Hi,
I buy a smartphone of your company gionee model name - gionee elife e8 on 8 feburay 2017,
Now on 18th august my phone is not support to charging, so i submit to phone to gionee survice center... My job no. Is ' gc[protected] "
They say to me that your smartphone repair within 2-3 day... But after 3 day he say to me that waitng 2 day more.. After i call him after 2 days... He say to me that your part is not coming from company site so wating than i call your company head office they say to me that your phone is end of life phone so your phone part is nor found than company staff say... Pls wait
Now today is 15th day to submit the phone in your servise center and today i call head office of gionee she say that ur smartphone is pending for sollution... This is very bed thing that your company do like this unresponsible things...
I also complaint in consumer court and my docket no. Is - 403195...
So i request u than please give my smartphone erliest...

        Hi gionee team,

        Iam writing this email with very big dissatisfied heart with gionee store in banashankari bangalore called "galaxy mobile store

        Incident:
        Yesterday my father had took gionee p5 mini from galaxy mobiles banashankari, bangalore.
        My father doesn't know about the phone stuff as i was not in town his old phone got damaged and that's the reason he went to purchase a new one alone with my mom.
        When he bought it to home he, me and every one got surprised to hear that the volume is too low compared to even a low end smart phone. He literally can't able to hear the ringing volume too of any ring tone.
        Once we yesterday itself went to the store for enquire about the issue with newly bought phone, the employee (Attached image) adamantly behaved and answered to me"we can't do anything now, and the phone volume will be depending on the price of phone :-)." not only that he yelled on my father with in disrespectful way.

        This is pethethic experience we had and i have even took the video of the little conversation i had with that adament, misbehaved employee who given gionee p5mini toy father.

        I urge to take action against this issue asap at the earliest because this will tarnish the name of gionee in the customer satisfaction ultimately.

        I'm not happy to ur service.. 17aug I submitted the mobile and after I ask the people when I came and take my phone. He said Sir come on 21 Aug. I call him 21aug he said come on Friday now he said come on Tuesday... Seriously I'm very disappointed...

          As i mentioned i ask for check my battery and they told me yes battery is dead and i have to pay 300 for service which just to check if battery is dead or good plus 330 for new battery i feel this is too much i never see this kind of charges from any other service just to check battery i had to pay 300 come on you guys close down assoon as possible cause if anyone complain u have to run away from market

          They charged me 300 and 330, for new battery ### up company
          Am having so much problem regarding battery performance.i charged my phone 100% as I went for my classes and when I took out my phone.and checked it has decreases 50%so please checked this things.
          I am subrojit 6 month ago iam buy a gionee p5 Mobile 2 time I can change my mobile this is 3 time my mobile is hang battery is swelling not work more then a hour quick discharge please I am tired returned my money I don't want this mobile as ur company policy ur mobile back up 6-7 our .Very bad experience I get from gionee
          I have purchased on Gionee handset which is under warranty period . the system is having problem of restart for which three times i have given it to service center but the problem is as it is.

          Its really frustrating that the services provided by Company like Gionee .
          Kindly look into matter.

            I have Gionee m4 mobile when Insert sim it switch off automatically. When it is charging it does not switch off on inserting sim card. But when i remove charger it switch off. It does not automatically switch off without sim.Plz help me

                My hand set gionee s6 which i purchased 30 oct 16 from ferozepur punjab. But was broken his display in jul. I send it to service centre they give it to me with new display and charge 4200 inr. But when i charge my phone he is not working then i gave it back, they said to me its charger is not working then he gave new charger to me and charge 250. But when i charge my phone it was not still working even only one tym his display on after few minutes it has been again blank. After that they said its issue in battery plz change and they again charge 1100 for new battery. So i just have to very dis appointed with ur service they again and again and again charge more money and not even told about exact harges even every time they have new issue and now i am very unhappy with ur service and i'll never purchase ur item even i'll tell abot ur worst service to every one and never advise to buy a cell phone from ur company. Very very unhappy. It never happened to me before.

                I have f103 pro which is still in warranty but since few days it is very slow or sometime it does even charge. Other issue that I am facing is if I have charged it fully than with in 10min it showed 59 % of charge left and then within next few minutes it was completely drained.

                  This is to inform you that smartec, shop no. 3 benlix bldg. Opp. Icici bank, m. L. Furtado road, margao - goa,[protected] had called specifficaly to purchase lenova phone. However at 7 pm on 22.06.2017 they are telling me that lenova is not in stock and made me to purchase gione p7 (Gold) saying brand is good, charging is fast and features are good. Unfortunately, after buying i noticed that charging is very slow and gets over fast, battery becomes hot and also phone goes off while using. When i showed the dealer he told me needs to run updates. However, even after that problem continued. After one month they are telling me to take to service centre which is normally close for lunch upto 4pm.

