I received allotment letter in dec 2015 that i will get flat d302 61m indraprastha 844 scheme. So i had taken home loan from bank. At 9-8-2017 i received letter from gda that flat number d302 is not in construction due to some reasons and i wi ll get allotment in other lottery draw. But i have not received any other letter and other information from gda about other lottery draw. Still waiting for gda response.

Its being more than 2 months, the tree which was cut has not been cleared and the area is getting dirty day by day. I have already reached out forest department multiple times and GDA office but no one is taking action.

    Hi i am a resident of adjacent building, to plot no 249 in gyankhand 1 indirapuram ghaziabad were illegal construction is being carried out by uppal builders.
    They are not only blocking free ventilation, air and free passages of our building but also misbehaving with people in our societies.

    They are also blocking ventilation of our balconies. No space is there between two buildings.

    They are pollution the air also by continuously running diesel gensets. Children of adjacent societies cannot play.

    Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis.

      There is a park in gyan khand - 4 which has ganga water tank also.
      In one corner of park, people have started using it as garbage dump.
      Whenever there is any cleaning work all the garbage is being deposited in the corner and no proper dumping of garbage.

      Water is also deposited in the corner, which is now smelling badly and leading to mosquito development... This will lead to dengue, chikungunia and other fever type diseases.

      I would request for quick action for cleanness.

        Sir, this building is encroaching road more than 1 feet and creating risk to human lives passing through road.

        You are requested to demolish unauthorized constructed area.

        This is to state that i want to keep my identity anonymous and lodge a complaint against on allottee of flat no g2, sector 2a, plot no 38, vaishali, ghaziabad, up 201010. For illegally encroaching the catchment area in front of his flat by constructing a fencing and making garden thereby curtailing the parking space for the last more that 10 years since 2004. That it is severely hampering parking of our vehicles and thereby adding to congestion in this place. Therefore i request upon your goodself to please look into the matter and take necessary appropriate aciton in order to remove the encroachment immediately,

          I er. Anil kumar mishra resident of 16/372/3 vasundhara sec-16, ghaziabad wants you to tend your attention towards the below neighbor mr. Sharma, ground floor (16/372/2).

          1) mr. Sharma has encroached towards the road side and laid a shed outside my balcony and is running a commerical insurance office in his below flat. Also he has removed all the supporting walls and changed the structure of gda approved plan., which some day is going to bring the 1st floor resident into severe damage.

          2) in order to complete his buisness requirements he has covered the back side of my flat with air conditioner units and unwanted truss structure which provides him air ventilation below. Creating a severe inevitable condition for me to reside in the above flat.

          3) the front side of the building is covered by his shed and all the dirt gets collected on his shed and block my view to road and nature outside, also creating a unpleasant condition for me to stand even for some time in my balcony, so finally use of balcony goes in vain.

          All these changes done by mr. Sharma are not justified by gda authorities, but still hes gets some support form the gda personnels who support him as i have been told that making complaints and asking for removal of these encroachments is not going to make mr. Sharma change his mind.
          I. E he is not going to remove any of the changes he has made, and he will not providing any support to building structure beacuse of the changes made in ground floor to settle his buisness.

          I am providing the images which shows the use of gda flat as an commercial land which in result makes unfit condition for me to reside in my flat above.

          I am retired central govt employee and want to settle in my house in ghaziabad now but the condition nearby is not allowing me to do so.
          Therefore i request the authorities to remove all such changes made and ensure that if anything happens wrong, gda will be responsible for any man or material losses in future.

            My name is nitish srivastava and i am a resident of charms castle society in raj nagar extension in ghaziabad

            My flat number is e-1404 and the flat super area is 1500 square feet. At the time of purchasing the flat the builder has committed maintenance charges of rs.1.80 per square feet with all the amenities which they had mentioned in the sales brochure.

            But the facilities are not there and still they are charging the full maintenance charges along with gst charges which as per my knowledge should not be applicable if the amount is below rs.5000/=

            I would request your kind attention on my complaint.

              I brought kind attention of gda ghaziabad towards illegal collection of open gym @ 10 rupees each from the daily users in the morning at swarnjyanti park indirapuram ghaziabd when no charges are payable in between 5 to 8 am of daily users. When the people demanded to produce documentary evidences in support of contract agreement awarded by gda, the concerning contractor failed to show the documents and satisfy the need of the people.
              I requested gda official on jan sunvai but till date no fruitful result achieved so far. You are requested to kindly intervene the matter and take remedial action in the interest of people.

