Hi my name is mohit kwatra. I am facing problem with my gionee phone since i purchased it but there is no response from the company. I visit couple of time to gionee service center luxmi nagar but they rudely said it will cost you 7000 Rs to fix this issue and i bought this phone 2 months ago and really fed up with all this because they said if this problem occurs again i need to pay again. I want to replace my handset Gionee E3 which was not working after 15 days when I purchased the handset. No action has been taken by the company. I received the email from [email protected] please look into this matter and take the necesarry action.

No response from Gionee, waiting for last 2 months and pathetic customer service...

I am also facing same issue. Service centers are hopeless and mobile gives problems since day1..

      Netlogic is not a company, which is a fake consultancy. They telling that we will place you in MNC company like wipro, HCL, IBM, AT&T, and Accenture. They getting a money around 30k from us and they telling that knowledge is not a matter, for that only you paying money. And for the first month they will provide training on networking. In next month they start to send you to the interviews. And they always saying that you are shortlisted for that company, by soon you will get the offer letter. So please wait for a month. After a third month they will saying that your knowledge is not upto the mark or you dont have a good communication skill. Then they will convince you to join in a low salary and low level designation with a 1 year contract. So please don't believe them. Mr.kathiresan BE, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP he say as wipro HR but he is liar, ph.no:[protected], [protected] Mr. Ganesh he says like he is a IBM HR. bt he didn’t seen that company before.         Hi I bought gionee S5.5 on 6 July 2014 and within these last 7 days only I am constantly getting several problems in this brand new phone. Few problems are: 1. Phone Hang 2. Touch stops working sometimes. 3. Camera images are very poor and blurred. Marks inside lens. 4. Applications start opening and closing by self and nothing could be done at that time of abrupt flickering. 5. SMS unread notification does not go even on opening and reading all SMS. Or even deleting them. Its permanent. 6. Phone heats up very quickly. I am highly unsatisfied with the quality of the handset and feel trapped after making this worthless and hefty spend of Rs. 23000 [21000 + 2000 on insurance of phone from gionee] I want to return this phone and want my money back hence seeking your help for the same.           Guys, Gionee, the company is only concerned about selling phones. The compare themselves to Samsung in the TV commercial put are not even equivalent to a blade of their hair. I moved to GIONEE after using Samsung and iphone as the salesman at Pioneer Traders ins sector 22 Chandigarh was able to impress me that the phone was very good in quality. I inquired about their service and the salesman said they had a service center in Sector 44 chandigarh and the service was good.. I bought the phone on 24th May 2014 and went back. The first thing i noticed was that the phone actually gets hot while using and the battery backup was nowhere near to what was promised. Then in less than 2 months the back cover where Gionee is written opened up from sided and i could see a crack. I checked online and found that this happens coz of the swollen battery and took the Phone to Pioneer Traders, the guys who sold the phone to me. As expected, he refused to do anything and referred me to the service station in sector 44 Chandigarh. First of all the service station Gionee has is shabby and not even 100 Sq feet in area which means no more than 3 people can stand there. The guy there doesnt care about you and doesn't want to take complaints. He wants you to go back . the experience sucks. To make it short he fought with me and clearly refused to do anything. The service station is JOKE and the guy cannot handle more than 2 enquiries. The lady out there laughed the moment i entered telling the person there that there was another Gionee complaint . I called back Pioneer Traders and they promised some action but again nuthing happened which is why I am posting a complaint here. I will be throwing the phone in water and taking a video shoot of the phone and will also post a video recording osf the service station and how the person behaved in some time. . these fraud companies need to be taught a lesson. guys don't buy any of these phones. I will make sure I let everyone know about my experience with Gionee . i am also going to share this article on facebook on Gionee page. I dont think there will be any action but atleaset a lot of people will know . A video will let them know how I feel about Gionee.             Dear SIR/madam, I am using Samsung, spice, micromax, karbonn products from last 5yrs but there is no such critical problem i faced in these above stated mobile company, first time I moved to your product gionee g3 gpad with full trust on your company and purschased gionee g3 gpad but unfortunailty becase of your faulty product I lost all trust on gionee, after purchased within a 10 working days yours company mobile not making viedos and later your product g3 stop working within a month . I moved to customer service but they told me there is motherboard problem in our set and tell me to wait for 15 to 20 days.i have spend my earnest money on gionee mobile I have not so much money for another mobile. These mobile is totally useless and all my money blocked, I am asking you if there is such a problem in first month how it runs further I am annoyed all my work stopped . I am frustrating now .Even your toll free no. [protected] didn’t help me out, they don’t even known how to speak with the customer, they told they are the boss of company and keep your mobile with you or throw in the garbage box. You tell what to do now. Its just one month am using gionee product and such a critical problem am facing because of your company worst product. I want my money back or want a new mobile .               I ordered a Gionee Pioneer P3 phone in mid March via ebay. Suddenly after a usage of 2 months, it got switched off. I went to the customer care. They took the phone and the accessories and provided me with a DOA(Defect on Arrival) certificate. I called ebay who told me to call the seller. Now, the seller is saying that he cant get me a replacement if I don't have the defective piece with me. Service center is saying that it is their company policy to issue a DOA certificate only after the submittal of the phone and the accessories. I am hung up between these two. Neither of them are replying me properly, and I dont have my money or the phone. Worst Service ever. Never go for Gionee !! And think twice before doing any online order, be it ebay or any other website. Especially when you are buying something of a new brand. Online retailers are not at all trustworthy. They dont think twice before delivering a faulty piece.

