Your attention is invited towards gionee s6 pro (Imei no. [protected]) mobile no. [protected] purchase from manoj telcome, l-1, mahipalpur extn, new delhi 110037 on 26/10/2017 with invoice no. 4661, and insured by appsdaily with plan mpp 30k on 26/10/2017 with cash rs.2499/-.

However, unfortunately my phone was accidently damaged, i have lodge a provisional claim intimation against no. And_151017_[protected] on 15/10/2017. It is 2and half months passed, no. Of time i approach your representative telephonically get the answer from there that they left the job. But till now i cannot understand your intention behind this. I want to clear you that my phone was insured by your company for protection the damages. The style of working of insurance is to find out the solution not to create any conflicts and nuisance.

I again request you to please solve the matter at the earliest to keeping in view the reputation of your company and customer’s benefits.

    My self ms. Nikita kharde from vadodara gujarat
    My handset was given for repair due to problem of charging slot on dt. 21.11.17 at your service station in fategunj vadodara gujarat. From your company service station it was told that it will take 10 days for repairing but still my handset is not repaired as a month is going to complete still your staff is saying that we are not sure when it will be get repaired.

    Very bad response from your company if i will not get my handset in next week i will further complain in consumer forum.
    Gionee Communication Equipment customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    It takes 7-8 hours to get fully charged. please do resolve this issue.

      The service centre declines to repair the phone even it is in warranty period and charged money for repair but just about 10 days later the same problem strikes back. After going to service centre they declined to repair it.

        Sir last week we complained in consumer forum ref no. 524906. Because my phone not working properly. We submitted this 3 times but they returned the same. Now fourth time they said they will charged repair amount. I purchased these phone[protected] in 15000 rs imei [protected] with two year warranty. Now i m too much upset. Because i was working in logistic company and i lost my job due to non contacting with my office team.

        So please look into this.

        When we had complained for changing battery for instead of changing battery they had changed our mother board of phone now when we plug in charger in phone for 12 hrs it just charged for 50-60%
        Now we want our phone to be replaced
        My mobile have in under warranty. My mobile was working with brocken touch. But my not properly working & not start properly.
        My phone fell on the floor and won't turn on again but if I use another battery of a P5 Mini it will turn on, What should I do?

          My gionee s5. 5 model was not date ting the sim so took to davangere service centre.
          There is a problem in sim slot. This was confirmed from authorised service centre at davangere.
          They refused to take the mobile for servicing the same informing that, gionee company has informed them not take gionee s5. 5 model for servicing.
          Kindly confirm for servicing.

            I have submitted my handset gionee a1 on 6th nov 2017 in smart care gionee center sec-18 for charging issue of the phone but still i have not received my phone.

            They have asked me for part need to be replaced and is under shipment and provided maximum time for the resolution is 10 days but today it is 21 days past and still no response.

              I sandeep roy resident of asansol (Jamuria) west bengal my gionee f103 (3gb) phone has some charger issue problem due to software update, i went to gionee service center on 25/11/2017 at around 1:00 pm they received my phone after 2:30 hours i waited then they said your phone need sometime you can take your phone on monday but not sure it will tuesday also i asked but why they said a little repair is needed it might be we should have to change the charger socket also they are still not sure because they dose'nt opened my phone. Look at this service they waited me 2:30 hours no value of time they dose'nt checked my phone i asked reason they said we have lots o[censored]rgent phone to repair. I am compelled i can't say anything to them bcoz they might say me to change the socket and it will cost more so i didnot say anything. They also charged me rs. 150 and doesn't repair my phone. Just for receiving my phone they charged me rs. 150. There is no value of time and no value of money for the gionee service center asansol. My charger problem started as i update my software so it is totally company fault not my fault then why should i pay for it. Why the gionee service center charged me rs 150 and not repaired my phone this is the worst service of gionee company. Please look into this problem and solve it as soon as possible.

