Newly purchased under warranty mobile (Imei#[protected]) is getting switched off automatically and frequently even battery is charged. Even mobile was undergone some upgradation by authorized service station, even after that problem persists. Need to claim replacement under warranty. S. K. Mobile (Waghodia road, vadodara, gujarat) from where we purchased mobile is not giving desired support for resolution.

Sr I m very hopeless with the service of Gionee, I give my Gionee x1 on 29 June bt now it's 30 July I complain and mail fr this delay then they told me u will get yr phone in the first week of August also in mail delivery date is 10 Aug bt today I call in Gionee CC then they people say wait for 28of Aug my job no.-GC[protected] Please help me sr

    I have given my phone for service on 7th july 2018 and they have committed to fix the issue in 5 days but now its been 21 days it's not been fixed.

    I have called constantly to the service centre and they are delaying the time.
    You should address the complaints from consumer at top most priority this is the reason you are not getting good name in indian market.

    Now im feeling why i got that phone in 20k bucks simply wasted my money.

    Please have a look into this negligence. I want a quick update on this issue and if you don't have the part atleast inform the customer rather than unnecessarily keeping the phone

        2 days from now my phone was water damaged. I sent it to the service centre in my area. The problem was solved but they only checked whether the display is working or not. They did not check other problems like I am having right now. Wifi, hotspot, bluetooth are not working. What kind of service is that?They just checked whether the phone is on or not. And took 2000 rupees for changing the display IC

          I have bought Gionee a1 handset dated on[protected], mobile was with 2 year warrenty .with in a 20 days display goes complete black . Every time I visit gionee service center they say that mobile parts are in sortage. It is really hard for me to manage without phone . how can someone trust these two year warrenty service, if company is not even providing mobile parts.

          now I want my complete money back.I can trust gionee any more.

            My phone is just 1yr old & i m highly disappointed about gionee products.
            My phone is already visited 5 times at service station and every time they told me different problems and i agree & repair it as they say, but after few days the problem remains same, without charger my phone not work.
            Now as per your local service center executive say that it is charging connector problem & company not make this part so i m not arrange this part from company.
            So please suggest the solution of this problem

              Dear all, I purchased Gionee A1 before 1.2 year after 3 month the phone was getting heated automatically i went to service center they said to restart the handset and sent me back.. after 3 months (6 month of purchasing date) again i faced the heating problem i went back to service center they gave the same solution both the time they never even checked the phone properly..

              Again on 4th July I went to service center and showed my phone there were more issues this time heating problem, charging issue, and hands free not working.. they told me that parts have to be replaced.. but till 7 days they dint do any thing and when I called them they said me that parts are not available so it will take time.. and i[censored] want urgently then talk in toll free number.. I called toll free number on 11th July they answered me that within 24 hrs i will get a call back, but i dint got any call, i again called on 13th but i receved the same answer. but no call then called back again on 14th same answer but no call received.. and now trying to call they are not receiving my call.. its a very bad service from gionee.. please I request a proper solution..

              I think this company is making fool by collecting money from customers .. i want solution to my issue... @gionee ot I will go for legal action..

                My mobile handset name is gionee a1 its volte1 phone. Last 2 month i face message receive problem. I would not receive any type of message especially otp..
                I operate dual sim phone 1 is jio prepaid and 2 is airtel connection sim card.
                I already contact with both (Jio & airtel) companies about their network problem but there is no problem with them, because i cross check it in another handset..
                This is jionee a1 handset sms setting problem..
                Kindly brief me about sms settting of my mobile handset asap...

                Its urgent..!!

                  I am a user of p7 max gionee. It was purchase in the month of august 2017. My mic stopped working and when i brought it to the service center they suggested that the mic has to be replaced.in addition i told them regarding the terrible battery backup. So both parts were ordered. They said i would receive parts in 9 business days. The time period had passed. And now they have no idea when the parts will be available.

                    I am using A1, it has awfully low volume. Both on the speaker and while on a call. It's so low that I can't hear anything. While playing any kinds of audio in any format, the volume of the audio remains very low that its negligible. Also, the headphone jack is not working, it doesn't read earphones with 3.5 mm pin, so even if I try to take a call on a earphone, it doesn't let me. There is no possible way to talk on the phone, it's very annoying. The phone is defeating the main purpose of being a phone.

