We purchased subject sited LPG stove on dt. 28th Feb 2022, on very next after its installation it was found that both the large size burners are giving red coloured flame and also blackens the bottom o[censored]tensils due to smoke. Due to above a complaint has been lodged with your complaint center on dt. 01.03.2022. In reference of which, your attendant visited our premises on dt. 02.03.2022. After examining the LPG stove, your attendant remarked that, the burners are having some manufacturing problem/defect and are need to be replaced. I am attaching the snaps/ video of the happenings for reference. So you are requested to arrange for early replacement of these faulty burners.

          Hi Team,
          I have purchased Chimney and after installation, we are getting some irritating sound. I submitted 3-4 times complaint and your team has changed the fan all the time. Now again we are having the same sound issue and they are saying we have to change the FAN again.
          Is this a solution only? Or your team is making fool of customers. I have used only 7-8 months and have submitted complaints so many times for the same issue which is not resolved properly.
          Your team suggested contacting seniors who can only provide me solutions but I am trying to call them and they have been switched off their phone.
          One of your team members said when the warranty has been expired you will have to pay for changing the fan all the time if you use Chimney because we can’t replace the Chimney. Am I a fool?
          This is a faulty piece of products which I got and after so many complaints you have to replace the Chimney which is the only solution. I don’t have much time to call your service center and ask them to replace parts all the time. A better solution will be to replace this product with a new Chimney.
          Also, I will never suggest anyone buy Glen products if this is not resolved.

            I purchased one glen electric cattle from Tip Top Mart uttam nagar Vani vihar New Delhi 59. But soon we started getting issues in cattle and we contacted service center from where service executive Mr sunder had came for repairing but while repairing he broke the lock of cattle. This is pathetic experience with glen.This company glen is pathetic as it doesn't support their customers .
            In last one month, we have faced issues with the electric cattle twice. As mentioned first time Mr. Sunder the service executive repaired cattle in December and now again the cattle is not working.
            I never expect it from company like Glen who was number at no. One in terms of electrical products and their services.

            Kindly exchange my cattle who has basically manufacturing defect.

              Very bad induction service

              We have purchased Glen touch induction model no SA3074 on 6 Nov 2021.Invoice and model no attached. After using it for five days, suddenly it stopped working and when I plugged it again, due to this electricity got short circuit. I need to call the electrician to fix the issue. I have raised complaint on 26 Nov. After waiting for 5 days, mechanic come to my place to check and he said there is one wire which was not fixed during manufacturing...

                    I raised a complaint with Glen (Bangalore) Customer care on Glen Chimney motor having problem on 13th Dec'21, I never had a single call recieved from Glen Service Center or anyone from Glen Bangalore to update me on my issue raised. I have been calling Glen Service center, Glen CC, Area Manager- Ruchi and requested them to facilitate the service done. To my utter surprise, no one really cared to respond and followedup to fix the Chimney issue. When i called the area service Center, they keep coming up with different excuses. They are ruining Glen India's image, strict action should be taken against them for not arrange a single call to let me know on exact status. Infact the Glen Bangalore is completely inefficient in handling customer complaints, even me calling them for help, they hardly of any assist, So much o[censored]nprofessional individuals to represent Glen Bangalore, few heads must be rolled in.

                    I am seeking immediate action to close the matter and take appropriate action against individuals for not acting even after calling them multiple times.

                              I have already made a complaint, and I contacted your service centre employees as well as Engineer, but they are not ready to listen to my genuine requests. Initially, they assured me to replace the HOV with new one, as there are some manufacturing defects, but till today, they have failed to do so. This is my last reminder, otherwise, you will be responsible for all the consequences.

                              I purchased one Glen HOV Chula 3 Burner from Bharat Enterprises, Bathinda for a sum of Rs.11300/- with 5 Years warranty of Burners and 10 years warranty of complete HOV. After purchase, there was defect and mechanic/engineer Mr. Sukhwinder along with person from Bharat Enterprises visited to our house 2-3 years and they changed burners but still there is problems. Even on every visit, they assured us to provide best services at any time. Now I have been contacting M/s Bharat Enterprises, who gave the number of Mr. Navneet, Engineer/officials on behalf of company and I made him a number of class and even I sent him photographs as well as videos showing defects in the Chula, but they are trying to linger on the matter on one or the other pretext. However, he got replaced one Burner 4-5 days back, but the same is also not working and it seems to be of sub standard brand. Thereafter also, I sent him video but nothing is being done. It shows that no one is ready to listen to my genuine requests and further it shows that there is manufacturing defect.
                              Therefore, I request you to look at the matter and either replaced the burners with new one with fresh warranty or to replace the complete HOV or to refund our amount already paid, otherwise, I am left with no other option, except to knock the door of the Court.

                              Still, none has visited to my house and my complaint has not been resolved.

                                    I have lodged a service request 15 days back on Glens Customer care number [protected]. However, not received the services till now. Chimney is an essential item at home and without that it is difficult to prepare food especially in modern kitchens. Our home is in the heart of the city if that is the case then for outskirt customers it will be more pain-full.

                                    I have not yet received any official communication for the service details through message or email. I don't believe that Glen's is following any ISO standard procedure for customer service.

                                    I don't believe that the Glen's is having any consideration towards the customers. While i was speaking to the customer care executive, he is threating that today also we will not come its holiday for us. This attitude towards customers concern is not at all acceptable.

                                      I purchased a cook top in march 2019, built in hob 1064 ro ht db in rs 13495.

                                      Since the purchase i have launch 5-6 complain in last 2 year,
                                      facing problem in cook top but every time engineer came and fix it temprary, they never told me that it need to change burner and some parts till the warrenty not over 2 year which get over in march 2021.

                                      In corona period we have adjusted our self with cook top due to lock down and used our old one.

                                      On[protected], i again launch a complain, engineer have visited and told us that cook top need to change some parts including all burner which squze and need to change .
                                      Total cost approx 3000 to 4000, engineer also told us that its need to change in every 1.5- 2 year .

                                      I asked him how its possible? and talk to his service center and franchisee owner but they dont want to listen .

                                      I asked him that insted of this company can replace it with any basic model but company said no and want to give only 1000 rs on my only 2 year old product.

                                      Which means its a faulty product which company selling in market need excess servicing and replacement of parts in regular time period.

                                      I want that glem need to give me soluation of this faulty product - refund of money.

                                      I have discuss with your company customer care, which fail to give me any soluation except to pay for service and for new parts.

                                      Its a last way thru which i am directly contacting to glen.

                                      I will wait for your revert - any ignorance of my request will force me to go for legal action (consumer foram) to raise my request.