                द्वारा निर्मित अनाधिकृत छत के निर्माण को गिराने / हटाने की शिकायत की
                हुई है i

                (Ii) उपर्युक्त शिकायत के लिए पुनः मेरा रिमाइंडर शिकायत पत्र दिनांक
                06.03.2018

                महोदया,

                मैं भवन संख्या a-225, ग्राउंड फ्लोर, लाजपत नगर, सेक्टर - 4, साहिबाबाद - 201005, गाजियाबाद (उत्तर प्रदेश) में आपका अधिकृत निवासी हूँa (संकेत के लिए मेरे नाम दर्ज परपत्र की छाया प्रति सलंगन है) i

                महोदया, मेरी उपर्युक्त संदर्व शिकायत पर आपने संज्ञान लिया, इसके लिए मैं आपका तहदिल से शुक्रियादा करता हूँ i आपकी आज्ञा अनुसार, प्रवर्तन जोन - 7 से gda टीम दिनांक 05.03.2018 को मुआने पर आई और

                (A) श्री धीरेन्द्र प्रसाद को निर्देश दिए की फ्रंट साइड छत (जो की अनाधिकृत निर्मित है) के जर्जर हुए खम्बे को हटाकर नया खम्बा डाले जिससे छत टूटने से बच जाये एवं मुझे और मेरे परिवार को नीचे किसी जान माल का नुकसान न हो i

                (B) इसी छत के ऊपर टाइल्स लगाने के निर्देश भी दिए जिससे छत के नीचे आने वाली सीलन बंद हो जाये, इन दोनों कार्यों को पूर्ण करने की लिए gda टीम ने श्री धीरेन्द्र प्रसाद को एक महीने की समय सीमा दी i

                महोदया, परन्तु gda टीम वापस जाने के तुरंत बाद फिर से श्री धीरेन्द्र प्रसाद ने मेरे को गाली गलोच किया और मेरे साथ मारपीट की, जिसकी सूचना मैंने तुरंत उसी समय gda टीम अवर अभियंता श्री रामा नन्द जी को उनके whatshap no.[protected] पर msg किया की श्री धीरेन्द्र प्रसाद ने आपके निर्देश का पालन नहीं किया और अब मैं आपसे इस अनाधिकिरित छत के निर्माण को गिराने की गुजारिश करता हूँ, (जिसकी प्रार्थना मैंने अपने उपर्युक्त संदर्व शिकायत पत्र दिनांक 21.02.2018 में किया हुआ है) i

                महोदया, जैसे की मैंने ऊपर उल्लेख किया की gda टीम के निर्देश का पालन नहीं हुआ, मेरे
                को गाली गलोच कि गई और मेरे साथ मारपीट की गई, मेरी आपसे पुनः प्रार्थना है की मेरी
                निम्नलिखित शिकायतों का निवारण अति शीग्रह किया जाये i

                1. जब मैंने अपने इस फ्लैट (A-225, ग्राउंड फ्लोर, लाजपत नगर, साहिबाबाद) को ख़रीदा था तो इसके आगे फ्रंट साइड में खाली जगह पर एक अनाधिकृत छत का निर्माण किया हुआ था, जिसका एक पिलर अब जर्जर स्तिथि में बना हुआ है जिससे यह अनाधिकृत छत कभी भी गिर सकती है, और मुझे और मेरे परिवार को जान माल की हानी हो सकती है, अतः इस अनाधिकृत छत को अति शीग्रह हटाया / गिराया जाए i

                2. श्री धीरेन्द्र प्रसाद (A-225/a, फर्स्ट फ्लोर) ने अनाधिकृत तरीके से जीने में लोहे का बड़ा गेट और छत में भी लोहे का दरवाजा लगा दिया है, इन दोनों जगह पर ज्यादा तर समय पर ताला लगा देते है, जिससे आने जाने में असुभिधा रहती है, अतः मेरी आपसे बिनर्म प्रार्थना है की इस अनाधिकिरित निर्मित लोहे के गेट को हटाया जाए जिससे हमे आने जाने में सुबिधा हो जाए i

                    After the directive o[censored]P govt to remove speakers from the residential areas and religious places we were relieved and thought that some action will be taken in Rajnagar extension to curb noise pollution.
                    But being a victim of of noise pollution on daily basis from the temple speaker of Savy De Ville society in Raj nagar extension there has been no relief. The speaker is still there which is run in mornings.
                    I request the authorities to look into this matter.
                    Even after directives of the government why the speakers have been not removed.

