I had given my gionee m2 (which is under warranty) on 15th march 2015, at your service station named blueberry global (shop no. 5, karanjia bldg, m. s. ali road, near bata show room, next to nagina hotel, grant road), i was given a receipt for the same, having work order no:-10579 dt:-15/3/15 gionee complaint no. gc[protected] till date i have not received my phone and upon calling the above service station a lady with name faurdaus, replys that the part has not been received from the warehouse... and u want the phone u can take it as it is... now this is reply that we get from gionee... can any one tell me when will i get my phone back.

    Dear sir/madam My mobile detail: Model: gionee m3 1st imei no: [protected] 2nd imei no: [protected] I was purchase gionee m3 on 07/12/2015, having problem in my gionee m3 mobile on dated 31/12/2015 (error: gionee launcher not supported). Then after i was sending in gionee service center, deesa, banaskantha, gujarat, india. he was says that mobile was sending to ahmedabad l2 office. but till dated i have not my mobile and solution.         Dear sir, Mai geonee g5 phone kaam me le raha hu. abhi muje phone liye ek month bhi nahi hua ki problem shuru ho gai. me apne phone me application icon ko drug aur move nhi kar sakta. mene phone ko reset factory default bhi kiya but kuch ghanto baad ye problem dubara shuru ho gai. icon ko press and hold karta hu to mini second ke liye wo select hota hai fir turant deselect ho jata hai. mene hold and delay time change kar ke dekh liya but kuch bhi nhi ho raha hai. please help me...           Dear sir/madam, My name is mr. Ananya sarkar. I have a gionee l800 handset. I just visited your service center in kharagpur, west bengal for some service related issue. They can't resolve my problem as well as they do bad behave with me without any reason! What is this? This is called a customer service? It's my request that if you really serious about customers satisfaction then take some strong action against them. Thank you.

            Ir, I have problem with my mobile gionee dream d1 display During under warranty my mobile display has got problem and i have given to gionee service center, they have told me to pay 5000, they said it wont cover under warranty and didn't know what to do i have kept my mobile asaide. After 5 months i am complaining know warranty has expaired. I need new one please let me know the price of the display. Please do need full

            i have by mistake block sms to 57575 instead of send. now it is blocked and no sms is going. This 57575 number is of Dish TV. please advice howto unblock the same. i am using Vodafone services. Regards R K Parihar

              I would like to share my terrible experience with gionee customers service/support/service. Issue : my phone got dead while playing game. When i sent my phone to service center. They informed me to pay 15435.70rs for the repair, as the phone had encountered physical damaged/liquid damage. I am not sure how the hell this can happen, when the phone was never into contact with water and was never mishandled by me. When i asked them the details with justification there was no response from them The estimated amount quoted to me 15435.70 rs, which is almost 60% of amount of brand new phone is not acceptable. Gionee, doesn't have any protocol or escalation matrix to hear customers concerns? Only one email address on their website, and cc experience is pathetic.                 Dear Sir,

                This is to bring to your kind notice
                that I had purchased Gionee elife E6
                (IMEI No- [protected]) from Indiatimes Shopping (Enclosed Invoice) on 15th
                Feb 2014, I brought the mobile to THE Service Centre- M Care, Ashok
                Nagar, Bhubaneshwar on 5th Aug 2014 due to mobile powering-on issues. Where
                your forceful attempt to repair caused damage on touch-screen causing
                malfunctioning.


                The said goods are suffering from the
                following defects:—

                (i)
                Broken
                Screen due to forceful attempt to repair by your authorized service centre
                people


                I have reported the above matter to
                them several times and submitted phone to the service centre (Enclosed trailing
                emails printout along with Job Sheet) but despite all my pleadings they have not
                made good the defect in the goods (or deficiency in services) which is indeed
                regrettable and highly unbusiness like. On account of the aforesaid
                dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same I have suffered
                losses/incurred expenses

                (Attached Expences details along with
                Financial Losses till 1.10.2014) which they are liable to compensate to me.

