I had faced touch and back button keypad board problem in my Gionee A1 mobile, so I handed over my mobile for warranty repair to Gionee service centre located at dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnam on 12/01/19 and obtained receipt. They assured that mobile will be ready with in one week time but when I approached them after one week they are saying that it will take another one week. Now one and half month going to be complete but still my mobile not yet returned to me. I am facing lot of problem without mobile and they not responding properly...

I'm using GioneeA1plus, and I have facing one of the major problem in your product is hotspot inctiveness, I can't connect my phone with nearby device. After switch on the hot-spot, there is no sign to near device thereby I can't share my mobile network to my laptop. To solve this problem I contacted your authorized service center, in calicut, Kerala . As per their direction, phone was formated but problem is still existing. They asked to keep my phone in their office more than 20days to solve the problem .please give your positive response regarding the above said problems and solve immediately.

मेरे शहर में इस कंपनी का सर्विस सेंटर बंद हो चुका है लेकिन मेरा मोबाइल अभी waranty में है लेकिन मुझे सर्विस सेंटर का नंबर उपलब्ध कराया जाए l
और मेरे समस्या का समाधान किया जाए l

I am unable to use most of android feature because i can't give permission to applications. I can't do video call, i can't access to my storage, i can't listen songs, i can't send or receive photos via whatsapp. Due to this screen overlay app permission problem my phone is totally use less. Even i can't use it as a smart phone. Please help me out, i can't carry on like this any long. Please help me out soon my opinion regarding gionee is descending in grades day by day

My gionee m5 lite ime [protected] deposited at your jabalpur center on 22.11.2018. On 30.11.2018 i recieved a message that your phone is ready share gcdn312703 service partner for job no. Gc18b00021479 and get it collected.
I didnt get my mobile told to come next wk several wks i visited at your center all in vain now i am frustrated and fedup.

Gionee mobile service center named cell care in dilsukhnagar, a service center that charges 300 per service charge for just checking the mobile fault under warranty.
If you take charge for just checking the mobile that too under warranty then what is the service that you give.

The person just checked the mobile and said me it will cost me 5000 for this mobile
Gionee a1 lite that costs only 6500 in the market
So i should pay 300 for taking my mobile as the person has worked very hard to open the mobile, and it is a difficult task so he charges us a day salary for any normal person.

I bought a gionee mobile on 5th may 2017 which was a defective piece and with in a month keyboard was not working. When we showed the mobile at mumbai service centre they mentioned the sceeen needs to be replaced and it took a fortnight time.
On 29th october 2018 we faced the problem again and showed the mobile at mumbai centre where they checked / repaired the mobile in their lab and asked us to bring the invoice to replace the motherboard. This all they have done without creating any job sheet. They put a gionee seal (Gionee ok tested) (We have a written stamped note for the same).
We visited the delhi gionee service centre with the warranty invoice on 3rd november 2018 when we were at delhi. They broke the ok tested seal, which was fixed by the mumbai gionee service centre and tested / repaired the mobile. (They gave us the stamped written evidence that they have broken the ok tested seal). They said this mobile was opened at mumbai service centre and they already did some work on the motherboard however they have not created any job sheet so you need to visit the mumabi gionee service centre again. Delhi centre gave us a job sheet.

On 21 november 2018, when we were back to mumbai visited the service centre they said delhi team has done some repair on the mobile so it will not be covered under the warranty.

Dear team, i dont know why this much of harassment, time consuming exercise and low service standard at gionee centres even when
- mobile is under full warranty of two years
- visited only gionee service centres and spend time and evidences available. (Refer below the job sheet details

I gave my jionee phone to nearest service center in dharmanagar, north tripura (pin-799250) on 03 nov 2018 to rectify issues on my jionee A1 lite. But till now i haven't got my issues resolved neither any update. They only gave me receipt in which job sheet number was not given.they sent my phone to agartala for further solution. But till now i haven't got any update. I went regularly to service center in dharmanagar but max time it found closed, and whenever they met they gave irresponsible reply that you will get your phone one week later.
I mailed twice from my mail id [protected]@gmail.com to gionee care on 20 nov 18 and reminder on 27 nov 18 but no response till now. I also called your customer care, they assured me that your matter will be resolved soon but after one week passed still no call received from your side .
I don't know how such a famous mobile company has worst service center.