                      I applied Gda Authority flat on 2012 & they alloted us but it get delay they promise to give possession on 2015august ...Now 2018 is going on I want to cancel my flat .
                      WANT TO GET BACKY DEPOSIT AMOUNT OF 900, 000 but GDA AUTHORITY employee are given me only 4025000 instead of my whole amount of 900, 000 please help me in getting the whole amont of 900, 000 . I have wrote mail, fax courier to Mrs . Ritu maheswari (vice chairman) no revert from her side...pls help

                        प्रार्थी आपका ध्यान इस ओर दिलाना चाहता हूं कि एक तरफ शहर में अवैध निर्माण को तोड़ा जा रहा है और दूसरी तरफ मेन रोड पर हो रहा अवैध निर्माण प्राधिकरण के लोगों को क्यों नहीं दिखाई दे रहा या आप के कर्मचारियों की मिलीभगत से ही निर्माण हो रहा है R- 24 वकील कॉलोनी में दुकानों का निर्माण VIP मकान में कैसे हो रहा है
                        जबकि कोई गरीब अपने घर में यदि कोई छोटा सा निर्माण कर आता है तो प्राधिकरण के लोग उसका कार्य बंद करवा देते हैं
                        उसी स्थिति में यह निर्माण प्राधिकरण के लोगों का इसमें शामिल होना प्रतीत हो रहा है क्योंकि उक्त स्वामी दुकानों के निर्माण के बाद प्रथम एवं द्वितीय तल पर फ्लैट का निर्माण कर रहा है पूरा का पूरा निर्माण बिना नक्शे के बन रहा है मानको को अनदेखा किया जा रहा है
                        अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि इस की गंभीरता को देखते हुए इसके विरुद्ध कार्रवाई होनी अति आवश्यक है
                        अन्य लोग भी इस प्रकार की कार्यवाही करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित होंगे

                          Hi sir,

                          This is in regard to complaint number gda24259 which we did in gda for an illegal construction happening just above our floor by our neighbor. My neighbor are doing construction activity from past 6 months which is illegal in nature and also creating huge damages in our house. I raised this to gda and i now checked the complaint status online and it says complaint resolved however at no point in time anyone visited our place. I went to police-station and they are not ready to even take my complaint. Please help me bring out of this trouble and make my neighbor do necessary expenses for my home repair.

                              The concerned authority is hereby informed that the ground floor resident of b-1/74 dlf dilshad extn.-ii ghaziabad, has covered the drain illegaly. He constructed a platform over it and it also covers some part of the road. The building residents are in trouble as there is not much space for any big vehicle to pass over. Kindly take strict action as early as possible.

                                Dear sir,

                                My mother seva devi application number 29000 figured in the successful draw conducted by gda for lig (Scheme code - 001, category code - 310) and as can be seen from the attached list, i am alloted tower-c, 3rd floor (Serial no. L225). When we have applied for this scheme in 2013 was the estimated cost of lig flats was rs. 510, 000. We were waiting for a long & had continuously follows up with gda & my builder agarwal associates (Project - aditya world city nh 24). Now in the month of jan 2018 we have received a letter from our builder agarwal associate stating the price of 972809 all inclusive stamp duty, electricity & lease rent amount also they have mentioned the letter that the application amount of rs. 20000 builder has received in the month of jan 018 only. We have no idea why gda not delivered the amount to builder. Now the delay process either by gda or builder we are facing problem with excess amount i. E (Flat value rs. 780196 + others charges rs. 192613). When i call gda, they say talk to your developer (Agarwal associate). This is really not fare.

                                Kindly help us with solution as we are facing monetary problems without home.