                      I m syed firdaus. Suffering with d problem of mobile display & pdf problems. The mobile display is vibrating all d time when im using d phone.. I gone to baruipur south 24pgs kolkata westbengal survice centre but the customer service staff saying ive to keep d mobile to them for 5to 6day's to change d display. Bcoz no part's is available for all d time. This is d worst service by gionee.... Plss let me know how d problem will be solved. Staff is behaving badly with d customer....

                        My name is Kiran Maruti Kadam, My mobile handset model no is A1which is under Warranty period, its capacitive buttons are not operating then I submit Gionee custmer care at Solapur-413001for repair on 29/05/2018, Gionee custmer care called me on 06/06/2018 (1:49 PM) after 09 days he told me your mobile is water log. He did not inform me at that time or next day. The mobile might have been used by him. Therefore he is responsible for damage.

But there is no response from the service center as they are very poor service providers and are unable to arrange a part of my mobile since 23.05.2018.                             I had given my handset (Gionee a1) for repairing at malad west service center and i was told to collect handset after 7 working days but it has been a month i had still not received my handset. Every time they say to come after 2 days as we have not received the part of your mobile. I am very much irritated because of this behaviour of your service center. Now i am going to sue you in the consumer court. Its too much now i can't wait any further without my phone. Also i have not been provided any standby phone. If i dont get my phone within 24 hours i am going to file a case against your company. Be ready to face consiquences for your deeds. Job number for my complaint is gc[protected].                               The subject job seat is pending since last 5th of may and advised me to collect on 31st may, but know the services center asking me to wait another 15 days, please advise what kind of services gionee is providing to customer. Its near to 1 month now i am handling my job without the smart phone which forced me to loose much of the important matter and face losses.

                              Please advise weather its my mistake for going with gionee and face the loss.

                                I bought my gionee x1s this year february 14t, stil very much active in warranty, no external dem age yet i've not been able to get any satisfaction from using it because the phone goes off easily and i can't even touch the screen to perform a task. I took it to uyo service center, up til now, i have not stil gotten my phone in good condition. Is this the quality service and product you produce?

                                  I am user of p7. On 24th april 2018 i have ordered p7 battery in nearest customer care but still i did not got the battery. Whenevr i reach the customer care they are giving customer care number and talk to them. And when i call to customer care they are saying wait for somedays you will soon get battery. From one i am facing too much problems. I have never seen the company and its service. Even i asked them if they cant provide me battery tell me frankly i will throw this mobile in garbage and buy new other brand mobile. Worst service of gionee.

                                      Hi,
                                      I had purchased gionee a1 lite from flipkart for my sister on 23rd march 2018, but did not opened the box till 16th may 2018 due to exams of my sister.
                                      On opening the box and using the handset for almost half an hour (Have not yet inserted sim card), phone started to switch off and switch on its own. I had tried factory reset, software update, but yet the problem persisted. On submitting the handset to the service centre, they said its a motherboard issue and new mother would have to be installed. I insisted on replacement for the peice rather than repair, as the handset was defective out of the box and i have yet not activated the phone, and according to gionee company policy if there is company defect within 30 days of activation of the model (And my handset is still not activated), i am in my rights to demand for replacement rather than repairs.
                                      But the service guy insisted if i had purchased from normal shop, then replacement would have been the priority, but as i had purchased from flipkart, i am not eligible for replacement. I did not found a sound logic behind this, the handset is made and sold by gionee, then why the manufacturing defect policy changes if i purchase from flipkart?

                                      Please look onto the matter and issue a replacement.

                                      It has been 15 days (had submitted the phone on 17th May) and Gionee service center person is saying it would take 1 more week. Do care to explain why it takes above 22 days for your repairmen to repair a phone?

                                      And what is their company policy on such inconvienient faced by a customer due to lack of efficiency in work.

                                        When i went to service center for change the charging pin of my phone the part not available and rep said to me that your fone should be deposit to service center for one week for some small part why every one all work depend on mobile so how can anyone leave the mobile on service center for small part so while some small part should be also available on every service center for comfirt of customer
