Hi team

This is regarding road damage issue near eastern heights nyay khand 3. Indirapuram. The condition is very bad and dangerous.

Roads damage starts from ganpati food to eastern heights. The conditions of roads are so poor leading to frequent accidents nowdays.

Please look into this matter and solve as soon as possible.

Dear gda team,

I am resident of dlf dilshad extn-ii, ghazibad-201005 here roads condition is pathetic and deteriorating day by day. Now it seems, there is no such road built earlier.in rainy season, all sewers are over-flowed and sewage water come into roads and walk on roads is next to impossible. Due to this condition, many accidents are occurred.

Please make road as earliest as possible.

In neel padam kunj, vaishali sector-1, main road opposite dabur / yashoda hospital... Its is quite old (Almost 22 years old building)

Currently there is massive & rampant encroachment of common area & illegal constructions is happening in e block (Especially all ground floor flats), j block (Ground floor), roof of fg block are rampant and illegal.

Even the passage between d & e block is closed with unauthorized constructions.

Basement is misused for unauthorized work without gda permission and there is no fire fighting system in place...

Common area & gates are captured for parking of cars and two wheelers.

We must stop unnecessary crossings like on dps school near petrol pump, indirapuram on kenawli/crpf road. There are 2 crossing just in 100 meter distance.. Huge and worst traffic jamm daily in evening and night.

There are other many crossing in every 100 mter.. Why we should make u-turn across for all crossing.

Street hawkers, shop keepers have made life hell in ghaziabad.

Roads are wide and manageable but due to heavy encroachment by street hawkers, shopkeepers, and other sellers, there is no space and road available to use. Gda team has demolished time to time but no use as they people again encroach.

Good to have strict challan or punishment or frequent demolish drive by gda. Must be applicable for small hawker to big shop keepers.

If govt. And gda really wish and want to do, they can do all required but need to act accordingly and honestly.

Root cause of traffic jam in ghaziabad (Mainly indirapuram/vasundhra/vaishali) is too much crossing on every 200 meter like crpf/kenawli road going to nh24. On this road there are many crossings like near dps school/petrol pump, 2 crossing in range of 200 meter... Sir daily huge jam in evening/night and mismanaged.
We must stop the crossing and construct u-turns... This is small work and can be done in low cost.
Please do urgently and immediately. Need your kind attention.
Save ghaziabad with traffic jaam, stop too many crossing.

Few illegal mobile towers have been installed at r-12/26, raj nagar, ghaziabad-201002. The owner - sudesh sharma, a former rld mla threatens the neighbours of dire consequences, if somebody objects and makes complaints.

We, the neighbours, strongly objects these illegal towers in a posh residential colony, which is a violations of supreme court rulings. The local police has submitted false noc from the neighbours,

Nobody is taking action in this regard, we have also written to cm, up.

Kindly seize these illegal towers and save the life of neighbours from radiations.

There is illigal drinking place in vaishali opposite deltasious resturent.

I sector 3 vaishali ghaziabad, near mahagun mall, opposite deltacious restaurent there is one govt liquior shop in old and vacant gda building. However people there drink openly and pass comments on family and women pass from there.

Few illigal shops are also open in that building and serve liqior to people.

I am a resident of 5/746 sector 5 vaishali. There is a parlour named rachna beauty parlour has done a illegal encraochment in form of tin shade on our balcony wall in our absence. We all the residents of our building have asked many times to remove it but she refuses and uses a abrubt and abusive language with the residents. We all are facing parking problem issues due to her. She has ruined healthy environment of the society. Kindly help us in removing this illegal encraochment of tin shade. We would be very grateful​ to u.

