Hi team,

As you might be aware of this matter already. Nagar nigam has planned to make new dumping ground in village morta (Ghaziabad). And, that is not just morta, it is coming in between of many other villages, many schools and colleges nearby. It will come on the way of other 10 to 12 villages people who used to go by that way regularly.
Actually its going to affect nearby villagers very badly and with many serious diseases. Its smell would not be tolerable 24 hours a day.
So, its my humble request from all the nearby villagers, please look into this matter as early as possible and take some action against it.

    Hi,
    I am resident of shastri nagar f block shatri nagar.
    There is a green belt behind the sf 184 to 196, which is contolled by the gda, but gda is not care the green belt properly.
    Some people are park there vehicles inside the green belt and spoil the green trees.
    They are triyng spoil the green belt, and gda is waiting for another ram vriksha yadav

        Greetings from all the villagers
        I am writing this mail on behalf of villagers to bring an important issue in your attention. According to gda's master plan 2021 the respective land is marked only for commercial and institutional use. But nagar nigam (Ghaziabad) has made a dumping ground (Morta sahapur road) near two reputed school and one of the school is adjacent to the dumping ground. Due to negligence of nagar nigam ghaziabad people of nearby village are getting affected. The problem here is that nagar nigam officials didn't visit the site before. Because if they would have visited the site then they would have found out in their inspection that the schools are nearby and it will not only affect children but also people living nearby. The dumping ground route has passerby of nearly 10-12 village.
        We all have full faith and hope that gda will take immediate action on this matter because it can affect people mentally and physically.

          Hello sir/madam,

          This is regarding the destructed road from nh-24 to crossing republik gate which is only off of 100 meters.

          Big dents are there in that small piece due to that every time there is heavy traffic jam... Sometimes bike riders fell down due to those.

          Nobody is doing anything even for this small patch whereas i noticed that inside crossing republik, whole new road has been constructed in last couple of week and previous road quality was not that bad.

          Please consider this request and do the needful.

          I and a lot more residents and passengers who use this road will be obliged.

            I would like to bring your kind attention on the illegal construction taking place. As we stop them so many times to don't do illegal construction, they didn’t listened us and making five stories unauthorized building and constructions is continue. So, i request you to come to this address (Sahibabad, pargana - loni, tehsil - ghaziabad, district - ghaziabad. Part, c-12 shalimar garden extension-02, near gaur chowk opposite mutthoot finance sahibabad ghaziabad to see the construction and stop this at the earliest.
            Here, everyone in mig, hig and lig flat and double commercial shops and offices construction and modify their balcony boundaries and iron bars cage extended to four or five feet on road unauthorised, now road and government land is using by these two roads resident for their own use no one can use this as a public and citizen of democratic of india, have you seen (Sahibabad, pargana - loni, tehsil - ghaziabad, district - ghaziabad. Part, c-12 shalimar garden extension-02, near gaur chowk opposite mutthoot finance sahibabad ghaziabad, who opened there walls in front and back side, extended too much. Side buildings are low rise where individual cannot survive safely their live due to this high-rise building.
            (Sahibabad, pargana - loni, tehsil - ghaziabad, district - ghaziabad. Part, c-12 shalimar garden extension-02, near gaur chowk opposite mutthoot finance sahibabad ghaziabad flats and commercial shops are totally without any fire compliances there no ant fire fighting equipments and without any fire department permission no approval is with them.
            (Sahibabad, pargana - loni, tehsil - ghaziabad, district - ghaziabad. Part, c-12 shalimar garden extension-02, near gaur chowk opposite mutthoot finance sahibabad ghaziabad flats and shops are totally demolished by private contractor, without permission no approval is with them, this work was so noisy that we cannot sleep a bit, day and night these hammers are going on. Submersible motor is banned but this resident is placed submersible connection in open govt. Land and on road. Provisions for sustainable methods of water and wastewater management, and water harvesting.

            (Sahibabad, pargana - loni, tehsil - ghaziabad, district - ghaziabad. Part, c-12 shalimar garden extension-02, near gaur chowk opposite mutthoot finance sahibabad ghaziabad, they are constructing whole building, the work is going on from last eight nine months but no one is looking for that. No one can drive from here as the construction material placed on roads. Please help me and i am social worker. I am doing social service. Plz help.

