Dear sir/madam I have bought a Gionee Elife E7 ata price of 29000 last year. It worked fine for six months and after that I have given it to the service center for minor software glitches in the last two months of the warranty period. It was working fine till the last week, I don't know what has happened suddenly it got switched off and is not getting switched on. As the service center is bit far away from my place of residence it took me two to three days to reach the service center where I was shocked to know that the mother board of my mobile was crashed and I need to change the mother board. It was a new mobile with an age of 11 months, this is the condition of the products of this company which works fine upto the warranty period and after which it will crash. The consumer has to bore the complete charges from his/her pocket even it is one day after the expiry of the warranty due to the poor quality of the products. I am completely disappointed by this company products as one among many others who share my common feelings. Please do take some action against the company and its poor quality devices which are making holes in the pockets of the consumers in the name of the quality.

    I had purchase gionee elife S7 handset on 2nd of may but only in 14 days its camera stops working.As per customer care req i gone to service centre and submitted my handset (NEW AGE COMPUTERS RAIPUR C.G)on 16.05.15.They committed me that i will get back my phone in 7-10 days but i was unable to get my handset back...when i call them they dont give any update. But after one month exactly on 16.06.15 i gone to service centre i saw my handset there but again checked camera its flash was not working. I got irritated becoz i have purchased a 25000Rs handset and unable to use it for 25 days. The Lady there was very rude and said to re-submit the handset...I have jobcart written proof that i came to recieve my handset and problem not resolved..Also i have sent a mail to them to pls replace my phone if you are not able to repair it fix .Now i want my handset to be replaced or want my money back within 2-3 days. I am very very upset with the service GIONEE COMPANY is providing.. This was my earlier complaint.. Now i am getting cals from gionee but they are unable to solve my issue... contact Person 1.Amit Shrivastava -[protected]( He is saying i will get my refund in 2 days and asked for my bank account no ) 2.Sarfaraz -[protected] (He is saying that i can;t get my money refund but can replace handset) I dont know to whom i trust, , , , totally frustrated and helpless...         I purchase gionee p3 on 07/09/14 from xcell communication near santram road nadiad gujarat india Instrument was paining from day one Got it repair five time in nine month and all the time, time consume is not less then fifteen day from sai services an authorised service station of gionee vergo complex nadiad Now the issue is that warrantee will be over in one year mean after purchase visiting service center and then through it We feel that such instrument must be withdrawn from market and customer must be refunded

          I PD Suresh, Mob No:[protected] submit my Gionee E3 for change of Touch and display in service center(D2 Service, Cell No:[protected]), Kakinada Andhra Pradesh on 16.05.2015, they placed order vide compliant no:GC[protected], after we went to service center for our mobile, what he told is the camera is not working, again they placed order vide compliant No. GC[protected], Now what they are telling is phone IC is problem. Actually at the time our phone problem is only touch because we kept 2 days breakage condition.

            i am pained to say that your service is very bad. I have purchased elife s 5.1 some one year back. I am getting problem regarding heating from last 6-7 months. it gets heated even on talking for 2-3 minutes or on using any apps or messaging. I have tried to contact on your customer care for more than 10 times. most of the time no one picks the phone and it they pick no one speaks from other side. I request you to please look into the matter and keep some sincere customer care assistant. contact me on [protected] for my problem sol. or else I have to contact consumer court. sanjeev

              I have purchased this phone about 6 months back and since then i am having a problem in this and it has gone to SC twice since then an still it is in SCentre, as it is under warranty i have still paid Rs.400 last time against repairing and this time suddenly it gets off on sat eve and since yesterday it is there in SC and they are saying it ok but need to check up still, i don't know i need the new phone now as i cannot bear this one any more.

                this is to inform you that i am from jabalpur i'd given my handset gionee v4s since it was not charging there was some socket issue i gave it for servicing on 28th may and they told me ill get back in a week its been more than a week but they aint giving saying that they don't have the parts for it This is disgusting such inconvenience is not manageable I request you to look forward towards it and so that i receive my phone serviced before 10th

