I am dp sharma and residing at e/118 janak puri sahibabad ghazabad up.

The sewer line of gali line 04 is not connected to main line. All sewer is littering here and there. Requested to join with main line on road.

There is replacement of sewer top lead and cover appx no 03. Two lead is not there and one is required to be change. I approached to local authy. Nothing is being done.

It is requestedake up take up the issue so that we can be a part of swachha bharat.

Sir,
In dlf ankur vihar and slf ved vihar, loni, ghaziabad there are so many building developers are breaking law of land. They are encroaching roads and nala in the area for developing building and earning illegal money by misguiding and selling this type of encroached property. These bully people are growing hindrance on road by taking hafta vasooli from the hawkers on the road. The empty plots are filled with dirty water always, no plot owner take action to fill the empty plots with soil.
I request you to kindly set an investigation in the matter at the earliest.

I am resident of sector 17a - 800 & 17c/100 buildings, vasundhara since 2011. The gda awas vikas constructed flats especially on ground floor has been encroached by the residents due to which there is huge problem faced by the residents of 1st floor and above for parking and sharing of common space (Picture attached). Flat # 17a/801 & 17c/104

We have already asked them to remove the wall construction outside their house but over and above they kept the premises closed by applying door lock.

I would like to keep my name, address & phone confidential.

Respected madam, with reference: to unauthorised construction at a-127 ground floor and top floor which are being owned by same person, as owner has covered the essential left out space (Which has to be left as per gda guidelines) with fame work and have constructed temporary rooms at the front and back portion. The construction activity which was being carried out on the above-said plot, in relation to the above we have been sharing the information to gda since it was created, gda staff are coming to inspect but no action has been taken since last 3 years. We would like to bring to your kind information & knowledge that owner of ground floor has illegally encroached the front area of around 10 feet which is actually creating problem for me, with this outerframe anyone can climb and can reach first floor and who will take the responsibility?
Now the first floor owner has put a lock on the top floor gate and is not allowing me (First floor owner) to go to the top floor for water tanks maintaininace and tata sky maintaince, which has been mentioned in my resistry that i have the right foe the maintainces and and no one can put a lock on the top floor, now ground and top floor owner has put the lock and everytime i have to go and ask them for the key and it is becoming a real pain now.
A speedy action from youer end will be appreciated

We are residents of flat no. F-2, plot no. 38, sector-2a, vaishali, ghaziabad. We are residing here at the same place since 2001. We have 6 flats at the same plot. Currently we are facing problem to park our vehicles outside the flat as one of the flat member has done illegal encroachment at parking area. After continous reminder he is not removing the encroachment, due to which we are facing serious problem for parking our cars.

This complain is regarding my gda flat 429 c gyan khand -3 indirapuram gzb, my flat position is top floor, the person who residing flat no 430 g is using my terrace and placed 1000 ltr water tank in my terrace forcefully, beacuse of this suffering from slippage and badly damage my house. I request many time but they denied and misbehaved with me and say (Jaker kisi bhi gda ya police ko bulao hum kisi se nahi darte). Kindly look into this urgently basis.

Is this a rumour or real. Some people of the society are saying that plot no-104 is declared danger those who are living in them as it can fall due to some reason. Sir plzz help us if this is true and if rumour then also inform us.
And if so plzz send me the copy of notice at the mail id provided below. Plzz reply to my complaint as soon as possible.

This is to draw your attention towards the drainage system management in Nyaykhand-3, Indirapuram Gzb. Recently The road was getting repair by buldozer to remove the upper damaged layer of the road. During this process the main-hole & pipes get damaged. the drained water is now collected on the road & mosquities are breeding in that. Also bad odour spreaded in all area.
I also wanted to add one thing more that we pay the bills of water supply & drain system timely yet there is no work done on the drain management, whenever the tank get blocked or over flooded we all flat onwers contribute by ourselves to resolve the problem. No GDA worker or concern involved in that.
So you are requisted to do it ASAP so that the inconvience to residentials & passer byers get resolved.

Dear sir,

I'm a resident owner of the said premises. I would like to inform you that on the top floor of our building, the owner with roof rights have made illegal construction (Stating the so cause roof rights) on the terrace.

The resultant of which, can been seen by the
1). Breakage of walls on the ground floor / basement. I request the competent authority to take serious actions.
2). Parking problems being faced by all flat owners and
3). Problem in common water and electricity supply.

It can also be viewed from several other aspects as per the load capacity sanctioned by the engineers during the development of the constructions and prevention of other mishappening cases being seen frequently in delhi ncr due to these legacy.

I once again request the competent authority to take a serious note on that.

