I have purchased a gionee mobile (Gionee elife s5.5) through paytm dated 23/12/2016 but delivered on 29/12/2016. After sixteen days problem is created in the handset. I have submitted my handset to the service centre ( vaishno communication, t 136/1, 1st floor, shivalik road, begumpur, malviya nagar, new delhi-110024).
Which have job no. Gc[protected].
My mobile imei no. [protected]

I am attached my handse invoice and service jobsheet.

Please replace my mobile as soon as possible.

    I bought a Gionee s plus from online infocom, mahipalpur, new delhi on 03/03/2016 around night 10 clock and the shop closed as soon after my purchase for the day. When I came back home and tried to switch on my phone it was not getting On and I kept it for charge as I tought phone might not have charge. Next day morning also I found the same issue that the phone was not getting On. I went to the dealer and he told me that there is nothing to worry as one among 100 models face this kind of issue. He told sir you keep the phone box and charger headset with you I will give you a new handset. I don’t know from where, but he gave me one another phone S plus of same colour. I had doubt and I asked that guy that I don’t even know from where you are giving this phone and he told me that sir its my guarantee that this phone wont create any problem and it’s a brand new handset. I took the phone and after 4 days the phone started to over heat near the back side speaker and by evening I noticed that sound not coming from back speakers. I was able to take calls and sound for call was audible throught front speakers and mic but back side speakers was not working. I went back to dealer next day after my duty and he advised to visit service center and was telling that we don’t know now. I asked hime that you have given a faulty phone to me. This guys at shop refused any help and I came back. I tought anyhow phone is working. I didn’t wanted to go with complaints and all because I didn’t had time. After 5 days the phone became dead and I came to know that I have been fooled and was given a faulty phone. I went to the dealer with 5, 6 guys and that day was Friday and the guys at shop told me that tomorrow is Saturday and after that Sunday, give us time till Monday evening I will take your phone to service center and make Delivery order and after that they will provide me a replacement or I may choose any other phone from their shop in the 17, 000 rs price range. I took video for the same and at that time they told that the software damaged and I went back. Monday morning this guy from the dealer called me and told that he came back from service Centre and they told him that it is liquid damage. I am sure that no liquid damage happened to the phone because it is me who was using the phone and till the day I handover the phone to the dealer the phone worked when he changed the battery from a new phone. I am sure that it’s the drama the shop guys played because on the service center recipt it was mentioned as gionee S plus blue colour whereas my phone is S plus Gold colour. I called to the service center directly and they told me that as it is liqid damage I will need to pay 5, 300 to change the mother board. Just for confirming I visited another service center in Karol bagh (Godsons Enterprises)and they were asking for 9, 000 rs and was telling me the mother board as well as screen should be changed. The service centre was VAISHNO COMMUNICATION T136/1, 1st FLOOR, SHIVALIK ROAD, BEGUMPUR, OPP- LIBERTY SHOWROOM, MALVIYA NAGAR. The dealer from where I bought the handset and they replaced the phone on the same day was a faulty or defective product or the dealer and service center people have played together. Otherwise there is no reason of water damage. I want justice in this issue. I paid 17, 000 and bought the phone and same day the phone was replaced due to handset damage and they provided me with a faulty handset. The shop name is Online iNfocom, New delhi, near red light, Mahipalpur. I haven’t even used the phone hardly fro 1o days. I am 100% sure that they provided me with a damaged phone on the second day when they changed. I have already filed 02 case online regarding gionee and also regarding the dealer. Whatever it may cost I will fight until I get justice. I wanted to hear what you guys have to say about this before moving to consumer court. Hope you will atleast read this and give me a reply.

      While I was purchasing a Gionee Phone the representative of Gionee Said, It gives customers fastest service withing 3-4 days... And what happened I found some charging problem in phone just after 3 months, than I went service center on 22.02.2016 and most interesting thing is that they are still trying to repair the phone & still I haven't got my phone back. I had to visit five times during this period and everytime they made new issues. This is the service I have got. I can go to Consumer Court and claim a New Phone, but I may take long time . Thank You Gionee.

              Dear Sir,

              I have bought new Gionee S7 on 17-Nov-2015, last few day ago my phone was bend under Pocket, i have complaint many time near service center in Mirzapur U.P, no any response from there. This is not my fault of bending mobile. What should i do? Plz replace it with a new phone and confirm me. otherwise i will go to consumer forum.

Aaj bhi me service center par gya or store manager mr, sharafat dwara or ounke gionee area manager mr. Hazrat dwara bahot badtamizi se harr bat ke liye help karne ka mana kiya gya or kaha gya ki 1 se 2 din me apko handset milega, me service center par ja jakar mansik roop se pareshan ho gya hu, time bhi bahot barbad ho raha he, sath hi mere business par bhi bahot prabhaav pad raha he jiske chalte cell phone par kisi bhi tarah ka internet se juda hua kaam nahi kar pa raha hu or bhi kafi customer service center par the jo ki gionee ki service se kafi pareshan he.

