I have submitted this mobile on september 6th, 2018 for lcd repair problem. It's been 1.5 months but i never got an update.
Whenever i call the service center they avoid the conversation by saying parts are not available and it will be available next week.
It's highly inconveniencing for me, as they are not giving back the set and not repairing it.

I have never seen a customer service so bad.'

Kindly look into the matter and explain why this happened.

    I bought my gionee a1 with m imei: [protected], s imei: [protected], on 1st of january 2018, and since then i have been a victim of the most pathetic mobile phone manufacturing company. Following are the issues i have had with this mobile phone: 1) the charging cable stopped functioning after 15 days of purchase, which was followed by the charger which stopped functioning after a few months. 2) the phone has a perpetual heating issue, for which i went to the service center, who played me around for a couple of times by telling me its a common phenomenon and never even tried to fix it. 3) the headphones which came along with this phone were the worst and cheapest quality of headphones i have ever seen, which stopped functioning after a couple of days. 4) the audio jack has an issue since inception, however i got to kno about it when i asked the service center guy and he told me that there is an issue with the audio jack. (I was unaware as i thought it to be a part of bad product service i am getting). 5) i placed the request for a new audio jack, which has not been fulfilled till today and i have been told to wait untill no specific date in future.. Just wait. 6) regarding the charging issue, when i showed my phone to the service center guy, he first said it will be replaced and then said he has fixed the issue, which was certainly wrong, as he only embedded a new issue into it by making the charging pin unable to do its job. 7) today, i went to the service center again and the guy there said that the phones charging pins are damaged and thats why i will have to buy a new charging set for 450rs, when i asked him how this issue might have come, he told me its my fault, which is clearly not the case, as he damaged the part while fixing it d last tym. 8) finally after paying 450rs to the service center guy, the bill that he gave me doesn't look like gionee authentic bill and neither did i get a complaint msg on my mobile.. To conclude mr. Ceo, i dnt kno wht kindda show ur running on papers and in front o[censored]r shareholders, but i am sorry to say that your team has managed to deliver the worst of the services possible. No wonder the rumors or if its true i dnt kno about gionee wrapping up its business must be true. Fyi: my phone is still under warranty and i am being harassed by your after sales services and over all feel of buying a gionee.. I have been using mobile phones for over 2 decades, but i feel no hesitation in saying that gionee is the worst i have ever used.

      This is to inform you that i have submitted my mobile in your service station at gionee service center, siliguri due to lcd blank/block and handset not charging. I have deposited my phone on 11.09.2018 for repair. As per service team, my mobile will repair within 10 to 15 working days., i visited your service and as per your employee informed me that new part is not yet received; it will take some more time.

      After all, i called your customer care i surprise to listen her that new part is not available with us, i have to wait till last week of october or november 2018 and then 15 oct which is also approx time. I am continuously touch with gionee care but no proper reply given by them also no any higher team or authority people do interference in this pan india problem. I fail to understand why you people manufacturing and selling these kind of mobiles if you don’t have repairable backup.

      Let me tell you that my mobile is under warranty period and my imei number is [protected]. I want my mobile before 16.10.2018. Other wise i will approach print media and electronic media and aware the people about your services.
      Also, i will approach consumer forum.

        I buy gionee x1 mobile. Gionee phone is hanging. I visited many times gionee service center but they are not able to fix hang problem. Many times i call toll free gionee but they don't response. I will suggest you all don't buy that kind of company phone which sell phone costly but don't give service after sell.
        मैं gionee x1 मोबाइल खरीदते हैं। gionee फोन hang ho रहा है। मैंने कई बार gionee सेवा केंद्र का दौरा किया लेकिन वे hang समस्या को ठीक करने में सक्षम नहीं हैं। कई बार मैं टोल फ्री गियोनी को कॉल करता हूं लेकिन वे प्रतिक्रिया नहीं देते हैं। मैं आपको सुझाव दूंगा कि आप सभी उस तरह के कंपनी फोन नहीं खरीदते हैं जो फोन को महंगा बेचते हैं लेकिन बेचने के बाद सेवा नहीं देते हैं।

          It has been submitted for repair at pimpri chinchwad gionee service station and now it has been 6 days i didn't hear back a single call from service center. When i submitted the phone they said technician will check the phone and will call me. Technician isn't even checked the phone yet and said that they don't have equipment to check.

          Is this how gionee takes care of their customers? Very much frustrating experience and the way complaint gets handled.

            Sir,
            I was using gionee handset since 2014. At 1st i had gionee m3. Right now i am using gionee m5 plus. Since some months back i broke the volume key of my set. I repeat just volume key. Some days ago i went to siliguri service center west bengal to get it repaired. I was allotted a job no. Gc[protected] on that day but to my surprise they asked me to left my set there for 8 to 10 days. As this was just a minor problem and the handset which i was using has all the passwords of my bank accounts, credit cards information and some of the vital information saved on that set. As a result it will be impossible for me to left my set in that service center to unknown person.
            I also inquired with your customer care numbering [protected] and from there i got the same answer and told me that they can not do anything in this matter. Now the point is this sir, is it not possible to get the key of my set after paying in advance or anything like that. Will not it be unsafe to let out my set to some one who is not known to me. As these days so many breach of information from customer care or service center, call center and other center.
            I had left my m3 set during 2016 & it took more than 4 months. During that time i was not given any slip or receipt. Thats why i am afraid to left it again. I do not know whether i am right or wrong. Is there no other solution.
            Kindly enlighten me sir. As i am slowly losing my trust from geonee service in india compared with other service center like samsung, mi and others. Please advice me. Sir this is just my grievances kindly do not ta e me otherwise.