                  On 10th august 2017 the phone was given for servicing at mobile garage - margao, [protected], [protected] and the complaint no is oc[protected]. I have been told that the main machine need to be replaced. Which mean i am going to get another defective machine for my mobile with manufacturing defect. After replacing the main machine there is no guarantee of the product.

                  Mobile which was sold to me with manufacturing defect and was brought to the notice of the dealer need to be either replaced however company says that because there was one month delay they hand set cannot be replaced.

                  Therefore be aware dealers intantionally delays to avoid any replacement within one month. Dealers do not tell the problems and ask to go to service centre only after one month to forfit replacement.

                  Service center sent the hand set to delhi to replace the main board, however their record shows that hand set had been delivered on 10th august 2017. Today i got the call from service centre to collect the hand set.

                  Please be aware of deffective products.

                    I received mobile 12th august 2017.
                    But problem are not sort out, and creating additional problem in mobile, mobile not charging. 13, 14, 15 august our center closed so i visit again 16 augest 2017, our staff saying our center only pickup mobile point, i sending mobile kolhapur division, i call kolhapur devision continueously but call not received.
                    Our staff member not supported. I again recomplent mobile. As same date.
                    Plz support me and solve my mobile problem

                      When lte band 5 OTA update will be available on GIONEE S6 phone?BCOZ no Indoor coverage when we use JIO4G.JIO4G primary band is lte band 5.So give LTE BAND 5 support on GIONEE S6 phone.I am irritating by this, there's no Indoor coverage in GIONEE S6 phone.I m asking so many times but GIONEE care says there is no band 5 .When OTA update will come?

                        I have purchased gionee charger before one month from gionee care centre vapi.
                        Charger details are,

                        But charger stopped working within a week. Is there is no difference between local charger and original charger? Or might be possible that any employee from gionee care center would have changed original charger with duplicate one, kindly look into the matter. It is a matter of prestige for gionee.

                        My complaint is that gionee care center are refusing to replace charger.

                          I bought gionee p7 max 20 days ago. Huge heating problem and battery is so poor. I have to charged it for 3 times in a day. I already visit the service centre for one time. They told me all are ok. But same problem again. Mobile price is 1100 not small amount. I want replacement. I don't understand why they are not able to give replacement for this.

                            My wife have purchased Gionee a1 mobile on 23 July 17 from vijay sales charni road branch and she gift me that mobile, then i have found issue in earphone jack and battery and mobile gets crash while i play heavy game, so i have called to vijay sales customer care on 25 july 17 they told me we will not replace your phone you contact to gionee service center then i have called gionee service center of dadar they told me they will replace earphone jack so i denied for that then i have found fort bora bazar phone4U service center and i have visited to service center on 8 aug 17 i have to wait there for 2hrs after that one of them an engineer tested my phone and said its a hardware issue so they will replace my phone so they asked me for phone box and other accessories for replacement process so went back to home to bring all stuff and i have take leave from office and again visit service center again i have to wait there for more than one and half an hour then branch manager said it will take more than four hours to complete replacement process so come next day then i have told them to put my phone and accessories there only so next day i will come to collect replacement phone next day i have called to service center in afternoon so branch manager told me they will not replace my phone because all gionee a1 phone have same issue so i have to put my earphone in jack with force. I think Gionee don't care after sales service. I will remanded to all DO NOT USE GIONee or GIFT TO any one because GIONee IS SO CAREFUL FOR THEIR CUSTOMER.

                              Respected sir/madam

                              My name is mahendra choudhary. I handed over my gionee p4 cell phone to "the infinite care" service centre (Rajat path, madhayam marg, mansarovar, jaipur) as it has some software problem and a sim jack was also to be replaced. The service centre people told me that it will cost around rs.400 for sim jack and the software will be updated for no cost.

                              I deposited the phone on 17 july 2017 and i was told to come on 19th july. On 19th july after making me to wait for about an hour they told me to come on 20th july.
                              On 20th july the called me and told that "we have checked the phone completely and we found that its touchpad will be replaced and it will cost around rs.900."
                              I was not willing to spend too much on my old phone but anyhow i told them to repair it.
                              When i reached there on 22nd july the told me to wait for about 2 hours and then asked to come later.
                              On the next day they again made me to wait for hours and then after taking a payment of rs.942 they returned my phone.
                              I found that my phone was not ringing. I asked them about it. They told me that its ringer is damaged.
                              Although it was perfectly working when i submitted the phone to them.
                              They refused to repair it.

