This is to inform you that at plot no.166, shakti khand-2, indirapuram (Ghaziabad), builder (Mr. Ashok huria) has sold common parking space (Approved as per map of the building filled to gda) of the society as well as entry passage of the building to dr. Tarun vashistha.
Dr. Tarun is running his dental clinic in the parking space and in the entry passage some plants had been plugged in the soil to restrict the entry of others. (Unit in concern a1)
Many times we tried to reason with him but to no avail and he continued his agenda o[censored]surping all area of common use. At times he acts like a goon and behaves intimidating. We all are having families and want to live in peace. He informed that builder has sold him the entire area including whole entry passage.
We tried to convince him many times that it is illegal since in every society there are some common areas like common parking (As it is mentioned in all the registries that parking facility is available), common passage, staircase etc.
Builder has no right to sell all these common facilities/ area.
Further, since dr. Tarun already owned two other units (On second floor) in the subject building, he always behaves unilaterally and tries to imposed his decisions on the other members of the society like illegal change in layout of the flats and terrace, encroached the common area of the society (All changes carried out without gda approval).
Besides above, inspite of huge water crisis in the town, dr. Tarun has bored his separate submersible and installed separate water tank on illegally constructed room on terrace. Further putting extra load on the building.
It is important to note, that during 2017 and 2018, other flat owners also lodged various compliant against illegal construction/ encroachment carried out by dr. Tarun. Copy of complaints is available on gda compliant site for ready reference (Flat no. B-2, flat no. C-3)
Sorry to inform you that so far he has managed to have his way mostly by greasing the palms of very junior functionaries. This has emboldened him and he is becoming more and more difficult person to handle. There are in all 12 units in the society and such an abhorrent behavior of one occupant has made the life of all others miserable.
We are writing with great dismay that he has possibly flouted all laid down rules of society which include among others boring of independent submersible, illegal construction and occupation of terrace and common area like parking space, entry passage and changing the structure to join his two flats in a manner which has seriously compromised the safety of the entire structure.
In view of the full volition of the approved layout plan & life risk of resident may please request you to take immediate action to clear the encroachment carried out and issue the order to remove the extra construction from approval layout plan including immediate deactivation of separate boring. You are requested to take immediate urgent action, please.
We are approaching you with a great hope that you will intervene in the matter for settling the issue once and all. We really find ourselves clueless and helpless while coming to you with our plea.
Ghaziabad Development Authority [GDA] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
