I've been trying to upload files through google chrome to a website. But i noticed whenever i want to do this, instead of bring up where i can choose the files i. E. Pictures, video and documents to upload, it will only bring up camera, webcam and contact. I even tried using another browser called opera browser but the story is the same. Although i don't have this problem when using opera mini. But opera mini can't load most of these page that has recapcha that verifies if a client is not a robot. Is there a way out for this?

    The F103pro model battery is not working properly.the phone is shutting down as soon as I switch it on and even after showing 26 percent charged the phone switched off as soon as it was switched on.the battery is charging abruptly either too fast or too slow.but the phone is switching off as soon as it is turned on.I showed it at the customer care centre but even after changing the battery the issue is persisting.
    Are there no original batteries of this model available as I found none at your customer care centre.

      On october 28, i submitted my gionee s6s to mobile gionee care, they say that there is a problem with the battery, but have not seen any cause for the problem before. Battery needs to be changed and that is it.
      On november 2nd, i would go and bring the set, go and see it after 20 seconds there is automatic turn off / on. They tell them to leave the deposit again. There will be no receipt or warranty of the battery cost. There is no evidence provide.

        Hi, i have given my mobile for repairing and he said we let you know about the problem so you can call me after 2 hrs then i have call he said power cut on center so please call on tomorrow. After 1 day i have call he said service center not providing gionee services now so we are closing our office from there so you can take your mobile from me tomorrow after call i will give you on your location but once i have call nest day he not pickuping my phone.

        Please let me know what i will do

          Kindly, solve the query i have been occurred while starting my gionee a1 lite smart phone. The query is "a n exception occurred during phone reboot. We recommend that you send an error report to help us to solve the problem".

          Kindly, solve the query to help me. My purchase date of mobile is 18/02/2019. And i have a warranty date is for 1 yrs.

            I am using GIONEE A1 mobile . recently my mobile display was broken then I went to Gionee service center on 16th sep2019 the location is Nellore. In that office that guy told me 5000/- for mobile display. And I agreed, after completion I paid 5000/- and I asked bill for 5000/- and he said we will charge extra amount for bill and I asked to him is it recorded in your service or not he said not. and I asked to him it is Original display or not and he said it's original but it will not work like original.

              Dear sir/madam,
              We want to inform you that your service center where i visit frequently, is doing wrong practice by not providing any bills for their services and for even item purchase.
              Recently, i have purchased battery for gionee s6s phone but they didn't provide the bill for same and charged rs.1100 for same, and after 3 days i have purchased charging adopter of the same phone but they again didn't provide the bill.
              Again they are saying for 100 rs. Discount for changing tray on the condition of not providing bill.
              I request you to take action on the same as not only me but every customer who are visiting the service centre, they are forcing them not to ask for bills which is not justified by the government rules which say not to purchase anything without bill.
              I request you to solve the issue and return my complete amount for this miss selling of product.
              Hoping for positive reply for not forcing me to file a case in consumer forum.

                  As mentioned above, i am facing the problem frequently.in march same issue happened and your customer care engineer at jayanagar, bangalore mentioned it as the circuit problem and changed it charging rs 850/-, but now the office is closed and there is no service centres nearby.. Same issue is repeating. Please provide a feasible solution on how to address this issue

                    I bought new Gionee P7 by online 2 weeks back. From the beginning till now, An automatic message is going from my mobile every 15 minutes without my knowledge. I tried to call the customer care they advised me to dial *#46669# and give Clear data. I also did the same, but still now i face the same problem. I couldn't able to recharge my sim. Please do the needful action ASAP to stop the message.

                      Gionee care change my handset with other person when i gave them my handset for repair. Now they refuse to change this faulty handset.

                        The concerned person has been delaying the service with lots of reasons citing availability of parts, problematic parts etc.

                          I own a gionee a1 plus and after a week i came to know that device has some display issue and it's hanging and overeating... Really disappointed with the device and i felt like my whole money was wasted... I contacted the nearby service center and they are very careless and not even responding to my issue and moreover they are just trying to loot my money and time... I don't know what to do with this device... I want gionee to get this device back and refund the money i paid... I want a immediate response from the gionee... I can't able to get this sorted by service centre...

                                My guinea f103 set is running very fine last four year but in this time screen is hang (Constant position) always within minutes. Due to water is filled in internal part.. Start with on off... I go to local service centre to tell this problem but they don't examine carefully and change touch and display charge me rs. 3400/- but i go there 3-4 times and finally advise me to work in cpu it may costly... Please tell me how i resolved my problem...

                                  But The Service Center not handover my mobile phone.