My gionee p5w hand set was not working hence i approach to your kolkata base customer service center at e-mall for support. They retain the said mobile set along with battery on that day and after some days they informed me over phone that the total cost will be around rs.4000/- for repair /replace mother board, some parts etc accordingly i agreed. As per sms request i reached to returned back my hand set on 22/11/2018 afternoon. The attending representative asked to make the payment of rs.3805.00 accordingly i paid the same in cash immediately but the phone is delivered to me after one hour in switch on mode. But after returning my home surprisingly i noticed that the set is not turning on after giving required battery charge. Immediately i contacted to the concerned service center and they asked to go to them again for further course of action.. Thus they are making harassment me.

I submitted my mobile on 07sep 2018 for repairing at noida gionee service center. Job no is gc[protected]. And they gave time upto 20 days to return
Mobile. After that they are cheating me again and again. More than 2 months
Has gone but i did not receive my mobile except fake promises even from three
Consecutive days i am calling to centre but nobody is taking call it looks like they have forgotten to repair mobile. This shows that how much irrespondible behavoiur, this comapny has towards his customers.

I book my f103pro mobile battery on 18/09/2018 job no. Gc[protected] and paid rs.300/-but 'om sai enterprises' gionee service care center at navsari - 396445, not dispatched above parts which i geting deliver conformation from gionee company by text message on 08/10/2018 but 'gionee service care' not deliver to us and geting prejudice with us by mr. Ashish panchal-m [protected], he has no honest person with customer response.

M7 power gionee black imei no. [protected], buy date 28 jan. 2018, complain service center date - 08 sept. 2018, job sheet no. G[protected]. Problem - mobile contact and gallery does not open in real time, open time min. 4 to 5 minutes and also whatsapp hanged, service. Center checked and said display will be change but head office is not supplying equipment to korba service centre... Since 2 month 10 days service center is giving negative response to me i am government class 2 gudged officer due to mobile i am facing major complain from millions public, i am going to consumer court... So pls early send display equipment to korba service centre and instructions him deliver my mobile with in 2 days...

The service center are missbehaving and they are fail in giving my mobile after i have submitted for service. Now they are refusing to give mobile and they missbehave. It's been a month since i have given my mobile for service but they did not give back. Till now. They only give date to come but they don't give mobile back and giving excuses... So im in problem now... Please help me out...

I got a problem with gionee x1 (In warranty period) when i reached service center they said its board problem and will be delivered in 10 days it's been 2 months since my phone was with you at first my job sheet gc[protected] and after 40 days you changed job sheet to gc18a00007982 and when i checking status of delivery it is showing invalid job sheet
Being a professor you can imagine importance of phone i hope u will resolve issue in 2-3 days

I have purchased Gionee m7 black 18/05/18 from Ganpati mobiles, Lucknow.with in few months the mobile started to malfunction I took the mobile down to the Gionee service center M/S Sri Ram Engg located in Narhi Lucknow where I was Informed that the mother board has to be changed.
I was given a Job Card no GC18A00029346 and was asked to check on the 22nd of october'18 when i went to find out.I was told to check again after the 29th of october'18 and they were not getting parts from head office.I wanted to complaint direct to the Gionee company but when I went on their official site there was no provision for submitting any complaint.What ever the problem is between Gionee head office and the service centers Why should the consumer suffer for having to go weeks on end without a mobile.I just want that my mobile be returned to me in good working condition or I should get another mobile in place of it as it is still in warranty period and mother board malfunction is no small issue.

Gionee mobile company not providing any parts to customers. I ordered a battery of gionee p7 mobile on 5th oct 2018 at their service centre located at sector 35 a chandigarh. But after lapse of 10 days they have not provided the same. I also spoken with customer care on today but favourable reply not recieved from them. The representative intimated very coolly that, wait for upto 31 oct. Please take necessary action against gionee communication.