              We at eBay provide 30 days of purchase protection i.e. eBay Guarantee*. But as per eBay policies products with Manufacturer warranty are excluded from eBay Guarantee* coverage as you can visit nearest Authorized service center of the Brand and get the issue resolved. So we would request you to visit the nearest service centre and get the issue resolved.

              Since the product is not with you we would not be able to provide you the replacement or refund for the same. We would suggest you to get the product back from the service centre and then get in touch with the seller for the replacement or refund.

                DO NOT BUY GIONEE PHONES...I REPEAT DO NO BUY GIONEE PHONES...WORST BRAND SELLING ALL OVER INDIA...i had bought a Gionee M2 on[protected] and had problems from the first day o[censored]se. Having problems in getting push notifications of all apps, the headphones were rubbish and it got damaged even under 3 months o[censored]sage i.e, on[protected]. I went to the service center of gionee and they asked 20 days for it as according to them the mobile had to be sent to Delhi for service which was already too much yet i agreed for it and asked them to repair my phone anyhow. I had to face too many problems & work issues in these 20 days. After taking 23 days they had returned my phone on[protected]. This was not all over yet. On[protected] my mobile again stopped working. This time it was not even showing any display. The display started to blink, lock button stopped working. I immediately went to the service center and asked them about it. I called Delhi to enquire about what was happening and to ask what work did they do on my phone the past 23 days. After some aggressive behaviour was shown to them, they decided to replace my set. According to them there is a procedure for replacements which ofcourse is a very big procedure. On[protected] I was told that my set will be replaced but the new set will come from Delhi due to some procedure. I thought that they had put the new set on courier and i will receive it in a few days but i forgot its GIONEE. On[protected] i got a call from gionee asking what was the colour of my handset. I enquired them as to what were they thinking for the past 6 days as i thought they will courier me the set in some days. What i got in return was a damn good reply from the person in charge of my set "I forgot". I still forgave them and told to courier my set to me as soon as possible but i forgot its Gionee. On[protected] they had put the new mobile on courier telling me this courier service delivers goods in 2 days, it's 8 days today, i have not got my cell yet. It may take 3-4 days more and just because of this Gionee i am having all problems in my work from the past 1 month and 13 days and still more troubles to come. I personally feel even when i get the new set it will be full of defects. Request all DONT BUY GIONEE phones. I request you dont do the mistake i did. DONT BUY GIONEE PHONES AT ANY COST.

                  Hello All, Just wanted to let you know about how lethargic and careless Gionee Support is.I wrote them an email on June 10 to [protected]@gionee.com. I am yet to hear any response from them.Its close to 2 weeks and it is tough to imagine that they have not even planned to respond for this long.I have tried calling them, they transfer me around and then finally disconnect me of. I have even used the user feedback right from the phone. No response to that as wellI shouted at them on the Gionee Page. They responded stating they will let me know further. Guess what, Silence again!.It makes people like us, who try to give these phoney companies a chance, who suffer in the end.Gionee is a global brand. I guess that is what they are trying to fool everybody with. However, the support is no better than a local shop's.Call them, they would not know what you are talking about. They call you back at crazy hours, ring twice and disconnect, or if picked, do not talk at all and then send a mail stating we were not reachable.I fail to understand where Gionee is going with all this. One this is for sure, they have lost a customer who will ensure none of his friends, relatives and all the smart ones out there to buy a Gionee again. What good is specs without good software and proper support. Kitkat is already provided on Xolo and Micromax Phones. Probably you would want to release in a few years or months from now.Xolo, Micromax, Lava, we leave all these to purchase your phones to get treated like this?.The worst thing is their website has only 1 email: [protected]@gionee.com. Nothing else. And they do not respond at all. How convenient it is for them to not care about any complaints, show a great report to their higher ups and rake in the moolah while they keep losing revenue and customers.I have a Gionee ELife E6 and i am not being answered by anybody at Gionee.At this point, i am searching for someone to escalate this to.

