This complaint is in regards to the battery of the phone i am using. It has been almost 15 days i am trying to search for a new battery as this has been damaged.

It gets discharged automatically from 50 to 0 percent. I tried to contact your service station as well as your dealers but it is unavailable everywhere.

As your loyal customer kindly help me with the new battery.

    I had purchased your mobile model a1 from one of your dealer m/s shashi mobile & accessories world, renukootvide their sale invoice no. 104 dated 12/04/2017, copy of the same is being attached for your ready reference.

    The same is failed in the middle of march and i deposited the same for its rectification to the dealer and few days back the same is returned to me with remarks, its scanned copy is also attached for your ready reference.

      I have purchased gionee a1 mobile from an authorized dealer on september last year and from the very beginning ie. After purchase of two weeks i had to get it replaced then again had problem of jack got repaired it too but facing the same problem again. So i want to sue again gionee company and want a compensation of 50, 000 including the amount of phone as well mental harassment and other expenses.

      I have purrchase one gionee s6s on 2016.
      From November 2017 it was dead.
      When I visited service centre they told it cost around 7000.to replaced it.
      My question is that in 1 year how can mother board dead.
      What is the quality? Please resolve.

        M7 power gionee mobile display not working within four months o[censored]sage original consumer
        As per product warranty card 5 th rule i register complaint no gc[protected] on 9th april 2018 no response to complaint after 20 days also, being a business man its really hard to handle without mobile

        It raise questions against your consumer service as well as reputation of your company. Its request that please make your procedure quickly fix a new part to handset or replace a it to new handset within two days i can't wait anymore.

          I have an issue with your service center. I'm purchased a gionee a1 handset from amazon on 25/11/2017, due to battery charges complaint today i'm visited your service center as per your customer service representative request and while visiting today your service center person told me it's an battery issue. So your mobile will submit for 7 days. My question is for a battery changing why i'm submitting my mobile phone for 7 day's. Today ur service person is confirmed its a battery issue, so you can take my imei number and order the same battery once the same has been received your service center you can contact me. Then the team has been refused. Again they find out another issue. They check my imei number on your system and inform me your handset has been already registered on 11/06/2017 so they can't provide the warranty. It's only 6 month. So i show the bill them its clearly mentioned purchase date from amazon on 25/11/2017. Then service person is told me they can replace the battery only im submit the mobile from today to 7 days in your cochin service center. I don't have any alternative mobile, so my office&official email ids are configured on this device so i can not submit for 7 day's. For battery replacement why customers submit mobile for 7 days in gionee service center, i have already send the all details to gionee customer care but get any proper solution also indian toll free customer care number is not connecting

          In the update screen itself.

          Felt pity on gionee devops and engineers.

            I want to say that I am really upset with your serivce. I have purchased gionee M7 power in the month of dec/17 but by just simple drop my screen got
            damaged, I have paid advance for the mobile screen for last I week but till now
            I have not got that from your service center.
            I am facing problem as my all data is there in the mobile I just want to say that

              Hello Sir, I bought gionee phone on 12/12/2015 . about 6 months later my phon's charging pin was damaged . thn i went to "Chaabra telicom gionee care alwar on 17/6/2016 . they said to me to come after 7 days . but when i go back there they again said to come aftr 7 days .. bt when i go back again .. they said, "we sent your phone to jaipur for servicing... u will hv to come aftr 10 days and call us before come to care" .. aftr 10 days i contect them thn they said " your phone is repaired ..come...and collect . bt when i got my phone thn i saw it was damaged. so refused to take it ..then they said again come aftr 2 days . .. bt aftr 2 days they said "we are working on it .. as soos as ur phon will ok ..we will contect you"

              bt that was the High time to start reacting... I filed a court case against the Chaabra telicom gionee care Alwar. bt my case was still running. bcz of gionee also hired a advocate against me. i spend lot of money in this case.

                I bought this phone 8 months before from calicut.. The phone is highly heating while charging.. The cable is getting damaged.. From the service centre they told me that not to use cables other than gionee. I has not used any other cables in this phone.. Changed the cables lot of time.. Still getting too hot.. I feel afraid to use this phone..
                Please replace this phone or give a good service..

