I have purchased your model no p5l from Tata stores at Airport Mumbai. I was promised on site warranty for two years. My phone does not work properly. It appears that there are issues relating to software and hardware. Fist thing is whatsapp only works in Wi-Fi and it does not work on mobile data. Even after reinstallation problem is not solved.
It further acts in strange manner in between. Some times it does not show called details. Though there are misses calls it does not show the members from which they have come. The same is with SMS it starts showing inbox empty.

Mobile network disappears frequently though same network is available on other networks.
Processing spend is really slow in comparison with other phones having similar specifications.
The list is endless.
Kindly look in to the matter and get the needful done at an earliest.

    I have purchased gionee pioneer p4 model 9 months ago. My phone was not getting switch on since last 4 days. It seems it has software problem, so i visited your service center java telecom situated at shop no. 26 ist floor thakkar shopping mall, borivali west. I have kept my phone there to be repaired, two days have gone and i called numerously there, firstly they said that it will take a days more but now they are saying your handset will repair if you pay an amount appx 4 to 5 thousands. Sir, tell me one thing what the exact meaning of warranty? I have given my handset to them in good condition. One more thing i want to tell you i have seen a lot of customers there with a lot of complaints, not a single customer was happy with their service. All together it was a bad experience to purchase a handset of gionee.

      I had purchased a gionee mobile phone, model no. s6 (bill is attach for your reference) on 07-02-16 from anand imported goods, 131 shopping centre, kota-7 (raj.), ph.:[protected]o),[protected]m). after 10 days of purchase i was troubled with battery problem & hanging problem. when i had gone to service center of gionee they had solved the problem at that time but after few days same problem occurred again. i have visited again to service center & after 3 days i had collected my handset from them but again after few days the charger of phone blasted. although after 10 days of purchasing the set i requested from local vendor to replace the handset, but he denied. finally with the loosing heart & patience i have taken a step of sending a legal notice to gionee head office, delhi & anshul enterprises, kota (service center of gionee). it has been almost a week i'm waiting for their revert, but still not received any satisfactory answer from their side. i had tried to contact to head office of gionee but nobody is picking up the phone call. i want to replace my handset & i need help of consumer court.

      I request to you kindly help me on the above issue as from the day of purchased i found myself harassed and tortured mentally by purchasing the set. you are my only hope.

      My contact details & all the relevant docs including purchased invoice been attached with this request.

        I had purchased a Gionee phone on the 24th of April 2016 from Mobile Store and found that the phone had a camera defect which has been denied by the service center stating that the problem only occurs 1/10 times and at Gionee it cannot be accepted as a complaint.

        As per my understanding if the problem/error occurs even once in the products lifetime it has to be registered by the company as a problem and has to be investigated.

        I also understand that there is a 7 day return policy for DOA products which i am entitled to and am being given a run around just to avoid it.

        Would request you to provide me with a ticket number or a problem acceptance acknowledgement regarding the camera problem that i am facing with my phone.

            From last one month facing issue with my geonee m3 where neither i able to download new app nor able to update the existing. Even though i have 3 g data connection. Even when tried to use wifi still there the same problem. My friend also have geonee elife s 7 and same problem he is also facing. Tried so many thing like reset but no respite.                 Dear consumer care representative,

                As per trailing mail, i had purchased a mobile phone of gionee on date 16/01/2016. And at the time of purchase i had taken insurance of mobile so that i will not have to suffer. Now after 3 months o[censored]sing mobile, its screen is going black. I had visited service center of gionee one at (Narmada telecom near police thana jabalpur) and twice at (Diwakar agency, madhatal jabalpur) its been thrice, each time they repaired it which works well for some time and again it goes dark.

                Now as i am tired of visiting service center over n over again for the same problem i am requesting them to replace the handset as same is in warranty period. Its been many days i am communicating with gionee representative but he is not giving appropriate solution. And their representatives are not able to repair that handset still they are insisting to visit the customer care again & again.

                So request you to please help me in this regard and help me get a replacement or tell me the probable solution for the problem.

