Road separator just after railway bridge on Madan Mohan Malviya Marg is broken. Two wheeler vechicles use it for turning which is very dangerous for moving traffic.
Bus stops on both sides of new flyover blocks the moving traffic. Autos and Buses stops on these points which is unsafe for traffic taking road below flyover. Kindly arrange repairs of separator and shifting of Bus Stops.

Kindly arrange repairs and close the separator to stop wrong movements of vechicles. Also, before new flyover, both side Bus stops block moving traffic. Several Autos stops here for customers. 6th floor building ( including basement)
basement was 20 year old and the owner construct 5 floor over that, the condition of ground floor & basement pillar is not good and the quality of material is also very bad, it may be lead to dangerous to the life of passing people .

And also he run the grocery shop on the ground floor & i am sure we is not filling the gst return, he also doing fraud in gst return.

Request you kindly take the necessary action in this regard

For the past 6 - 8 months I have been complaining about the Ambedkar park near vaishali metro station. One of the green zone in the locality is in shambles. The boundary is broken at lot of places. There is no upkeep and maintenance of the gardens. Please get boundary wall repaired and the gardens cleaned and ferns pruned as this is the only green zone in vaishali where people go for fresh air.

We are resident of the gaur green vista, nyay khand-1, indirapuram, ghaziabad. Some of the flat owners like flat no: 423b of d block (Ms babli w/o dilip) is doing the illegal construction in full fledged by covering the balcony area with bricks (Removing iron grilled of the balcony) and thereafter removing the internal walls & beams to extend the carpet/cover area of the flats.
The rwa and maintenance office are regularly allowing to the construct the illegal construction in the common /balcony area by the flat owners.
The builder (M/s guarsons) has taken approval of layout from the authority on the basis of the layout and the rwa & maintenance office regularly allowing the permanent construction on the balcony area by which lot of legal complicacies will be arises in future like permanent heavy load on balconies that damages the building, issues of the fire fighting, proper ventilations, other many issues may be arises.
The flat owner has been violated the approved layout and signed registry papers with the govt authority and no one in rwa & maintenance office and even builders (M/s gaursons) are develop the system to control the such type of hazardous illegal construction in the societies.
In view of the full volition of the approved layout plan & life risk of resident, may please request you to take immediate action to stop the work of the going constructions and issue the order to remove the extra construction from approval layout plan. It is required to take immediate urgent action, please.

This is for your kind information that, the illegal construction made by the owner of the top floor flat no. Sf-4, back side, lig, plot no.150, sector-2a, vaishali, ghaziabad. Please taking immediate action and stop the illegal construction urgently, otherwise the total building will be clopaseed and big disaster will happen anytime and dying the all other flat members...

Sir, it's seems to be funny that parking charges for car is ₹23.60/- at city forest. One more example, the boating charges are ₹59/person. Why such rates? Clear cut case of corruption by over charging visitors and keeping money in pocket. Kindly immediately review the various rates and fix it as per visitors convenience and availability of currency. Secondly various sites shows free entry but ₹10/- is the ticket charge. Also, there must be free entry for senior citizens. Please clarify.

Sewer of orange county society, Niti khand 1, Indirapuram Ghaziabad leakes daily on road. The sewer flows on road which makes it difficult to walk on road. To cross a road people have to step in dirty sewer water which is very unhygenic. It usually flow in evening time after 4pm. This is very problematic. The sewer leakage problem should be solved in order to stop breeding of mosquitoes as well. Please take necessary actions.

Indirapuram ghaziabad (Street 300 - 500) is suffering from a grave water shortage crises. Since the ganga water canal has been closed for cleaning for a month the water is in short supply. We repaired our line. But the problem has not been resolved yet. Gda authority made new connections of each and every household and repaired the road after this. But some of these connections were not connected properly. As a result water has been leaking out from the holes. As the connection of water could be made from the opposite side of road, so it is not possible for us to make a new connection of water because of repaired roads. We have been facing this issue from the last four years.
Kindly send your staff to check the water pipe lines which may be blocked and have them cleared.