            Provisions for high rise development:-
            Buildings higher than 15m of height without stilts and above 17.5m of height with stilts shall be considered as high rise building.
            Plot area plots to be used for high rise development should be located in an approved layout plan, comprehensive plans or sub division plans as prepared and approved by competent authorities/ as per policy of the government of india / state governments.
            Means of access:-
            1. A building shall abut on a street or streets or upon spaces directly connected from the street by a hard surface approach road; width of approach road is not less than 9 meters,
            2. If there are any bends or curves on the approach road, a sufficient width shall be provided at the curve to enable the fire appliances to turn, the turning circle being at least of 9.0 m radius. Where entry to the plot is through a slip road the gate width shall not be less than 6 m for entry of the fire fighting appliance.
            3. The approach road to the building and open spaces on its all sides up to 6 m width and the layout for the same shall be done in consultation with chief fire officer, fire service and the same shall be reinforced to ensure safety of the fire equipment and capable of taking the weight of fire engine, weighing up to 45 tonnes) the said open space shall be kept free of obstructions and shall be motor able.
            4. Main entrances to the premises shall be of adequate width to allow easy access to the fire engine and in no case it shall measure less than 6 m. The entrance gate shall fold back against the compound wall of the premises, thus leaving the exterior access way within the plot free for movement of fire service vehicles. If archway is provided over the main entrance the height of the archway shall not be at a height less than 5m.
            5. For multi-storeyed schemes on one plot, the approach road to the site shall be minimum 18 m in width.
            Peripheral open spaces including setbacks: - there shall be a space of 6 m all around up to 40m height and after that a space of 9m all around should be provided
            Parking spaces:-the parking spaces shall be provided as per the provisions of master plan or zonal plan as prevalent. The location of parking spaces shall be well ventilated.
            In case of high-rise buildings parking will be permitted at any / all of the following:-
            I. Basements
            Ii. Stilts
            Iii. Podium
            Iv. Stacked/ multi-level/ automated parking is also permitted.

            Doorways:-
            1. Every doorway shall open into an enclosed stairway, a horizontal exit, on a corridor or passageway providing continuous and protected means of egress.
            2. No exit doorway shall be less than 1m in width. Doorways shall be not less than 2 m in height. Doorways for bathrooms, water closet, stores etc. Shall be not less than 0.75m wide.
            3. Exit door shall not open immediately upon a flight or stairs, a landing equal to at least the width of the door shall be provided in the stairway at each doorway, level of landing shall be the same as that of the floor which it serves.
            General guidance for water supply arrangements :-
            1. For new construction: provision shall be made for underground tank for the storage of water, having capacity at 200 ltr. Per person with adequate pumping arrangements to supply water to upper floors. Filtered water connection will be allowed only for use of drinking and bathing needs. For other purposes i. E. Flushing and gardening etc., the individual shall be required to have own arrangements of tube well water within the premises. While according sanction to layout plan, the authority shall make a special mention that provision for space shall be kept for the construction o[censored]nderground reservoir of adequate capacity along with booster pumping station.
            2. Arrangements as given in 1 above shall also be provided in group housing societies.
            3. The plumbing arrangement in case of new constructions shall be made in a way that the potable water shall be used for drinking, cooking & bathing only and for rest of the uses, provision for ground water can be made with dual piping system.
            4. Low capacity cistern should preferably be provided instead of normal 12.5 l capacity.
            5. Provisions for sustainable methods of water and wastewater management, and water harvesting.
            Fire resistance of types of constructions / building components the fire resistance ratings for various types of construction for structural and nonstructural members shall be as given in table 1 of part iv of the nbc, 2005.
            Building elements/components such as walls, columns, beams and floors shall have the requisite fire resistance rating in accordance with the accepted standards at tables 2 to 18 of part iv of the nbc.

            Note: the sub-station installations shall be carried out in conformity with the local fire regulations and rules there under wherever they are in force. At other places nbc guidelines shall be followed.
            Penalties:- violation of the regulations shall be punishable under the provisions regarding unauthorized development.in case of proved deliberate neglect of and/or damage to heritage buildings and heritage precincts, or if the building is allowed to be damaged or destroyed due to neglect or any other reason, in addition to penal action provided under the concerned act, no permission to construct any new building shall be granted on the site if a heritage building or building in a heritage precinct is damaged or pulled down without appropriate permission from commissioner, municipal corporation/ vice chairman, development authority. It shall be open to the heritage conservation committee to consider a request for rebuilding/reconstruction of a heritage building that was unauthorizedly demolished or damaged, provided that the total built-up area in all floors put together in such new construction is not in excess of the total built-up area in all floors put together in the original heritage building in the same form and style in addition to other controls that may be specified.