                I purchase gionee p7 (Imei-[protected], battery-s/n-b[protected]b001gi), rs-9850/-, from pinaki communication (57, manujendra dutta rd, kol-28) on date 07.02.17. Within 6 month i observe defusing the charge very soon. When i realise the fact already passed 6 month, battery formed both side like "pellow". Though it was just covered the warranty period but it was damaged within 6 month. It was unexpected from this brand. Then i send the mobile set to authorised service centre at "icare" add-11/1/a, kali charan ghosh road, near sinthi more, kolkata-50, west bengal. It's ridiculous, painful and indescribable that one month passed still i get not return back my hand set. Day by day they are missing the delivery date. Service centre says battery is not available in market. Company should realise the fact what a hell due to deficient of my mobile set?? Did i commit sin to purchase this?? If the crisis of battery or any unavailability of accessories of this mobile is a great difficulties in your business policy, then it should be alerted to customer previously, so, the buyer may gets the opportunity to choose his own brand.                   Description -

                  My phone gionee f103 pro which is not in warranty now was not getting charged but all the functions were working properly, the reason i visited the gionee service centre was because of the charging problem i took the phone to the service centre and handover it to the receptionist and they gave me a kind of form to fill and i filled that form and they wrote on it that the phone is off after doing my signature without my permission. My battery was dead and therefore it was not able to switch on and even they didn't ask me the reason that why the phone is off and gave it inside the repairing room and after 25 - 30 minutes they called me and said that it's motherboard is damaged and the phone is unable to switch on and demanded 5500 rs to repair the phone, but my phone was totally all right the only problem was that it was not getting charged and the staff damaged it knowingly and did a practise of fraud with me. I know that my phone was alright because i checked my phone with another new gionee battery on the same day and it was working but not getting charged and after visiting the service centre the phone was not working even with the new battery because the staff itself damaged it knowingly.

                  Sir, the staff is taking the company's reputation down, every customer visiting the service centre is cursing the company for the cheating of staff and this is not good. You really need to take a strict action about the technicians and the staff because if the company is not providing good services then it is loosing the customer's trust which i think none of the company wants to do. So, if you are worried and sincere about your company then you must be sincere about the service that your staff is providing at the above mentioned gionee service centre's address.

                    I dont no but it showed first some grapics defect like display craking then i will replace defect .But still it showed these defects then i will update .Now it run good.But the following notification show.System service notification.

                      Hi team,

                      I have bought gionee m5 plus last november 2016 and since then i am facing issues with this mobile.

                      Last month it had display issue and now charging issue. My mobile is in service center from last 3 weeks for charging issue and before for display thing 10 days it was in service center and no update has been provided to me neither its been fixed. You all know how important is mobile in today's era.

                      And today when i call the toll free number to get an update they are saying its it will take more time as part is not available. If its nt possible to fix please refund my money or provide a new phone.

                      Please stop fooling customer gionee. Patience has also some limit and you guys have crossed that too.

                      Please revert back or call me if you want.

                        I have faced the worst experience purchasing a gionee phone.
                        They took 10 days to replace a data cable. It took 40 kms to submit & receive a canle which cost only 70 rs. I was thinking about petrol cost. When i gone there to take delivery, they grant me for nothing.
                        Now in hindi
                        Aaj jb main data cable ki delivery lene gaya to maine bola k mobile bhi check kar lo bahot heat hota hai aur properly charge bhi nahi ho raha hai. Cable ko upar neeche strech krna padta hai, to proper charge hota hai.
                        Service centre walo ne kaha mobile check karna hai... Unhone check kia aur bola circuit kharab ho gaya. Mobile subile submit kar do, 7~10 din baad le jana.
                        What the #. Mere paas standy ph nahi hai,, ab kya main nya phone khareedoon bcoz mera 20000 ka ph proper charge nahi kar raha hai.???
                        Where is the service might???
                        Please don't go with that brand.
                        Chutiya bana rahe hain ye log.