Dear Sir,
I am suspecting some illegal constructions going hiond on with full swing near Delhi Merut expressway. GDA Ghaziabad is constructing new road for Amrapali Village Society, Indirapuram, which connects it to the service lane of Delhi Merut expressway. Some illegal boundaries has been created on that connecting road. Please look into this matter.

As it is a residential area and my ground floor is not ready to remove his generator as it creates a lot sound and pollution as you may know its causes harm to everyone nearby and to us also.
I have been requesting him from last 5 months to remove his generator but he is not ready to remove it and as ngt has also banned so i request you to kindly help us for the same...

P khatri resident of g-208 patel nagar-iii ghaziabad as his house and gate has not been constructed according to the map and falls under the category of 'illegal construction'. I would request gda to ask him to submit his map as soon as possible. Being a public authority, it's the duty of gda to act upon the complains of the citizens. Kindly do the same and come up with the solution of the problem.

Respected Sir,

We reside in Sector-5, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. We have been observing unauthorized construction by builders in the society.

It is only allowed to construct 2.5 floors in our society but builders are constructing 4 floors which is not even as per approved construction design.

It has been discussed within Welfare Association Members and several complaints have also been filed against builders ruining the residential society for building builder flats.

Kindly take some action.

We want to throw some light for you to the sector-4 market.in this market, various parking places have been blocked by the hawkers. There is a illegal commercial activity on the parking area of sec 4 market, vaishali ghaziabad, 201010 by the hawkers. They are doing illegal commercial activity in all parking area they are keeping their commercial goods like, mattress, clothes, folding bed and other catering goods in the parking area when asked to remove they start fight with us. This resulting in no place for the shopkeepers and customers to park their vehicles and where they get place to park, they are charged challan. All the shopkeepers and customers are restless and helpless. We would be thankful to u if you look into this matter.

मैं लाजपत नगर, साहिबाबाद में रहता हू। यह फ्लैट 35 साल पुराना है जो कि जीडीए द्वारा निर्मित है और आबंटित किया गया है। इसमें कुल 2 मंजिल है। दुसरी मंजिल में श्री सतीश शर्मा जी रहते हैं जो
बिल्डिंग के छत के ऊपर अवैध (अनाधिकृत) निर्माण कर रहे हैं। वह बिल्डिंग की छत के ऊपर अवैध कमरें बना रह है ।

यदि इस फ्लैट में अवैध निर्माण के कारण कोई दुर्घटना होती है या किसि की मौत हो जाती है तो इसके लिए फ्लैट न। d147a का मालिक श्री सतीश शर्मा जी ही जिम्मेदार होंगे अगर जीडीए कार्यवाही नहीं करता तो फिर ज़िम्मेदारी जीडीए का होगा।

अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि इस अवैध निर्माण को तत्काल आधार पर रोकें और तत्काल आधार पर अवैध निर्माण को गिराने का कष्ट करें ।

मैंने दिनांक 12.09.2019 को आरटीआई को पहले ही सूचित कर दिया था और कार्बन कॉपी वाइस चेयरमैन जीडीए को भेज दी थी, लेकिन उसके बाद मुझे कोई जवाब नहीं मिला और अवैध निर्माण पूरे जोरों पर है।

Sir,
It is respectfully submitted that I. Our society Officer city-2 Rajnagar Extension ghaziabad, there are lots of stray dogs wondering here and there, which is very dangerous to our kids and other residents. So many incidents occurred in recent past and the security of the residents under threat due to the stray dogs.
It is therefore requested that necessary strict action may kindly be taken, in public interest.

Kb-28 2nd floor these people have illegal 2 rooms along with bathroom and toilet on roof without any gda permission and it is not allowed to construct rooms on roof of 2nd floor without still parking.. As you should know a house is always constructed accordingly and there are so many cases in ghaziabad where 3story buildings are collapsing. So please take strict action on immediate basis.. I believe gda will defiantly do the needful. Jai hind