            Many shopkeepers in b-block market shalimar garden extension 2 extend there shops towards the road.
            One of such shopkeeper named Paridhi Garments in building SB-33 is blocking the footpath to showcase his dummies for display purpose causing problem for pedestrians at time of rush.
            The extension of shop is at a great length from his shop.
            Kindly encroach the illegal extension before it earthen its roots firmly

              Dear sir/madam

              I am a resident of d-92 ramprastha colony, ghaziabad. This is to bring to your notice that there has been daily accumulation of waste water in the back lane of my residence which is the main reason for many water borne diseases like dengue, chikungunya etc. The reason for this water accumulation is that the residents of d-51 and d-52 ramprastha colony have attached their respective washing machines with the rain water discharge pipes. As these pipes are not being discharged into the sewage line but on the ground surface, there is daily discharge of waste water which is causing nuisance to the nearby residents. Despite us informing the residents of d-51 and d-52 about the ill effects of this discharge, they are not ready to mend their ways. This has been going on since few years. As monsoon is just around the corner, i would like the authorities to look into this matter at the earliest and take strict action so that the colony can be a safe place to live in.

                Plz check sever line is chocked. And we are the residents of this buiding having very worst problem.

                  My self Paramjit Singh from 21 Patel Marg ghaziabad.
                  Our opposite shop no 1 name maha shiv Shakti creates unnecessary problem for us.
                  He has problem of smoke of genset few months ago, we have solved the problem two months before by changing, and uplift the cylensor direction. Other shops having no problem with, we have written and si gned application submitted to our nearest police station.

                    This is in reference to metro charges imposed by builder in Ajnara Integrity society of Raj Nagar Ext. I want to know if it is legal and what are the calculations behind it. They are charging 50rs per square ft which comes around 50k for 1000 sq ft flat. Please help me in right direction so that I can save some money n don't have to pay this extra burden to builder.

                      But I am sorry to remind you that no notice in writing have been sent to accused till now
                      and he is still constructing instead of verbal warning from Ghaziabad Development Authority.

                      I live in Brij Vihar, Ghaziabad, c-block and i want to file a complaint against an illegal construction in front of C-341. A cement block is constructed which needs to be destroyed. It covers a lot of space and blocks the entry and the exit of the gully. Please act as soon as possible and destruct the cement block as there is no use of it anyway.

                        This is to bring in your notice that we are the residents of 6/81, Krishna Kripa Appt., Sector-2, Rajender Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. The building was constructed 15 yrs back by a builder. In this premises, builder constructed parking on ground floor for residents vehicle but after some time this area was converted into shops and in front of shops there is a common area/corridor which is encroached/covered by Green shed and using by shop keepers for their own use and building owner is earning huge money by rent from these shops where flats owners are facing problems to park their vehicles very badly in open area out side the building. While all shops are illegal and unauthorize but running without any control of local authorities in residential area. Please intervene in the this issue and seal these shops as early as possible.
                        Your early action shall be highly appreciable.

                              In abhay khand-3, indirapuram, there is a speed breaker in front of irs society, near the u turn,

                              Due to which many accidents have occured bcz they are merely visible to people driving two wheelers and as a result they slip over it.

                              Due to which many accidents have occured bcz they are merely visible to people driving two wheelers and as a result they slip over it .

                              I hope the concerened authorities will look into that matter and take appropriate actions.

                                There is flat no. 576 b, regent, benipuri road, shipra suncity, indrapuram, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh, which is owned by a new landlord so e months before, before he comes there he makes many illegal construction,

                                Now, i want that you will send show cause notice in that matter.
                                Otherwise all other residence will construct illegal construction and one day it will be worst place for living.

                                  We are facing issue of garbage collection at home as garbage van is not coming regularly at j block (J29 to j43) pratap vihar, vijay nagar.

                                  As per modi ji swach program, we are waiting garbage van on daily basis but it is coming once in a week.

                                  Please take immediate action as we are facing garbage is lying at home and we are facing smell issue.

                                      मैं मकान नंबर 467 का मालिक अदित्य त्यागी। मेरे घर के बराबर प्लॉट 466 मे सेटरिंग का काम चलता है। वह रोज तेज तेज हथोड़ा बजाते है लोहे के फर्मों में जिसके कारण बहुत शोर होता है। और मकान में बहुत दलक होती है। जब यह टैम्पो मे लोहे और लकड़ी के फर्में रखते है बहुत शोर होता है। जिसकी वजह से बच्चे पढ़ नही पाते। यह लोहे के फर्मे सड़क पर रखकर बहुत तेज हथोड़ा मारते है। जिसकी वजह से मकान मे दलक होती है। और मकान में पाई लाइन और सीवर लाईन के टूटने का खतरा रहता है। इनका समान प्लॉट नंबर – 468 में बहुत सारा रखा हुआ है। कृपया करके इनका काम जल्द से जल्द बंद करवाया जाए।

                                        The water supply at 9/166, sector-3, rajendranagar is highly irregular. Water supply to the house has been only on two occasions in the last fifteen days. It is suspected that the water supply pipe line is either broken or has been tapped by someone else in an unauthorised manner.