                          Sir my mobile is getting heated. Three time i have gone to gionee care center located at jodhpur with complain no gc17a00126571. But problem could not be resolved. And they are claiming it is normal temperature. I am very much depressed from this mobile. I could not even talk after watching 15 min video. I have talked to customer care but they r telling that this is ur personnel opinion. If this is common problem of gionee 103 pro then they should stop selling this mobile.

                            I purches gionee 6s 6 month before, till that time no mails sending form my hand set, for that i formate my mobile 2 time at the advice of custmer care executive, but not works, mic is also not working properly for this also i make complain there, but not worth.                               Sir,
                              I had gone to gionee care at suratgarh rajasthan for repair of mic of my gionee s+ mobile twice, first time in the month of july 2017 and second time on 25 October 2017. But my complaint was not resolved on both the occasions. So i explained the matter to Mr Nikhil of Gionee Care and i told him that they are doing fraud by charging money for the same complaint time and again. Then he replied me that he is sitting there for charging fraudulently and we are for being charged fraudulently.
                              I had complained the matter to gionee customer care toll free no. The complaint no is GEN[protected]. So i want you to take the necessary disciplinary action against Mr Nikhil and please resolve my complaint. Also my mobile should be repaired without any repair charges. Thank you.

                                I have purchage ionee x1 from moble exper communication from indirapuram ghaziabad u. P on 02/09/2017, after 1 week my phone has been off and i was unable to on the phone, i complaint and submit the phone. Same problem has been resolve, after 2 days i fount my phone automatically restart.
                                I again submit the phone and yesterday nite (30/10/2017) i receive the phone from the communication but problem still not resolve, and my device is heating so much... Now i call the communication centre now i'm very irate and i want to return the phone otherwise i will go in the cousumer court, because i was not ready to purchage the gionee phone, they give me force fully.

                                So I have this problem with my Gionee X1, all default and google related apps (play store, chrome, youtube etc.) doesn't load anything with mobile data, although it works fine with wifi. I tried full system restore and factory reset and Software update still the same, other apps like watsapp works fine with mobile data, I'm starting to get really frustrated because of this, any suggestions?

                                  See you are cheep... Actually what happened my phone was not working so i went to gionee care i handed over... But he was very rude. Almost after 10 mins he took my phone and didn't reply any of my query. After 20 min a asked for phone but he answered vvery rudly. When mobile was repaired i asked to take it but he refused and said "you have to wait one hour"'. What the hell... My phone is already repaired but he not giving it to me.
                                  Is that your service.
                                  Shame on you gionee by keeping such kind of person.
                                  I am asking you to cancel his licence and keep another one.

                                    With the phone out of which, originally but p2s was not that the battery

                                      I bought a p5w mobile phone 5 months ago. At present charging problem. Now they are telling me that there are some liquid damage in charging cable. Then i have bought a new goinee charger. Now they says that board problem. Which is out of warrenty.

                                      Gionee harass customers.
                                      Very bad experience.

                                      I shall not refer any one to buy this companies mobile.

                                        Sri ram engineers, the service centre of gionee behind sri ram tower lucknow is highly suspicious and is not following the norms of the company even. On sept 27, 2017 i got repaired my gionee s6. Its touch was to repaired. I was told that there will be a guarantee of 1 month from repair date, if same problem will occur, it will be repaired free of cost. On oct 23, 2017 i went there with same problem. They said, they need to check with machine. After 45 minutes when they handedover my mobile, they said its lcd is broken. Since i was dead sure that while handing over the mobile ldc was perfectly ok, i requested them to show the camera recording of their repair area. I suppose it must be a standard norm to open & repair the cell phone in front of camera for the sake of transparency & audit purposes. They were unable to show the camera recording also. I'm very much sure that they themselves have broken the lcd to avoid a free repair as the same problem occurred with in a month. My earlier experience with this service centre was also very bad. The staff is ill-mannered and knowledge level is pathetic. I'm going to raise this issue in other forums also. Please advice

                                        Sir, my vodafone number [protected] is not working in not in sim 1 nor sim 2 so please confirm why not is working. Same sim working other hand set. Only internet are working but calling not done
