anil singh is constructing top 4 th floor without approval of drawing from gda in sidharth sadan 5/52 sector-2 rajendra nagar sahibabad. Building in danger position and any time can collapse. Kindly stop the illegal construction which is going on immediately to safe guard of twelve faimily in the premises.

I am living in Nitikhand 3 Indirapuram and for last 2 months our life is hell with the water flowing on the road from broken pipeline in front of house number 389 Nitikhand 3rd. For last two months water is being wasted mercilessly and after filing complaints so many times in the Nitikhand 2 office no action has been taken. I sicerely request you too take note of it and repair it as soon as possible.

Dear sir,
I am resident of A-7/3, DLF ANKUR VIHAR, LONI, in our building an illegal construction is going on at 3rd floor which is not approved by GDA and not permitted by all residents. Sir this construction may harm our building due to extra load. We asked for any permission from GDA regarding this construction he refused to show any permission. Sir my kind request to you please into this matter stop this construction.

Request to close model shop
Sir,

I am living in Jyoti Super Village, 24 mtr road, Rajnagar Extension. Few months back a liquor shop has been opened in Shoping centre of Aura Chemera. Sir, I am not able to understand how a liquor shop can be permitted to open in residential area. Secondly we have no street lights in our area, although builders have charges too much ECC and EDC charges from us.
Also people take benefit of it stop there cars on the road and take drinks over there. Ladies and children can't walk on road after evening due to it.

So its my humble request to please take an action against that shop and shift it some where else asap.

There is illegal construction going on -6/144- sec-2 rajender nagar shahibabad gaziabad which is very dangerous and unauthorized because -6/144 laxmi games apartment is more than twenty years old and it has no parking in that building twelve flats are build up and people are living in it after that one more floor is trying to construct on roof by owner of the building three floors are already constructed by builder twenty years before and now recently he trying to construct one more floor on this building so please stop this construction immediately thanks

i am resident of tulsi niketan, bhopura, ghaziabad.there is a welding shop near our house in residential area which makes whole day high intensity unbearable noise.whole day they beat iron, use grinder and welding machine.all these create terrible noise since morning to night and also theft electricity. Shop address is 1586 janta flats, tulsi niketan, bhopura, ghaziabad near bhiari ki dukan or faith academy school.
please help us we are really suffered of it .children study is also spoiling they cant study in this unbearable noise while exam is about to start .it is also affecting my parents(senior citizen) health. please remove this shop from here as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Madam, This is in concern of the female dogs around C-310 Brij vihar ghaziabad(near DAV Public School), Brij Vihar, Ghaziabad. The female dogs needs to be get sterilized with urgency, they have been producing puppies and there is no one to take care of them, feed them or give shelter to them. The quantity is increasing day by day with no care. Please get these stray dogs sterilized as there population is increasing. I am myself a dog lover, but i have no space to take care of them, in my colony i got two with 8 puppies. And i feel pity for them as i am not able to help them in anyway. Please Help. Rgds.

Hello I am from Nehru Nagar -2,
The supply water is smelling like gutter for two days and it is not fit for any use. Please act immediately!
This report is for 8th and 9th of Jan 2017.
Please act immediately or else we will have to put a petition in a civil court.
Government departments are taking things for granted and this has to stop now. We cannot accept these kind of behaviour and cheats form departments. We are the tax payers and are supposed to get good supply.

Dear Sir,
I am residing in Sec -2, Rajendra nagar, Near Pannu chowk, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. Some residents are encroaching in front of their houses. They are covering space with sharp wires, and covering extra space in the shape of car parking. Some residents doesn't have their parking & during parking they quarrels with residents as well as children during their play . The sharp wires hurt the children during their play.
So, I am requested please take necessary action for encroachment.

This is to bring to your notice the severe situation of residents of Indrapuri Colony & nearby areas (the entire part of Loni Road falls under Uttar Pradesh) in Loni Ghaziabad, which includes deteriorating health & psychological condition of children/adults as well as elderly. The situation has become grave as no strong action has been taken against the problems by local authorities or local politicians. There is negligible infrastructure for waste collection, transportation and disposal. No system for Drainage is in place. Water overflows all over the road throughout the year. People who lives there are living in very inhumanly conditions. Despite several complaints-written/oral including Dharnas, no appropriate decision has been taken.
Effects of the aforesaid problem on Public:
1. Adverse health effects such as-Chronic lung diseases, asthma, tuberculosis, dengue, malaria and other communicable diseases.
2. Paralyzed traffic conditions
3. People leaving their homes (selling properties) and buying homes in adjacent Delhi areas. The same creates distrust among public for Government concerned.
4. Business opportunities are lacking. Which will affect the overall prosperity of the public.
5. Swachchta Abhiyaan is going on in Country and in the nearest place to the Capital (NCR) even the basic amenities are lacking.

This is also the last attempt to wake the authorities towards people's problem before going to the State Government followed by Central Government's intervention and media (Electronic/print/social).

Dear gda office,

I am sharing some pics with you which are showing worst condition of roads and sewers from last one year opposite plot number 321 and 322.
Roads are completely damages because of damaged ganga water pipeline as well as sewerage line.
We all, residents of plot no. 321, 322, and shop holders chandni plaza, trying to bring you in notice that no any officer is taking any action after several complaints made by us.
In fact last year, in oct 2016, all damaged roads were repaired in indirapuram except this one.
Please help us in solving this issue.
We hereby request to repair roads as well as damaged ganga water pipeline.