                  3rd June 2015, The Gionee M2 I purchased some months ago turned out to be a complete fail. The headphones and charger stopped working within 3 months after I received it. Due to a busy schedule I decided to let it go. Recently the phone stopped charging as well. While the headphones and charger aren't such a big issue, without the phone charging I can't use it at all. I submitted it to the service center in Kolkata, near South City Mall. I was told that I would receive it within 2-3 days as the problem was minor. And now it's been more than 2 weeks and I've called several times to keep hearing that I'll get my phone within the next couple of days. I was warned about purchasing a Gionee phone by most of the people I know but I did anyway, and it's turned out to be a waste. The Customer Care number also never works. They either just pick up and disconnect, or don't pick up at all. Seems to be pretty deliberate. I've read many reviews about your service and everyone is saying it's poor. If this continues I don't see how you people look to be helping your customers. Anyway I would like you to please look into the matter and see that I receive my phone as soon as possible without further delay.                       I've purchased gionee m3 five days ago.in its technical specification i found the battery of5000 mah with 51hrs 2g&32hrs 3g talktime. But after being fully charged it's only showing 32hrs talktime in 2g connection. Please help at the earliest. [protected]is my number.

                        I brought a elife e3 in july, 14... But after few days camera starts showing some problem... First screen turns green than camera icon disappears... When i contact care they format it... N camera starts working... But its malfunction again with same problem... So i factory restore the setting n camera icon appears and start work... This problem repeat again and again...2 times care update the software... Last week i visited the care center to send my phone to company but they refuse to send and say let as try last time... So i agree... But today camera icon gone... And when i contact care they say sorry sir we can't send it directly to company... Many time i had visited care center after 5 pm they always stop accepting the complains and make excuses every time... The working time is 10am to 6pm... So why they start making excuses after 5... I want to know gionee... Thats your way to treat your customers... I am not going to suggest anyone to buy gionee...

                          When i am going to service centre they said gionee g5 display is not available and display price is rs 6000/- It is absolutely 45% price of mobile main price. I bought this mobile in november 2014. And problem arrived in march 2015 Its hardly 4 month's old. I am not satisfied with gionee company and their service centers.

                            Sir i do have gionee m3 and unfortunately it's touchpad has broken and this phone is in warranty and when i reached to gionee service care they have said that they will give a pair of touch screen and touchpad both. They ask me 4500 rupees for this. Bt sir when my touchscreen in working then why would i buy touchscreen and why not only i can bought touchpad. And when i ask that can i buy a touchpad from outside and settled in this. In this case they said that the warranty of mobile will expire. Now sir please help me.                                   Hi Guys, Please I am in some serious mess and I need help. i messed up with my bootloader and now my phone seems dead. now here's what happens, the phone is completely dead and does not power on. any time i connect it to pc, it shows under device manager as USB Input device. under the tap 'HUMAN INTERFACE DEVICE (HID) the red light stays on for some time then it goes off. Actually i have all the necessary flash firmwares to kick it back to life, but the issue i am having is, my phone is not being detected by my pc. i installed Gionee drivers from the official webpage but still it won't detect my phone. it always sees my phone as 'USB INPUT DEVICE' i was told it needs to be detected under com port before my flashing sotware can recognize it. please Help PLease write to Mr. Wilson Alzate Escobar to email--> [protected]@hotmail.com

                                      Good day, ma gionee p4 which i bought last week came with kitkat 4.4.2, is getting unneccessary hot when ever the flash ligh and hotspot is put on, i have tried downloading the update put it has refused to install on the phone... Phone is still getting hot

                                      I would like gionee to provide a solution for me, this is a new phone

                                        I have taken gionee mobile online from infibeam. I started getting problem in my headphone & charger. So i went to a nearby customer care in ichalkaranji, they asked me to contact to infibeam & inform them. I called infibeam they said me to contact to customer care and gave me docket no. I went to them they said it we don't have information we will inform you. Nw its been 6 months & still they are informing me now when i went again to them they said your product is out of warranty so now the fault is of company or me as they dint even gave me service on time. Now who is responsible for this. Company said that handset is having gorilla glass 3. My mobile got slipped from about 4 feet and my gorilla glass is broken. As per this now no option was there for me instead of repairing it. So i called infibeam and said them my problem, i also said them all my problem. They asked me to send me pics i had sent them pics of mobile. They said me not to worry they will repair it in warranty and send me my phone back. As per their commitment i sent them the phone. They took my phone and reverted back to me after 3 months and said me your phone is out of warranty so it cant be repaired. I said them when i submitted you my phone it was in warranty and now you are saying me its not in warranty & still my phone is with them and they have not returned me my phone. Now who is going t5o take charge of it. Niether they are repairing it nor they are returning it back to me.. O as per above details i want you to take action against gionee & infibeam. I am ready to give you all details that you want.