                                  महोदय,

                                  मैं भवन संख्या A-225, ग्राउंड फ्लोर, लाजपत नगर, सेक्टर - 4, साहिबाबाद - 201005, गाजियाबाद (उत्तर प्रदेश) में आपका अधिकृत निवासी हूँI

                                  महोदय, मेरे ऊपर स्थित फ्लैट A-225/A, फर्स्ट फ्लोर, लाजपत नगर में श्री धीरेन्द्र प्रसाद, श्री सुनील कुमार, श्री ललित कुमार और आशीष कुमार(श्री धीरेन्द्र प्रसाद के भतीजा - छोटे भाई का बेटा) रहते है, जो मुझ से बार बार गाली गलौच, लड़ाई और अब तो जान से मारने की धमकी भी दे रहे हैं A जिससे बिबस होकर मैं अपना मकान छोड़ कर किराया पर रहने पर मजबूर हो गया हूँI

                                  महोदय, मेरी आपसे बिनर्म प्रार्थना है की उपरोक्त विषय के तहत क़ानूनी कारवाही करने के लिए मुझे निम्नलिखित वांछित जानकारी उपलब्ध कराने की कृपा करेंI

                                  1. पहले अलॉटी व्यक्ति को (अधिकृत / वैध अलॉटी होने के लिए) कब्ज़ा पत्र और अलॉटमेंट लैटर को ही पूर्ण डाक्यूमेंट्स माना जायेगा, और यदि नहीं तो, क्या (अधिकृत / वैध अलॉटी होने के लिए) आपकी प्रश्नगत रजिस्ट्री होनी जरूरी हैI

                                  2. क्या पहला अलॉटी व्यक्ति (केवल कब्ज़ा पत्र और अलॉटमेंट लैटर के बेस पर) अपने GDA लीज़ बेसिस फ्लैट को आगे किसी दूशरे ब्यक्ति को पावर ऑफ़ अटॉर्नी पर, आपकी प्रश्नगत रजिस्ट्री हुए बगैर बेच सकता है, और ये डील बैध मानी जाएगीI

                                  3. क्या अपने GDA लीज बेसिस फ्लैट को किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति को बेचने के लिए आपकी प्रश्नगत रजिस्ट्री करनी जरूरी है, बिना प्रश्नगत रजिस्ट्री हुए बगैर अलॉटी अपने फ्लैट को नहीं बेच सकता हैI

                                  4. क्या मेरे ऊपर स्थित फ्लैट A-225/A, फर्स्ट फ्लोर, लाजपत नगर में उपर्युक्त लोगों में (श्री धीरेन्द्र प्रसाद, श्रीमति कबोतरी देवी (पत्नी श्री धीरेन्द्र प्रसाद) श्री सुनील कुमार और श्री ललित कुमार पुत्र श्री धीरेन्द्र प्रसाद और श्रीमति कुसुम पत्नी श्री सुनील कुमार) में से कोई भी व्यक्ति इस फ्लैट का अधिकृत अलॉटी है और यदि नहीं तो

                                  5. इस फ्लैट A-225/A, फर्स्ट फ्लोर, लाजपत नगर का अधिकृत अलॉटी कौन है, और उन्होंने इन लोगों को किस तरह यहाँ पर रहने के लिए अधिकृत कर रखा हैA जैसे विदित है कि यह GDA लीज बेसिस फ्लैट है क्या आपको (GDA) को जानकारी दिए बगैर अधिकृत अलॉटी किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति की रहने को इज़ाज़त दे सकता है?

                                  महोदय, मेरी आपसे बिनर्म प्रार्थना है की मुझे उपरोक्त पांच विन्दुओं के तहत वांछित जानकारी उपलब्ध कराने की कृपा करेंI

                                    Respected Sir, In Shalimar Garden there is a plot no. 35 (800 sq.yd.Plot), 80-Futa road, Vikram Enclave, surrounding by totally Residental zone in which the owner of plot Mr. S.K.Gaur have continously doing highly air poluted work of Building Material Supply.
                                    If this plot is a Residental Plot than how can these type of commercial activities are going on.
                                    Sir according to GDA law it is prohibeted work in residental zone.
                                    Sir please have a look to our Problem.

                                      ​my and my family are reputed resident of chiranjiv vihar ghaziabad from last 20 year. But we are facing very trouble due to illigal extension of a halwai shop in chiranjiv vihar sector 6 market near central park since last around a year. He throw his oily garbage on road and resident met many accident due to it. Further he is very cruel man everyone is scared from his terror. Doctor has advised my old mother to walk daily in evening but unfortunately she slipped on road due to his stinky oily garbage. Further he has many street dogs who have bite many peoples. To avoid any big disaster accident i request you to take necessary action towards illigal extension on road as he covered the footpath over road.