              I am using my gionee m7 power mobile frm past 5-6 months,, and i got a problem with headset,, so i went to gionee care and they are giving me fake promises of replacing headset since 1 month,, as they gave me time only of 5 days,, and every after 5 days if i go they are giving me more time,, if i ask them they are not responding properly,, so please i request you to do the needful..

                  Dear sir/mam,
                  I would like to inform you that i have bought gionee a1 black 4gb, 64gb from paytmmall on 8 aug 18 but i am unable to run my jio 4g sim in that by which i am unable to run it at all. I have complained so many times in this matter to the paytmmall care and they have tolled me so many time that they would pick up my mobile and will provide me another mobile but neither i get replaced mobile nor money back and now they are saying me that i will have to go to the nearest gionee care and get made invoice that mobile is faulty from the side of manufacturer than i can get my refund amount. I have bought this mobile under rs 12, 500 what is big amount and because of this item i have lost my money and i did not get any relief from consumer care end by which i can get another ok product or refund my amount.

                    My warrantied phone-gionee a1 has raised display complaint - (I4th julay to till date (30/08/2018) service center visit for this handset) approached to the service center burhanpur m. P. And they said display ordered it will be cleared within 7 days and i handed over the phone to the service center. It has been 1 month 14 days over now. Whenever i used to approach to the service center in ahad service center branch they say display has not come yet. Whose mistake it? Its mine to purchase gionne a1 to bear the risk? Completely fed up by calling them. More than 10 times i visited the branch, i discussed to gionee customer care say me your part available on 24th sep. So i have so problem and gionee company nor support & not provided better service, i want to action on company.

                        My warrantied phone-gionee a1 lite has raised display complaint - (Its my 4th or 5th service center visit for this handset) approached to the service center trivandrum and they said display ordered it will be cleared within 7 days and i handed over the phone to the service center. It has been 1 month over now. Whenever i used to approach to the service center in trivandrum pattom/plamoodu branch they say display has not come yet. Whose mistake it? Its mine to purchase gionne a1 lite to bear the risk? Completely fed up by calling them. More than 10 times i visited the branch, whenever i visit they say 2 days 3 days excuses. Whenever i call their landline none attends[protected] as well none attends mobile calls also. I dont know when it will be cleared. Do you think next time i prefer gionee? Wait forthis week also and leave the handset to the service center itself and will go for further legally and socially

                          Sir, due to some problem like over heating and issue in audio jack i have given my phone to service center on 19/07/18, since my phone was under warranty . its already been about 26 days and i didn't got my phone back. when i call they keep on saying part not available!. I WANT MY PHONE BACK WITH IN 7 DAYS. If part not available please refund back me money . This is the last time i am asking patiently if still no action taken i am going to take some further legal action which will not going to make your company image good.

                              Hello gionee my self praveen and i am from nalgonda 508001my main concern is my mobile a1 touch not working so i given to your service center on 13/07/2018, still now no any proper response from your service center they r saying parts not available, i am not surely says that when it should be delivered to you if need any information kindly contact toll free number and don't come to my services center
                              Because of that i am thinking to lodge consumer complaint on gionee or kindly do re-fund i need proper resolve or information about this with in 2 days.. Otherwise face the my further actions

                                Hi team,

                                I have bought gionee a1 last april 2017 and since then i am facing issues with this mobile.

                                Last month it had charging issue. My mobile is in service center from last 3 weeks for charging issue thing 10 days it was in service center and no update has been provided to me neither its been fixed. You all know how important is mobile in today's era.

                                And sunday when i call the toll free number to get an update they are saying its it will take more time as part is not available. (4th of sept.) one more month. If its nt possible to fix please refund my money or provide a new phone.

                                Please stop fooling customer gionee. Patience has also some limit and you guys have crossed that too.

                                  I submitted mobile for repairing on 29 june 2018 at gionee service center sector 18 noida . my mobile is in warranty. they given me time of 7 days . They are cheating me and giving me dates on dates but not repairing mobile. 37 days has passed .now i have lost my trust on gionee .now i am not sure that they will repair mobile or not.without mobile i am facing very problem.
                                  Desirable solution :my mobile should be repaired and delivered within two days.

                                    On 14.07.2018 at Dev Commonucation Malviya Nagar Gionee Service Centre, I had deposited my A1 Gold handset for complaint of touch panel not working sometimes under warranty period. Your service centers persons told me time of one week for resolving my complaint But my problem is not completed I called and talked with them so many times and they peoples told me again and again one week time to resolve my problem Today I also talked with them and they peoples told me again that after 15.08.2018 my problem is end, But I dont think they peoples deliver me my handset on time They peoples make me irritate Sir I request you to consider my request on urgent basis otherwise I have to approach some legal authorities Hope for your best support Thanks & Regards Sanjay Jena

                                      I have purchased gionee marathon m5 lite in 2016 the mobile was good till this month but accidentally the mobile was exposed to rain i have noticed and cleaned the battery port and cleaned the water i worked nice but on this 15th of july the mobile stopped working and the display is not working we went to the service center located in our town they said that the mother board is damaged they asked 5000/- for mother board changing and they also said that we don't give guarantee for the mother board once you step outside of the service center.                                         I bought a new gionee a1 lite phone on 28/06/2018 in namakkal poorvika mobiles. After two weeks my phone not receive 2g signal and sometimes signal tower disconnected and second sim slot not working. I given to the service center, they tells that 20days commitment for warranty claim and replacement. I never expected that. It create a bad opinion about gionee phone.
