I have small problem in my phone but moblie care make a big problem in my phone and tell me maximum time duretion give me 5day And i can't leave without my phone 5day so plz in minimum time give my phone And i have only voice problem so plz check it out. As posible as solve it immedetly

    Hi, i bought my gionee s5.5 with so much charm before few months back but after some days it starts hang, starts hell lot heating from its back side even use of internet or on surfing internet.       Good day, I bought my gionee 5.5 from sardarji phones meerut on 29/07/14. It had a problem of call drop and therefore i gave it to shanu enterprises meerut for servicing. Shanu enterprises sent it to the company (L3) for repairs as they told me they are not equipped to repair gionee 5.5. However when i received my phone back i was shocked to see the back camera cover of my phone missing. Therefore i gave the phone back to shanu enterprises who said that this is a fault of the company and told me to submit the phone. I gave the phone to shanu enterprises on 30.09.14 who sent it to the company which they call l3 for repairs. The ref no of complaint is rvsrn1409sep00175. Imei no: [protected] It has been almost a month now and i have not received my phone. This is causing me immense mental agony and financial loss as i have to waste my time and energy on this matter.       Problem : Manufacturing Defect (Flip)
      Use Feedback : Have to submit the handset 4 times @ utl service centre ( JMS Mobile Care, Bongaigaon, assam), The service people are not cooperative, product is non functional most of the time
      Requested : replacement in lieu of manufacturing defect ( some temporary solutions provided during previous occasions still the problem persist)
      Recent Status : submitted the mobile again to the JMS utl over two weeks, not getting any status information from JMS people.
      I am really facing some serious issues in getting the actual status of my purchased gionee product.

        Imei no: [protected]. After using elife e7 16gb for 2months, the ph started hanging, ui was getting stopped, menu-back-home keys were not workng, even the touch stopped wrkng. Gave to siddu comunications n promised to return it by 10days but i got back after a month. Shame on gionee... The girl on gionee toll free no was very rude in replyng also. After that i saw camera was not able to auto focus properly, flash is glowing but it is makng d pic hazy in low light shots n night. I wrote on twitter but they didnt reply. Contacted service center but they refused to replace the camera. Please check into the matter

            I gave my cell, model no. Gionee d1 dream for display repair on 18/09/2014 to gionee service center (Ms communication, shop no 352 near nokia care. Jain mandir gali, shopping center, kota) after repeated visits and dozen of excuses they are not able to repair my cell and infact they are just passing time giving me dates again and again. It was supposed to be repaired and delivered in 3 working days but its more than a month passed now. Nor they have provided me with a standby cell. Their behavior towards customers and system for attending job sheets is also worst...                 Hi friends, I will not suggest to you to purchase any kind of handset of gionee. I have purchase gionee s 5.5 on 12-june-2014. After 1.5 month the handset having fault that charging issue. Mobile showing that charging but did not charge. I have plan to submit handset to my nearest location uttam nagar delhi service center. The service center gave me receipt and told me that you can collect your handset within 15 days and we will inform you. After 15 days i will visit the service center and met then the concern person. They informed me that your handset is now being in repairing. The same message they told me 15 times when i will in touch. Finally i have decided to inform by mail message after 32 days. They informed me by mail after 2 days that your handset having liquid damage and you will have to pay rs 8, 515/- for the same. I was very surprise that your person have not any idea to find the issue. You take 32 days to find the hand set issue. I finally decided to aware of those person they want to purchase gionee handset. Please don't purchase any handset made by gionee. You can invest your money for quality product. Thanks

                  Dear sir/madam This is to inform you that i am one of the most unfortunate user of gionee g5 which i purchased on 3rd oct, 2014. I have been facing a number of problems in this set. The two of the major problems are:- 1. Whenever someone calls me then his/her name appear in some different types of symbols (Though i have saved those contact names in english). 2. The battery is showing abnormal behaviour, at one second it shows 100% charged and at other second it shows please connect your charger. These type of problems are not expected to occur in brand new phone. Since my phone is just 10 days old, it is requested to kindly replace the same. Hoping for a quick response from you side.

                  This is to inform you that I am one of the most unfortunate user of
                  Gionee G5 which I purchased on 17rd Oct, 2014.
                  I have been facing a number of problems in this set.The two of the major
                  problems are:-

                  1. Whenever someone calls me then his/her name appear in some different

                  2.msg problem- msg got disappear. what is this??? gionee is not giving solution to both these problems
                  what to do????????


                  Since my phone is just i month old, it is requested to kindly replace
                  the same.

                  Low battery backup ...even on stand by mode ...in 8 hours consumes 40% of battery on standby...plz have a solution for it. . ...i am frustrated from this ...
                  And i unable to use phone more than 2 hours... If i charge it 100% at 9 am then by the time till 12 noon the battery will be at 5-6 % ...plz have a solution of it ...

                    To all buyer of gionee mobile specifically m2 I have purchased the gionee set from eastern logica of kolkata but after 1 month its stopped charging beyond 86% after couple of reboot and no sign of relief i have called the gionee customer support after 5th attempt i am able to get the support that they are liable to repair the phone only and if its not their bad workmanship Now if a phone stop charging the after just one month that of a phone priced rs10, 000 the company is not liable to replace!! I am sorry i cannot buy this argument it is too much insult by this chinese company I am planning to file case against them To all persons who are planning to buy gionee please think again! Do you like to use repaired phone from 2 nd month even if they do repair and if not it is like you lost rs 10, 000 in chinese scam gionee fraud scam Can gionee advertisement be termed as every 7 seconds one indian is fooled and pick pocketed ny their hard earned money it might not be wrong All those who want join me fight a case aganist gionee please respond it would be good to start with consumer court and lets see how can they escape witn our money!! Lets teach chinese cell maker gionee in india you cannot escape any more!

                      service centre of kota they do not reply correctly. there behaviour towards customers very bad. they do not listen the complaints properly. timing of opening service centre is 10:30 but they open the service on 11:15. they do not take the complaints seriously. so plz i am requesting to u plz resolve this problem.

When I go to service Centre they said it didn't comes under warranty and you have to pay for this.                             Hi My name is Amit kwatra. I placed an order for Gionee handset e5 from ebay and after 15 days It's charging slot was not working. I am really fed up with the gionee employee who are not giving me any response. They are giving me excuses that this is physical damage. It will cost me 6 to 7k. I did not get my charger with it and no response was on that. This is pathetic service for Gionee or Is this a fraud company.                               I had submitted my phone, a Gionee V4 which i purchased in November 2013, because of broken display on 15/07/2014. According to my knowledge, I did not drop the phone, mishandled, or gave it a water bath. This clearly seemed to me a manufacturing default, but nonetheless I was handed over a paper stating a estimate of Rs 2200. The only request i had was to replace the broken part as soon as possible or provide me with a replacement handset. Needless to say that the situation has not changed since as all of them are singing the same song "Part is not available. We will let you know when it is. Please call back in 2 days." Seems like they are waiting for the 1-year deadline to end so that they can put the blame on me. I have made numerous call to the call center as well as mailed them on their official e-mail ID, but no response as of yet. I would really appreciate if my concern is forwarded for them to take timely action. Please help me get my money back, get my phone replaced or get the damaged part replaced, specifically in this order. Thanks.

                                        G3 sent 4 times to service center at Diwakar Agency, Jabalpur(the most worst service center). There is minimum 5-10 seconds black out before any application is opened.