                No reply to the complaints that is been done through their User feedback app or even twitter

                I bought the Gionee Elife E6 few months back. The company has very limited service centers in bangalore. They have provided the user feedback app but no body replies to any of the the complaints made.

                      mobile was stopped working so i went to adilabad branch they said that better to go hyderabad.if i submit my mobile in adilabad branch they said that it took one month to repair the mobie. where as i have warranty on my mobile. then why did you put the branch in adilabad. one of the worst service in this town.

                        HI, this is charu mehra here ... m very glad to know you about the [censored]ing GIONEE company.. i bought a gionee elife s7 in july"15 Rs.22000/-and my phone is in wrranty ...in feb"2016 i was having some battery backup it was suddenly charging & then get down. 1st time i walk in service centre they said the software problem then they format my phone 7 give it to me then the problem was same...i walk in 2nd time at service centre dey said jack problem ...but i argue to submit my phone..that what the actual problem is. after one week they are saying you have to pay 20430/-RS. to repair it... i was shoched that what the hell is going on ... i paid 22000/- for the phone and i have to pay 20423/- more for repair within 8 months. it totally costs to me rs 42430/- tell me the solution ... where i have to case for this. i need help.I dont have that much of money to repair this or buy a new phone..

                          I purchased a gionee handset v4s from skycell, muthoot chambers, vadayattu kotta road, kollam, kerala state on 14/05/2015. The agency pressurised me to take insusrance for the same and i paid rs.599/- as premium.
                          After 3 months my handset showed complaint - not charging. When charger is connected it shows charging, but the charge will not store in battery. As it was warranty period, i approached the skycell shop and they directed me to their service centre at polayathode, kollam. They received the set and after 4-5 days gave back saying that the charger code has been replaced. After that also the same problem continued and again i approached the service centre and again they received the set and gave it back after 4-5 days saying the main board has been changed. After that also the same problem was seen. Again i approached the service center and they received the set and gave it back after 6-7 days saying the software has been replaced. But on the spot i showed them the problem the handset is not charging.
                          On18/12/2015 at 16:48:53 hours the service center front office staff received the handset with job no. Gc15c00077791. Till this date the handset has not been delivered to me.in between i approached the service center several times and they gave the reply that the handset will be replaced in a shortwhile. After 7 days again i approaced they gave me the reply that new set is send from mumbai by courier and they will receive the set at kochi and 2 days delay will occur. Again after 8 days i approached them they said the the area sales manager has resigned and so new asm took charge. Very soon they will give me the new handset. Again after 10 days they replied me to contact the new asm one mr. Niyas with mobile phone no.[protected]. When i contacted him he told me that the company authorities are hesitating to give new handset and instruction has been given to repair the old handset and return the same to me.
                          I feel now that i am cheated. There is no responsibility from the agency. The front office people cannot explain the problem. Each time i give the handset for service, all numbers in the hand set will be lost. After the purchase of the handset i used it only 2 months without noticing some problem. From the very day the charging problem was there. But i thought the problem is with the electricity.
                          If there is any reply from the company's side, please give it in return post. I am in a position to approach consumer protection forum against this type of cheating. Hope gionee company will look in to this matter and clear the grivance

                              My phone working very well and i do format and also i delete setting app. so again i do format so i seen chine language i switch off so battery go down so i give to service center for software at that time phone is not on because battery go down i told him check it and told me tomorrow and next day i got a call for link of on off button and he told me for charges 331.00 rupies i told him ok do it next day i call service center he told me your phone is ok when i reach the service center and told me for key is not working your touch problem. service center make money only doing any problem in phone and making money by customer.not a single problem in my phone but for making money service men make problem for making money.

                                But in december-2015 my mobile operating system was disturbed, then i visited to the nearest service center located in malvianagar, new delhi. they kept my mobile for two days and returned on 13-feb-2016. but my problem is still unsolved, when i called to service center, they told me that your mobile has hardware problem and you will be charged for any hardware issue and you have to wait for two months but not 100% sure about the problem will be solved or not.
                                I am not satisfied with the service of this company i have already invested too much money to buy this mobile, now they are asking to more money while my mobile is in warranty period, as a student how it is possible to invest more money in this mobile while in warranty period.
                                So i kindly request you please solve my problems as soon as possible.

                                      I have claimed for damage of my gionee f103 handset (Touch display change) through appsdaily insurance. I submitted necessary documents and my handset to your service centre at vadodara gujrat on 13th feb. My imei no. Is [protected]. They told me that after your claimed is approved from apps daily, 10 days latet on your display would be replaced and you will get your phone back. But even after claim approval on 20th january, till date no progress for change of display happened. I am daily asking your service centre for progress and they are saying that part is not available to company.
                                      I cannt understand that such a big company does not have a display in sufficient quantity... Then why are you doing business in india. Please take necessary action, otherwise i would loss faith in your company.

                                        I purchased from amazon on 21 Dec 15, there is lot of problems of hanging
                                        Phone heating, when we touch back side it shows vibration
                                        I call customer care so many times but no proper response
                                        Pls suggest me