                                      The gionee x1s is very unstable... It keeps misbahaving. Such as producing funny noises when listening to music and when you have notifications. It also sometimes rejects correct unlock passwords and pins forcing me to factory reset it, therefore losing data. It also locks out network and browsers keep telling you that it is maybe an antivirus software with firewalls blocking it. I have two other friends whom we bought the phones together complaining about the same problems.

                                        After 2 months of (Jan-feb2019) mental agony and harassment of chasing vodafone for the same problem.
                                        In which several complaints were filed by me to vodafone by leaving my work and visiting there voda store and the next day when i call there customer service to find there is no update of any complaint made by me.

                                        Finally a voda store employee seeing me almost everyday and finding no solution, he told me to get my mobile checked.

                                        My mobile gionee f103 pro, as i went to gionee store and reported the problem, they took my mobile in there service center and in 5 minutes returned it back to me saying your mobile has been fixed.

                                        Not able to believe what gionee did in 5 mintues to fix my mobile, i told them to explain me the problem for which i have been trying to understand from last 2 months. Not able to believe on there solution, they asked me to talk to there customer service on[protected]. As soon somebody answered the call and i explained them the entire situation, this guy quickly told me to write down a phone number and send them a whatsapp message to get a link and download it.

                                        Now this was all quick for me to understand, gionee took max 5 mintues to understand my problem.in no faith i accepted there solution and asked "why and how did you know about this problem and promise to this solution just given."

                                        The operator from gionee accepted that this was a problem from there server end (Some bug) and has happened to lot of there customer's.

                                        Finding out this truth from gionee, i told them my sufferings and asked when was gionee going to inform there customer of this problem. Question was dodged and no answer was provided.

                                        Now, for me gionee stands as a unprofessional company, my private job has been affected by it, as i had to take this matter in my own hands for 2 months and take certain half day's to follow this matter.

                                        Finally reported this to gionee via mail and they started following on this matter only when i called them.

                                        Since then i got a call from there complaint department from a girl, she just called to make her point "why did you not inform us earlier" not really wanting to listen my part of problem and kept repeating the same.

                                        The way gionee agents has been trained to handle customer is below :
                                        My previous conversation with her :

                                        I got a call from your complaint department yesterday (26th feb 2019) to inform me about my refund.

                                        This girl who called me from your department had no professionalism.

                                        She called me 4 times from [protected]

                                        1st call : 3:28 sec
                                        2nd call : 5:29 sec
                                        3rd call : 46 sec
                                        4th call : 13 sec

                                        Now looking at this, i can really imagine why gionee doesn't top's in mobiles.

                                        This lady was not even able to complete her conversation with me, telling me that her headphone has some problems and the call gets disconnected again and again.

                                        This is mental harassment to the customer, unauthorized access to sim and sending automatic text messages without customer consent, unreliable company, keeping there customer in stress.

                                        Because of this problem i have lost access to online banking (Pending bills of voda restricted me to send or receive text msgs) because of which i was not able to pay my certain bills. I was not able to call anyone for 1 month of restrictions.

                                        Wasted my time and money to chase and understand this problem from vodafone

                                        Instead gionee could have just sent a text msg or called to inform me about this problem on timely basis.

                                        I need full compensation for this, not just a refund.

                                        The OPERATOR FROM GIONEE ACCEPTED THAT THIS WAS A PROBLEM FROM THERE SERVER END ( some bug) AND HAS HAPPENED TO LOT OF THERE CUSTOMER'S.

                                        finding out this truth from Gionee, i told them my sufferings and asked WHEN WAS GIONEE going to inform there customer of this problem. Question was dodged and no ANSWER was provided.

                                        Now, for me Gionee stands as a UNPROFESSIONAL company, my private JOB has been affected by it, as i had to take this matter in my own hands for 2 months and take certain HALF DAY's to follow this matter.

                                        Finally reported this to Gionee Via mail and they started following on this matter only when i called them.

                                        Since then i got a call from there COMPLAINT department from a Girl, She just called to make her point "WHY DID YOU NOT INFORM US EARLIER" not really wanting to listen my part of problem and kept repeating the same.

                                        Now looking at this, i can really imagine WHY GIONEE Doesn't TOP's in mobiles.

                                        This lady was not even able to complete her conversation with me, telling me that her headphone has some problems and the call gets disconnected again and again.

                                        This is MENTAL HARASSMENT to the customer, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS to SIM and sending automatic text messages without customer consent, Unreliable company, keeping there customer in STRESS.

                                        Because of this problem i have lost access to online banking (pending bills of voda restricted me to send or receive text msgs) because of which i was not able to pay my certain bills. I was not able to call anyone for 1 month of restrictions.

                                        Wasted my TIME and MONEY to chase and understand this problem from vodafone

                                        Instead Gionee could have just sent a text msg or called to inform me about this problem on timely basis.

                                        I need FULL COMPENSATION for this, not just a refund.
