Respected Sir, In Shalimar Garden there is a plot no. 35 (800 sq.yd.Plot), 80-Futa road, Vikram Enclave, surrounding by totally Residental zone in which the owner of plot Mr. S.K.Gaur have continously doing highly air poluted work of Building Material Supply.
If this plot is a Residental Plot than how can these type of commercial activities are going on.
Sir according to GDA law it is prohibeted work in residental zone.
Sir please have a look to our Problem.

​my and my family are reputed resident of chiranjiv vihar ghaziabad from last 20 year. But we are facing very trouble due to illigal extension of a halwai shop in chiranjiv vihar sector 6 market near central park since last around a year. He throw his oily garbage on road and resident met many accident due to it. Further he is very cruel man everyone is scared from his terror. Doctor has advised my old mother to walk daily in evening but unfortunately she slipped on road due to his stinky oily garbage. Further he has many street dogs who have bite many peoples. To avoid any big disaster accident i request you to take necessary action towards illigal extension on road as he covered the footpath over road.

The encroachment on our part is spreading so much that the outbreak of dirt has increased a lot. People have made their huts on both sides of the road, there is no way to go, people shed their animals in the open. Due to which the diseases are spreading, despite complaints by us, no action is being taken by the municipal corporation, nor do we know how often we tax has also written a copy of which i have | so you are requested to take any action as soon as possible.

This is to bring to your kind notice that illegal construction is going on plot no 305, nitikhand-2, indirapuram. Ghaziabad. I am the resident of of plot no 304, this illegal construction is blocking our ventilation, balconies and free passages, since no space is being provided by the adjacent construction, the builder cover our boundary wall by their roof, already i have intimate to the builder about our problem but they don't listen, please short out the problem as soon as possible.

यह शिकायत सीवर लीकेज के सम्बन्ध में है जो प्लोट१४२ गली नं ५ विधायक कॉलोनी, न्यायखंड १ इन्दिरापुरम में पिछले कई दिनों से हो रही है.. जिसके वजह से सीवर की सारी गन्दगी बाहर गली में फ़ैल रही है... और बीमारी फैलने की स्थिति बन गयी है.. कृपया इस्जा समाधान कराएं

This is to bring to your kind notice that illegal construction is going on plot no 249, gyankhand 1, indirapuram, ghaziabad. I am the resident of plot no 250. This illegal construction is blocking our ventilation, blocking our balconies and free passages, since no space is being provided by the adjacent construction. Dust pollution, noise pollution is being done by this construction. Some officers of gda have stopped this construction but it's still going on in full swing by uppal builder.

Kindly look into this matter urgently

There are lot of big big drainage cement pipes lying in my plot number 342 in shakti khadnd-iii. It is causing inconvenience to do any work in my plot. I could move myself, but they might belong to you. Please arrange to remove them from my plot at the the earliest as i am going to start construct a house there.

Sir I lived in kdp grand savanna Raj Nagar extension Ghaziabad. where so many residents who lived in ground floor they construct unauthorized railing & shades.those shades we can't clean. so there are collect huge amount of Gandgi & Become start bimari. Second is we feel insecure due to railing is work as ledger for theft. Please destroy unauthorized construction.

I am a resident of main shyam park. There is toilet near my house made by nagar nigam, when i go inside to use it then a person ask me money for using the toilet. Then i ask him that it is free of cost, why are u demanding money, then he say that he don'tknow anything buti have to pay money for using it.
So, sir take a action regarding this as soon as possible.

Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that an unauthorized construction of 7 flats at plot no-371, shalimar garden, extn-1, shahibabad ghaziabad. All the flats are sold out by the builder. Whose map has not been approved by gda. The condition of this building is very bad. This creates a danger to life.
It is necessary to take an appropriate action against owners of these unauthorized flats.

I would like to request to you that take a necessary action against the owners of all these flats.

I mithlesh singh r/o house no.688 shakti khand 4 indirapuram ghaziabad am facing problems and even severe health conditions due to a builder named mr. Chirag aggarwal and mr. Vaibhav aggarwal (Mob no.[protected]) owner of prabhu residency. Currently their construction site address. Plot no 664 shakti khand 4 indirapuram ghaziabad is just at the backside of my residence. It is an illegal construction. They are constructing 3 linters at a time. They have not left any space for ventilation and thus our house is facing lot of seepage and as well a feeling of suffocation. My mother in law is already a patient of high blood pressure and now migraine has started affecting her.
Mam i am also attaching a few photographs of this illegal construction.
Mr ajay ahirwar and supervisor mr anil kumar, gda are among those government officials who are supporting this illegal construction of 25 hig flats in a 300 metre square area.
Kindly tell us if the building collapses then who will be responsible for this
Gda authorities?
Builder chirag aggarwal?
Innocent neighbours?
Or labourers?
Kindly look and act in the matter as soon as possible.