I stay in nitikhand 1, indirapuram, ghaziabad. I have been facing a lot of problems due to frequent power cuts. Everyday power goes for at least 2 hours without any notice that has made our life miserable. This is not expected from government of ncr region. Many times we have to spend sleepless nights.
I am assuming the letter to be directed to ghaziabad electricity board. Please look into the issue and ensure uninterrupted power supply. Thanks

Please take in to consideration about current cleanliness situation at indrapuram specially at front of mahagun mansion. People from near by shops and area dump waste at the boundaries of mahagun mansion.in spite of making people aware that it's not the dump yard but still people throw waste there. It becomes very difficult for residents of mahagun mansion to live in such a situation. I am hopeful that with gda's intervention the situation will change and we can make indrapuram clean. I Deepak Garg had bought a flat in Raj Nagra Extension of Raj Nagar Residency project of M.R.Mittal Infratech Comnpany having its office in Sector-63 Noida. I had bought the flat no. C-208 in the project in the year 2012 and its possession date was 30 monthe plus minus 6 months. But till now there is no hope of possession. Everytime we go in the raj nagar extension office they give us new date. KIndly look into the matter as we are middle class category and given them all our savings. Also suggest us what can be done against them so that we can get our flat as early as possible.

I am a buyer of flat in Mahagunpuram Phase 2 on NH24 near Columbia Asia Hospital Meharulli VIllage. This project started in 2011 and builder promised to give possession by 2015 December. However till today we have not received the possession and builder has illegal taken 100% amount from us.

He is now saying GDA is not giving CC due to which possession cannot be granted . We are 600 families suffering from this . Moreover builder has not told us about sewage problems in society.

The Project is owned by Mahagun India Pvt Ltd Sector 63 Noida. Please cooperate in getting us our flats

The condition of roads in vaishali sector-4 is pathetically bad. To be specific this is the road behind sarvodaya hospital and the road adjacent to sector-4 mother dairy. This is a highly dense residential colony and there are many accidents that happen because of the condition of the road. Also there has been no maintenance of this road in the last 10 years that I have been seeing.
Would appreciate if there are adequate steps taken for this.

Respected madam, a former rld leader, sudesh sharma, has been installing various mobile towers at the roof top of his house r-12/26 raj nagar, ghaziabad. Despite of rwa and neighbour's objections, he uses to increase the number of mobile towers. He himself does not reside here, he lives in modi nagar. When we tries to talk to him, he threatened us for dire consequences if we object.

We, the innocent neighbours, have written many times to ssp, dm, cm officer lucknow, but no action has been taken so far. Since, we heard about your honesty and boldness, madam, we request you to kindly explore and take an appropriate action in this regard.

Respected sir,

We are resident of d - block, shastri nagar, ghaziabad.
There is an illegal basement construction going on at sd - 231, shastri nagar, ghaziabad where they have already dug the ground 15 ft below the surface cause a high risk to property around it. To add more to the trouble, with present rainy season, the plot is a very high risk to all the houses around it and can lead to property hazard and life risk at any moment.

Please take the action at the earlist before any mishap happens.

Hi,

I am resident of star rameshwaram in raj nagar extention. I would like to bring into your notice that in this area there are many societies, schools and sharp turns. But there are not a single foot over bridge or speed breaker or traffic lights and working street lights near by.

On daily basis on this road, many incidents have been noticed of road accident. People are losing their life due to high speed vehicles.

Place where speed breaker needed :

1 - there is a sharp turn on the right hand side of opposite direction of star rameshwaram society.

2 - starting point of every societies and schools. As there is no sidewalks exist on the road, it is recommended to walk facing oncoming traffic on the same side of the road as the oncoming traffic. Also, there should get as far to the side of the road as possible to provide additional space between you and oncoming cars.

Gda ke makano mein chal rahi dukano ke sambandh me avgat karana hai ki yeh sabhi makan jo ki gda dwara rehne ke liye diye gaye the makan maliko ke dwara unme dukane kholi gayi hai jo sabhi gda ke niyamo ke anuroop nahi hai gda officer dwara kewal khana purti ke liye karyewahi ki jati hai aur paise na dene per unhi dukano ko band kara diya jata hai baki sabhi dukane pehle ki taraha chalti rehti hai aur un per koi karyewahi nhi ki jati hai iska matlab to ye hai ki sarkar ko tax do aur gda ke officers ko bhi paise do nhi to apki dukan band ker di jaygi. Up me to wahi hal hai andher gardi hai chopat raja hai.