                  Dear sir,
                  I have purchased a Gionee Hand-set Model no :F 103 pro, IMEI no. [protected] on dated 6/2/2017 from Jaipur rajasthan, Copy of bill attached with this mail.

                  The same hand-set has been working find till 1/2/2018, on 1/2/2018 the hand-set stops working that time i was traveling from one place to another.So when i reached to Jaipur on 5/2/2018, i rushed to service center for repairing the same because handset warranty got expired on 6/2/2018.

                  On 5/2/2018 handset has been taken by service center for repair under warranty period in dead condition, document attached for the same. When i get back to service center after three days, the service center executive said that handset is out of warranty, we cannot repair it for free and returned the handset.They have wasted the three days and said that your handset is out of warranty.

                  My point is that, When i deposited the handset at service center in warranty period than handset must be repaired in in warranty only. The warranty has been expired at service center only.

                  Now, Please help me out for repairing my handset.

                    My son (Mr arup majumder) purchased one gionee p7 max hand set (9th - 10 month back), but there is a problem arises, hand set become very heat, (Up to 55 to 56 degree) within 15 to 20 minutes using and often shut down. If i view any you-tube video or download any apps or cinema or playing games, it's getting very hot in a short time. Therefore i visited to your g care service center (Barrackpore) twice/thrice but no result comes out, they suggest me to purchase one new battery and that i have purchased but nothing's happened, it needs charging twice a day, now i am fade-up with your service center (Barrackpore) their versions make me puzzled. Whatever i am writing this letter because i am not satisfied with this set and service, i think i just lost my rupees by purchasing this set. Your service center always tries to push out all faults in my court, they accused me that i am using 3rd party apps or playing games or watching videos etc. Therefore the set is getting hot & it is not in their capability to resolve. Kindly let me know what i have to do. Your commitment of warranty and safeguarding is far away

                      Dear sir,
                      I have bought one smart phone, brand - gionee p5 (L), code no. 8517190 @rs.6800/- on 26th oct, 2017 from s h mumtazuddin times pvt ltd vide cash memo sl no. C8941.

                      On 2nd week of dec, 2017 the ph suddenly become dead and went to gionee service centre at prince anwar shah and come to know the phone damaged for liquid damage. I submitted it and got it repaired with rs.4800/- after repaired of pcb & main pcba.

                      On jan last week suddenly noticed the phone vibrating with a sound and felt burning sensation. Immediately detached the battery and went to the gionee service centre again. They informed again the phone got liquid damage and estimated repair cost will be rs.6294.24.

                      My question the phone automatically heated and generated vapour which naturally generate water which is the reason for liquid damage.

                      I had written two messaged to gcare, but they repeatedly replied that liquid damage is out of warranty for which they are not responsible.

                      My question if the battery gets abnormal heat it is quite natural inside the phone will generate vapour and it is water which damage the phone.

                      Gionee just stopped communicating, surprising. Ph got heated on its own and generate vapour which convert water and later phone damaged.

                      REPEATEDLY INFORMING THE PHONE SUDDENLY GOT HEATED AND CLOSED AND AFTER INFORMING THE SERVICING CENTER THEY SAID SOMEHOW WATER ENTERED AND DAMAGED LIQUID DAMAGED.

                      WHY THE PHONE BECOME HEADED SUDDENLY WHICH GENERATE VAPOUR AND LATER CONVERT WATER WHICH DAMAGE THE PHONE. HOW COME THEY SAID FROM MY PART WATER ENTERED INTO THE PHONE ???

                        Hi sir/madam,
                        I bought gionee s6 in 2015. Price:20, 000. At the time mobile has android version 5, after that mobile updated android version 6.in market as today android version 8 running. As gionee user company need to provide latest software update to his users. Instead of launch update they provide low budget phone with latest software. Are anyone solve this?