                  Go through the trailing mail.I have purchased my phone of gionee make S5.1 on[protected] and after buying this phone . I had gone to gionee care about 5-6 times for various types of problems that came into my phone. It is really disgusting and worth condemning the approach of gionee that they are manufacturing below standard phones which are having a high fault rate and poor service.I have now got very frustrated with this phone.My experience with this product is horrible and clearly shows that the company is manufacturing such a product which could last only for one year, till the warranty gets expired .Is this a pro-consumer approach ? i need justice in this regard because some two month have passed since my warranty got expired and your service center is not entertaining any more . In actual, I used this phone only for seven to eight months as rest of the time is was with the service center and your support team. I m feeling cheated after buying this product as i had spent my hard earned money (Rs.-17500.00) for buying such a faulty phone. Hope you will understand my feeling as a consumer and would provide justice to me.

                    First time as soon as we bought the handset it had an issue of its some of d sensors not functioning which was faced at d just day when i used d cell.secondly d issue agian i faced was camera of d phone misfunctioned..that time i requested d service centre agents that am very much unhappy with d phone either they can provide me new repalced cell or else they can solve d issue of phone permamntly.This time it again happens d same that my phones battery not working for 15-20 mint its battery is getting discharge again n again and phone is getting hang.droped mail for support and i was asked to go to service centre with a promise that my problem will be resolved.i kept phone at service centre(Job No-GC[protected]) but d same repeated dialoques .iski battery kharab ha apko 900 rupye dene padenge.is it my mistake that i purchased this phone from Gionee.its almost a year m facing issues again n again, but nobody is helping for solution.battery was working good before, but after last time after i recieve d phone from service centre am facing the issue..i belive d service executives are very cheap that they repalced the parts.now am facing the issue.as a customer am very much unhappy with ur service.

                      I would like to draw your kind attention to the issue i am facing in the new cell phone manufactured by your Gionee company. I would like to inform you that the sensors of the cell phone stopped working on the very first day was sent for reapair and it took almost week for repair, followed by the misfunctioning of the camera. I requested the service agent to replace the cell phone but he insisted on getting the same product repaired.

                      It is completly a mentally harassment from your customer service end as from the day one when i did purchase a mobile phone. I found so many issues every time i step up to the particular service center but did not get it done properly.

                      As requested i left the cell phone at service centre for repair everytime for almost week.And am a working person and even a single second without phone means lot of losses for me. But sadly i am informing you that i was returned the same defected piece by the agent. Not only sensor and camera this time i am facing battery issues also. It gets discharged within 30 mins of getting fully charged. I request you to plz look into the matter.

                      Even though i did not make any thing wrong in regards your manufacturning firm. But now its high time.

                      Last time I am requesting you to change my handset as it is needed to change and provide me a new handset..This time i won't be able to keep to stay without cell for an hour because am facing huge losses from my official duty in absence of mobile.

The wifi is connected directly and without proxy at my home.                           Note-70 years old person mr banmali sahoo purchased a geonee p3s mobile imei [protected] on dt 3-2-2016 from dealer mobile hub store, bhubaneswar .After one month of purchased the phone was became hot so submitted that phone at gionee service centre anshink techonology, bhubaneswar but they said it will take one month long time to send a mother board to the service centre & replacement process.Which is now we are very much disappointment with this worst geonee mobile company .Without delay if geonee will not solved this issue then we will take strong action on company & we will complained people to not buy geonee mobile.

                                Something is really wrong with this model (Gionnf103), and now i am hell fed up of this device.

                                Need to know why?

                                I am given a swap phone by gionee, but no replacement or doi letter for the same? Why?
                                Its again not even a month, *of my brand new swapped device*, and my device has got new problems.
                                Don't you think a customer has any other work than roaming around your service center??
                                My device is restarting for no reason. Every hour it restarts atleast 2 times.
                                Google play store is not functioning properly.
                                I am unable to download or update any applications.

                                I tried, resetting my wifi network, resetting my phone, getting my software updated from gionee care, but everything is in vain.
                                Today i again went to the service center to ask them about the problem, so i am now told that this *brand new swapped phone* has some hardware issue.

                                Oh wow!!!
                                I am glad gionee replaced my handset.