आपको बताना चाहते है कि यह समस्या प्लाट नं 308 से 310 से.2बी, वैशाली की है जहाँ लोगों ने अपने घर के बाहर लंबे-लंबे रैम्प बढ़ा रखे है और अपनी गाड़ी बीच रोड पर खड़ी कर देते है, एवं डिवाइडर के पत्थर निकालकर अपने घर बाहर लगा रखे है, जिसकी बजह से सीवर भी ओवरफ्लो करने लगा है, मेरी अपने बिनती है कि रैंप हटाये जायें और रोड खली कारबाई जाये, इसके लिये जरुरी कार्यवाही की जाये।

Really too much bad condition of roads in ghaziabad area (Behrampur on nh-24 near pratap vihar)

Dear concern,

Request to you, please get repaired the roads in ghaziabad area (Behrampur on nh-24 near pratap vihar).

As all the roads are totally damaged & undulated. So really it is quite tough here, even in walking.

Because of bad condition of roads, lots of water get collected over the damaged roads & then different different hazardous insects develops here which are infecting the residents.

Even after such a bad condition of roads, neither from the government official nor from the local leader get it repaired or took any corrective action.

Please also find attached the photos of road conditions which should not be neglected for the betterment of local residents & surrounding area.

Request to you, please get it repaired or get constructed the new roads as soon as possible as all the residents had already suffered a lot from last more than a year.

Want to share the incident at plot no.323 gyankhand 1 indrapuram, ghaziabad
Had been occupied with some unlegal persons near about 40.
They had maid their jhuggi their and do illegal activities at night, they also theft of electricity
Immediately take an action to avoid something serious, kindly take an immediate action as thy are all doing unlegal activities and also blame at neighbours

This is to inform the concerned authorities, that it has been found that one of the local sweet vendors, 'shyam lassi wala' situated in akansha market, ramprastha colony and many other local shop keepers in the respective market are illegally using the encroachment area meant for vehicle parking purpose.
It has become a daily hurdle of requesting the fellow gentlemen, i. E. The shopkeeper of the shyam lassi wala, but in returns he denies to remove the same or at times misbehaves for his occurings.

It is now a major problem as there are many other ill practices that the vendor follows, like using of domestic gas cylindors for commercial purposes, employing child labour for daily operations.

I would request the authorities to whom it may concern to resolve the issue and please enlighten the fact to the shopkeepers to obey the guidelines meant for encroachment infront of the shop premises.

Dear sir,

It is to inform you that there are almost five residential plots in the lane adjacent to telephone exchange in raj nagar ghaziabad. These plots are numbered r-1/92 to r-1/97. This road if entered from rdc side connects to the petrol pump on the other end. There are unauthorized motor workshops on the stretch while it appears no road was ever made on this stretch since long may be from the date of carving out the stretch. It is desired that this road may be laid since it serves a useful link to try from rdc on the one side and petrol pump on the other side (Main road) and would help avoid congestion near icici bank.

Heavy rains in the morning have caused water logging on the main road facing express garden gates. The worse state is on the road between express garden and windsor street.

I'm sorry but it seems the actions gda, if at all has taken, are inadequate to deal with a day's rain. It rained in the morning but water logging still persists even after 5 hours without rain.

Keeping the sorry state in mind, gda slapping sewage charging on neighboring societies seems unjustified.

It is high time that gda takes some effective measures and attempt to make indirapuram "flood free" during rainy season.

Appreciate if gda bosses pay heed to this matter.

This is with reference to our earlier complaint [protected], no action has been taken so far. Pls do the needful at the earliest.

Complaint :

In additikn to our earlier complaint, water logging in naighbouring un-authiurized under construction building basement resulting in water seepage into our building plot no - 6/116, sector - 2, rajendra nagar sahibabad.

You are requested to take urgent step to get rid if this problem.

I am a resident of plot no 142, shakti khand-2, indirapuram. This is to inform you as due to incomplete construction work on the adjacent plot 142 a & b by divyansh builder, that plot is full of water around 10 feet and that water leads to drained to our building basement which is full of 6 feet water and keep growing. All the electric meters are shut down and sink. Complaint made to police and gda office and builder but no action has been taken as of now. We around 12 families are impacted and completely scared. Please do something urgently. The same issue for the neighbor plot 129.

We are facing major issues every year due to very poor drainage system of our every year road water used to come inside our building whenever there is rain. I am attaching a snap of our building. Now you peoplee only say how to survive this every year. The building construction was approved by gda, the drainage system s are under gda, we are paying all necessary charges on time. But sorry to say we have never seen gda is helping us to remove the water from our basement or in making any permanent resolution.

Can you please xx one up with some solid resolution of this problem permanently.

Hello sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that due to incessant rains there is heavy waterlogging in the basement of our building located at plot#129, shaktikhand2, indirapuram. I would like to plead to you that water is about to touch meters and the pillars are also at risk. There are chances of short circuit also. Please make some provisions to get the water out from the building.