                  I would agree with you . There support really sucks and it is very very bad and terrible . There Toll free number never works The whole mobile will cost you[protected] but the repair of it will cost same as the cost of the mobile
                  The authorised service center personnel tried to resolve my 'battery non charging' issue and made a new issue 'microphone not working'. Now my phone charges after he replaced some black cable inside the phone by ordering new one, but not ready to fix microphone issue free of cost. says the whole board has a issue and needs to be replaced. Dont understand how he fixed the batter not charging issue and made a whole new costly issue of board.

                  Does anybody have Gionee's top executives numbers/email id's??

                  All Gionee Management is useless.better if you register the case in consumer court.
                  I totally agree . There customer service is worst in the world that one could ever see . The toll free number never works they never pick up the phone . When you check their official site for service center in city . Most the contact even on their official site are not updated . They don't work and they are useless they say we are not any more repairing for Gionee . What a third class company this is don't they have any sort of standard of operation
                  They are bloody ... don't want to use such words

                    I have purchased gionee e life s 5.5 ( white colour) which has problem of over heating, it get heaten up in 1-2 minutes. As per the shopkeeper the first slot has this problem but now sets are ok as they have given new software to this phone. Worst phone i have ever gone through, kindly suggest.

                      I have Gionee E6 which i have bought it in Nov2013. My Display got broken so i have given my mobile to Simran Service Point, Pitampura, [protected], on 18 May 2014. They took 5000 Rs advance from me. Then Simran Service point delivered my mobile to Gionee Labs through Gionee courier service. Then after two weeks i.e. 1 June, i called to gionee executive Hemant, [protected], and asked him, where is my mobile. he told me that your mobile has been misplaced by courier person. I was shocked when he told me this after two week. Then he told me that they are in talk with courier service to refund cost of mobile but after sometime he told me that we have found your mobile and we will delivered your mobile soon.I knew that he was lying and misguiding me whole time. I gave him deadline that i want my mobile by monday, 2 June14 but they failed to do so. Then i got know that Hemant ( Gionee Exceutive) left the organization and Sarfraz took his place. I called Sarfaraz ([protected]) on monday and i told him that i will go to consumer court If i wont get my mobile back. Then he told me another news that they broke up their tie up with simran service point and promised me that you will get your mobile by Wednesday at Simran service point he again told me that your mobile has already been delivered to simran service point on Saturday only, 31May. I knew that he was also misguiding me and lying. I went to simran service point on tuesday and wednesday too but came to know that they are closed from the last four days. I took holidays from my office but i have not got any positive result the only thing i got pain pain pain. I was totally filled with pain and anger. I again called to sarfaraz and told him that service point is closed and told him that now i am going to make a complaint on Consumer court then suddenly he gave me another point of contact Vishwajeet, He is in Gionee Operation team.I told the whole story to Vishwajeet and he replied, he will call me and let me know the solution. Then he called me and said that your mobile is RV solution, L11, near mahipal pur and told me to collect your mobile there. I was shocked once they told me that your mobile is in simran service point, pitampura which was closed from the last 4 days and suddenly they are saying that your mobile is in RV solution, Mahipal pur. I again came to know that this person is also lying. I went to RV solution, some person gave me one mobile and said this is your mobile. I checked IMEI no of that mobile and shocked to see that number was not matching with my original mobile(Present in my original bill) i again reported that this mobile is not mine then he took my mobile and with the help of software he changed the IMEI no of that mobile to my mobile's IMEI no. I called him(Sarfaraz) again and said i am not accepting this mobile since it is not mine but he forced me to take that mobile and promised me that if anything happens then he will take care. i was pissed off completely and filled with anger. I asked them to either return my money or new mobile or my old mobile with 5000 rs but he did not listen and forced me to take that mobile.I took that mobile because i was helpless at that time. I am damm sure that this mobile is not mine.They have given me some spare mobile by changing its body.They have changed IMEI no with the help of software but i know that on battery also their is IMEI number which nobody can change. This mobile is non removable battery phone but with the help of tools we can open it.I am damm sure that IMEI no on battery will be diffrent than my original mobile.Please suggest what sould i do. I am helpless completely. I spent so much money, time :-(

                        i purchased Gionee Dream D1 6-7 months back but unfortunately my mobile fell from my hand and it got broken and when i went to the service centre they asked me to pay for the screen. The company states that the screen is protected with gorilla glass 2 which helps the screen from getting damaged. so please help!