                                Swapped brand new handset 1 - speaker malfunctioning
                                Swapped brand new handset 2 - hardware issues

                                Wow, every brand new handset has now got one or the other issue. Right??

                                As i was told, that i would be given a *new* replaced handset, and the problems have proved you wrong.
                                No two new devices can have these many issues, this clarify that you made me fool twice.

                                Now, moreover, as the brand new swapped handset is not registered on the system, i am facing warranty issues.


                                I am done with this model, i cant take it any more.
                                I have been patient throughout with whatever has happened, but not this time.

                                Experiences with gionee f103

                                First - screen broke, paid 4000rs, and got the phone back after 15days (Late service)
                                2nd - mike issue - got my phone back after 70 days (Super late service)
                                3rd - swapped phone - told that i got a new phone - speaker malfunctioning (Fooling the customer after late service of 2 months)
                                4th - from no where i got the swapped phone of white gold ( colour changed without information - pathetic service)
                                5th - 2nd swapped phone (Hardware issues)
                                6th - swapped phone given without any replacement or doi letter (Bad service)
                                7th - new swapped phone restarts twice every hour.
                                8th - google play store problems specifically with gionee f103.

                                Isnt that a wow experience??

                                I feel like throwing this device and getting rid of it, but i cant because i have paid 9990 rs for it and i expect something in return.


                                Now, so that so many things have happened, i appeal that my device should be changed with another model of gionee ( i am ready to pay the price difference )

                                This time i am not in the mood of listening to any of the explanations, and i want this mail to be forwarded to the highest authority possible.

                                    Maine ek mo.gionee splus liya hu wo mo. mere se bike chalate huye gir gayi to uska lcd screen damage ho gaya maine use gionee service center jo ki bilaspur chattishgarh rajiv plaza par hai unhe diya hua hu tarikh 28/03/2016 ko to abhi tak unke taraf se koi bhi rply nahi aa raha hai aur maine unke gionee costomer care par bhi complain kiya hua hai bt unka bhi koi roly nahi hai aur service center walo ka khna hai ki compny se koi bhi jawab nahi aaraha hai to mai is silsile me bahot baar compny walo se baat karne ki koshish ki hai bt unka costomer care no nahi lagta hai and servise center walo ka to rply hamesha hame nahi pata ka hi rahta hai ab mai kya karu is chij ke liye mujhe nahi pata is liye mai complain kar raha hu plz mera rcst hai ki mere sang jald se jald help kiya jaye

                                      My phone's screen is broken .I went to service centre in Hyderabad .I asked about warranty. U say that it is has gorilla glass. They say it's not related to the warranty.okay fine.but they are asking 10500 to repair it.my phone is working well.I just want to repair my screen. I bought this phone in RS 20000 . paying 10500 just only for the screen is too much.okay if it's not included in warranty then at least repair it in a low cost because we as a consumer trusted your product and then went for it .if this is your response then surely negativity about your product will be spread everywhere.in fact I too will take some action.cause I will loose faith in our products. So I would request you to please help me .

                                      Gionee Communication Equipment customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      My gionee e3 has been very slow now, contact, call log, massage etc are opens after very long time, about 5 minute. Some time does not open.

                                        I purchased a gionee s plus mobile from shree khedapati enterprises, 35 m.G road, dewas the colour of mobile is white and bearing the imei no [protected]-8735 of rs.17200/- in cash. Dated 24/03/16 with bill no.6125.After a day the problem is that the touch screen is not working properly and thereafter we approach to seller then he told us that you have check this mobile at service center at 208, sunrise tower indore . We went there and we saw that service center has been transfer to yeswant plaza there after we reached at yeswant plaza but service center was closed. Than sunday and monday was local holiday and today we goes to service center at 5.45 p.M .We meet one mr.Anil nandwal who sitting on computer desk he told me that center is now of[censored] come another day, we request him that our mobile is not working properly you just make note our compliant about mobile but he ignore . Than we asked him for incharge of service center he named mr. Sarafat ali is the head of center .We want to met him but he was not avail at the center at that time .Kindly please sought out our mobile problem.
