M using gionee s5.1. My mistake to broke back side glass and i do online inquiry to gionee service centre so he say glass cost is 450rs. He say you can put in ur local gionee service center. So i went der and i ask that person for gionee s5.1 back side glass so he say its rate is 2500rs.

I bought f103 Gionee recently.. Right from the first day, I experiance an issue called "carefree launch stopped".

I tried all customer care guys, service centers but no response whatsoever. completely disappointed with your service.

I have submitted my phone at the Service Centre on 07.01.2016 and till date they are still saying that the parts are not available for which they are unable to repair the same. The phone was purchased by me on 25.08.2015 and in the month of Jan only they are saying that the parts are not available.
Why the company are selling these types of phones when they are unable to provide the spares part of the same? They are simply harassing the customer and doing nothing.

Gionee p3 charger not save problem i was sent 7 times to service center deen mobiles thirukazhikundram kanchipuram district tamilnadu. That problem is nowadays continue. They spoke rude less behaviour and very worst service.

Purchase the mobile on 27/02/2015. From beginning i faced so many problems. I visited numerous times to its customer care but my problems are not solved yet. The main problems are- 1. After uses for some minutes the back surface of the mobile became extremely heated. 2. After change 2 times, the speaker is not improved. Any call i did not attempt because there is a sound problem and voice not listened clearly. 3. Front camera became hazy. You are requested to pl. Take an necessary steps according to this problems. Sir i brought one battery from shopclues .com of gionee m2 they sold me duplicate battery in amount 400 as a result my mobile short circuited now it is costing 4200 to make it please help me

Gionee Marathon 4 purchased from Alappuzha Shop only two months and Gionee has complaint ( Display, Flickering ) I went to Gionee service centre for service and i wait for my phone for one weak & there is no reply. They says that they have no response from Ernakulam mobile shop. what can i do. Pls service my phone as early as possible or send new phone. Thanks. Tony Jose.

My name is ankush kumar, i purchased new gionee 5.1 on 6/9/2015. on 2 dec i found that the display of my phone is blank and it is not working. then i go to the gionee care fatehabad (haryana). 125050. then they submit my complaint with imei no. [protected]. and after 3 to 4 days they said that the display is damage. but i know that my display is not damage. what is my fault that the display become damage itself (agr itna hi naajuk phone bnaya hai ke display pdi pdi khrab ho je to isme main kya karu, ya to aise phone na hi bnaya kro ya fir bnate ho to customer ko full serviuce diya kro) my mobile no. is [protected].. really i m vey dissappointed from gionee service. i dont know i just want to repair my displya only. please do good with that its my humble request.in future i will not go to buy any gionee smartphone

I am from srinagar . Ihave buy the gionee s7 phone . Bt my touch breaks .i canclt the service center of gionee bt he told me it recover some money and i give them money and he give me the date of 10th of nov. Bt tiday is 23th of nov. Bt my gionee phone is no where .

Some time in the month of july 2015 i puchased a gionee mobile model m4 after paying rs. 14000 approximately. Since from the date of purchase i am facing some problem with the mobile and i approached the gcare for this and my complaint was registered under ticket no. #[protected] and the company has suggested me to visit service center which is situate about 70 k. M. From my place. Thereafter one month has not lapsed my mobile has again faced with problem of rebooting and each and every time when i make a call my mobile will reboot. Further the downloaded video and image where vanished from the mobile automatically. This time again i lodged a complaint with gcare and my complaint was registered under ticket no. #[protected] and again this time the gcare has come out with suggestion tovisit service center. Sir in fact the mobile is defective one and company is not accepting the same. It is not possible for a man to visit each and every time in a month to service center after taking leave or making himself absent from his job or service. Further it making costlier to the me both mentally and pecuniary from both side firstly vising jamshedpur from chaibasa and secondly earnings from my profession. I requested the company to replace the mobile with another one of court of the same model so that i can get rid of the defective mobile. Please lookinto the same provide some succor tome.