A1lite है, ख़रीदा था | जिसको ख़रीदे मुझे 5 महीने हुए है | मोबाइल में बार बार हंग होने की प्रॉब्लम आ रही थी जिसे मेने काफी बार जेक सर्विस सेण्टर पे अपडेट करा लिया | पर प्रॉब्लम का समाधान नही हुआ | और 6 महीने तक मोबाइल के चार्जर की गर्रंटी होती है जबकी आपके सर्विस सेण्टर वालो ने 120 रुपए लेके नही डाटा केबल दी | आज में मेरे मोबाइल को दुबारा सर्विस सेण्टर लेके गया तो उन्होंने दुबारा अपडेट करने की बोला | क्या में यही काम करता रहू | आपके सर्विस सेण्टर वाले बोलते है जॉब शीट नही बनती है न ही मिलेगी | आपके zbm साहब बोलते है इससे ही होने कंपनी बनती ही ऐसे प्रोडक्ट्स है क्या करे हमे बेचना पड़ता है | अब ये तो उपभोक्ता है | जो खरीद न चाहे खरीद सकता है |

                            Myself abhishek netani from mumbai..i have gionee A1..my imei no is [protected]..today i went to their service centre at The Mall, Malad West, Mumbai..as my fingerprint and back senser were not working..their engineer opened the handset in front of me and then he went inside and suddennly after 20 minutes another engineer came out and said this handset wont be repaired in warranty as there is a crack near fingerprint..as soon as i heard it i was in shock and pain..because my handset did not had any crack nor any physical damage..even when their engineer opened handset there was no crack..this is cheating..handset was damaged while repairing but then they blamed me for it..then they were like they will show me the cctv footage..but they dint show any..insted told me they cant repair handset...they forwarded their customer care the image which they captured after damaging my handset so that they can put blame on me..

                              I’m very much disappointed with chennai service center for “no spare available for my gionee m4”

                              I went to service center, the service person simply said to us it’s an old mobile brother you can replace your display and spares in richie street (Local shops). I’m never expert this answer from gionee service center.

                                I have bought gionee a1 smart phone around 1 month back.. Had not used usb for connection to pc but one day i tried to use usb pc connection but no response on pc i am using lenovo laptop windows 8.
                                I was supposed to have automatic connection with my pc but didnt haappen i tried to install many usb drivers from site but useless.
                                What shoud i do next

                                  I have purchased gionee f103 pro phone. Some time it displaying correctly.in some time it is strucking. One line comes in display and phone is hanging. I shows phone in service centre. But they are saying water logging without checking the phone and said it will charge rs. 3800/-. My phone is in warranty period. Even, in service centre, they are not giving respect to the customer also. What can i do sir. Where i can show my phone?. How much cost to charger socket and display. Kindly provide the charges if your company. Thank you. Give me good suggestion. I am waiting for our reply sir.

                                    I purchased my gionee p7 max on 18th august '17. It's just been 4 months n high drainage of battery, within an hour i loose 25% and if this continues then it just means that my phone will working hardly for 4-5 hours. I approached even to that service center and they had my phone for 3 day's kept on observation and returned it back saying that they' didn't observe any problem and replaced my data cable saying charger had a problem, but the problem is continuing even now. I have to charge my phone at least 3 times a day. I can't even enjoy it's facilities when i am out or at a party. Customer service is really very bad. I regret buying gionee, really.

                                      I have this problem with my gionee x1 which was bought 2 days back, all default and google related apps (Play store, chrome, youtube etc.) doesn't load anything with mobile data, although it works fine with wifi. I tried full system restore and factory reset and software update and clearing cache/data storage still the same, other apps like watsapp works fine with mobile data, i'm starting to get really frustrated because of this, any suggestions?

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I have submitted my gionee f103 pro gold on 26 dec, 2017 for change of damaged display and battery issue at mumbai gionee service center and service center manager told your mobile with get ready in 2 days.

                                        However, i am following up with mumbai gioneee service center from last 6 days and issue is not resolved yet and other hand gionee customer care is saying your complaint is closed on 1 jan, 2018 and you can collect your mobile.

                                        Every time i call to service center manager, he used to say 2 day lagega sir, display request kia hua hai aaya nhi hai and other hand customer care saying your handset is ready you can collect from service center.