I living in tarkeshwar gupta apartment 6/a 1st floor sector-1, kamna vaishali,
Ghaziabad, 201010. I have seen that, there is a person named mr. Arvind srivastava, resident of 13/a kamna vaishali, sector-1, ghaziabad, 201010 doing unauthorized construction.

Even after two consecutive complaint made on 16 august, 2016 and 26 august 2016, the construction is still in progress.

Please look into this matter as soon as possible

I living in ankur apartment sec-5 rajender nagar sahibabad-201005, i have seen that, there is some flat owner doing unauthorized contraction, this is ansal housing society, as per building map 20 fit space is open outside of our building but sum member using this space as bedroom after doing contraction (Like flat no 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 13 &16).in case of fire no availability to going the fire vehicle in back side flat (Due to unauthorized contraction).

Request you to pls visit this place with map & destroy the unauthorized contraction.

On any construction site which is situated in residential area noise level shouldn't go beyond 55 dB in day time (6 am to 9 pm) and it shouldn't breach 45 dB levels in night (9 pm to 6 am). The maximum noise level near the construction site should be limited to 65 dB Leq (5 min) in residential areas. In addition to this, proper acoustic barriers should be placed near sites. But Ajnara India builder construction team is not following any one of these guidelines.

राजनगर एक्सटेंशन, गाजियाबाद की अजनारा इंटीग्रिटी सोसाइटी की लिफ्ट में बड़ा हादसा होते-होते बचा। बुधवार रात जब आई ब्लॉक के लोग करवा चौथ का चांद देखने 13वीं मंजिल की छत पर जा रहे थे, तभी लिफ्ट धड़ाम से नीचे बेसमेंट में आ गिरी। लिफ्ट में अंधेरा छा गया और महिलाएं और बच्चे डर के मारे चीखने लगे। लिफ्ट का दरवाजा भी फंस गया। लिफ्ट नीचे आकर स्प्रिंग से टकराई थी और खुशकिस्मती से स्प्रिंग टूटी नहीं। स्प्रिंग से टकराकर लिफ्ट ऊपर उछली और फिर नीचे आकर गिरी। अगर स्प्रिंग टूट जाती तो अनहोनी भी हो सकती थी।
बिल्डर और मेंटेनेंस कंपनी के लोग मुनाफा बढ़ाने के लिए लिफ्ट की मेंटेनेंस नहीं कराते। लिफ्ट में लिफ्टमैन भी नहीं होता। दिखावे के लिए पूरी सोसाइटी में 2 या 3 लिफ्टमैन हैं, जबकि 11 टावर्स में 25 से ज्यादा लिफ्ट लगे हुए हैं। बिल्डर अजनारा इंडिया और उसकी मेंटेनेंस कंपनी लोटस मेंटेनेंस सर्विसेज का यही रवैया रहा तो उनकी लापरवाही जानलेवा हो सकती है।

This is to inform you that atmosphere at gda two wheeler parking at vaishali metro is getting turnished by a bunch of rude and illmannered security personels to whom the company has outsourced the security services. The guards who are supposed to provide security to the property are so desperate and ill mannered that they do not hasitate to misbehave with the visitors. They bost their misbehaviour with statements like"ja kar complain karo kuch nehi hoga"the all security guards posted at there mis behaved with me and with every other alternate person who stood to question his rude behaviour. I was shocked to find that this man was so depertate that he shouts on top of his voice and insults people without informing the proper procedure. Is this what is called security. Can we tolerate this dadagiri in todays civilised world. One of security guard (I forgot his name) might land up slapping a person as he knows and says"complain karnese kuch nehi hoga" (Noting will hapen even if a complaint s lodged) i felt unsafe at that moment.. The experience i had today i. E 14.10.2016 morning was horrifying. Is there any solution. Please take some strict action and control their "dadagiri".

डीड ऑफ डिक्लेरेशन के मुताबिक अजनारा इंटीग्रिटी में एक फ्लैट पर एक पार्किंग का प्रावधान है। इसके अलावा 10% पार्किंग गेस्ट/विजिटर के लिए आरक्षित है। सोसाइटी के बाहर सड़क पर किसी भी तरह की पार्किंग की अनुमति नहीं है। लेकिन अजनारा इंडिया बिल्डर नियमों को ताक पर रखकर और डीड ऑफ डिक्लेरेशन को किनारे करके गेस्ट/विजिटर्स पार्किंग की जगह को बेच रहा है। गेस्ट/ विजिटर्स के लिए वह बाहर सड़क पर पार्किंग कराने का मंसूबा पाले हुए है।

I am living in sahibabad from last ten years. There is unauthorised development & Unauthorised Construction in GDA flats these days, people are covering parks for making extra rooms by covering parks and lands & unauthorised constructing make upper flasts by covering upper floor in sahibabad in block G -54B And G-55B making and covering upper floors making one another flats on it. I call many times on Gda helpine number they people are came and barb money and the wok is still in full swing. Sir please take serious action against him & gda people for barbeing money .

G 54 & 55 B floor owner built up the 4 th floor in tripple story building
in lajpat nagar ghaziabad

i hope action should be taken against him and stop the work. its will be start from 22.09.2016
as per gda building is tripple story and its right have with gda

building may be 30 year old and its may be collaps

please look int the matter and take action..