We, the residents of amrapali village, nr. Kala patthar, indirapuram, ghaziabad, are facing acute problems due to improper approach road connecting to main road from the society.

The present connecting road is too congested due to short in width, made in improper way and encroachments by the small shops made by the residents of ews flats adjoining the society. It is impossible for two vehicles to cross each other and if any vehicle is stopped in way there is queue of vehicles and also risky for pedestrians.

Since the construction for widening of nh-24 is in progress these days, it is requested to provide a new service lane for the second entry of the society's residents from the south side. For the purpose a new gate has already been constructed by the builder is waiting for completion of work for widening of nh-24.

An early action is requested.

Gda मे कई बार complaint करने के बावजूद राजीव लोचन, 811/s3 शालीमार गार्डन extension-1, साहिबाबाद, गाज़ियाबाद- 201005 द्वारा छत पर अवैध मकान बना लिया गया परंतु gda employee के द्वारा कोई करवाई नहीं की गयी l इतना ही नहीं complaint को यह reply देकर dispose किया गया कि यह मकान पहले से निर्मित है और lock है जो कि पूर्णतः गलत है यह मकान राजीव लोचन द्वारा बनाया गया है l अतः अधिकारी महोदय से निवेदन है कि अवैध मकान को गिराया जाय या उसे सील किया जाए अन्यथा और लोगों को भी अवैध निर्माण करने की हिम्मत बढ़ेगी और यह सुरक्षा के दृष्टिकोण से building मे रहने वाले अन्य लोगों के लिए मुश्किलें खरी होगी

It is hereby brought to your kind notice that a unlicensed gym is being operated in a residential building. It is in the basement of the building which is an unauthorised portion. The unlicensed gym is opposite buddha park, 5/108, adesh apartment, sector-2, rajendar nagar, sahibabad, ghaziabad. As per gda rules issued from time to time this is an illegal set up and misuse of the residential building. Moreover the environment is also polluted by high decibel sounds of music at early and late hours of the day daily life of the residents of the place. It is also understood that some mischievous people come to the unlicensed gym and crate nuisance for the people living there as well as in the vicinity.
Kindly take immediate and appropriate action to close such illegal activities.

Dear all,

There are lots of jhuggi's (A slum dwelling typically made of mud/plastics/waste cloth) behind our flats ahlcon appts & ajnara appts.in sector-3, vaishali, ghaziabad-201010.

They have been here since long and they are also create nuisance every morning by using open road as toilet. This road is suppose to be one of the main roads in sector-3, vaishali area, still no road is made out here. This internal main road takes all living in sector-3 straight to mahagun mall entrance.

Request you to take this as formal complaint and take necessary action as soon as possible.

I am a resident at 1538 sector 5 vasundhra ghaziabad. Mr. Sunil rathi who is owner of flat no g2 in the building at 1538 had given his residential flat for the commercial purposes and also had encroached the road in front of his flat and made a permanent road blockage. Also due to the commercial activities in the building there is a risk of any miss happening as unknown individuals are always present near the building premises.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Dear sir/madam,

Owner of d-101 shastri nagar mr. Chauhan, had encroached boundary wall of premise (Attached pics). When d-block residents asked him to stop doing, he told he has bribed gda officials to get this illegal encroachment done on paper and no gda official can do anything against him.

Sir/madam, if this type of encroachment is really legal by gda officials, then please give permission to all of d-block residents to encroach boundary walls on to the roadside and destroy greenery & block sewage.

If this is really illegal then pls do something to demolish this encroachment.

I have come to know that people are preparing to tweet this problem to cm yogi adityanath soon and also file rti in national green tribunal (Ngt) for all such encroachments in d-block shastri nagar ghaziabad - 201002.

Kindly do take quick action against offenders like mr. Chauhan.

Complain Number GDA25615 should not be closed until the person who complain got the reply from GDA since I raised complain to GDA and not to builder. Moreover just by passing info which I wrote to the builder does not mean that my reported issue is resolved. Till date no one contacted me from said representative and this shows that these people are not afraid from system. Please re open my complain (GDA25615)

REOPEN THE ISSUE UNTIL IT IS RESOLVED.

This is to bring in your notice that vaishali sec 4 which is said to be the best sector is suffering with the issue o[censored]nauthorised and illegal slum all across the sector. They even operate cigarette and gutkha shop in front of our houses which attracts young kids and it looks like we are living in a village. All slum guys are involved some kind of theft... Sex work.. They are abusive.. They are against swatch bharat abhiyan. They are deficating in the ground in front of my house. I feel so worried for my kids future... Family's security and hygiene... Aadinath probuild (India) pvt ltd is selling out few stilt area unlawfully for shops in angel jupiter, opp. Sr. Dps, ahinsa khand-ii, indirapuram, ghaziabad.

This acts by builder/promoter clearly voilates the supreme court judgement (Judgement passed by a bench of justices a k patnaik and r m lodha of supreme court).