                              If they would have told me about this. I would have not spend this much amount of money on my 3 year old phone which is now of no use as it does not ring.

                              I gave my phone to them for repairing but instead of repairing they damaged my phone and also charged me a lot of money.

                              Now i am feeling that i have paid money to "the infinite care" for damaging my phone.

                              I request you to take some actions on this issue and resolve my problem too.
                              Looking forward for a healthy and satisfactory reply.

                              I bought my gionee A1 in may 2017.It's not been so long and my charger is already not working despite the fact that I've been using it really carefully.Since my charger is under warranty period i want to get it repaired or replaced.In how many days will i get it replaced.

                                I have purchased a gionee handset approx five month back. And my product is still under warranty. It was not working properly so i have submitted in service center. It is been more than 25 days my mobile repairing is under process. When ever i call to the service center they always gave the same reply, that product part is not available. It is horrible to know that newly launched mobile part is not available at registered service center.

                                Please take a needful action as it a become a harassment for me.

                                  I requested for data cable to my nearest service centre but after 2 weeks i am not getting any effective respond related dispatch of product, i am facing charging issue on daily basis coz i purchased new cell nearby 27 july 2017 online from amazon but after few days my data cable get faulty so i approached to service centre and deposited for changing... But still i could not get my data cable.
                                  Please check and resolve this issue asap.

                                    The phone s6s gets dead after a month or so of purchase. The service center says that mother board is not functional. They say it will take a weeks time, but now after 20 days the status is still unclear. its pending for parts and there is no news of the parts when it will arrive and all. really frustrated.

                                    if gionee has to compete the best smart phones OEM"s then the services have to really get to that level. A newly bought phone goes dead, one of the latest models and it has to wait for parts. Then why would anyone buy new phone from gionee if they are not prepared with parts and all. First of all no new phone should go dead, and if itdoes replacements should be provided, but no response in not what any one expects. just to take more a month in repairing a set means that the organisation does not care about service, itonly cares about getting as many sets sold as they produce. But they forget that if you do not have returning customers you wont have your business for long. it is us that we buy high price indian brand sets to fuel your business but if we dont return how would you gain word to mouth or appreciation. this is just the worst scenario for a new oraganisation and this means that they are not going to last long.

                                    So i request you to improve your services and become the best in the minds of consumer.

                                      Dear sir/madam
                                      I would like to bring to your kind notice the callous attitude of service center people.
                                      I went to service center at ambala cantt, for my gionee f-103 pro golden, whose battery backup was poor, getting early exhaustion of battery, quick recharge and subsequent early exhaustion too, almost 15-20 days ago. I was told there is software issue which needs to be updated, waited for almost an hour and it was done. As i came back home driving 40 kms, same problem persisted, i again went to them, when they told me, there is battery issue, which needs to be replaced, deposited rs 200 advance, paid 300 more after 5 days, when i went to recollect new battery. That too i called them up, when they told me to call after 1/2 an hour without courtesy of informing me. Before leaving i asked them, do you have spare charger, they said no, it comes on order. As i came back, got the battery recharged, worked for 2 hours, and again exhausted, not to restart the phone again.
                                      This was my third visit to service center, when they told me, that you need to leave your handset, which will take 2-3 days to redress the problem, and i could make out my phone started immediately, as soon as he connected the charger, but they were at fault, hence were holding back. Job no is gc[protected], imei no is [protected] dated 6/8/2017, 17:13:15.
                                      On top of that, when i left the service center, i was told to bring back the charger also which i am using at home, to check, whether is it at fault? What an approach. My phone is in warranty period as it was purchased 7 months ago. I just ask why this lackadaisical, casual, callous approach to customers. I request you, to refund for the battery, which was unnecessarily changed, or replace me with another phone and at least make the charger available in plenty, at your service center so that customers do not suffer. The attitude of service center people is also very poor, make them customer friendly rather than, dictating, which lack basic courtesy.

                                        My gionee a1phone screen is broken but its have a corning gorilla glass 3 and the falling is neither more than 1foot and nor in a rough surface but the screen was broken.. How its possible??? And my phone in warranty period but the gionee care dont help me.. They said that the screen was broken so we can't help you and they said that gorilla glass was also break from this height but other handset havenot this type of problem.. So i sure that they dont use gorilla glass and if they use its very cheap and wastage product.. Please try to understand and solve my problem..
