundle of plastic pipes is also dumped in front of above shop since one year which is acting as pollutants and adversely affecting families majorly children and old ages parents residing in the above building. A picture of the same is enclosed herewith.

Also there is much disturbance / nuisance while the inventories of goods are dumped inside the shop by the shop owner frequently on daily basis from morning till late night.

Shop owner has displayed a board on my flat's balcony illegally and is not ready to remove it after many requests made to shop’s owner mr. Suraj on his mobile no. [protected].

Request your action so that families residing here may live peacefully.

We live in bulland heights crossing republic ghaziabad. We are suffering from poor maintenance of society managed by builder. B block lift one is not working since 9th oct 2019 and other lift is also not behaving properly. Due to poor maintenance it's very life threating to use that lift for all. Garbage management is not working since last 15 days, it's piled up and creating foul smell in whole basement. People are becoming sick. There are so many other issue related to maintenance in the society, as a residence we are paying full maintenance to builder but he is not providing even 10% of services.

I would request to concerned authority to please look into the matter urgently as it's life threating situation.

I have appliedfor pradhanmnatri awasiya yojna-madhuban bapudham.
But depute lapse of 1 year and 2 months, i am unaware about the draw, any date of draw or the refund thereof, in case of non-allotment.

The gda, ghaziabad, authority are requested to keep me inform about the present status and refund, if processed or likely to be processed.

I'm guddu tiwari s/o virendra tiwari, am complaining about illegal shops in shalimar garden and the address is b-8 shalimar garden ext-2.in this building the basement was allot for parking but the shop no. G1 to g9 was illegally running his business. Its around 18years of this building and the builder don't stop them for the business. Those family were stay in this building they will complaint many times but there is no other serious action on this complaint.
So kindly take some serious action on the shop no. (G1 to g9) g1 shop name is vastra lok, g2 shop name rahul garments, g3 shop is medical store, g4 shop is a juice corner, g5 shop also a medical store. All shops were illegal and the builder was not stop them.

The cover of drainage system in front of metro piller number 310 on g. T. Road is open from start when the system made. The opening is highly dangerous for public walk on the pathway over drainage. Even after several msg on twitter and complaint thru jansunwai, till date no action initiated. Came to know from nagar nigam that this is concerned to gda. Kindly take imidiate action on this matter.

There is a building named bharat deep building in sector 6 near vardan hospital the construction is left in between there are two building side by side one is completed by the another one is left that way only and the boundary is too week that the bricks do fall snake have come many time from the basement gda should take some strong measures because there is a threat to life of people living nearby

I want to bring in your kind notice that ground floor resident of flat no g07, tower 6, panchsheel wellington, crossing republik had forcefully made the construction of tin shade, which is illegal according to u. P. Appartment act.
This construction is without the permission of first floor residents. It is an humble request to do the needful.

From last 1 month we are facing issue with broken road in our society (Kalpana apartment vaishali sector 5). Everday each people facing problem in check in and out their vehicle, even the pedestrian have major problems. Whole road of our society got broken by gda for sewer work. But after that no one came to reconstruct the road. We are very frustrated with the dust and the broken road. I'm requesting you to kindly look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible. As all society members had made requested or complained about this issue but no action was taken on this case since 1 month. It is humble requeste to resolve our problem. Kindly acknowledge also.