Last 5 month i face problem. But last 10 days i face many problems in my mobile phone. Send many mails but not any right solution provide company. Nobody in your company who provide me right solution. And company service had not pic phone and not replying on mail. Here attached mail print screen.

I had bought the above mentioned gionee handset on 23rd august, 2015 from the nearby mobile store. Post 15 days of the purchase, my phone's display went off, i got a new display installed from the authorized service center of gionee. Since that day, my handset is not working properly, every week i have to take the handset to the service center because the screen wipes off and gets white, to which they formatted the handset and gave it to me. This is not a permanent solution to my handset.

I highly disgraced looking at the services of the gionee service center where the staff is not capable enough to understand the problem of the handset. I as a customer is being fooled by paying 15000, and in return got nothing but a defected piece.

I am really frustrated by this handset and want a permanent solution to my problem. Either you return the money or provide me with a new handset.

I bought a new gionee s7 mobile phone and just after a month it started giving errors andd closing applications at random
It also puts calls on hold itself and irritates all other listeners on a conference calls.
When i asked gionee to repair the same their service centre took the mobile from me and i have to buy a new mobile for me as i can't work without mobile
Their products are defective and service network is poor
The customercare phone always disconnects after a while and you can talk to anyone there

Not able to get my touchscreen repaired. The toll free number never works and no one picks is up even to even start a basic request of getting a complaint opened. Their office sites what information they have for service center none of them do repairs for gionee anymore. This is height of miss management check out the number for their center in a big city like hyderabad forget about small cities. Please don't let such ridiculous companies operate in this country who cheat and forge people into lies

Hi, i had purchased a mobile gone elite s5.5, 2 months back from vijay sales camp, since 3rd week of the brand-new mobile purchased which cost me 18500/-, the mobile while using suddenly got hanged, after severals trails of restarting or upgrading the mobile it did not seem to start at all, we complained to vijay sales but as usual they denied to give any services from there end and asked us to directly contact gionee care centre, we had no option left but to visit gionee care centre in camp, pune were we asked them to replace the mobile or sale the mobile, i was shocked when the gionee care centre mr.abdul said that after even they take the mobile back they will pay maximum amount of 1000/- only ( were we can judge that company care centre person itself knows that the gionee mobiles does not have any standards or a market value, nways my mobile was reset with the software update and i restart using it but again failed with 1 day itself it again gave me the same problem, now i am left with no choice but to update the consumer court as even my other dear friends who are planing to purchase gionee will WARN not to waste your hard earn money in a 3rd grade mb like gionee phones.

I have gionee m4.i am second buyer.i am purchage phone from my friend in surat.first time my friend submitted ph in surat service center sidhi vinayak telecare for lcm.service team missing sensor ruber and give ph.when i purchased ph i see that sensor not working so i submitted in pyramid solutions for repair in vadodara.they told me sensor rubbor is missing.they submitted for l3 and my mobile came back without repair and reason is part is not available.now my sensor not work.my job no GC15A00086056 and imei no [protected].plese resolve my problem.ph in warranty period.gionee such provide bed service.and wasted time and money.my num is [protected]

I had bought a gionee s5.5 mobile from rajkot authorized dealer now in sepetember 2015 i had faced many problems like cpu over heating at 54 to 55 degrees and automaticaly mobile will switch off at itself so i had complaint it through dealer but as per company service person this model has problems like this it will continue. So i had mailed to direct company 3 to 4 times but they are also not replying properly.

purchased gionee g4 gpad mobile in june 2014. its screen broke in august 2015. when i contacted authorised service center of gionee in bikaner i.e shree techno care, opp DRM office, first they took my handset and then keeping my phone for about one month, they returned it to me saying that it can not be repaired by company. my phone is only 1 year old and i spent around 18k rupees for it and now i am feeling like a fool by buying gionee handset.i lost all my contacts, photos, many important documents saved in my phone. i had to buy another phone just because of gionee company not repairing my phone.