                  Dear customer care, I have purchased gionee s.5 phone on 14th of January. (bill enclosed) The purpose of purchasing this phone over market leaders Like sony, apple & htc was it customer service reputation which i have heard About. On enquiring about phone quality dealer ensured that gionee Is a very much upcoming brand & have extremely good customer service & They will replace handset if found anything wrong within a month. 10 days after purchase phone has slipped from my working table (just 2.5 feet) and its display got broken. The same was reported to service centre – district center (west delhi). Enclosed image of bill & service log (gc[protected]). Service center has estimated 4 thousand rupees as display Replacement charge as enclosed in document in attachment. Today we have got any sms from service center asking a whooping amount of around 16 thousand rupees As estimate to repair mobile phone. This sounds so ridiculous As this amount covers around 99% of Overall phone amount if you remove service tax. After calling service center 5 Times today no satisfactory answer was given. You are requested to take this matter urgently and resolve. If no proper action being taken in next 2 days, will file Complaint in consumer forum.                           Hi this is vivek from raipur chhattisgarh. I owned a gionee elife e7 (32 gb) which has auto touch working problem from last 2 month. For this i log a complaint to gionee service centre here. 1 st time they update that i already told them this is hardware problem. After some days i again i log a compaint for this 2nd time they said that they will send it to gionee head office. After 21 day i got my phone still the problem same when i got second time problem is same of auto touch is working and also 2nd problem happeing its showing there are no system memory. So unable to use phone any how. I am suffering from this last 2 month. Service centre and your team is unable to resolve my problem. Not happy with service of gionee. If thsi is happening with flagship device high end device of company so what i can say about other please replace my phone otherwise i have to go to consumer forum.                             Product purchased : gionee e3 Purchased in dec 2013 Problem start : april 2014 time taken to repair : 7 days (again same problem reported : sept 2014 time taken to repair : 10 days (problem not resolved) Again that same problem reported nov 2014 time taken to repair : 7 days (problem not resolved) Again same problem reported mid-nov 2014 time taken to repair : 8 days passed problem (problem still not resolved) I purchased this for my use not to put it in service center. I expect gionee to replace that defective handset with Brand new defect free handset with in one day. and increase it warranty by 7+10+7+8+1=33 days

                              Unfortunate i bought gionee g5. When an sms arrives, the notification appears and when i touch it, the sms disappears. Clear ui and os bug. I have sent emails and there is completely no response. If not rectified and answered by today, i will sue gionee for the defective goods sold and cheating me being a lawyer. Guru [protected]

                                I have purchased gionee m2 mobile in june 2014 From starting it is creating problems Inspite of its4200 mah battery life it runs for one and half day only It keeps on hang Nothing is downloading Too slow response When i take it to shopkeeper from where i purchased it, he said to go to engineer Then i went to behror engineer.                                     I had given my gionee elife e7 32gb phone to the service centre on 20/10/2014 wich is on warrenty period (Just 3 months old hand set). After 2 days i got an sms form g care that the service will b on chargable basis and tha estimate amount is rs 224, after 2 weeks i got an sms that my hand set is shipped so i went to the service centre. They told me that the hand set had been send back to the gcare due to some spot found in the display. After 1 month they r telling the amount i have to pay is rs 7255. But i dont get any sms from gcare about the amount i have to pay. I think its fake bill.

When we go to service center they demand 6000 rs that also after one month' whereas as same thing repaired in market in 2500 original in 1 hours this is or service? U r giving big adds in t. V newspapers but all false no service for customer.

                                        I'd like to complain about the services provided by gionee. I had purchased a phone about three months back and just after a month o[censored]sing it, it started giving me problems so i gave my phone to the service center about two month back. At first they said they'd send it to the lab and would inform me regarding the phone within 15 days but i didn't receive any information for a month. And i called the service center to find out what exactly had happened. They again told me that they'll inform me after 2-3 days but again i didn't receive any call. O again i had to call them back and they said there was some kind of moisture problem. I told them what had happened to my phone and one of the their employee said that they would make my phone free of cost and would be ready within a week. But again i didn't get any information about my phone. I waited for a week more. Still i didn't get anything. So i called them back and then they said that i had some payment problem all of the sudden. I tried explaining them how their employee had told me that they would do it for free but they didn't pay any attention to what i told. O i told them i need my phone back, again they told mr the same thing. They told me to wait for another 4-5 days. I still haven't got any response regarding my phone.
