With reference to the above mentioned house no. we wish to inform you that the cable are not laying for electricity meter as we want to get new electricity connection but still we did not get the same due to cable not laying from panel to electricity meter this is an old problem and has been logged so many times but despite that no effort has been taken by authorities so kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

Myself Shayan Bhowmik of 681, Shakti Khand3, since 4-5 days the garbage clearing van/person is not visiting our area to clear the garbages, which is causing very difficulty for all o[censored]s of this lane.

Requesting you to look into the matter and to do the needful asp. Because storing garbage at any place inside building /outside is not good for health.

I am a resident of princess park housing society located at Indirapuram ghaziabad here RWA is doing mismanagement & dont have book of accounts & MOM of last five years
Infrastructure damage has been done without any approval of GDA & without any consent of single resident

Election is not doing properly one of the MC member is doing electricity theft but mc want to save
I have written 5 application to General Secretary, President, Tresurer but no single reply from anyone

There are too many dangerous street dog in our area H.No 190, Shakti Khand -1 Indirapuram
Ghaziabad.

It is unsafe for anybody to walk on the street.the dog runs after everybody who walks on the street and has bitten many people. please help us as soon as possible.

I request the concerned authorities to take urgent actions and catch the dog to prevent any harm and damage.

Dear Sir,

I am regular visitor of Swarnjayanti Park Indirapuram almost for the last 10 years. We the local residents and our children love to visit this park on holidays just because it has metal swings which they love, These metal swings were not only encourage them to do exercise but also help people like us to do different stretching exercise.

Suddenly couple of months back all these metal swings were dismantled and instead use commercials swings which we normally see in ramleela or local function.

Believe us commercials swings are only money making and not giving us or children that benefits what they are looking for.

Request you please install these metal swings again in the park and if it is not possible than alteast metal rods in each park so that children can do stretching and gain from it.

This is to bring to your kind information that the residents of Avantika ghaziabad are really looking for a solution since an illegally developed famhouse named as "Vinayak Greens" is creating a nuisance

Since it has been developed on resedential plot in Residential area of Avantika, we are facing lot of issues regularly. Roads are regularly remains jammed due to wrong parking on roads or in front of houses, playing
loud music in late hours, vulgarity, fights all are happening on almost daily basis.

We want that such property should be immediately seized, which has been wrongly developed, so that we residents should be in peace and feel safe.

We all residents would be highly obliged with a favourable decision on immediate basis.

मैं कविनगर, जे ब्लाँक का निवासी हूँ। मैं गाजियाबाद विकास प्राधिकरण को हरित पट्टी के विकास के लिए हार्दिक धन्यवाद देता हूँ और आभार व्यक्त करता हूँ।

महोदय, आपको अवगत कराना है कि आपके विभाग द्धारा सर्वोदय हास्पिटल के सामने जो हरित पट्टी बनायी गयी थी, उसको कुछ अज्ञात लोगों ने जगह जगह से तार व खंभों की रोक को हटाकर, आने-जाने के लिए रास्ते बना लिये हैं, बैठने के लिए जगह बना ली हैं, कई जगह तो उन्होंनें पेड़-पौधो को ही उखाड़ दिया हैं, अर्थात् हरित पट्टी को पूर्णतया क्षति ग्रस्त कर दिया हैं। जिसके कारण क्षेत्र में असमाजिक गतिविधियाँ हो रही हैं। क्षतिग्रस्त हरित पट्टी पर बैठकर ये लोग देर रात तक मंदिरा पान करते हैं, धूम्रपान करते हैं, स्मैक पीतें हैं और पत्ते खेलतें हैं। जिसकी वजह से सर्वोदय हास्पिटल की सर्विसलाइन का माहौल बहुत ज्यादा खराब हो गया हैं।

महोदय, एक तो हमारे क्षेत्र जे ब्लाँक में हरित पट्टी का विकास अन्य ब्लाँको की अपेक्षा पहले ही कम हुआ था और रही सही कसर इन अज्ञात लोगो ने पूरी कर दी हैं।

कृप्या इस समस्या को संज्ञान में लेते हुए शीघ्र अति शीघ्र उचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें।

Sir, this is to bring in your notice that an illegal wall being erected by owner of plot no 592, sector 1, vaishali leading to blockage of sunlight and air for the resident of flats in plot no 587, sector 1 (Just on the backside). This will cause health issue to our kids n families as well. Our complaint (No gda28789) to gda has not been heard yet and no action taken yet on this matter resulting him erecting of half of the wall, upto 2nd floor. Request if someone can help in getting a proper action taken against the owner and have the wall demolished or stopped from being erected.

It is to bring to your kind notice that we all are facing the problem from monkeys attack.This is an old problem and has been logged so many times but despite that no effort has been taken by authorities. Monkeys very frequently come in our lane and bite people. They easily attack small kids and elderly people.They have actually caged us in our homes.

U r requested to take the necessary action at the earliest.

In front of shiksha, sector-6, vasundhara, ghaziabad, one gda plot is vacant, on which one beatle shop and one vegetable shop are there for the last more than 10 years. Both shops owners has made their residence behind the gda plot. Usually the vegetable shop keeper creating problems and has become the place for stay of liqueur consuming people.
I request the gda please make vacant your plot and make sure that in future no one can stay there again.

I booked a flat under madhuban bapudham society in 2012. Scheme no - 818. Have made all the payments on time but the set back is that till date the registry has not been done. Staff is horrible.. uneducated sarkari babu enjoying and harrasing a common man who has invested his/ her hard earned money. Horrible exp... they don't listen to you.. you cant make online payments.. disgusting and ### government. Unable to understand why these so called uneducated sarkari babus have authority to misbehave with us. they are just an employee... not the owner or ruling authority of the country. Despite of regular follow ups no response received and above all i was asked a pay a penalty amount where i am at no fault.

Just beside our house their is a pre school mmi ie maria montessori due to which kot of vehicles always parked in front of our house and their is lot noise because of which we can not get peace of mind in our house. Could you please tell is this authorize to run such school in residential area. I would request you kindly take action and tell them to move from here as we are living here we need some peace.

Construction at b-198 shalimar garden up. Building is under poor condition which is risky for life of people living in it and nearby because the building underneath may not be able to bear the load of expanded structure and collapse.
Bulider contracter are saying gda grant the permission for the construction.
Kindly demolish portion which is illegly constructed in the public interest.

I would like to pay your attention towards the illegalconstruction which is being done by some of the residents in advocate colony of pratap vihar, sector-12 colony.
It is being very surprising that the residents are not following the rules of gda in the construction of their houses.
Most of the land lords covered their house front area without having the permission from competent authorities.
It is my humble request to the authorities to look in the matter.

2. I have applied 01 LIG vide GDAH1051940 on 31.12.2014 under Yojana Code 02 Scheme Code 310 GDA/LIG.

3. The payment was made on 31.12.2014 from my icici Bank Account No.[protected] on same date through net.

4. Since I am senior citizen and unable to visit various locations for the paper works. Therefore, kindly take necessary action and refund my amount through net along with interest, as it was informed that the scheme was cancelled.

दुःख के साथ कहना पड़ता है कि पिछले कुछ महीनों से हमारे मोहल्ले में चारों ओर गंदगी का साम्राज्य फैला हुआ है। जिसके कारण मोहल्लेवासियों का जीना दूभर हो गया है।
कचरे के ढेर पर पशुओं का जमावड़ा लगा रहता है। चारों ओर फैली गंदगी के कारण पुरे मोहल्ले में मक्खियों और मच्छरों का साम्राज्य फैला है। जिससे तरह-तरह की बीमारियों के फैलने का डर बना रहता है।
अतः आपसे नम्र निवेदन है की हमारे मोहल्ले में जल्द से जल्द साफ़-सफाई करवाई जाये, जिससे मोहल्ले के लोगों को नरक का जीवन गुजारने से मुक्ति मिल सके।

The concern is plot next to our building, and the concern are as follows:

1. Used as garbage bumping zone.
2. Most of the time filled with sewage water (Creating health issue)
3. Developing slum.
4. Used as public toilet and other illegal activities.
5. Serious health hazard..

We request you please do some necessary action against plot owners so that they can maintain their property / plot. As we don't have any details of plot owners.

As temporary construction of room on 4th floor is going on in 179-d, abhay khand 1 indrapuram ghaiabad. Please look into the matter. As per guidelines as per my knowledge no type of construction will be held above 3rd floor. Where builder already made basement, residents also wanted to encroaching upper side. Society has requested but building resident is denied the request and turned down. It is a builder flat which already have basement +3 and construction above that may be dangerous for the residents and others who are living there. Aslo using high power electricity for building and all.
